Apprentice of Cinder Fall and future cop, Emerald Sustrai is one of the two trainees working for the S.L.M. police (the equivalent to the Rokkaku Police)

Emerald and Mercury are the ones who are right now assigned to stop the graffiti artist gangs. Under the facade of just wanting to keep the streets clean, what they want is the gang's cd relics.

Emerald doesn't know why Cinder...or more correctly, her boss wants them, but she knows it's her job to get them
