Super Basic WHB guide in the easiest way on how to get keys
This is especially for newer people going into whb
HOARD EVERYTHING!!
Tumblr media
These red gems are your primary currency. It's not like obey me, where You can use these suckers to exchange for demon ass... No, it's more like Genshin Impact. You still want to hoard these red gems because you can buy keys with these Oh my God do not use it to buy anything else.
Tumblr media
You used to buy 30 red keys (equal to 10 summon more on keys later) in the pancake shop But this has changed pancakes are still kind of good I guess... Because with enough you can purchase a whole legendary character but that's for people who have them...
Tumblr media
Money and books are super worthless The only reason why you're going to have so many is because you're going to be grinding these battles. Trust me you're going to want to!
Tumblr media
You're not going to have Solomon seals often and when you do there's highly likely a chance you probably won't get anything So really save your seals with everything you have unless you want something you really want
50 seals = 1 summon
500 seals= 10 summons
So you need.... A lot of seals. It's not worth just to summon just hoard them until you have about over a thousand... Hoard them with everything you have
DO NOT USE SEALS ON CHARACTERS THAT WILL BE SUMMONABLE 3 MONTHS AFTER.
Tumblr media
Now keys!!✨✨✨✨❤️
Yellow keys are not as good as red keys but they're still pretty good. You also get them more often than red keys. You can use as many of these greater keys as you want though you're not going to get a lot of good stuff.
Red keys however... Save them save them like your life depends on it. Only summon them when a character comes out The only way to get keys is to have characters...
Now I don't see a lot of people talk about how to get keys per se... So here's how you get red keys.
Tumblr media
Every character as rank and up has an affinity button... Which mostly just talks about useless shit occasionally a comic or a chat depending on the character.... But no one cares about that.
If you click on it and scroll that bar goes all the way to 100.
Tumblr media
ALL CHARACTERS GIVE THE SAME AMOUNT OF KEYS SO IN REALITY S RANK CHARACTERS ARE BETTER BECAUSE THEY AREN'T AS RARE AS L CHARACTERS.
They only give you keys three/two times per character
characters give one 100 greater (yellow) keys
And 21 red (lesser)keys
It's not enough red keys yes but you still get those greater keys which you could possibly use to summon hopefully getting an S rank character...
Edit:
Well Ro what did you do when you started the game?
Do not use your red keys You should be only using your yellow keys unless a legendary character you like is coming out!!
make sure You complete the weekly and daily missions for those red guilty gems and the little bits of keys they give you
*************************************************
It's not as in-depth as I want it to be but this is just the basics.
What does that mean for Pretty Busy?
Pretty Busy should release more S rank characters alongside there L ranks than just one really hard to get L rank character per month.

Flying through the sky He might start to cry With his fledgling dear Louis by his side Life's not always the best But he'll just try to jest And do something so rash and dumb That freaks out Marius! Oh!

Holiday Pas De Duex
"How wonderful. How perfectly splendid. Of all the dreadful places to end up, of all the people to run into...Why, of all the people I could’ve run into in this town, did it have to be you?"
Baxter Ward x Reader Part 1/? Word Count: 1k-ish Takes place the December after OLBA: Baxter's DLC-Platonic Route.
Tumblr media
When the death of his estranged father brings Baxter Alexander Ward back to Golden Grove, it is with a precise intention to leave as soon as possible.
No nostalgia, no old friends, no second chances this time. But when he arrives to check into a quaint bed and breakfast, he comes face-to-face with his old dance partner, an old crush, behind the front desk.
As Christmas approaches, Baxter is, yet again, forced to confront another part of his past and, as always, the possibility of a new beginning.
Tumblr media
The powder blue Queen Anne-style house illuminated a cozy warm glow from it's frosted windows. It stood out against the soft gray of the snowy evening, its gables and towers dusted with fresh white powder.
Cheerful wreaths decorated every door, and garlanded railings along the wraparound porch twinkled with fairy lights. A Christmas tree sparkled in the parlor window, decorated with red and gold ornaments, the star atop it shining brightly. The sign swinging gently in the snow-speckled breeze read “Hollyberry Haven B&B” in elegant script.
Baxter Ward stepped out of his sleek rental car, his polished black shoes crunching on the snow-packed driveway. The winter air bit at his face, but he hardly noticed, his thoughts were spinning in the same wind that had carried him back to Golden Grove.
This place… I am not familiar with it. Did they open it after I left, or had I really been so focused on leaving that I missed it altogether? It was the only place in Golden Grove with vacancy so close to Christmas.
He ran a gloved hand through his carefully styled dark hair and adjusted the collar of his long black wool coat as he approached the front steps. The scent of pine and cinnamon wafted from the open door as a cheerful guest exited, their laughter trailing behind them as they said their goodbye. He hesitated, glancing back toward the road, his jaw tightening.
I could still leave. Check into some soulless chain hotel the town over instead of this, he eyed the cozy house, ...festive little nightmare.
But Baxter didn’t turn around. Despite his reluctance to be back in Golden Grove, he had insisted on not staying at his mother’s estate now that his father had passed.
He refused to be enveloped in that suffocating mansion of grief and expectations, even if this quaint bed and breakfast felt like stepping into someone else's holiday postcard.
Stepping Inside, the warmth was immediate, the soft crackle of a fireplace in an adjacent room mixed with quiet holiday music coming from a speaker hidden somewhere. The foyer was decorated with charming, old-fashioned touches.
Garland that was strung along the stair banister, held tiny fairy lights here as well, twinkling a path up to the second floor. The various Christmas decorations of green and red complimented the warm woods of the Victorian house. A grandfather clock chimed near by, letting visitors know it was at the top of the hour.
Next to him, sat a lit Christmas village atop the marble and mahogany entry table, holding various Christmas cards. Baxter's gaze continued to sweep the room, half-appreciative and half-critical, his event planner’s eye noting every detail.
Charming, if a bit kitschy. Not entirely my taste, but fitting for the season, I suppose, he thought, unbuttoning his coat and brushing a few stray snowflakes off his shoulder.
As he approached the front desk, his steps faltered. There you sat behind the counter—his old ballroom dance partner, the fourth in his quartet of "the Boys Club" from when you both were kids. One of the people he hadn’t dared think about and had all but forgotten, with distinct effort, since he left this town.
You looked older, of course, but the way you held yourself, that familiar face, brought back memories he’d buried long ago. Something is his chest pulled tighter, memories flooding back despite the years and miles that he had put between you and him.
Dancing under the sharp, intense glare of competition lights, laughing as you teased him about a misstep. That shared laughter, quiet moments on that dance floor, and a rare time when he'd let himself be just a little more vulnerable with someone flowed into his mind.
A history of childhood and teenagehood that he'd locked away in a chest and had misplaced the key—no, more like thrown it into a river to be carried away.
The second crush he ever held in his youth that he'd nursed in secret resurfaced, uninvited and unwelcome.
He softly cleared his throat, trying to alleviate the tightness gathering. How wonderful. How perfectly splendid. Of all the dreadful places to end up, of all the people to run into...Why, of all the people I could’ve run into in this town, did it have to be you?
Baxter forced himself to stand taller, polished demeanor kicking in immediately, and smoothing over the tangle of nerves beneath. His carefully rehearsed mask didn’t falter. Instead, a charming smile curved his lips, though his mind raced.
“Well,” Baxter said smoothly, his voice betraying nothing, “it seems Golden Grove still has a way of surprising me.”
That smile—that too-easy charm he’d spent years perfecting—had always been his greatest shield. It allowed him to dodge questions, deflect emotions, and maintain distance and control in the face of anything, even you.
What else am I supposed to say? ‘Hello, I'm certain you don't remember me, but I was the fool who left without saying so much as a goodbye because I was a coward and despised myself.’
Just like he always had. That cowardly escape hadn't been the last, only one of the first in a long line of pushing people away. Even if returning to Prism Vista City had helped him reunite with and address the past and people there, it was altogether a harder one to face here in Golden Grove.
Here standing in front of you.
He caught himself glancing at the door. I shouldn’t stay long. I’ll check in, make polite small talk, and then disappear into my room. I came to Golden Grove for my father’s funeral. I came to this B&B to avoid my past, not... relive it.
Still, his warm brown eyes fell back upon you behind the desk. You hadn't heard him nor did you notice him standing there quite yet. Your eyes were glued to the computer screen, typing something with focus.
They look remarkable. Even better than I remember. God, what am I even thinking? I have absolutely no business feeling... anything.
This is not a reunion. This is an accident. A coincidence. That is all. Nothing more.
But, if there was one thing Baxter Ward was fascinated by and yet, not completely convinced of, it was coincidences.

Juno still has the Ruby7 with him. JUNO STILL HAS THE RUBY7 WITH HIM
THE RUBY7 CAN SENSE EMOTIONS OMG WAIT HEAR ME OUT- either:
A) the Ruby7 will sense Slip Jackson is sad, unbearably sad in his 15-20 year coma, and this will add into Peter's rage (not understanding what Juno's talking about the Ruby7 sensing sadness or whatever, not understanding why Slip does feel sad), and having to let go of Slip's dream. Or alternatively
B) the Ruby7 will sense nothing. Effectively brain dead, just a machine pumping his blood working his heart and lungs. Slip Jackson isn't alive, hasn't been alive for a while, and cannot be alive. Peter's rage (he was promised Slip's freedom in exchange for his services, he's worked two decades of his thirty years and for what?), letting go of the dream, etc etc.
