The new banner for Bleach Brave Souls is Japanese Parasols, and in this one: it has Momo and Shinji (as well as Riruka).

Shuhei asked Momo to model for them, and it became the cover photo for the new seireitei issue that month. Shinji was livid he wasn't part cus of the drip he had (/´△`＼)

Anyways, Momo was shy, but Rangiku, Rukia, and Izuru assured her she looked beautiful. Shuhei then asked Rangiku if Toshiro was in the barracks since he also had a part in that issue. Rangiku offered to give it and asked Shinji if she could borrow Momo, which he was fine with. But Momo didn't know why she needed to go. Well... pretty obvious why ( ￣▽￣)

Hi, my name is Mosab , and I’m from Gaza. Life here has been harder than I could ever imagine, but today I’m sharing my story with hope in my heart, because your kindness has already given us so much strength.

This journey hasn’t been easy. The war has taken 25 family members from us—25 beautiful souls we loved deeply. Their laughter, their presence, their love… all of it is gone, leaving behind memories that are both precious and painful. Every day, I carry the weight of their loss, but I also carry their spirit, which gives me the strength to keep going.

Our Journey So Far When I first reached out, I couldn’t have imagined we’d make it this far. Thanks to your incredible kindness, we’ve reached 19,800 out of 30,000. Your support has been a light in these difficult times, and we are so deeply grateful for every single contribution.

I ended up binging all of the chapters of Akane banashi in one go, and I am excited for the upcoming Issho arc like you wouldn’t believe. It’s a good thing Kaichi is there to serve as a familiar face for Akane, but otherwise it must be difficult for her to undergo this transition.

I’ve always liked a good rivalry, and Kaisei has always been intriguing to me, so this development is a welcome one. I mean, it’s hard to pin point the dynamic Kaisei has with Akane. While Akane has many she considers rivals in her generation (with Kaisei perhaps at the top of the list), it’s telling that it seems like the two people Kaisei considers as rivals would be Rokuro and Akane. There’s how Akane and Kaisei were driven by vengeance in a way, or using Rakugo as a means to escape powerlessness. But for Kaisei, is Rakugo truly fun the way it is for Akane? I think Rakugo is about survival for Kaisei, and while he can recognize that same drive in Akane, he can’t help but be threatened by her too, especially because of Issho’s interest in her. It may be that Kaisei considers himself replaceable, and he’s burning with dark feelings that he doesn’t want to lose his place to anyone, especially someone who’s set out to directly oppose his master. But weirdly enough he can’t help but support her too, or maybe that’s just his impatience to have them perform on the same stage together (to parallel Akane’s first performance) to prove once and for all who’s the better of the two.

It’s certainly different now as compared to those first few chapters. Akane isn’t just that ‘cute’ girl anymore. There are no longer any easy smiles, just hostile intent, because as much as Akane is frustrated by the gap between her and him, Kaisei also won’t underestimate her and is serious about crushing her.

yor and loid really do make a good couple, even if we don’t necessarily get a lot of ship moments focused on them. like the seeds of how they could fall deeply in love with another are all there because of their history and personalities. and I love how the reasons they can and would fall in love with each other are all inextricably linked to anya.

loid gives yor confidence and validation, that all her years up to this point mean something. he gives her acceptance for all of her perceived faults. with him, she can be comfortable in just bumbling along and growing, without having to fear that she’ll be abandoned. because of loid she has an equal she can share the burden with. it’s because of him that she finally has more people who are so precious to her besides yuri.

meanwhile, loid admires yor so much because yor just by being herself can create the world that loid has been fighting for all these years. yor gives loid rest and respite, the same way that yor provides anya with warmth and security.

yor and anya are tangible proof that the world loid is fighting for - where children are safe and are no longer crying - is possible and worth fighting for. and similar to yor (even if the information balance is quite unequal in favor of twilight’s side), just by being who she is can equally share in loid’s responsibility in raising anya. things that he might miss because of his focus on the mission are highlighted and brought to his attention because of yor. she grounds him and makes him remember, that ultimately operation strix is just a means to an end, and in fulfilling his mission, he can’t lose sight of the bigger picture - and yor does all this without even knowing about everything! it’s wonderful. both of them may have their secrets, but they really do show their truest self to one another.

remember when israel bombed a hospital fourteen months ago they said that they would never do anything like that only to bomb every single hospital in gaza and then target schools and refugee camps and kindergartens and un shelters?

remember how everyone was angry when al shifa hospital was bombed? why are we all silent now when israel is bombing kamal adwan hospital in gaza? where is that anger now? why aren't the events taking place in north gaza on the forefront of your mind?

while we are going about our days, there are multiple massacres taking place in gaza. we are living in comfort while our tax money is being used to bomb children.

are we becoming desensitised to genocide? desensitised to the cruelty the occupation inflicts on gaza every second of every day?

earlier in the genocide, we all came together to help palestinians evacuate. we would do our best to help. now we've simply started tuning out fundraisers. is this what we've come to? ignoring people who are going through a genocide?
