THOUGHTS ON THE NEW TBHK CHAPTER PT. 2!!
OK SO, READ MY OTHER CHAPTER ANALYSIS FIRST.
But, this one is just gonna be about the whole Hanako crying after Tsukasa took Nene.
So I’ve seen someone give their reviews on the new chapter and I totally admire their perspective. But also they open up a lot of new theories and thoughts about characters that I would have never thought of.
So I now think that Hanako wasn’t just crying because Tsukasa stole Nene ( That’s definitely one of the reasons ).
He’s probably also sad that he got left out!!
Ever since Tsukasa showed up in the broken clock tower, he was only focused on Nene. Appeared right in front of Nene, directly talked to her, was in her perfect line of view. Meanwhile, Hanako just couldn’t see him clearly more than one time.
Talking to Nene directly about the ‘old Amane’. Hanako is just there.
He finally got in front of them both. But he’s still only talking to Nene. Hanako is just there.
Partly in Hanako’s line of view for a mili-second.
Goes right over to Nene and stays there. Hanako is in the background again. Even while this happens.
He can’t clearly see what going on behind him, when the kiss happens he strains to move his pupil. He knows they’re kissing because of the ‘mwah’, but he can’t see it! Only in peripheral vision. Only from the corner of his eye can he see just a little bit of what’s going on. And it’s right beside him.
Tsukasa’s taking Nene away, and Hanako doesn’t have any other choice but to stand there, and reflect on what’s going on.
I feel like he was thinking “My brother came here, talked to Nene only ( Left me entirely out of the one-sided conversation ), kissed her and ditched me with just a single goodbye.”
Tsukasa only talked to him three times during the whole interaction!
But the whole time he was having that one-sides convo with Nene. Hanako was still just there. The background character while all of this was going on.
Hanako was left out!
He cries his eyes out by the fact that, not only his brother taking away Nene, but ALSO DITCHING HIM. NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO HIM. Totally ignoring him and only interacting with Nene!!
Tsukasa seems to always talk to Amane whenever he is around. He always greets him in a hug or whatever, talks to him, includes him in the conversation, most of the time. Right?
Especially in Hell Of Mirrors. He was paying attention to Amane.
And in the PP arc.
But that wasn’t the case this time! Tsukasa didn’t give his brother a hug, a greeting “Aaamane” was all he got out of this chapter, and it was barely a greeting. Just to see if Amane was also frozen.
Not only did his brother steal his assistant, but he also COMPLETELY IGNORED HIM!
‘TSUKASA WASN’T MAINLY FOCUSED ON ME?? WTF, THE BETRAYAL!!!????’
Betrayal indeed.
Amane probably isn’t used to that. Not used to Tsukasa brushing past him, more eager to talk to someone else more than he’s eager to talk to his big brother.
I’m not saying it hasn’t happened before. Tsukasa definitely has thought of other things besides Amane. Definitely. Amane isn’t the only thing that’s on his mind 24/7.
But Amane probably doesn’t want to hear that, that his brother doesn’t prioritize him over anything or anyone else. He wants to be comforted by the fact that his favorite person in the world is totally obsessed with him, he invades Tsukasa’s thoughts only, nothing else.
But, this obviously, probably showed Amane that’s not the case.
His brother left him out. He was left out. He doesn’t like being left out.
But he was, and at the end of Kamome too.
Most be a lot to take in.

Tsukasa (Toilet Bound Hanako-Kun)
There really is no rhyme or reason to whatever that kid does, but I've decided to do something perilous and crack into his mind a bit. Wish me luck, and if I don't return...remember me.
Anyways, he's always been a messed up little dude, ever since he discovered the truth about him and Amane's destiny. So who knows, maybe he's always been a bit messed up, considering he told the deity of the red house that he wasn't going to "Hold back" anymore. I'm a twin myself, so I know that spats between us can get a little violent. We don't ever see the extent of Tsukasa's insanity as a human, but I feel it was a bit more than whatever me and my sister ever got up to. This guy is obsessed with his brother; yes I feel like my life can't be fun without my sister but I'm not that obsessed with her. Just read his character stat page and you'll know what I mean.
It all started as a normal twin relationship, his brother was sickly and Tsukasa just wanted him to feel better; he realized Amane's true wish was to be healthy. So he sacrificed himself for his brother to get better. Tsukasa didn't seem to understand his family's feelings, or the fact that they would miss him. He then learned that Amane would throw his well meaning sacrifice away one day and die young, and despite saying he loved him he would murder him. This doesn't make Tsukasa distraught, it just makes him curious. Despite Amane wanting to live so badly, there is something that would make him want to die. Despite Amane loving him, there is something that would make him want to kill him. Tsukasa just wants to know what these things are; he wants these events to come to pass, to satiate his own curiosity.
Upon his return, his mother can tell there's something demented about him. She wants him exorcised. From what I can tell, Tsukasa still spends time with his brother Amane, but he also can get a bit violent with him at times. Amane refuses to tell anyone who's hurting him. In one flashback, it also seems that Tsukasa can be emotionally manipulative as well, asking Amane if he would be okay if he just disappeared.
As a Twin, I hate to admit it, when I was younger I was emotionally manipulative. I threatened to run away or kill myself when arguments got too heated. I am aware, that was not good of me. In all fairness, she did that as well, and she is aware that was not good of her. We never beat each other up, but I wouldn't be surprised if Tsukasa got that way sometimes. Little Amane admitted that if you interrupt Tsukasa from doing something he's invested in or enjoys he gets a tad violent. That is reflected in his supernatural self, only really getting upset at people if they interrupt him or try to stop him from what he's doing at the moment.
So all in all, Tsukasa is a psycho. I can't end it there though.
He does anything to satisfy his morbid curiosity, like seeing a pufferfish's insides, building an artificial ghost to see if he could, or from the after school manga, seeing if fireworks still work inside someone's gut, or seeing if he can swim to LA. Whatever curiosity, whatever disturbing thought comes to mind, he wants to act on it. A ball of chaos, as he admits in his introduction to Kou. He doesn't believe in restraints or social order, he believes every supernatural should be free to act as they please, anyone should act to true heart's desire, even if it's acts of violence, especially if it's acts of violence. Violence is the one true thing that's a societal no-no, and since Tsukasa doesn't believe in a social order, he wants violence to run rampant. He admits loves the faces of those who don't hold back anymore, faces of people like himself.
Tsukasa is an honest person, he never once lies in the series. It's a belief of mine that he believes the social order is holding everyone back, forcing them to lie to themselves in order to uphold it. Of course some people don't want to hurt anyone, but like he cares about that. When Mitsuba in the Hell of Mirrors chose to run away instead of fighting the main group, he ends up punching him telling "you can do it" in a threatening tone. He truly believes Mitsuba can defeat them easily, and wants to see that in action, but Mitsuba doesn't want to. Also, even though he doesn't lie, he does know how to spin his words in order to make it seem like someone doesn't have a choice. He tells Mitsuba if he doesn't become the new school wonder, he's going to fade away, and "he doesn't want that, does he?" He wanted Mitsuba to gain a whole lot of power for himself to go against the group, and told if he didn't he was going to fade. It wasn't untrue, but Tsukasa made him make the wish to become the new school wonder. So Tsukasa knows how to manipulate things so that both and them get what they want, maybe in an indirect way.
When he twisted Souske's rumor, it was to grant his wish to have friends. It was rather messed up of him, because at that point Souske was happy Kou was his friend. Tsukasa didn't care about that, because Souske's true wish was to have friends, it didn't matter if Souske was okay with one. According to Tsukasa, "Your wish was to have many friends, and you're okay with just one? That doesn't make sense." Not to mention when Souske went off on his own and was receiving help from Kou, Tsukasa punched him through the stomach. It seems he wants people to go through with their original wants, and not change up their plans where it is most convenient. After turning Souske into a monster, he claims that if Souske were to make Kou like him they could be friends forever. I truly think he meant this, he just had no concern for what would happen to Kou or the fact that Souske didn't really want to hurt him, he just wanted Souske to be the worst he could be with no restraint and then have him go after what he wanted. He wishes more people would act as he does. He truly lives by his own beliefs, and wants others to follow that doctrine.
After Hanako ended Souske, he wasn't too torn up about it. As I said, he's only really upset if people interrupt him. He was more happy to see his brother again. Also, it's violence against violence, why wouldn't he be for that? He likes it when people don't hold back.
What is overall end goal? What does he want? Well for right now, he sees it as a game of good vs evil. He wants himself and Hanako to "Play together" like they used to. Of course, them playing is more on the violent side this time around, but that doesn't mean he doesn't love him. Tsukasa adores his brother (he's upset when Yashiro says he's not her type), but he thinks that violently going against each other is a form of fun. He admits to Yashiro that he sees himself and his brother as arch-enemies, and he's fully embracing the role he's playing in this game they're playing. He went after Yashiro for two reasons, first to get to know her because she's friends with his brother (he fully thinks they're dating), second to go against her in this deadly game (get rid of her) because he sees her as playing this game as well. Sakura and himself vs Yashiro and his brother; he doesn't so much care for Natsuhiko and Kou, they're just there, they help out sometimes. The real opponents are them and their assistants. Getting rid of his assistant would give Tsukasa an advantage in this game they're playing, so of course it'd be the move he'd take.
Of course, he's not too torn about it when she survives. So what, they won that round; we're no longer playing that round, we're no longer addressing that round. It's also great as that means she can keep playing. He finds her quite fun, when he first met her he was impressed by her gusto and how she just went to attack him like that. He doesn't like it when she interrupts him, but he's learned to be gentle to girls. He usually goes after Nene when trying to influence what happens next on his brother's side. He put a spy on her to see how his brother handled a twisted rumor, he had Sakura influence her to go tothe 4pm bookstacks to learn more about his brother, and he used her donut gift to find a way to visit him.
This is because he's met her before, and thinks she's fun to play with. In the picture perfect arc, he even wished her luck in killing his brother, and sent her with Mei because she helped her realize her wish, untimely freeing her from her cell Hanako locked her in. He seems like he's on her side, as he seems to support whatever crazy idea she has; like when she's suddenly okay with dying, he tells Hanako to let her die or else he's being selfish and a hypocrite. Then again, when his brother gets the idea to break every Yorishiro and then get a wish to save her, he's all for that because that would mean much more chaos would be unleashed. So not exactly on her side, just in support of her usually not supported ideas. He just wants to see what she'd do in these trying situations, because he likes her gusto. Of course, he knows that breaking every Yorishiro would lead to her death, but he's okay with that; he was okay when he himself was murdered. He does know she doesn't like killing people, but if she does end up doing it, she has his full support. If not, well she's locked in the boundary until she does. He likes playing with her. We get to school festival arc, and Tsukasa from the past asks her to play with him again.
When time is frozen, it seems he's talking to her more than Hanako. Probably because Hanako knows most of what he's saying already. He does ask him if he would still save everyone even if meant bringing Yashiro closer to her death. Tsukasa wants him to break the Yorishiro and save everyone, it's why they broke the clock in the first place. However, he is curious on what they rather do in this situation.
Why does he do what he does in chapter 105? For starters, I think he just wanted to know what kissing was like. When he met Yashiro for the tea party and he though Sakura was dating his brother, he asked what the kisses were like, and said he heard they tasted like lemons. When that's cleared up, he asked Yashiro what his brother's kisses were like because he assumed they were dating. When that's cleared up, he asks Sakura if she would smooch him, and that was a no.
Now Yashiro and Hanako are frozen in time but still conscious, and Tsukasa is aware that they like each other (Did he see them kiss in the boundary? Maybe.) These guys aren't going to do anything, and he can do anything to them. He kisses Nene. Nene is mainly confused, as she usually is by what Tsukasa does, and Hanako is not just confused but also very upset by that. Tsukasa probably did that to know what kissing was like, but maybe to also know what's it like to kiss her (like his brother does), and lastly probably just to get a rise out of Hanako. Yeah, I don't think he likes Nene like that. He likes her as another player of the game and thinks she's interesting, but probably only kissed her because of Hanako's feelings for her, to make him feel more helpless. He does seem pretty happy after he does it, probably because it was nice, and it satisfied his curiosity.
After the kiss, he kidnaps her, saying "You're my assistant now, okay?" He already has an assistant, and Yashiro doesn't even owe him anything, so she's not bound to him. Tsukasa is an honest guy, but I'm not sure how much of this he truly meant. It probably means he's going to keep her, and maybe force her to do what he wants like with Sumire and #6. He might be expecting Hanako to try to save her, but Hanako doesn't know where his hideout is. Also the two of them are frozen, can Tsukasa get Nene out of it? How is he expecting Hanako to get out of it? These things I don't know. If he can't get Nene out of it, he probably just wants to keep her frozen body around. If he can, he might force her to destroy #1's Yorishiro. If Hanako doesn't get out of it, everyone will be in frozen torment for eternity, which could be nice. If he does, he'd need Yashiro to destroy the Yorishiro, unless they force #1 to destroy it themselves.
Another thing I'm not sure about: he's a yorishiro. If he's destroyed he'll cease to exist, so he won't get to see that world he want's to see so badly or finish his game. Did that slip his mind? Probably not. My guess is that he wants to have a final battle with Hanako, and the winner will see the world come to fruition and win the game. Maybe he'll be content enough that the world of chaos will come to pass even if he won't get to see it. Maybe since Hanako doesn't want to hurt him again, he try to force Yashiro's hand.
Anyways, with Tsukasa as a villain I'm a little excited to see how things will play out, and also a little horrified.

Ok. There's something going on and I need to talk about it.
We've all seen that AidaIro is posting new art every day, and on the 18th there will be a new chapter.
But I noticed something, all these arts are about the last arc and are telling the story of it again.
Let me show you
The first one we had was on chapter 111, which shows Yashiro. Everything is normal, but behind her we can see typical theater spotlights, it could just be something mundane or reference her school play rehearsals. Well we started with this.
So we have this art of 12y Tsukasa. Referencing when Yashiro and Mitsuba ended up in the past and found 12y Tsukasa talking to them. He said a rumor about the big clock that further opened the theme of this arc, really an omen for everything.
This art by Sakura is worth mentioning, as she is part of the broadcast gang. She is behind everything, and theories about her being the god or something powerful are increasing more and more. It's worth mentioning that she wished something for Tsukasa, everything he's doing is because of her (because of Amane too, but he has a bond with Sakura). Sakura is an extremely important piece in this puzzle.
Let the fun begin! Next in the series we have Mitsuba and Kou enjoying their time at the festival. Eating and playing together. We were informed, the festival has started.
More moments at the festival. This scene happened in the manga, it is the beginning of the festival that we see. Hanako and Yashiro in the haunted house made by Kou's class. Until that moment everything was normal (or so we thought).
This one is curious. We only see seal Tsukasa in this arc after the plan is initiated. But I believe he was also out there enjoying his last moments. And you can tell that it's really Tsukasa and not the creature. Well, now we're getting close.
Ohhh look what we have here! President and vice-president enjoying the festival as well, despite their work they still managed to find some time to have fun. Natsuhiko had already confronted Akane earlier and Teru had already discovered the black crane, they were probably already alert for anything suspicious. But, everything's still normal.
We return to Sakura, now in her maid outfit. We also have Natsuhiko's first appearance in these arts. This was possibly before or during the festival, but following the chronological line it must have been during. Note that until then this was the only art that did not have a black border (I will talk about this later). Moving on to the next...
From here things started to get serious. The plan had begun. This moment happens in chapter 105. Blood had started to spread throughout the auditorium and Hanako noticed that something was wrong. We are just a few steps away from entering No.1 boundary.
And finally we have today's art. The revelation of the immortal human, Natsuhiko. Breaking the timeline, in this art we go back to chapter 104, where Natsuhiko spreads his blood across the clock, thus executing the plan to go after the last yorishiros.
And these were all the arts released so far, the arts that reference the arc in this case. They all seem to be retelling the story of the Festival arc. Now why? Why would AidaIro be recapping the last arc?
We know that the past has changed and everything has a chance of being different from what we know. We go back to the beginning of the festival, where nothing had happened yet. Therefore, none of these events had happened, if everything really changed, the arts are telling an alternative version of history, the version we know.
Moving from analysis to theory... did you notice that almost all arts have a black border? Black borders are used to indicate flashbacks, the past in JSHK. Now, why would they be using this artifice? Assuming the present has changed, this would be the past. But not a past like something that happened years ago, but a past that no longer exists, in the sense of what it was before this current one. That's why the black borders, indicating that this would be the past.
What breaks this theory is Sakura's art in her maid outfit, as it doesn't have a black border. Maybe the borders are part of the new AidaIro style and are something made to style the arts, or actually have a connection to something. Well, that part is just a crazy theory.
But what do you think of this analysis? The images seem to be telling the arc of the festival all over again, and for what reason? Maybe we'll find out on the 18th, when chapter 112 comes out.

JSHK 105 reaction
Haven't done one of these in a while! My favorite panels in no particular order.
I just love how in the drama and morbidity of it all, Hanako's trait of unconsciously? constantly? touching Yashiro has remained consistent. And Nene's blase attitude about it (and the blood, like wow this girl has become desensitized and that's another worrisome conversation for later). No wonder she feels as if they haven't really changed at all despite her confessing her feelings, since after all they've been like this since the beginning! There's just something sweet about Hanako wiping blood off of her cheek with his sleeve as a parallel to when he wiped away her tears back then.
AidaIro does it again! This is such a gorgeous, ethereal, and unsettling drawing. Speaking off this whole arc, this brings to mind the Mokke of the Dead arc. I had this theory that there was something about Nene that allowed her to purify things (as opposed to exorcising them), so who knows! Maybe (once again) salt water she touches could work against Natsuhiko's blood? And the current flower zombie plague? I thought that special trait of hers had something to do with being a kannagi, but now that I recall, even Teru seemed surprised during the Mokke of the Dead chapter. If this special trait of hers had something to do with being the kannagi, then Teru would have expected it. So maybe it has something to do with her now being a (half-) mermaid? Or perhaps there's something more to Nene's past we're not privy to yet.
And finally, last and actually my most favorite! Oh wow, Hanako's most definitely traumatized. Now we know how he would have reacted if the akanene kiss succeeded. And actually this is the worst duo to find him in his (arguably) most vulnerable and saddened stated to date. But I don't care! I am so excited for the potential of this trio like you wouldn't believe! There's isn't even the enemy of my enemy is my friend here since all three of them hate each other's guts haha.
Speaking of, I always wondered why Akane persisted with the 'Honorable' despite hating Hanako, but then again this is the guy who still consistently calls Teru 'Student Council President' and Kou as 'Minamoto kouhai' so despite how outwardly he will be blunt with those he dislikes, he still keeps to the formalities.
And Aoi not being at the auditorium is most certainly a Checkhov's gunman type of situation. You'd normally think that meant that she was frozen yet I don't think that's the case. I can understand why Akane would be free from the time freeze, but not Teru, when even Kou was frozen. It's possible that Teru's bracelet allows him a measure of protection, so if that's the case then Aoi's probably unaffected too. But if that's the case wouldn't Akane's first priority be her?
Who knows? Considering the bonding they did on the train, maybe Aoi makes Hanako's case for him and this gets Akane and Teru to back off. In a reverse situation from the No. 6 arc, it would be the four of them off to rescue Nene.
As an aside, I seriously love hakujoudai. They look so worried about Hanako! Seriously, part of me still think that the hakujoudai (Hanako's and Tsukasa's) are actually the spirits of their parents still watching over them.

The insecurity
It's interesting to know that Hanako is so insecure that Yashiro had to say that she likes him over and over again, and yet he is surprised every time she repeats it or shows a feeling of affection.
Who made him feel insecure to the point where he had so much difficulty fully believing that someone loved him?
On the other hand, he never said in words that he likes her. He suffers very easily when he thinks about the possibility of losing Yashiro, whether due to jealousy or another reason, as we saw in chapters 105 and 106. (besides, of course, him being jealous with some frequency, fear of losing)
It gives the feeling that no one ever loved Hanako, or that he felt easily excluded or unwanted even when he was alive.
JSHK has this thing, a lot of characters who believe that the person they love would be better off without them.
Why would it be so difficult for someone to love you, Amane?
Yashiro said he would confess to him "properly" I'm curious how he will react to that.

Where are your sources that AidaIro seems to have a twin-threesome fetish?
I'm just making my opinion that they have such a fetish because of the otome game they once made. Princess in love with both twins and they loved her too and there was also a kiss with this girl and twins like in jshk.
The game is called NARISOKONAI SNOW WHITE
What yashiro shows in chapter 104 and what tsukasa did in chapter 105 even if it was just a bad joke to him but still leads me to the idea that they can repeat it in this series.
I repeat, it doesn't have to happen, but they can do it.

[tbhk/jshk] chapter 106!
I already have read chapter 106 yesterday, but since it was already almost midnight in my country, I couldn't do this analysis lol
Ok.. Chapter 106.... God. This chapter was... something lmao
First, let's start with the cover.... Because it's so awesome!
Tsukasa-kun make his entrance after stealing his brother's girl! How shameful...
But- Wait. This isn't the full art, is it?
Now that's the full art! It looks even more good than before! Idk exactly much about art, but I really love the colors palette Aida choose here. It just fits the background, the characters and the aura here!
"A voice beckons from the darkness
But whatever you do, you mustn't respond."
I wonder what could that mean... Hm.. After reading that phrase again, I suddenly remembered what happened in chapter 101;
"A voice beckons from the darkness
But whatever you do, you mustn't respond."
Maybe I am just overreacting and this could mean something else, but it is really suspicious that we still don't know who talked to Nene at that scene, and then there is this phrase a few chapters later, telling the exact same things that just happened in chapter 101.
I'm surprised there aren't many people talking about this, I've only seen a few people talking and theorizing about this hand and who it should belong to.
Some said it's Sakura, others said it's Future/Older Nene, some others said that it's a completely new/different character...
Honestly, seeing how the chapters are going right now and what arc we're in at the moment, I feel like this person could be either someone from the past or someone from the future.
I thought about this person being Sakura from the past, or someone who knew Sakura, and that person might be trying to tell Nene what happened to Sakura in the past. (It's already been confirmed that she is/was a supernatural, so maybe this person is trying to tell Nene about how Sakura died? Maybe something that is related to the festival..)
Idk, just a thought! xd
Back to chapter 106...
Guys.. No bullying. >;(
Poor Hanako-kun... He's being bullied by the cool kids...
(Once again, I love the color palettes!)
Hanako-kun... Is this the same character that fought a decades-old mermaid in chapter 1...?
Is he really that devasted..?
I mean, I supposed it's understandable. After reading this analysis, I think I gained more understanding of why Hanako seems so devastated that he doesn't even try to fight his way out of the restraints that Teru placed on him. Lil' man got ignored by his brother and got his gf stolen, all at the exact same time... Without having the chance to do something about it.
I think he's still trying to process what just happened-
Poor Hanako-kun, not only that his gf got stolen and that his brother ignored his existence completely, but he also had to be dragged around by the 2 people who absolutely hates his guts...
Didn't thought we would see Nene's perspective in this chapter (More like Hanako's or Akane and Teru's perspective), but I am not complaining! Reading the chapter from Nene's perspective satisfied my curiosity that chapter 105 has had put me in.
Well, that's big... Be careful not to get lost, Nene!
Honestly, this place gives me a sense of running through time, which really might just be the clocks, but it's really nice.
Tsukasa was really this impatient to destroy the yorishiro...? Tsukasa-kun, if u really just wanted to destroy the yorishiro and kidnapped Nene-chan for it, why did u kiss her in the first place...?
Hm... I know some people are saying Tsukasa kissed Nene just because he wanted to see Hanako's reaction, but...
Those panels makes me think otherwise, actually.
Why did he look so happy? In a way, it really felt like he was just teasing his brother by kissing Nene, but on the other hand, it really felt like he had been waiting for a while now to kiss her.
The way he shouted "I kissed her!" didn't really seem like he was just provoking a reaction out of Hanako. Especially if we look at the beginning of the manga, a few chapters later, where he seemed very curious if kisses taste like lemon.
I am not saying that Tsukasa likes Nene the same way Hanako likes Nene, I'm just saying that there may be another reason about why Tsukasa kissed Nene.
Maybe that's why he kissed her, to maybe both provoke a reaction out of Hanako, and to see if kisses taste like lemon.
If he actually does have feelings for Nene though, even if it's just a silly lil' crush, that may be another reason on why he kissed her. There are some hints that Tsukasa may have a tiny lil' crush on Nene, but we can't really assume anything.
He completely ignored Amane's existence in this panel too, so I doubt that provoking a reaction out of Amane was the only reason. But eh- Just a thought lol
Anyways! Back to chapter 106!
Why does Tsukasa and Hanako legit looks like Teru... lmao
I will always love Nene's imagination. Always thinking about romantic scenarios, even if it's not the great time for it.
Ok can we talk about how both Hanako and Tsukasa being taller than Nene it's so weird to see since we know she's canonically taller than both of them I think she still prefers taller boys... But Hanako is an exception to that, of course.
Confirmed, once again, that Hanako-kun is the one she loves! Not even his twin can surpass the love she feels for Hanako-kun!
Nene and Tsukasa being besties! Even if it's just in Nene's imagination...
They have such an really interesting dynamic. I wish we could actually see them being besties lol
.......................................I have my doubts. But, hey! You got this, Nene-chan!
I feel bad for laughing when we saw Tsukasa being that close to Nene's face with a tiny smile on his face lmao...
Poor Nene, she's traumatized- I mean, of course she is! She got kissed without consent, then right away kidnapped!
Pretty sure the panel where she got startled was supposed to be a lil' comical scene, but I cannot help but think she's actually traumatized by that, or atleast afraid to be kissed without consent again.
Istg, her trauma is so overlooked in this fandom...
Trying to act cool in front of her brother-in-law, that's Nene-chan for you!
Idk why but I love when Aida draws Nene into a 'ghost' shape lol its cute
There is always a 'but.' in this kind of situation....
Like someone else said, playing tag with Tsukasa must be terrifying... Especially if u know what's going to happen if he tags you...
And basically after that panel, it's just them 'playing' tag xD
It's adorable tbh, if u put away the context of it, that is.
A compilation of my favorite tag moments because yes;
In this compilation, we have;
Tsukasa being clumsy as ever, just like how he was when he was 4. Nene running away from Tsukasa in a incredible panik. Tsukasa playing with Nene.
My favorite moment is this part;
Seeing as how Tsukasa seems to be doing nothing right after Nene told him to stay away from her, maybe he's finally feeling the feeling of rejection..? lol
Or maybe he knew what would happened the moment Nene stepped into that building(?), so he has been waiting for whatever happens to happen.
Just a maybe.
Amazing compilation!
Alright, now back to chapter 106's real plot...
A big owl....
In Japan, by contrast, the owl enjoys a highly venerated status as a symbol of wisdom and fortune. The Japanese name for the bird, fukurō, has an auspicious ring, carrying the homophonic meaning of “without hardship”—the negative prefix fu (不) attached to kurō (苦労)—as well as containing the word fuku (福), or good luck. - Google.
Not exactly sure what could that mean, but apparently that big Owl that appears here can turn people into how they were in the past/can go back in time, just like Kako!
Nene seems to still have her memories intact, despite her returning to her middle school age. Which is quite a contrast compared to how her and the other students' memories were erased as soon as Kako went back in time. Maybe time has to be stopped so she has no memory of what happened before she went back in time…? (In this case, her body went back in time.)
Oh well-
Tsukasa-kun to the rescue! Maybe he was waiting for it to happen, after all. Or maybe he really was feeling rejected back there. Or maybe both.
Either way, congrats Tsukasa-kun! You saved Nene from being turned into a newborn!
:O
Mini-Nene makes her entrance! She looks so huggable honestly-
Now they are matching! In the same universe! That's warmly adorable. And somewhat comforting too, tbh lol
After this chapter... We haven't got the answers we wanted. But atleast we might know Nene's past more clearly now? I mean, she is one of the only characters that we still doesn't know the past of... And she's the main character...
I'll be honest; I was more interested in Sakura, Natsuhiko, and the Yugi Twins' past. But getting the hint that we may finally get to see Nene's past it's cool too! I'm not really sure if we will actually get to see her past on the next chapters, but still find it cool that we may be closer to finally getting to know her past more. To know what other things could she be interested in than only spooky things and have someone love her for who she is.
Welp, I guess that's it for this post lol it's getting pretty long right now...
Bye! ~ Have a good day/afternoon/night, you all!

I can see why Akane is unaffected by time disruption, but why is Teru? And Tsukasa?

Hi. So I just watched the new In The Heights movie. I'm not going to spoil. Just talk general shit. But first, a background of me. I listened to the soundtrack of the In The Heights musical around 2 years ago while I was stressing on finals my 1st year of college. It is one of the best musical I've ever listened to. And the only one that had made me cry so hard because that impact of feelings comes out of nowhere.
So fast forward a couple months from today and I hear that an In The Heights movie is being made. Another thing about me, I'm not a huge movie gal. But I was ready to go see this movie the minute I saw Anthony Ramos in it. Then I saw Lin and I laughed so hard because it was just so funny to me that they were just collecting Hamilton cast members.
Now to today, I walked into the theater knowing I would like the movie. I came out in tears and a need to rewatch it. Immediately after watching it. The only reason I didn't is because my friend's dad drove me and he was tired. Guys it's SO GOOD! I knew the whole plot and they made little changes that just made it better and almost changed the entire plot yet didn't and it was PERFECT!
For anyone who had never listened to the musical, please go in blind. Everything will hit you so much harder than people who knew what was coming. Though knowing the musical and seeing the little changes to the story is just as good.
But no matter where you stand, this movie os more than just a musical adaption. This is a movie of empowerment. A story of dreams and hope. A story of a community who understand each other well. A story of family. A story of struggles and failures. A story that needs to be watched.

I just finished rewatching Season 2 episode 14 of Animaniacs, the Christmas special. And while watching Little Drummer Warners, I realized how well behaved they were. Like I know it was a special episode/segment with it being the birth of Jesus and all but like the Warners are very much always chaotic, no matter the occasion so it was kinda weird.
When they see the couple and the new born, they aren't there usually "Hello Nurse" way with them. And Mary and Joseph (? Don't come for me if it's wrong, I don't remember the dude's name) are very handsome/pretty in this segment.
Then when the 3 kings bring their gifts, while the Warners are impressed and excited to see the gifts, they don't dare touch them for they know it's not for them.
There's nothing really special about this scene (though the song be slamming) but I wanted to share it bc it's nice to see the Warners being on their best behavior by choice and not force.
Also this segment is one the best so.... Yea

Do you ever have this moment where you think you've read a fandom dry in fanfiction but then you find a tag you never tried before and a whole new door is opened?
On one hand, you're hyped bc it's new content, that's always a blessing. On the other hand, my sleep schedule must once again suffer due to my late night reading being reignited.

With the new JSHK chapter (80 for reference) I just want to talk about how proud I am of Nene. Like in the beginning, Nene was very much the naive girl that fell in love too hard too fast and didn't think plans through all the way. And in this whole chapter we see our girl make connections, have a general plan for what she wants to do when she gets out, and be able to use her fish curse to her own advantage.
Like I was screaming at this scene. Look at her! GUYS OUR LITTLE GIRL IS MATURING!
TWT I'M SO PROUD

Why was Amane trying to get the old clock going?
Kako and Mirai recruited Akane to be their third clock keeper. But who was the third keeper before him? It's reasonable to assume they kept recruiting Kamome students until their graduation for years. Even as far as Amane's and Taukasa's time. There are only two candidates for this.
Amane was the third clock keeper.
They probably tricked him by putting Tsukasa in a dangerous situation.
Repairing the clock probably symbolizes adding more time to Tsukasa's lifespan or something. Hanako does not consider this solution for Nene because he did not achieve it during his lifetime, and it's established rule that he cannot achieve it in afterlife.
And now Tsukasa repaid him like this.
