you faint on a rollercoaster, SKZ.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
featuring — stray kids members x gn!reader ( masterlist )
summary — a reaction of what happens when the stray kids boys see you faint while on a rollercoaster!
contents — mentions of fainting and nausea.
Tumblr media
bang ꣼ chan
the rollercoaster was at its peak, and bang chan’s laughter mixed with the rush of wind as the drop loomed ahead. beside him, you were gripping the bar tightly, excitement and fear flashing in your eyes. but as the ride plunged, your head suddenly lulled to the side, your body going limp.
chan immediately noticed. his sharp instincts kicked in, and his smile dropped. “hey, hey!” he called, his voice steady despite the panic rising inside him. he reached over, carefully cradling your head with one hand to stop it from jerking with the motion of the ride. his other hand stayed on his own restraint to ensure his balance.
“stay with me,” he murmured, leaning closer as the ride twisted and turned. his calm, steady demeanor didn’t falter, even as his heart raced. when the ride finally screeched to a halt, he quickly undid his harness and called for staff, his voice firm but controlled.
as you blinked awake, his worried face hovered over yours. “you scared me there,” he said, his voice soft but trembling slightly. “are you okay? does anything hurt?” when you nodded weakly, he exhaled in relief, pressing a gentle kiss to your forehead. “let’s get you checked out, alright? no more rides today.”
Tumblr media
felix ꣼
felix’s excitement was contagious, his deep laughter booming as the rollercoaster climbed higher. “this is going to be epic!” he shouted, glancing at you with a bright grin. but as the ride plunged, his laughter stopped abruptly when he noticed your head slump to the side.
“y/n?” he called, his voice rising in concern. without hesitation, he reached over, his hands trembling slightly as he supported your head to prevent it from snapping with the motion. his heart pounded in his chest, panic coursing through him.
“it’s okay, i’ve got you,” he whispered, more to himself than to you. he fought the urge to yell for help, knowing it wouldn’t do much until the ride stopped. as the rollercoaster finally came to a halt, he quickly waved down a staff member, his deep voice shaking as he explained the situation.
when you opened your eyes, his face was pale with worry. “you fainted,” he said softly, his hand brushing hair out of your face. “are you feeling okay now? do you need water? food?” his voice was a flurry of concern. when you managed a small smile, he sighed in relief but kept his arm around you. “no more rollercoasters for us today. let’s stick to something calmer, yeah?”
Tumblr media
lee ꣼ know
lee know’s laugh was louder than usual as the rollercoaster raced up the track. “this is going to be insane!” he exclaimed, glancing at you with his usual mischievous grin. but when the ride dropped, he noticed your head drooping and your body going slack.
his grin vanished in an instant. “y/n?” he called, his voice sharp with worry. without hesitation, he reached over to steady your head, his reflexes fast and precise. his grip was firm yet gentle, making sure you wouldn’t get hurt by the jerking motions of the ride.
the normally composed lee know felt his chest tighten as the ride continued. he kept glancing at your face, silently willing you to wake up. when the ride finally stopped, he was the first to call for help, his voice firm and commanding as he flagged down the staff.
as you slowly came to, his usual teasing demeanor was replaced by genuine concern. “what the hell happened?” he asked, his tone softer but still laced with worry. when you tried to brush it off, he frowned. “don’t downplay it. we’re getting you checked out, no arguments.” despite his words, his hand stayed protectively on your back, guiding you gently.
Tumblr media
hyun ꣼ jin
hyunjin’s scream of excitement turned to one of surprise when the rollercoaster suddenly dropped. he glanced at you to share the thrill, but his expression changed instantly when he saw your body slump against the harness.
“y/n!” he shouted, his voice cracking with panic. he immediately reached over, his long fingers gently supporting your head. his movements were careful despite the adrenaline coursing through him. “it’s okay, i’ve got you,” he murmured, his voice shaky but soothing.
the ride felt like an eternity as his mind raced with worry. every twist and turn made him tighten his grip, his heart pounding louder than the screams around him. when the ride finally stopped, he was already undoing his harness, calling for help in a frantic tone.
as you stirred awake, hyunjin’s face was pale and etched with concern. “you fainted,” he said softly, his eyes searching yours for any signs of discomfort. “do you feel dizzy? does anything hurt?” when you reassured him, he exhaled shakily but refused to let go of your hand. “we’re not doing anything else until you’re okay,” he said firmly, his voice trembling slightly. “you scared me so much.”
Tumblr media
i.n ꣼
jeongin’s laughter filled the air as the rollercoaster climbed to its peak. “this is going to be insane!” he shouted, looking over at you with his signature bright grin. but his smile faltered when he noticed your body suddenly go limp, your head lolling to the side.
“y/n?” his voice trembled with worry as he reached over without hesitation. his hand carefully supported your head, his grip firm yet gentle, ensuring it didn’t jerk with the movement of the ride. his heart raced, his usual carefree demeanor replaced with a wave of panic.
“it’s okay, i’ve got you,” he whispered under his breath, trying to calm himself as much as you, even though you were unconscious. when the ride came to a screeching halt, jeongin quickly undid his harness, waving down a staff member with urgency.
when you finally stirred awake, jeongin’s wide eyes were filled with concern. “you fainted,” he said softly, his voice shaky but warm. “are you okay? does anything feel weird?” his hands hovered around you, unsure whether to touch or give you space. once you reassured him, he sighed in relief but still looked serious. “no more crazy rides for us, okay? let’s stick to something safe. you really scared me back there.”
Tumblr media
han ꣼
han’s shrieks of excitement were a mix of genuine fun and his usual over-the-top reactions as the rollercoaster whipped around a corner. he turned to laugh with you, but his heart sank when he noticed your body go slack.
“y/n!” he called, panic instantly replacing his excitement. without thinking, he reached over to cradle your head with one hand, his movements quick but careful. “oh no, no, no,” he muttered, his usual playful tone now filled with anxiety. “you’re gonna be okay. just hold on.”
the twists and turns of the ride felt endless, but han didn’t let go. his free hand clutched the bar tightly, but his focus was solely on you. when the ride came to a stop, he was out of his harness in seconds, flagging down a staff member.
when you woke up, his face was pale, his usual bright energy dimmed by worry. “hey, you’re back,” he said with a shaky laugh, his hand brushing your cheek gently. “you fainted, and i was so scared. are you sure you’re okay?” his words came out in a rush, and when you nodded, his shoulders sagged in relief. “you owe me for scaring me like that,” he teased lightly, though his grip on your hand remained tight.
Tumblr media
seung ꣼ min
seungmin chuckled softly as the rollercoaster climbed higher. “you’re not chickening out, are you?” he teased, glancing at you with his trademark deadpan humor. but when your head suddenly slumped forward, his smirk disappeared in an instant.
“y/n?” he called, his voice sharp and urgent. his hand shot out to gently support your head, his usual calm demeanor replaced by an undercurrent of panic. “hey, wake up,” he murmured, his tone low but laced with worry.
the ride’s twists and turns didn’t faze him as he focused solely on keeping you safe. his grip was steady, his mind racing through possibilities but outwardly composed. when the ride finally stopped, he quickly flagged down a staff member and undid your harness with care.
when your eyes fluttered open, seungmin let out a quiet sigh of relief. “you fainted,” he explained, his voice soft but firm. “how are you feeling now? dizzy? nauseous?” his questions were precise, his concern evident in his tone. when you reassured him, he nodded but didn’t let go of your hand. “no more rollercoasters,” he stated flatly, his usual sarcasm replaced by genuine protectiveness.
Tumblr media
chang ꣼ bin
changbin’s loud cheers echoed over the roaring wind as the rollercoaster climbed to its peak. “this is awesome!” he exclaimed, his excitement infectious. but when he turned to you, his face fell as he saw your body slump in the seat.
“y/n!” he yelled, his voice breaking with worry. he immediately reached over, his strong hands steadying your head to prevent it from jerking with the ride’s sharp motions. “stay with me,” he pleaded softly, his heart pounding in his chest.
the ride’s adrenaline rush was completely lost on him as he focused solely on you. every twist and turn made his grip tighten protectively. when the ride finally stopped, changbin quickly undid his harness and waved for help, his voice firm but shaky.
when you slowly came to, his expression was a mix of relief and lingering fear. “you scared the life out of me,” he said, his tone a mixture of frustration and affection. “are you okay? do you feel sick?” when you nodded weakly, he exhaled deeply, his hand brushing over your hair. “that’s it, no more scary rides. i’m sticking to boring ones if it means you’re safe.” despite his words, his protective arm around you spoke louder than anything else.

Concrete is an excellent and versatile material, but it's not without its limitations. One of the biggest problems materials scientists are keen to find a workaround for is its brittleness. Concrete doesn't have very high tensile strength at all, which means it's prone to cracking under stress. One way of resolving this issue would be to develop concrete that can fill in its own cracks, and a new method could be that panacea. A team led by mechanical engineer Congrui Grace Jin of Texas A&M University has developed concrete that can heal itself by harnessing the power of synthetic lichen.

All the love and respect to Top Form's casting director and their team, for not only hiring the perfect Jin and Akin in Smart and Boom, but also--
Why Toey Pongsakorn is the perfect Jade:
Tumblr media
I'm not BS-ing here, I knew Toey long before I ever heard of either Smart or Boom, because Toey is a famous lakorn (drama/soap opera) actor under Channel 3 in Thailand. I'm not Thai, but as a neighboring Asian we often receive shows from there as part of our airing rotation. Just before Top Form, I watched Toey in A Cunning Destiny, a het series with his very own branded pair, Cheer Thikumporn:
Tumblr media
And just last year, I saw him again as the lead in the lakorn Invincible:
Tumblr media
And of course, in the movie Paradise of Thorns by and with resident BL superstar Jeff Satur.
Tumblr media
In Top Form specifically, Jade is portrayed as a producer with a special pulse on entertainment politics: knowing what sells and what doesn't, hiring the perfect cast and crew for projects, harnessing the power of fan culture, and successfully establishing brands for artists.
Jade is also Akin's oldest friend, and is the true key to Akin's successful branding. He vets prestigious projects for Akin so the latter can court critics' praise, only hires directors and castmates guaranteed to help frame Akin as a serious artist, and allows him freedom to refuse regular celebrity PR and fanservice activities without damage to his fanbase. Jade's here to ensure Akin's longevity in the business. But best of all, Jade gives Akin the freedom and privacy to love who he wants to -- a luxury in the entertainment industry, where actors are often dictated by their producers and managers to debut celebrity lovers in public, to sell more merchandise (e.g. Jin and Judy from Sigma).
Toey as a person and artist relates to this in many ways. He's an advertising communication graduate of Bangkok University. He worked on promoting channel dramas before formally joining Ch. 3 as an artist himself, after he won the reality talent show "Idol Project 2". Toey actually put his degree to good use when he joined Idol Project 2, as he was able to create his own brand and fanbase organically (he had no family/industry backing. Just himself and a dream to join showbiz). He didn't just create a brand-- he's been working non-stop as a lakorn lead since 2011. I'm sure WeTV hired Toey for Top Form specifically because he had the following neither Boom nor Smart had. Toey is the Akin in this scenario.
But most of all, Toey relates to Akin's story in a specific way:
Tumblr media
Back in late 2018, paparazzi caught Toey out and about with his non-showbiz girlfriend. At the time he was promoting a series with a koo-jin (celebrity branded pair). In the nasty tradition of branded pairs, Toey was selling the idea of being in a relationship with his acting partner, before the fantasy came crashing down.
Toey laid low in the media for a couple of weeks, before doing an interview in February 2019 where he admitted that he broke up with his non-showbiz girlfriend already. He didn't cite any reason-- just that something happened that "changed" their relationship forever.
Tumblr media
Toey hasn't been seen with anyone ever since, nor admitted to being in any new relationship. Surprisingly, he also tries to avoid any koo-jin promotions that go beyond his current projects.
So yeah, Toey is the perfect Jade. He's the only one, real or reel, who could understand what Akin needs in the industry.
(Disclaimer: I got this from some very basic research of poor-to-mid-quality English-translations of Thai articles. I remember watching this story on TV years back, but I never knew it would come back to me for this specific purpose. Any Thai natives here, I'll be super happy to hear your feedback/corrections)

Macaque doesn't ever come face to face with Wu until after New Years, something MK had sort of intentionally did. Look, in his defense, it hadn't been the first time soemone had mistaken his Uncle Wu for the Monkey King (see the Calabash episode) and he didn't want to risk Macaque attacking his uncle for no good reason because he thought he was someone was wasn't, he wasn't dumb enough to not realize that Macaque would do something rash based on what he did when he thought MK had connections to the real Great Sage!
After New Years, however, Wu is revealed to have been Sun Wukong this entire time. And after being convinced to stay by weaponized puppy dog eyes form MK and a pleading Sandy telling him they love him legend or no legend during Sleep Bug, Wu had been dealing with a lot of fuss and harassment from the demons who'd been in the spider web with him, the Demon Bull Family included (albeit they weren't really HARASSING him moreso not leaving him alone after father and son eavesdropped on why he disappeared and how he felt he being Sun Wukong was akin to being a monster). So Tang comes up with the idea of seeing a shadow play. The room would be dark, nobody would see anyone else in the crowd, and it'd give Wu a chance to just relax and enjoy himself.
Unfortunately, the person doing the play happened to ve the person the most obsessed with the Monkey King, and he recognizes him in the crowd.
I'm just thinking of Macaque brooding after his attempt to draw Wukong out in his debut episode failed - only to overhear a certain pair of horned demons bouncing conspiracy theories off one another. Turns out having your former-mentor's nutty kids around doesn't leave much room for silence.
Macaque finds the twins in the theatre's prop room discussing over a large cork board containing MK's and multiple peoples' photographs. There's drawing attached to each photo, seemingly ripped from books.
Jin: "What about the cook? He seems to be both the Monkie Kid's dad and his boss?" Yin: "Must be like when we work for mum." Jin, nodding: "Ah, true. Why hire staff when you got perfectly good kids right there? But then again, wouldn't that make him the Pig Kid?" Macaque, makes presence known: "What are you two doing?" Jin & Yin: (*jump a little at seeing the shadow monkey emerge from the shadows*) Yin: "'Ello bruv!" Jin: "Ever since we tried capturing the Monkie Kid in the Dream Calabash, we've been thinking lots." Macaque, snarking: "An extreme sport." Jin: "Hardy har." Yin: "Well, we tried recreating the Monkie Kid's uncle in the Calabash, and you know what? He looks an awful lot like The Monkey King!" Macaque, stunned: "...what?" Jin: "Working theory. We actually thought it *was* the Monkey King when we tried making the calabash copy! But the kid didn't see it that way. Kept calling 'im Uncle Wu for some reason." Yin, gesturing to the noodle gang's photos: "So now our theory is that the Monkey King has been in hiding, acting the Uncle to his old bruvs descendants, and choose MK as his successor cus he's the pig's something great-grandson!" Macaque: (*slowly blinks as the sheer weirdness of the theory sinks in. Sees a blurry photograph of someone who is definitely Wukong giving younger MK a piggyback ride*) Jin & Yin: (*look very proud/smug of their detective work*) Macaque: "I need a drink."
Macaque swears he can hear the twins yell "I FECKING KNEW IT!!!" on New Years.
And now the shadow monkey is secretly scaring suitors away from his Wukong like they're cubs all over again.
Macaque tries (key word: tries) to put on a dranatic show to his mate so that he can get it through Wukong's head that no matter how he feels about him in the moment's he's still His.
Then MK stumbles in mid-confession, and panics thonking Macaque is planning an attack!!
Wukong is left more confused, an convinced Macaque hates him more than ever.
Macaque curses MK for having terrible timing.

Jin guangyao
Oooohhhhhhh
favorite thing about them - his silly little habit of making things Worse for himself whenever he's accused of doing something. He always manages to say the absolute worst thing for those circumstances and it's amazing. "you heard him A-Ling I might do something scary :)" "A-Song had to die" "Sorry I insulted ur dad no I'm not talking about the dead soldiers even though that's what ur mad about" babe. Darling. Sweetheart. Get a defense attorney.
least favorite thing about them - his dad.
favorite line - "Jin Guangyao looked steadily at him. Then, as if he’d finally made up his mind—and in the same moment, given up on something—he calmly replied, “Yes.” He raised his head high, his expression proud, frank, and faintly insane in equal proportion. “I am, of course, different from them!”" It's such an interesting line for this conversation specifically and I could talk about Nieyao and their different perceptions of themselves and other people for hours and hours. Or "“Of all the evil in the world, what haven’t I done?!… But I’ve never even thought of harming you!”" Mmmm. Mmmm. Xiyao thoughts forever.
brOTP - him and Su Minshan/Su She, lmfao. Henchman of all time! They're buddies and I like it. JGY babe SMS wants to be ur defense attorney so bad please let him you need it. That or him and Xue Yang because their dynamic in Villainous Friends is lovely to me. Babysitter of all time truly. Orrrrrrrr him and Jin Ling because!! I think about them so much!! Because when push comes to shove he IS willing to risk Jin Ling and it's so!! He loved him!! But he was also willing to take him hostage and maybe feed him to zombies (whether or not you think JL was in danger is up to you, I guess, but there was a level of 'he might die' JGY was clearly willing to assume even if that wasn't the outcome he expected or wanted) when it came to his own safety and it's so!!
OTP - 3zun or Qinyao!! Unfortunately he can never be happy as both are doomed but shrugs. They're so compelling and I think the dual tragedies going on with 3zun and the way that had they not been responsibility gendered it genuinely may have worked and every choice taken which I think haunts all 3 of them until they each die is so fun. With Qinyao it's just... JGY really can never be happy. Xuanli but Worse. He finds a person who's not only willing to fight for him but ready and able to do so, who he loves back, and then... she's his sister. And he can't tell her because she's already pregnant! Like! His life sucks! I'm insane about them.
nOTP - no one really? I guess him and Wei Wuxian for the sole reason I think he might kill him in his sleep the fifth time he fucks with his perfectly planned banquets.
random headcanon - The only person he's ever talked to about Meng Shi was Jin Ling as a child. Never by name, of course, and just barely, but Jin Ling wanted memories of a mother and was distraught for whatever reasons and, well, he was young enough he wasn't likely to remember it in a few years. It was a casual memory, like eating a specific food or going to a festival with her.
unpopular opinion - Hm. I mean I guess that I don't think he's like. A master manipulator? In CQL maybe but in novel canon he's sort of just reacting to what goes on around him as best he can. The only 'master manipulator' thing he really does is fucking up Cleansing drive NMJ to Qi deviation faster, which could have been found out very quickly if someone was paying enough attention considering WWX, who does not play the guqin, noticed it. Beyond that? He didn't mean to get JZX killed, killing JGS was very much emotional, I just... he's smart, definitely, but he doesn't seem like a master manipulator to me lol. No one in MDZS is.
song i associate with them - god I am SO bad at this. London Beckoned Songs About Money Written by Machines by P!ATD. In an alternate musician AU or something this is him in a way. Tbh just the general vibe reminds me of him - panicked, outsider, trying hard to prove yourself to a world which will call for your downfall with as quick a switch as anything.
favorite picture of them
Tumblr media
Thisss like after LXC agrees to die with him it's just. Ooooooh it's so tasty. Mmm.

Of Paws and Quiet Hearts (Finale) | Park Jimin
Tumblr media
Chapter Three (Finale) : Like Rain, Like Love
It started with a leash and a nervous laugh.
“I think Mochi’s ready for a little walk,” Jimin said as he held up the tiny pink harness Jungkook had chosen after an intense (and ridiculous) debate between “fashion” and “functionality.”
“She’s still scared of the garbage truck,” Y/N replied, zipping up her coat as she eyed the window. “And puddles. And loud dogs. And air.”
Jimin grinned, kneeling beside the small dog, now slightly less terrified than she’d been weeks ago. “Yeah, but she’s also braver now. Because of you.”
“Because of us,” Y/N corrected gently.
Their eyes met for a beat too long.
And just like that, the air shifted again.
The park was quiet — just past the afternoon rush, just before the golden hour.
It smelled like fallen leaves and something softer, like warmth settling into bones. A slow wind threaded through the trees, tugging at Jimin’s hoodie and tossing stray strands of Y/N’s hair into her eyes.
Mochi trotted ahead, her tiny steps determined, leash lightly held in Y/N’s gloved hand.
Jimin walked beside her.
Close.
But not too close.
The kind of closeness that hummed quietly beneath the skin.
“So…” Jimin said after a while, smiling as he looked out over the path. “Do you believe in fate?”
Y/N glanced at him. “That’s a very serious question for a Tuesday.”
“I’m serious.”
“Okay.” She stuffed her hands into her coat pockets. “I think fate is just a pretty word for timing. We meet people when we’re ready to see them.”
“Huh,” Jimin murmured. “That’s… actually kind of beautiful.”
He didn’t say more, but she felt it — the way he looked at her after, like he was quietly wondering if he was seeing her now for the first time or finally in full focus.
They ended up at the old wooden bridge that stretched over the shallow creek. It was quiet here — no joggers, no kids on scooters, just wind in the reeds and the occasional bird call.
Y/N leaned on the railing.
Jimin joined her.
Mochi curled up by their feet, head on her paws, finally tired.
“I like this,” she said after a long silence.
“Walking?”
“No.” She turned slightly. “This… feeling. Quiet. Safe.”
Jimin’s voice was low. “I haven’t felt this in a long time.”
They stood like that for a while, the hush of the moment folding around them like soft cloth. Every now and then, their shoulders brushed — not by accident, but not entirely on purpose either.
The breeze picked up.
Y/N shivered.
Without a word, Jimin reached over and adjusted her scarf. His fingers grazed the edge of her jaw as he tucked a strand of hair behind her ear.
It was nothing.
It was everything.
Her breath caught.
So did his.
“Y/N,” he said softly, not moving his hand away just yet.
“Yeah?”
“I think I’m scared.”
She looked at him, eyes wide. “Of what?”
“Of how easy it is to fall into something real with you.”
The words settled between them like leaves on still water.
“Me too,” she whispered.
They didn’t kiss.
But they stood there — hand brushing hand, hearts open and terrified — as the sky dimmed to a quiet amber, and the wind carried the unspoken truth between them.
That love wasn’t always loud.
Sometimes it arrived like this:
A walk.
A glance.
A silence full of knowing.
And the undeniable ache of beginning to fall.
It was Jungkook’s idea.
Of course it was Jungkook’s idea.
“Let’s take the clinic pups to visit the nursing home!” he’d exclaimed one afternoon, dramatically flinging open the staff lounge door, nearly spilling Jin’s tea in the process.
Jin blinked. “You mean… expose frail elderly people to Jungkook’s chaotic energy and Mochi’s nervous breakdowns?”
“She’s doing better,” Jimin had said gently, reaching down to scratch Mochi’s ear as she curled against his foot. “And I think it might be good for them. For the residents. For the dogs. For us.”
So it was decided.
A small, quiet Saturday event.
Just a few dogs.
A few familiar faces.
And one woman whose story had never fully been told.
Y/N hadn’t known what to expect from a nursing home visit.
But the minute she stepped into the sun-drenched lounge — soft chairs, crocheted blankets, windows fogged with warm air — something in her chest exhaled.
It felt like entering a memory she hadn’t lived yet.
Jimin stood beside her, holding a basket of treats and leashes. His eyes scanned the room, lingering with quiet affection on the faces around him.
“Have you done this a lot?” she asked.
He nodded. “Since my grandmother passed. She lived here for a while. I used to bring my dog, Choco, every weekend.”
Y/N tilted her head. “What happened to Choco?”
There was a small pause. A long blink. Then Jimin gave her a quiet smile — not sad, just soft. “He got old. Like we all do.”
She didn’t push.
She didn’t have to.
The first half hour was a gentle kind of chaos.
Jungkook somehow managed to entertain three grandmothers at once while trying to teach Mochi how to high-five. Jin ended up in a heated debate with a retired math teacher about Sudoku strategies. Hobi brought treats and sunshine, wearing a bright yellow hoodie that matched his laugh.
But Jimin — Jimin moved differently.
He sat beside each person with full attention, never rushed.
He knelt so they didn’t have to crane their necks.
He remembered names, touched trembling hands with respectful care, and listened like he had all the time in the world.
One woman — Mrs. Choi, with snow-white hair and eyes that twinkled despite a wheelchair — lit up the second she saw him.
“Park Jimin, you beautiful boy,” she said, grinning. “I was wondering when you’d come back.”
He knelt beside her. “I brought some new friends.”
Mrs. Choi’s eyes shifted to Y/N, and she smiled — warm and knowing.
“Oh, so this is the reason he’s been humming again.”
“Mrs. Choi,” Jimin said, flustered, laughing softly. “Be nice.”
But Y/N didn’t blush.
She smiled too.
Because somewhere deep inside, something uncurled.
Later, after the dogs had calmed and the cookies were gone, the residents rested in their chairs and a kind of hush settled in. It was golden-hour quiet — full of soft chatter and the rustle of stories.
Y/N sat on the floor beside Jimin’s chair, Mochi curled in her lap.
He was looking out the window, one leg folded beneath him, hand loosely resting on his knee.
“She used to sit right there,” he said after a long silence. “My grandmother. Every week, we’d play old trot songs on the radio, and Choco would curl at her feet.”
Y/N looked at him.
His profile was lit by afternoon light, gold streaking his lashes, warm shadows resting beneath his eyes.
“She loved animals. Said they speak in ways humans forget how to listen for.”
He paused.
Then, more quietly: “When she died, I didn’t know what to do with all the love I still had. So I gave it to the ones who needed it.”
Y/N’s throat ached.
“You’re…” she whispered. “You’re really something, Jimin.”
He turned, met her gaze.
“I’m just trying not to break things anymore.”
“You don’t,” she said. “You fix them. Without even realizing.”
His gaze dropped to their hands.
They were close. Fingers just inches apart on the carpet.
And still, they didn’t touch.
Not yet.
Because this was still something blooming.
A slow ache.
A breathless tenderness.
A love learning its shape in silence.
As they walked home later, the sky melting into lavender, Jin and Jungkook bickered over who got more compliments, Hoseok danced ahead with leftover cookies, and Jimin walked beside her — hands in his coat pockets, eyes soft with something unspoken.
“Y/N,” he said gently.
“Yeah?”
“Would you maybe want to go for coffee with me next weekend?”
She stopped, heart thudding.
He kept walking for a few paces before glancing back, cheeks tinted pink, nervous.
“I mean — just us. Not like a date unless you want it to be. I just… I like spending time with you.”
Y/N’s lips parted.
The wind caught her scarf. Her heart. Her breath.
“I’d like that,” she said.
And his smile — oh, that smile — it was the kind that said thank you and finally all at once.
It rained the way hearts fall in love.
Slow.
Gentle.
Insistent.
Y/N waited under the awning of the tiny café Jimin had chosen—an old place tucked between a secondhand bookstore and a florist, with foggy windows and crooked signs and the smell of cinnamon clinging to the door.
He wasn’t late.
She was just early.
Because her heart had been ready for days now.
And maybe, just maybe… it had always been.
When he arrived, breath misting in the cold, his hoodie slightly damp from the walk, Y/N couldn’t help but smile.
Jimin looked like spring in winter. Like comfort in chaos.
“Sorry,” he said, brushing rain from his hair. “I ran because I thought I’d be late.”
“You’re not,” she replied. “You’re right on time.”
And something about that felt deeper than the moment.
The café smelled like coffee beans and time.
Low golden lights hung above mismatched tables. A soft jazz record crackled in the background. The world outside melted into grays and glass, but in here, everything was warm.
They sat by the window.
Y/N cupped her latte between cold fingers.
Jimin ordered a hot chocolate, extra marshmallows.
Of course he did.
“I used to think love had to be loud,” Y/N said after a few quiet minutes. “Like fireworks. Or storms. Something huge.”
“And now?” he asked gently, eyes on her.
“Now I think it feels more like this.” She glanced around. “Warm hands. Quiet laughter. A dog who stops shaking when she’s near you.”
Jimin’s lips curled into a soft smile.
“She loves you,” he said.
“So do the residents. And the clinic staff. And my neighbor’s cat. Even Jin, and that’s saying something.”
He laughed.
And then grew quiet.
Really quiet.
Like something inside him was building.
Like rain swelling in clouds before it falls.
“Y/N,” he said finally, voice low and honest, “I don’t know how it happened.”
She looked up.
He met her gaze and didn’t look away.
“I don’t know if it was the first time you calmed a scared puppy… or when you stayed late to help me clean after Jungkook spilled kibble all over the lobby… or when you made tea for Jin when he had a headache and didn’t ask for anything in return.”
A breath. A heartbeat.
“But somewhere between all of it, I started looking for you in every part of my day. In every quiet moment. In the way Mochi stopped trembling. In the way I stopped feeling so alone.”
Y/N’s eyes stung.
“Jimin…”
“I’m not good with confessions,” he whispered. “But I think I’ve been falling in love with you in the softest ways. And if it’s not too late, I’d like to keep falling. With you.”
Time stilled.
The café faded.
Rain tapped against the window like it was holding its breath.
And Y/N reached across the table.
Took his hand.
Held it like it was something she’d been searching for without realizing.
“It’s not too late,” she said, smiling through the blur of tears. “It’s perfect.”
He exhaled.
Soft. Relieved.
And then leaned forward, slowly, giving her every chance to change her mind.
She didn’t.
Their lips met like the first drop of rain on dry soil.
Not rushed. Not wild.
Just right.
Like every moment had led here.
Outside, the rain kept falling.
Inside, two hearts stitched themselves quietly together.
And somewhere near the door, Jungkook peeked through the foggy window with a delighted squeal, pulling Jin into a hug as Jin muttered, “Finally. God, I’m tired of the pining.”
Hoseok just smiled from across the street, umbrella twirling.
Because he always knew how love bloomed.
Slow.
Quiet.
Soft as rain.
And worth every second of waiting.
Epilogue
The rain came back like an old friend.
Soft. Familiar. Tapping gently on the windows of a little house nestled at the edge of town, where the lights always glowed warm and laughter never felt too far away.
Inside, the air smelled like vanilla candles and something baking.
There were paw prints by the back door. A leash hung by a sunflower-shaped hook. And tucked between stacks of medical books and poetry collections was a framed photo of a very grumpy Jin being kissed on both cheeks by Jungkook and Hoseok.
On the couch, Jimin lay sideways, one arm draped over a sleeping dog. Mochi was curled against his chest, snoring softly.
He looked up when Y/N stepped in from the kitchen, holding two mugs of tea.
His smile?
Still the same.
Still gentle. Still grounding. Still hers.
“Thanks, baby,” he said, voice raspy from napping. “Is it raining again?”
“Of course,” she said, handing him the tea. “The sky remembers.”
They hadn’t meant to build a life so quietly.
But it had grown — day by day — like moss between stones.
First came shared meals. Then weekend trips to the dog shelter. A tiny apartment above the vet clinic. A larger home when they realized they needed more space for their foster dogs.
Now there were always muddy paw prints. Blankets thrown across couches. A garden half-dug up by an overly excited retriever named Tofu. And love, tucked into every corner like folded laundry.
Later that night, as the rain deepened, Jimin found her in the kitchen washing strawberries.
He slid his arms around her from behind, pressed a kiss to the back of her neck.
“You’re quiet,” she murmured, leaning into him.
“Thinking,” he whispered. “About you.”
“Oh?”
“Yeah.”
His voice was steady, but she could feel the slight tremble in his hands.
“Jimin?”
He turned her around. Looked into her eyes like he always did — like she was a sky he never wanted to stop reading.
And then…
He reached into his hoodie pocket.
Pulled out a small, soft box wrapped in faded blue cloth.
“I don’t have a speech,” he said. “I didn’t write anything down. I just know that every morning I wake up beside you is the best morning of my life. And I’d like to keep waking up next to you. Forever.”
Y/N’s breath caught.
“You don’t have to say yes now,” he added quickly. “Or tonight. Or even next week. I just needed you to know that… when I think about home, I think about your hands. Your laughter. The way you hum while brushing your teeth.”
She laughed — watery, soft.
“Jimin.”
He blinked. “Yeah?”
“I’d say yes in a heartbeat.”
And she did.
Right there, barefoot in the kitchen, with strawberries half-cut on the counter and Mochi barking happily in the other room.
Outside, the rain didn’t stop.
Inside, neither did the love.
It kept blooming.
Steady. Quiet. Eternal.
Just like him.
Just like her.
Just like the way they found each other, somewhere between a trembling dog and a cup of tea.

Just like Kazumi is a dark reflection of Jun, Kazuya is a dark reflection of Jin, Heihachi is a dark reflection of Lars:
-Both are members of the Mishima family who are renowned martial artists through their own sheer force of will and hard work, in contrast with other members like Jin and Kazuya, who have the Devil Gene. Both have also conflicted relationships with their fathers (Jinpachi for Heihachi, Heihachi himself for Lars) and have enmity towards Jin. Both are also the leaders of military forces (Heihachi is the leader of the Mishima Zaibatsu, Lars is the leader of the Tekken Force). To ciment the parallels even more, both were forced to fight their significant other (Kazumi and Alisa).
-Heihachi uses his position as leader of the Zaibatsu to obtain more power for himself, having imprisoned his father Jinpachi so he could take over. When he was forced to fight against Kazumi, he didn't hesitate to have her killed. He started off as an ally of Jin, only to try and have him killed when his usefulness ran out, thus becoming an enemy of Jin. He also measures people in function of how useful they are to him, with his façade of a bombastic man hiding a ruthless manipulator.
-Lars uses his position as leader of the Tekken Force to fight against Jin so he could make the world a better place and earned the loyalty of his men due to his kind, caring nature despite his outwardly gruff and distant aspect. When forced to fight Alisa, he chose to try and save her. He started off as an enemy of Jin, only to end up becoming his ally.
Heihachi can be seen as representing what Lars could have become if he chose to harness his power to rule and subjugate others instead of inspiring and helping them.

how would lookism men be as dads ?(how many kids, girl dad vibes or boy dad vibes)
yes! prepare yourselves bc this is going to be a long post...
Lookism men as dads headcanons
let's start with J High Crew and +:
Daniel - he has the vibes to have 1 boy and 1 girl, they're three years apart and get along surprisingly well, they have the typical sibling fights but at the same time they're partners in crime. His kids are well educated and are really respectful, but both of them are as bold as the father.
Zack - same as Daniel but reverse, he has a girl, an older sister responsible and harsh, the pride of her father, and the little one, a boy, a funny and impulsive little Zack that makes sure the family keeps a constant eye on him. They're four years apart, as soon as the eldest got into kinder that Zack went for a second.
Vasco - Vasco always wanted a big family, since young he wished for three daughters, genetics had other plans tho, he went for a daughter and had a son, a healthy and strong one, a year after he wished the gods for a daughter but life blessed the family with another son and so on till Vasco had three sons, each one a year apart from the other, the eldest, a strong, kind and responsible son, he is the peace maker of the siblings, the middle child, a wild and funny version of Vasco he gets along with Daniel's first child, the third child, an adventurous and curious boy, so curious that makes him get in troubles for that, making everyone worry about him. Five years later since the youngest was born, life blessed the family with a girl, a kind and adventurous little girl that gets spoiled by her father and has three bodyguards so called brothers.
(sorry about all this text but I love the idea of Vasco wishing for three daughters and having three sons instead)
Jay - I don't see him being a dad, more of the cool uncle (like jinyoung), but if life gave him a child, it would be a girl, a kind and classy girl.
Jace - a son, a little version of him, a little detective, he will born at the same time as Vasco's third son, a chaotic duo that will continue the father's heritage, on the other hand he would be like another big brother for Vasco's daughter.
Vin Jin - he was afraid his bloodline will inherit polycoria as him so he would be really reluctant to having kids, still, life blessed him with a daughter, she's the apple of his eye, his partner in crime, the reason that made him a god parent for her.
Johan - a son, a gentle and kind son, he's spoiled by Zack's eldest daughter and gets along really well with Daniel's kids.
Big Deal
Jake - he was more than fine settling with an only child, but life blessed him with two sons, genetics are hard on his side so Jake would have two copy and paste versions of him, they are two years apart and get along really well, even more when the youngest enters puberty, they share the same friends, same adventures and great times. The eldest is the extroverted one, his charisma makes people want to be around him, the youngest is more quiet but makes the most random and unhinged plans, when both brothers are together they make the most funny dynamics.
Sinu - a son, the best friend of Jake's kids, he's the eldest of the new gen of big deal. Sinu settled perfectly well with a son, but will foster home some runaway kids.
Samuel - a daughter, Samuel wasn't even sure to be a dad but to think of causing the same pain he had to suffer because of a shitty absent parent, to his bloodline made him settle and be more responsible. Samuel's daughter is spoiled to the brims, she is quite arrogant but she is not a bad person, at least that is what the big deal kids say. Every parent is scared of her, they will all let their sons date everyone they like and encourage them, but will warn them about Samuel's daughter, not bc of the girl, but bc of her father.
Jerry - a son, another blessed with a son and strong genetics, Jerry was more than fine with a single son, the wife did a great and enough hard job of bearing the big son of such a big man. He is the same age as Jake's youngest son, they're inseparable.
Jason - life blessed him with two daughters, they're five years apart, being the youngest, the youngest of all the big deal kids. The eldest daughter and the big deal boys are like peas in a pod, which makes Jason worry about her.
Brad - Brad settled happy with a son, the voice of reason of the big deal kids, he's a year younger than Jake's eldest son.
Lineman - a son, the second youngest of the big deal kids, he is a good boy but always manages to get in trouble (Jason's youngest daughter fault).
Hostel
Eli - his daughter, Eli settled with Yenna, he worked hard for giving her the world and wouldn't change it other way.
Warren - a son, who Yenna cared of him as a big sister, Warren also took in the family Like What and So Funny, so he has two daughters and a son.
Geniuses
Gun - he was blessed with a daughter, a spoiled girl, the pride of Gun, he taught her how to fight, how to grow up without needing any man, Gun raised a girlboss but surprisingly he did well enough to not give her any trauma. Gun didn't care much of making a bloodline of warriors so he was more than happy with raising his daughter.
Goo - two monsters both one year apart, first a boy, and then a girl, both are the the same as him, and the three of them are everyone's worst nightmare.
James - a son, unhinged just as his dad, the new nightmare of the next gen.
Ansan
Taesoo - three kids, his first one, a daughter, a smart girl both academically and street-smart, his best helper, the middle, a boy, a little wild version of him that makes his eldest sister stress, luckily, the third child, a girl, made the middle one focus and mature because she truly is a menace. The eldest and the middle child are two years apart, and the youngest is six years younger than the eldest and four than the middle.
Hudson - a daughter, she has Taesoo's eldest as her role model, she is smart and spoiled by her dad and uncles, doesn't need siblings bc Taesoo's kids take care of her.
Chungcheon
Jibeom - three, Jibeom wanted to maintain the tradition of having a big family so he got blessed with three children, the eldest a strong and independent boy that helps the family, the middle child, a smart daughter, daddy's princess, the youngest, the black sheep, a rebellious boy that warms Jibeom's heart, his youngest son makes him remind of his little brother.
Jihan - unlike his older brother, Jihan had more than enough with his only son, if the boy felt lonely he had his three cousins to play with, his little rebellious and hyperactive son made the same and enough chaos as Jibeom's three kids. When the two youngest cousins of the Kwak family were together the whole town trembled.
Workers
Eugene - twins, two girls, two times eviler than their father, the new gen better be careful.
Yuseong - a boy, the protector of his cousins.
Ryuhei - a girl, a beautiful and evil girl spoiled to the brims by her father.
Kenta - a boy, his heir and his pride, he will seek revenge on Gun's daughter only to get gasslighted by her

Been thinking ab Jin and Jill roe (John and jane doe in pr3typriincess universe) a lot lately for no particular reason so here are some head canons about them…
Jill is practically blind without her glasses. When she looses them she tries to find them like Velma from scooby doo.
Jill usually nags Jin about her long hair yet loves to play with it. She would be telling her to cut it or something as she brushes it or braids it.
Jin’s hair is long enough for her to step on it. She’s extra careful not to though.
Jin keeps her hair long because she likes when Jin plays with her hair and because she too lazy to actually get it cut. She doesn’t really take Jill’s nagging seriously.
When they were first dating they often got cultural shock but both learned to be open minded and welcoming to each other’s cultures. Jill especially likes the food part of Jin’s culture.
Jin would sometimes come home all battered and bruised because she was a fighter. This would spook the crap out of Jill making her worry a lot. Jill got good at preforming first aid and would often hold one or two bandages in her pocket just in case.
Even after she lost Jin and harnessed DUZII-02 (a counter to the disease that the pulse, dolor and Jin have) that gave her the ability to heal and restore the hurt, she still keeps the extra bandages in her pocket as a keepsake because she couldn’t bring herself to throw them away.

Helly's head cannon
Tumblr media
Model JE100, Harley
He was made in South Korea, then he moved to Broomstown with his creator. The poor child was unaware of his creator’s plans for him there. Next thing y’know she had disappeared when he was asleep (Ahem—Got abandoned during his childhood—ahem)
As a child, he was taken in by the team after his trial have been adjourned, he was trained by them until he was fitted to be an intern there at BRT.
Helly was a given nickname from the team because of his love for helicopters when he was a child, and only they are the ones who called him by that often.
Is a cat lover! In the morning he would greet stray cats that would occasionally visit the HQ and feeds them before continuing his day
Helly doesn’t need to patrol since he is a Rescue-Pilot, instead he will be helping around the HQ with Jin. Unless one of the trio got caught in an emergency, then Helly would cover them.
↑ Because he doesn’t patrol, he instead inspect the team’s equipment, gears, emergency vehicles and such. Training is also his daily routine, improving his reflexes. And to keep his Helly-like behavior, he would take his helicopter for a ride sometimes!
Once when he was bored, Helly decided to remake his team using papers, only them as vehicles! The team would sometimes find him making up interesting stories using his paper dolls in his dorm. (A reference to the PETOZ series)
During rescues, tracky is a portable tablet/camera that is designed by Jin so it could be held directly or connected to his helicopter. It also includes night vision.
If an emergency doesn’t require aerial view, Helly would ride along with his mentors in their vehicle.
In other cases, if there is a problem during an operation that requires Helly to descend from his helicopter, he can turn on auto pilot and secure himself using his safety harness and ropes to safely reach anyone that’s below him. e.g: evacuating a civilian from a collapsing steep hill. (Also, this is in the 2050s, so I figure things would be more advanced)
The fire of the team, spreading warmth to others, even during the coldest times.
That’s about it, may update in the future though
