As someone with a mental illness do you find journaling helpful? I've been thinking about starting one..but Idk

YESSSSSSSSSSSS 😁 thanks for this ask. So yeah I’d definitely say journaling helps and I 💯% recommend starting one! I started with a bullet journal format and now I just have a journal and then a separate notebook for my to-do lists, notes etc. I find it helps clear our my thoughts, allows me to vent and log my feelings and also lets me be crearive.
