my opinion on;

character in general: i don’t feel as if i can answer this with any satisfactory confidence regarding canon miranda since i don’t know miranda’s canon self rip i will say i think the art drawn for her has an endearing quality to it, so i do like the art style, even if for a game revolving around monsterfucking (if i’ve gathered it right laughs) it’s very safe and. well, boring

i’ve also seen you talk about how much of a wasted opportunity the canon merkindgom and miranda are, which is a shame, but at least we have your wonderful take on it! i’d say that more than makes up for it

how they play them: goodness, where do i even begin? i’ve sent some anons on occasion so some of what i’m about to say may out me lmao i really admire that ability you have to delve into dark content without it being. suffocating or indulgent? if that makes sense. everything about miranda has a reasoning behind it, even the things that don’t seem to fit together, and i love that all of her different facets feel just as genuine as the others bc of it, even the ones she may be putting on as a carefully curated mask. you’ve said to me before that people are complicated and will have conflicting traits, and i think that’s reflected in your characterization for miranda like tenfold

from your threads to your headcanons to your shitposts, and without knowing what is strictly canon and what is extrapolated from canon and what is strictly headcanon, i will say miranda has so much charm to her, which means it’s especially hard-hitting when she’s upset or perturbed by something, or when we’re allowed to see (very casually, i should add) what lies behind the shenanigans and realize what’s really gone on and continues to go on in her life. and this endearment continues even after seeing her (once more very genuine) levity regarding subjects like torture and such

also i’d like to pay special mention to the sentiment of being physically unsuited for the environment in which you emotionally feel your best bc that was such a gut punch when i first made that connection

the mun: it’s a little difficult to get a read on you for me, i’ll admit. my feelings still steer very positively, and i do feel like perhaps we struggle with some of the same feelings regarding our muses and fandoms and our involvement with them, as well as others’ overall engagement and interest in them. for your sake, i do hope that feeling perhaps lessens with time bc the amount of work, imagination, and just all around love you’ve poured into miranda and her world is honestly so astounding and inspiring

jic anyone wants to know the origin of my url it's just bc I find corpse flowers cool as fuck. do you guys wanna know some cool shit about corpse flowers. well first of all they're called that bc when blooming they smell like literal rotting corpses to attract pollinators. but that isn't even the coolest part. besides the fact that they can get like 10 feet tall they will also warm up to around 98 degrees F (the average temperature of a human body) to further mimic a freshly dead body.

So I made a sideblog (again) to repost post all my moodboards/edits bc this blog always gets crowded with all of my reblog spams and any personal stuff lol so I figured I might as well. I'm gonna start posting over there now! (I've got about 30-40 old edits I've slowly started share, so that the blog has some stuff on it until I make some new ones soon. I just wanna write a bit before I go back into an editing frenzy again bc my blurbs blog has been i/a for a bit due to school,,)
