Despite my better judgment I am drafting a fic for my Fairy Swap AU. So here are some out of context quotes.

When Peri had been toddler his sleep ​​paralysis and nightmares were often haunted by an evil babysitter character named Vicky. He was careful not to mention this to Hazel, doubting it would help. Plus, Vicky wasn’t real so mentioning her wasn’t really relevant to the conversation.

Mitsuri would have a very similar blood art to Hantengu, except each time you behead her, her ‘clones’ are different forms of love.

I’m thinking something like ‘puppy love’ (parallels Urogi) ‘platonic love’ (parallels Sekido) ‘lust’ (parallels Karaku) ‘romantic love’ (parallels Aizetsu) and ‘true love’ (zohakuten) and maybe ‘fake love’ (Urami)?

Zenitsu would not have Hantengu’s blood art.

If Zen was a demon, I think he would be a demon that denies being a demon at all. He still wears a tattered corps uniform and gets terrified around everyone, demon, slayer and human alike, much like a normal Zenitsu does in his worst moments, (and much like a base form Hantengu).

He’s in a constant state of fear and appears as a very weak and vulnerable demon. He doesn’t even have the rank in his eyes.

Until he’s beheaded, that is. Most slayers expect to be done with it after they hear the decisive thump of his head hitting the floor, but the battle has just begun. Once beheaded in his base form, Zenitsu’s head will grow back a single time, and he will enter his ‘sleeping’ form.

A third eye opens on his forehead as his two others close, the Jogen for ‘Upper Rank Four’ appearing embedded in his pupil. Horns curl away from his scalp, his nails grow into wicked claws; there’s no denying that he’s a demon now. This alternate form of Zenitsu’s would be more like an alter-ego. When he’s like this, he doesn’t hardly talk, and will take up the single-minded goal of killing whoever beheaded him first. In addition to being much faster and stronger, his thunder breathing now takes on physical manifestations, (real lightning strikes whenever he hits). (sounds kinda OP, but all of the Upper Ranks are tbh)

Shabana Azmi has added another major award to her impressive resume. The talented performer was awarded an honorary doctorate by Techno India University in Kolkata.
