Do you know if this is true? I believe I read it somewhere but I can’t rmeneber but someone had pointed out that the way jungkook massages Jimins neck and his shoulders is specifically learnt for his chronic pain, that the way he does those things for him have been learnt externally with the intention of easing Jimins pain (honestly I wouldn’t even be shocked because their love for each other is too much) and it wouldn’t be surprising because jungkook who loves jimin would totally do that for him.

TLDR: Basically that is said because that's what it looks like to people who either get massages for pain therapy or who do them. But it's never been explicitly said anywhere that JK learned. It's more like an observation kinda thing that is likely true, but not explicitly stated fact.

Just realises something the other day

With all we got with AYS there was one thing that was painfully absent.

Yes, I know I'm over dramatizing at the moment, seeing that this hasn't occurred to me until just lately, but let me be a little dramatic for a second. Missing Jikook privileges is what I have at the moment...

Anyways, this was glaringly missing from the entirety of AYS.

Another moment that was robbed from us in ITS2...

And do we remember this one? JM so used to JK's massages that he recognized it's not JK's hands on him.

The back massages, the rubs, the neck massages.

He does this to ease JM's neck, shoulder and back pain.

He does it to acknowledge JM. He does it to comfort him.

He does it to touch JM because he needs that touch.

And whatever the reason, he does it a lot. He does it all the time.

Even this. Not even massaging or rubbing, just the need to touch. Sneakily touch. During a shoot. Nothing playful here. Just a need fulfilled.

We even got JK massaging Tae's neck in Jeju, after Tae asked him to because of a muscle cramp he was suffering from.

I can assure you that the one little neck rub we did get to see when they were sitting at the end of the trip recording their end comments for the show was not the only neck or shoulder rub JK gave JM to try and comfort him at that point.

Sometimes when anons come here bringing up the possibility of a petty jikook breakup or a breakdown of their relationship over certain things, you say "JK would never allow that to happen".

No idea if you've thought this much about it, but it's a heavy line that might say a lot about how much you believe JK regards having Jimin as his partner. Can you share what moments or traits about JK make you think he wouldn't let Jimin easily walk away?

Okay so, Jimin loves JK, don't get me wrong. He loves him very, very, very much and is proud to have Jeon Jungkook as a boyfriend. That has been made very clear over the years. So me saying what I'm about to say on this post, does not mean that Jimin loves JK less or doesn't love JK as much as JK loves him. No, that's not it at all and I beg you to not think that that's what I'm saying, at all. Jimin is just as dedicated and committed to the rlship. They both are.

The thing about watching Jikook moments over and over and over is that they start to become just sweet or adorable or cute... they become normal. But, my dear anon there is nothing normal about Jimin knowing exactly where to massage in order to relax JK. Anyone else ever wonder if BTS almost disbanding in 2018 had anything at all to do with Jikook? Like I know they have all talked about how they were overworking and it got to be too much. The fame got to be too much. But was there other factors that couldn't be brought up? Y'all ever wonder about that?

I am reminded of this post by a friend of mine and I'm inclined to agree with her. That maybe, just maybe JK was naive enough to think now that he was essentially an adult they could be more open. But instead they were pushed further into the closest. What's that thing he said that he also started singing about? About how he can finally take off his uniform?

And so I often wonder if this affected the Jikook rlship in any way. If over the years their rlship has ever put their group in a difficult position. A position where they thought about halting the breaks on their rlship. And I can see something like this coming from Jimin. Self sacrificing Jimin who puts other people's happiness before his own. And I wonder if this could have affected JK... badly. I'm not saying it happened. It's just something I can see happen. Aint no way the Jikook rlship hasn't caused trouble for all of them at one point or another.

In 2019 it was rumoured that it was Jimin's idea for them to spend their holidays separately. I already talked about it here how this affected JK. He went along with it, of course. I mean, its what Jimin wanted so of course JK went along with it. But to me it seems like JK would have been just fine being with Jimin over the holidays even though they were always together at work.

I've mentioned before how fascinating it is that they lived together and yet when they got to work JK was fighting to stand next to Jimin or was cheating so they could be on the same team. Like damn. You left the same house and are gonna take the same car to go and sleep in the same bed how do you still want to spend all your time with Jimin at work too????? No wonder Jimin wanted them to have a break from eo that holiday. It's not healthy. U need space.

Like, to me, in my opinion, it seems like when it comes to JK, Jimin is enough. He don't need other people. And I can see Jimin pushing him to make other friends, hang out with other people, etc. Wasn't the 97 liners first public appearance in 2019? Which is when Jimin suggested they do their own thing? I know they knew eo way before that. But JK must not have been spending time with them for Jimin to suggest they do their own thing.

Like I said my dear, it all comes down to satellite Jeon. I'm not saying JK can't live without Jimin but I think that's what he believes. That's why he's so protective and territorial coz he can't afford to lose Jimin.

I've brought up how all members have been caught thirsting over other men and women including Jimin but there is no footage out there that exists of JK checking out another person. I mean, he has eyes, he sees other attractive guys but Jimin seems to be the only one that does it for him. Not that I blame him, of course.

Jikook Week 18 Complete ✔️(09/04-16/04/2024)

Their eighteenth week in the military is now complete. It's time to celebrate this milestone with a look back at this week in 2020.

The world was at the beginning of the COVID pandemic lockdowns and nations across the world were seeing a sharp rise in fatalities from the disease. The US leg of the Map of the Soul tour was on indefinite hold and to fill the gap, on 09/04, BTS announced Bang Bang Con a streaming event of their concerts between 2015 and 2018 to be held on 18th -19th April 2020.

On 14/04, the one hundredth episode of Run BTS was released. BTS had hired out the whole arena used for the ISAC games (IYKYK hee hee). It was sponsored by and they were all kitted out in FILA.

As with most BTS big days there was a cake to celebrate. Jimin suggested they cut the cake together (like VIPs) which was a cute idea but didn't quite work so the maknae had to do the honours and promptly got told off by RM for turning his back to the camera. The injustice!

Then it was on to team selection. A quiz about previous episodes of Run BTS was held to see who would be the team leader.

Taehyung wiped the floor with everyone. He really was the Run BTS mastermind. He then got to pick his team - JK, Jin and Jimin. It was rap line (100 jin) against vocal line (seok 100).

The teams have to play badminton with weird rackets.

All is going well until Suga hits JK's team members twice in a row. The first time it was Jin and the second it was Jimin. At this point JK springs into protective mode and I wouldn't have wanted to be Suga at this point. Check out Hobi's reaction.

First round the rapline dominate but the vocal line stage a comeback and take all three games and the match. Man of the Match though has to be J-Hope whose skill with the pot cover was outstanding. The 95 line really enjoyed it.

The second game was Foot Volleyball. It was the hopeless three moment for 100 jin. Needless to say seok 100 won again.

Finally this week, Boyfriend had Jimin choosing their massage chair over JK's capable hands. Yeah that's believable (heavy sarcasm) 🤣😂🤣😂

Watching Are You Sure?! EP 4

A reminder of how I do these reaction posts as I watch things. I just write my reactions and thoughts down literally they happen. Think more of a bullet point format. Tae saying it (Face/Alone) reminded him of when they (Vmin) talked in your (Jimins) hotel room. Just for Jimin to say that it was JKs room. This just also gives that little bit of confirmation that Jikook are constantly glued at the hip. Always together. Might as well just get them the one room anyway 😂

Idk what Jimin's thoughts were when he first got in that pool with Jungkook, but he looked mischievous. Idk what he was going to pull, but it was something inappropriate. Lol the way JK immediately reminded him of the see through glass, "hey babe, the staff and cameras will see EVERYTHING you do next, underwater is NOT safe" and the way they both immediately whipped their heads over to look at it and nervously chuckled. Like kids who got caught with their hand in the cookie jar 😅😂🤣

The hand pushing game that competitive JK has never once "attacked" in when against Jimin. 😂

So so many cuts in the pool. Wonder how long they stayed in there playing 🥰

To so many people, Jk wouldn’t care about Jimin when Tae is near but how much did he care about Tae when Jimin was near and Tae wasn’t ? And before you say he kept asking for Tae to join them in swimming, why didn’t he ask Tae to join them when they were on the boat? Why didn’t he look for Tae too when him and Jimin were doddling sharks and laughing their asses off? Why didn’t he ask Tae to go snorkeling? I’ll answer because some of you are still trying to make it seem like he really wanted Tae around even though he couldn’t care less about Jimin when the truth is, he was also the one who asked for Jimin when he was with Tae in the restaurant and Jimin wasn’t there. First of all it's crazy that jikookers are eating up what some random man says about the members when we've now heard from jikook themselves that they didn't even see each other during hiatus (but guess who did!). Besides that, ignoring how it's also wild to judge these things from one episode of a reality tv show, I think it's important to remember taekook are both introverts (as per their mbti video).
