By the way a long time ago I thought about rewriting Chirin's Bell just for the hell of it because I think with some more story beats and cleanup it's basically a story/characters designed to hit a lot of the buttons I like.

And also I think I switched things around a bit just for it to make more sense to me. Like for example I think after seeing how hard this dumb little baby tries to kill him, it would be more impactful if it was Woe's idea to train him.

I wanted to make a little short comic and I'm considering making it again, but I don't know yet.

i have noticed in the past that as much as i like reading darkfics and i actively want to be able to write more fucked up stuff, i struggle to actually write it because i can't get past the thought police feeling of people judging me for thinking about Bad Things so i'm trying to write some actual dark, dead dove do not eat fic to get better at it and it's so nice for all of my fandoms to gift me multiple canonical Evil Universes to set things in.

Look at this, I finally finished it! I think this is the biggest cross-stitch I’ve ever done. It did this interesting thing with stitching two threads of different colors at once, which was wild. 10/10, very pretty. Nice thread too.

jimmy junior eventually gets convinced to do speech therapy and the twins i think are in occupational therapy. i also feel like occupational therapy would be good for tina in the fine motor skills department but idk if anyone has ever suggested it for her because i feel like she doesn’t raise the same type of red flags that andy and ollie do, and she wasn’t (as far as we know) Sick as a baby, which is also how kids get recommended for occupational therapy

rudy and courtney have been in occupational and speech therapy (more on the “eating safely” end of speech therapy than the speech impediments end, although courtney needed both reasons) because they’ve been disabled since birth and they were fast tracked like a lot of us hospital kids are. so like even if they’re not still in speech or occupational therapy they were for a long time and they Get It

so sometimes the pesto kids will be at the lunch table and they’ll have like had a therapy session yesterday or whatever. and truth be told as someone who went through occupational and speech therapy as a kid a lot of the individual activities can be sort of fun on the surface but are really draining when you’re doing them constantly and being monitored. so jj will complain about how he was made to eat mac and cheese for a full hour and test different tongue positions to swallow with and gene is like “and that’s a problem???” and is baffled when courtney is like “ugh i KNOW one time they made me do that but with PEANUT BUTTER” and then the twins complain that for therapy they were set loose on a playground but then the therapists just kept making them go up and down ladders and go separately on the slides when they just wanted to hang out together in the tunnels and louise is like “okay so you basically got an extra recess after school and the only problem is they wanted you go on the slide too much? am i hearing this right?” and then is dumbfounded when rudy just nods at andy and is like “i hear you brother 😔 one time they just made me swing on and off for 45 minutes and they didn’t even let me keep pancake 😔”
