Gym update
So, I mentioned in a different post that I was gonna start going to the gym and guess what. I actually did it.
I've only been once, going later today. Idk how I feel abt. Basically, I feel like I didn't really do anything. Like, I tried to lift quite heavy, and I felt like I was too tired but also my muscles didn't hurt at all. It didn't feel like I couldn't lift bc I wasn't strong enough but bc I had no energy, even tho I ate before going.
Anyway, I downloaded an app for logging workouts, so I can keep track of everything. It's jefit, I'm bug-boy there if you wanna add me.
Also! I'm 62(.9 but like, let's pretend like I ain't even see that ._.)
