alanaspringsteen: part two of my debut album, TWENTY SOMETHING is called Figuring It Out and it drops next friday 🥹 i cover a lot of ground in part two and there’s one song on it called “ghost in my guitar”that’s special for a few reasons. people always ask me if there are dream artists i’d want to collaborate with. i’ve had one on my list for a very long time and they’re the only one that ever made sense for this song. it’s not a traditional duet. ghost is about the things that haunt us… that linger and that can’t seem to let us be. i needed someone who could evoke the same emotions w their guitar as they can w their voice and i can’t explain what it means to me that this person said yes after hearing the demo. gonna dig into the story soon but lmk if u have any guesses
