The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim is based on the novels by J.R.R. Tolkien. The film is directed by Kenji Kamiyama from a screenplay by Jeffrey Addiss & Will Matthews and Phoebe Gittens & Arty Papageorgious. The film stars the voice talents of Brian Cox (Helm Hammerhand, King of Rohan), Gaia Wise (Héra, Daughter of Helm), Luke Pasqualino (Wulf), Miranda Otto (Éowyn, Shieldmaiden of Rohan), Lorraine Ashbourne, Yazdan Qafouri, Benjamin Wainwright, Laurence Ubong Williams, Shaun Dooley, Michael Wildman, Jude Akuwudike, Bilal Hasna, and Janine Duvitski.

The Lord of the Rings: The War of the Rohirrim releases to U.S. theaters on December 13, 2024, and internationally beginning December 11, 2024.
