I've been seeing a lot of comments surrounding JK. Rowling latest mold-filled hate towards Asexuals and aroace people in general, mostly asking: "why would anyone go after the people that are literally doing nothing?"

But aroace people are not doing nothing, you are disrrupting the status quo, even if you think it's just you choosing not to have sex or seek a romantic partner, that's something that goes agaisnt conservative values. In the eyes of conservatives and bigots, you are part of the destruction of the traditional family structure. Cause this people would prefer you being miserable but with a big family made up of the next working class to fill minimum wage positions.

Hell, presenting an alternative lifestyle where you can actually choose to not be with anyone is dangerous for their cause. It is an active message to others that you don't have to tolerate abuse or social pressure to be with someone, and that's something that everyone, wether in the aroace espectrum or not, might need in order to form their own boundaries and not fall into a relationship they never wanted.

So yeah, keep doing nothing Asexuals and Aromantics! For freedom of choice is the enemy of fascism.

Dreamtale´s twins empathy

Some people translate the empathic abilities of twins to senses such as smell or sight, which I think is great, because it encourages this idea that they perceive the world in a completely different way than other living beings.

In particular, I really like to highlight the almost divine nature that Dream and Nightmare have and how this directly impacts their relationships and interactions with the rest, because it inevitably does. Nightmare, at least following his canon, cannot express any genuine or "healthy" positive emotions because it goes against the whole sense of existence, although this is a bit more complex because just as Dream can experience sadness, Nightmare can experience happiness, But unlike this and according to the creator of Dreamtale herself, Corrupted Nightmare is "a thing" that moves by instinct and Dream is his own person with convictions and aspirations.

Dream is the incarnation of something ethereal and beautiful, whose aura is not as aggressive as that of Nigthmare but the way he looks imposes a lot on others. Although I like to joke that he is cute, I think that idea is totally present in the construction of his character. He has to be pretty, pleasant to look at, the light that dazzles you.

I also think Nightmare has that mysticism, but his purpose is not to dazzle, so you could call him ugly even. He imposes himself in a different way, like an uncomfortable sensation that stalks you, like that silhouette that peeks out from the edge of your gaze.

Is there anyone else like me?

Like, I have this thing... Where if I see a character I really REALLY like, I can't help but picture them as parents. Like, I don't do shipping or anything else like that... I like seeing characters show parental love in their own unique ways.

For example, I just discovered Sebastian Solace from Pressure (A Roblox Game) and I really like him... So I literally made a fan story in my head of him growing attached to a player named Damien and developing a father-son relationship with him.

I even drew pictures (I'll post those soon, and even go further in depth with the fan story if you guys want me to.)

Anyway... I think I guess I just really love unique family dynamic based stories...

And I ALWAYS do that with characters I like, placing them in unique family dynamics... Is that weird? Does anyone else do that?

you’ve been seeing each other consistently for some time; it’s not yet ‘official’ but it damn near is. and one thing lunar new year celebrations are is messy.

they’re [ your family ] not explicitly rude but the implication is apparent. “are you sure? i mean, you thought you were sure about...”

having an ex–partner brought up at a time like this is without a doubt uncomfortable if not embarrassing but the character takes it well, polite and all. but later that night, after everyone’s gone to bed and two of you are squeezed onto your mattress in a room littered with your late teens to early twenties memorabilia he makes a move on you, taking it step by step and asking “did (ex’s name) make you feel like this?” etc. and all you can do is shake your head ‘no’ with your palm pressed against your lips in fear of a sound slipping past your parted lips and being heard by the other occupants of the house.

I have an idea for a sprunki AU

At how much content I've seen of Black interacting with Lime, an AU where Lime puts on the hat instead of Wenda would be so cool.

It would be something to see a boss-employee dynamic with Black ocasionally threatening to send Lime to the psych ward If he doesn't do what he says. Or worsening his paranoia to drive him away from other sprunkies. Maybe even enabling it in order to make OWACKX stay on his side, in the sense of 'I'm the only one who can understand what you're going through. No one else but me can comprehend what you feel. Your mind is too complex for a mere mortal to understand, but I do.' Black congratulates him for every success, constantly reminding OWACKX of how much of a good job he does (and boy, does Lime love that someone notices his hard work in a positive light).

Maybe Lime accepted because Black promised him peace of mind, maybe he felt so out of place that he believed an eldrich being would treat him like a person. And to add salt to injury, Black would change his appearance to the non-canon normal version of OWACKX to give him the illusion that he's normal since he looks normal.

As for how this version of OWACKX would act, just think of a news reporter who blackmails or scams people instead of killing them. He prefers to push the sprunkies to commit murder, yet he wouldn't hesitate to cause some ear bleedings with his voice. And If someone tries to catch him in the act, it would be impossible because:

He's precautious, he's not gonna let anyone crack through his facade (thank his weaponised paranoia for that)

try to catch someone who pulls Mary Poppins type of stunts; now you see him, now you don't

Squid Game as a whole dives into many serious topics and sends out many important messages. Some of them more obvious, the rest a bit less.

I feel like season 3 will send one of the biggest messages yet, I think HDH even said something about it.

But I also can't help but feel like a big part of viewers won't grasp the message — won't see it, won't understand it, or, in worst case, won't want to do so.

So I picture Ava tracing each and every one of them while Beatrice sleeps, wondering how many of those are because of her. During training or trying to protect her, how many has she caused?
