daiki aomine headcanon . family background + some on his relationship with his extended family.
daiki aomine mom, shizu  is japanese but daiki ’s dad juniti was from brazil. although daiki’s paternal grandfather was japanse brazilian and his grandmother afro-brazlian.  juniti’s dad died when he was younger and was raised by his mother, rosângela. when he got older he wanted to feel more of a connection to his father and he decided to go to japan to study japanese. he had thought it been just a year or two he spend there but he meet shizu and they fell inlove. they choose to live in japan, due to it being the language the two shared. also due to shizu being an nurse and she have to give that up if she moved. also junti had 4 siblings beyond himself who also could take care for his mother despite him not being there. although while growing up in japan, daiki grew up still being well contacted with that part of himself. while he mainly speaks japanese but he as does speak portuguese. it is far from perfect, as it is his dad he mostly is speaking with on more day to day basis. although he does use it when talking to family on his father side. which is honestly quite a bit despite them being so far apart. his grandmother called at least once a month and would often wanted to speak with him at length. and grew up going to brazil quite a bit, and he and his family often stay there for a longer period, sometimes even for a month. ( it depending on what his parents work allowed him. ) he even as a teen once went there himself. daiki really enjoyed going there a lot. it was very different from his normal day to day life in japan but he enjoyed spending time with his father's family as well. he liked his mothers family as well but his father side was just bigger and it was just a different. his mother only had one sibling, an older brother, yūto. their parents had also died when daiki was younger and he didn't remember much of his maternal grandparents. he did grow up with yūto being there a lot. the man was a single man for a very long time, so yūto often come to his sister for dinner and he often picked up daiki when he was to young to walk home himself from daycare or school. although as yūto got a family of his own, daiki saw less of him. also the age difference between him and his now cousin was rather big and he didn't really have much interest to spend any time with a toddler. although his dynamic with his relatives changed as he got older. especially by the time he went into high school age. the relationship with his father side of the family taking the biggest hit as they lived so far from each other. he didn't really want to speak with his grandmother at length anymore and often was far more short with her. ( very different from the child who would often excitedly tell her at length about his games with her. ) this did although change back for the better after he finally lost a game of basketball. of course daiki didn't change into a different person he did although actually start to work on repairing those relationship he had damaged during his period of a pretty severe period of depression.

So, in Brazilian politics news, military in the government received super salaries of up to R$ 1 million (~US$ 190,000) at the height of the covid-19 pandemic.
Tumblr media
Candidate for vice president for Jair Bolsonaro (Liberal Party), General Walter Braga Netto received R$ 926,000 (~US$ 179,970) in two months of 2020, at the height of the covid-19 pandemic. Just on vacation, R$ 120,000 (~US$ 23,320) was paid to the general in a single month. Other government military personnel had their payroll boosted that year. The Minister of the General Secretariat of the Presidency, Luiz Eduardo Ramos, and former Minister of Mines and Energy Bento Albuquerque are on the list.
The benefits paid by the government led officials and pensioners to earn up to R$ 1 million (~US$ 190,000) on the payroll in a single month, according to data from the Transparency Portal. Deputy Elias Vaz (Brazilian Socialist Party - PSB), author of the survey, will demand explanations from the Ministry of Defense about what he classifies as “super salaries” paid to the military.
When questioned, Braga Netto and Bento Albuquerque did not respond. Ramos said that the amounts have an indemnity or reimbursement character related to his going to the reserve. The army said the payments to the generals are legal. The Navy did not respond.
Braga Netto has a gross monthly salary of R$ 31,000 (~US$ 6,030) as a reserve general in the Army, but received an amount of R$ 926,000 in the months of March and June 2020 added, without abatement of the constitutional ceiling. The ceiling limits salaries to R$ 39,300 (~US$ 7,640) per month in the public service. Just as a vacation, Bolsonaro’s deputy earned R$ 120,000 (~US$ 23,320) in March 2020. Bento Albuquerque, a retired Navy Admiral, had R$ 1 million (~US$ 190,000) in gross earnings in the months of May and June added together, while the ex-minister's usual salary is R$ 35,000 (~US$ 6,810) a month as a soldier. Luiz Eduardo Ramos, in turn, received an amount of R$ 731,900 (~US$ 142,354.26) in July, August and September 2020, also added together, despite earning a salary of R$ 35,000 (~US$ 6,810) per month in “normal” periods as a general.
At the time of the extra earnings, Ramos commanded the Secretariat of Government. Today, he is head of the General Secretariat and one of the closest ministers to Bolsonaro. Payroll increased, especially during the period when officers were retired. The Bolsonaro government sponsored a change that increased the compensation paid when the military leaves active service and acquires this condition, equivalent to a retirement.
In the Navy there are also amounts paid in a single month in excess of R$ 1 million (~US$ 190,000). Reserve Lieutenant Brigadier Juniti Saito, former Air Force commander, received a gross amount of R$ 1.4 million (~US$ 270,000) in April 2020, while his usual salary is R$ 35,000 (~US$ 6,810). The Navy disputes the value disclosed by the government itself and says that the correct amount is R$ 717,000 (~US$ 139,410).
In 2019, in the first year of government, Bolsonaro presented a bill that increased the benefits paid to the military. The compensation paid when they are transferred to the reserve, for example, rose from four to eight times the value of the salary. Spending on salaries increased from R$ 75 billion (~US$ 14.58 billion) in 2019 to R$ 86 billion (~US$ 16.72 billion).
In the case of Braga Netto, the Army stated that the payments include compensation for vacations not taken and additional vacations not received during his career. For Ramos, the amounts entered the paycheck due to the passage to inactivity and compensation for unused vacations and special leave. In all cases, the Armed Forces argued that the payments are based on legal instruments.

Another Reason Why Benji Doesn’t Work
                                                                                     A Ted Talk
Ogay, so first of all, if a ship works for you, it works. Unless there’s something really toxic going on between two characters or there’s a huge maturity difference or something, there isn’t a reason a ship wouldn’t work.
Although, some ships may work better than others and this is just something that depends on the people watching/reading the scenes of those characters interacting.
Surprise!!! I won’t be diving too deep into anything on this post lol-
SO, first of all, this is definitely not an actual reason why a ship wouldn’t work. It’s literally something that popped up randomly when I woke up, this morning.
SO, no hate obviously pfft
But... The thing is... Think about the ship name for a second: “Benji”.
Ogay, so, Ken apparently didn’t work as a ship name for Ben and Kenji, I get it but does Benji... Really work for you?
1. Benji is short for Benjamin, which is the same thing with the name Ben
2. Some people in the fandom are apparently confused about this since they use “Benji” instead of “Kenji” for some reason. I hope it’s not that they don’t know the names of the characters-
3.The film in the photo- I’M SORRY LOL-
This wasn’t to mock anyone, I just noticed something and felt the urge to share it somewhere. Benji is fine if you don’t have a problem with it but... I’m going to give a few alternative ship names just in case some of you see what I mean and want to use a different name:
1. Junity (a mix of Jungle and City, since Ben called Kenji “City Boy” in one scene. Junity is also a mobile app)
2. Kenjen (a mix of their names, the best one even the couple name generator could find)
3. Pon/Kincus ( mix of their surnames, Kon and Pincus)
Thanks for listening to my Ted Talk,
                                                                        -Varestar

daiki aomine mom, shizu is japanse but daiki ’s dad juniti is like his son mix. daiki’s paternal grandpa was japanse brazlian and his grandmother afro-brazlian. juniti’s dad died when he was younger so when he got older he wanted to feel more of a connection to his father and he deiced to go to japan to study japanese......he had thought it been just a year or two he spend there but then he well in love with shizu. they had daiki when they were quiet young. around the age of 25 for shizu,  and 23 for juniti.  the two was quiet the paring juniti was a very warm and social person and always had a smile on his face ... especially compared to his wife who was more reserved and her resting face was to many very scary.
daiki mainly speaks japanse but he as does speak portuguese but as his dad was the person he talked to mostly it was far from perfect. he did also use it at times when they went to brazil and visted his dad’s side of the family. or talked with his grandmother over the phone.
over all when it came to his family life it was good for daki.  even if his dad often traveled for work, that was never anything daiki grew up with an complex about. or that his mother wasn’t the best at expressing things but he also never doubted she loved him as well. of all the problems he had his family life was not one.

𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙘𝙚𝙨𝙨 So many of us are so focused and determined to reach our own peak that we do not look around at what we have accomplished! Both as an individual and as a team. The ability to step back and reflect upon your achievements is something we should all do. You should be filled with pride in your accomplishments and always have a quick think about where you started! As if you truly started from the bottom this will be all the more satisfying. It is the time to engage with your employees, take the time out to go and personally thank them for all their hard work, dedication, junity and performance during that hard project! #trusttheprocess #performance #focused #determination #leadership #team #motivational https://www.instagram.com/p/B2hXLItAvIv/?igshid=qn46bk46z0mb

【サッカー】本田選手のミラン退団と今後の移籍先について
本田圭祐選手、ACミラン退団
ACミランの本田選手が退団となってしまいましたね
http://www3.nhk.or.jp/news/html/20170522/k10010990501000.html
