â¨His true fate - Part 1/?â¨
Summary: Jensen hasn't been happy for years. But it seems almost impossible for him to escape. After another nasty argument between him and his wife, he decides to visit his ´former´ best friend for his birthday. Back in Austin, an encounter awaits him that will turn his life completely upside down.
Pairing: Jensen x Reader
Warnings: Language, age gap, tough topics
Word Count: 4167
A/N: Alright. I'm only going to write this once. Danneel doesn't come off well in this story. She's pretty much described as the devil himself. She does and says things that are absolutely awful. In this Story she's pretty much the biggest bitch. I don't want to hear any complaints because it's just a story. Fiction. No hate towards anyone. So, that being said, I hope you enjoy reading it.
English isnât my first language, so please be lenient. đâ¨
Jared parked in front of the airport in Austin, his fingers tapping restlessly on the steering wheel. It had been too long since he had seen Jensen outside of the conventions. This visit was different, just for spending time together, no panels, no crowds. As he waited, Jared couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement mixed with a hint of nervousness. It was the first time Jensen was visiting him after he moved away from Austin, a chance for them to catch up without the chaos of their usual meet-ups.
As Jared watched the stream of passengers disembarking from the plane, his mind drifted back to the rocky path that had led them to this moment. Their friendship had weathered its fair share of storms, strained by distance, conflicting schedules, and the pressures of their respective careers. Yet, despite the challenges, they had somehow found their way back to each other. It had taken time, effort, and countless late-night conversations, but slowly, they had begun to rebuild what they had once thought lost.
This weekend, as they celebrated Jared's birthday together, it felt like a new chapter unfolding. Jensen's decision to fly to Austin, despite his busy filming and convention schedule, spoke volumes about the strength of their renewed bond. As Jared caught sight of Jensen emerging from the crowd, a genuine smile spread across his face, washing away any lingering doubts or tensions. This weekend was about reconnecting, about rediscovering the camaraderie that had always defined their relationship.
Jensen opened the trunk and unceremoniously tossed his suitcase inside before collapsing into the passenger seat with a heavy sigh. He ran a hand through his tousled hair, looking every bit as exhausted and worn-out as Jared had feared.
"Wow, someone looks like they've been through the wringer", Jared teased, a playful grin tugging at the corners of his lips as he started the car.
Jensen shot him a mock glare, his eyes heavy with fatigue. "Thanks, Jared. Always great to get a warm welcome", he quipped, though there was a hint of amusement in his voice despite his worn-out demeanor.
"Just calling it like I see it, man", Jared chuckled, pulling out of the parking spot and heading towards the exit. "But seriously, you look like you could use a week-long vacation on a deserted island".
"Tell me about it", Jensen muttered, sinking back into the seat and closing his eyes for a moment. "Filming has been brutal lately. I swear, I'm starting to feel every single one of my thirty-something years".
Jared couldn't help but chuckle at Jensen's dramatics. "Thirty-something? More like ancient, old man", he teased, earning himself a playful shove from Jensen.
"Hey, watch it, Padalecki. I may be old, but I can still kick your ass", Jensen retorted with a smirk, the weariness momentarily forgotten as the car with little laughter.
As Jared merged onto the highway, the gentle hum of the car filled the silence between them. Glancing over at Jensen, he couldnât shake the nagging feeling that there was more going on beneath the surface.
âSo, itâs just the filming thatâs got you looking like youâve aged a decade overnight?â, Jared ventured, keeping his tone light but his concern evident.
Jensen let out a heavy sigh, his gaze fixed on the passing scenery outside the window. âYeah, filmingâs been intense, but thatâs not all of itâ, he admitted, his voice tinged with resignation.
Jared knew better than to push too hard, but he couldnât ignore the sense of unease that settled in the pit of his stomach. âIs everything okay at home?â, he asked tentatively, knowing full well the delicate balance Jensen was trying to maintain.
Jensenâs jaw tightened, a flicker of pain crossing his features before he masked it with a forced smile. âYeah, everythingâs fineâ, he replied, his tone betraying the lie.
But Jared wasnât about to let him off that easily. âCome on, man. You donât have to pretend with meâ, he pressed gently, his concern outweighing any discomfort he felt broaching the topic.
Jensen hesitated for a moment before finally speaking, his voice barely above a whisper. âThings⌠havenât been greatâ, he admitted, his gaze fixed on his hands folded in his lap.
Jared could sense Jensen's internal struggle, the weight of unspoken words hanging heavy in the air. Before he could push him further, however, Jensen seemed to retreat, throwing up his defenses like a shield.
"Hey, forget I said anything, okay?", Jensen mumbled, his voice barely audible over the sound of the car's engine. "Let's just focus on having a good time this weekend. I could really use a break⌠from everything".
Jared nodded, respecting Jensen's boundaries even as his heart ached for his friend's pain. "Yeah, of course", he replied, his tone gentle yet supportive. "We'll make sure this weekend is all about relaxing and having fun. No drama, no stress".
Jensen managed a small, grateful smile, though it didn't quite reach his eyes. "Thanks. I appreciate it", he said quietly, a hint of vulnerability slipping through his usual facade of strength.
As they continued down the highway, the weight of their unspoken conversations hung heavy in the air, but for now, they both agreed to set aside their worries.
As the miles flew by, a more simple conversation flowed easily between Jared and Jensen, the tension of their earlier exchange dissipating with each passing moment. It didn't even take 30 minutes until Jared pulled into the familiar driveway of his family home.
"Home sweet home", Jared announced with a grin, turning off the engine and casting a sideways glance at Jensen. "Welcome back to Casa Padalecki".
Jensen chuckled, the weariness in his eyes momentarily replaced by a spark of excitement. "Thanks, man. It's good to be here", he replied, the hint of a smile tugging at the corners of his lips.
As Jared and Jensen climbed the front porch steps, they were met with the eager faces of Tom and Shep peeking out from behind the screen door. The boys' eyes widened in disbelief at the sight of Jensen standing there, and their excitement was palpable.
"Uncle Jensen!", Tom exclaimed, darting forward to wrap his arms around Jensen in a tight hug, his enthusiasm bubbling over.
Shep followed suit, his smaller frame joining in the embrace as he grinned up at Jensen. "We didn't think you were really coming!", he said, his voice filled with a mix of surprise and joy.
Jensen chuckled warmly, returning their hugs with equal affection. "Well, here I am", he replied, tousling their hair playfully. "I couldn't miss the chance to hang out with you two".
As they stepped inside the house, laughter and chatter filled the air, the boys buzzing with excitement at the prospect of spending time with their favorite ´uncle´. Jared couldn't help but smile at the sight, grateful for the bond that had formed between Jensen and his sons over the years. With Jensen back in their lives, even just for the weekend, he knew that memories would be made and cherished for years to come.
As Tom and Shep dashed off to explore the backyard, their laughter echoing through the house, Jensen turned to Jared with a curious expression.
"So, where's Gen and mini Gen?", Jensen asked, a playful twinkle in his eye as he referred to Jared's wife and daughter.
Jared glanced at the clock on the wall, a knowing smile tugging at the corners of his lips. "They're out shopping", he replied, his voice tinged with amusement. "Looks like it's just us guys for now".
Jensen chuckled, nodding in understanding. "Ah, a little father-son bonding time, huh?", he remarked.
"Yeah, something like that", Jared replied, his gaze drifting toward the backyard where the sounds of his sons' laughter drifted in through the open door.
As the evening sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm glow over the backyard, Jared and Jensen found themselves sitting side by side, beers in hand, watching as Tom and Shep played with the chickens.
Jared took a sip of his beer, breaking the comfortable silence that had settled between them. "So, how are the kids?", he asked, his tone casual but genuine.
Jensen's smile faltered slightly at the mention of his own children, a flicker of sadness crossing his features before he quickly masked it with a forced grin. "They're good", he replied, his voice tinged with a hint of uncertainty. "Busy with school and all that".
Jared nodded, though he could sense there was more to the story than Jensen was letting on. He had seen firsthand how Jensen had thrown himself into his work, often using it as a means of escape from the troubles at home.
"Must be tough juggling all that work and family", Jared remarked sympathetically, knowing all too well the pressures of balancing a career with family responsibilities.
"Yeah, it's⌠still challenging", Jensen admitted, his gaze drifting off into the distance. "But hey, enough about me. How's Gen and the kids? They keeping you on your toes?".
Jared chuckled, grateful for the diversion. "Always", he replied with a fond smile. "But wouldn't have it any other way".
As they sat together in the fading light, the sound of laughter and chatter filling the air, Jared couldn't shake the feeling that there was still so much left unsaid between them.
As the evening wore on and the sky darkened, Gen and Odette returned home, their arrival greeted with hugs and laughter from Jensen. They exchanged pleasantries and caught up on each other's lives, the warmth of their conversation filling the air.
However, as the hour grew late and the kids were ushered off to bed by Gen, a sense of tranquility settled over the house. Now alone in the quiet of the evening, Jared and Jensen found themselves relaxing on the porch once more, the glow of their beers casting long shadows in the dim light.
But their peace was short-lived as Jensen's phone rang, breaking the serene atmosphere with its shrill tone. With a frustrated groan, Jensen glanced at the caller ID, his annoyance evident.
"Danneel?", Jared asked quietly, his brow furrowing with concern as he watched Jensen quickly silence the call.
Jensen nodded, his jaw clenched in frustration. "Yeah", he muttered, his voice heavy with irritation. "Probably just checking in to make sure I'm not having too much fun".
Jared could sense the tension radiating from his friend, the weight of Jensen's strained marriage casting a shadow over their evening.
Jared let out a heavy sigh, the weight of unspoken words pressing heavily on his chest. Finally, unable to contain his thoughts any longer, he spoke up, his voice tinged with a mixture of frustration and concern.
"Jensen, can I ask you something?", Jared began, his gaze fixed on his friend. "Why won't you just finally leave her?".
The question hung in the air, laden with the weight of years of silence and suppressed emotions. Jared knew it was a delicate subject, one that had been tiptoed around for far too long, but he couldn't stand by any longer and watch his friend suffer in silence.
Jensen's expression hardened, a flicker of defiance crossing his features before he quickly masked it with a forced smile. "It's complicated. You know that", he replied evasively, his voice betraying the turmoil raging beneath the surface.
"But is it really?", Jared pressed, his tone gentle yet insistent. "I mean, I get that there are always reasons, but at what point do you say enough is enough?".
Jensen's jaw tightened, his gaze drifting off into the distance as he wrestled with his inner demons. "I wish it were that simple", he murmured, his voice barely above a whisper. "But you have no idea what she's capable of".
Jared's heart ached at the pain etched into Jensen's features, the deep-rooted fear and resignation that seemed to consume him. But he refused to back down, knowing that sometimes, the hardest conversations were the ones that needed to be had the most.
"I know it's fucking scary", Jared admitted softly, reaching out to place a reassuring hand on Jensen's shoulder. "But you don't have to face it alone, you know. We're here for you, no matter what".
Jensen's grip tightened around his beer bottle, frustration simmering beneath the surface. "You don't get it, Jared", he muttered, his voice tinged with bitterness. "If I try to leave, she'll make sure I never see my kids again. She'll ruin me. In every fucking way possible".
Jared's eyes narrowed, his patience wearing thin. "And what do you think she's doing right now? Keeping you trapped, suffocating you with her control", he retorted, his voice tinged with anger. "She's already ruining you, Jensen. Can't you see that?".
Jensen's jaw clenched, his fists balling at his sides as he struggled to find the words to express the turmoil raging within him. "I can't risk losing my kids, my image, my career", he finally admitted, his voice choked with emotion. "I can't".
Jared's heart ached for his friend, the pain etched into every line of his face. But he refused to let Jensen succumb to the fear and manipulation any longer.
"You're stronger than that, Jensen", Jared said firmly, his voice filled with conviction.
Jared's frustration softened into determination. "Listen to me, Jensen. You need to stop letting her control you", he said firmly, his voice unwavering. "You just need to get yourself a damn good lawyer".
Jensen's gaze flickered with uncertainty, the weight of Jared's words sinking in. "But what if it's not enough?", he whispered, his voice filled with doubt.
"It's a start", Jared replied, his tone resolute. "And you're not alone in this. We'll find you the best lawyer, one who'll fight tooth and nail to make sure she won´t ruin your life more than she already did".
As they sat in the quiet of the backyard, the weight of their conversation hanging heavy in the air, Jensen felt a glimmer of hope stir within him. Maybe, just maybe, there was a way out of the darkness that had consumed him for so long.
But then, with a heavy sigh, Jensen's resolve wavered as he confessed, "I can't take it anymore, Jared. Every time I'm home, I feel like I'm suffocating. I drown myself in conventions just to get away from her. And when I am home, I'm mostly drunk just to be able to deal with her".
Jared's heart sank at the raw honesty in Jensen's words, the pain and despair evident in every syllable. But he refused to let his friend continue down this destructive path.
"We'll figure it out, Jensen," Jared said firmly, his voice filled with conviction.
Jared knew how bad Jensen really was. For years he could do nothing but watch as Danneel destroyed his best friend. Publicly humiliated him, manipulated him and mentally abused him. She gradually destroyed his self-confidence, his friendships and caused him to isolate himself from everyone. Jared wanted nothing more than to finally see his best friend happy again. Truly happy. But with Danneel and her toxic personality by his side, that wouldn't happen. So he hoped to use the time they had together well enough to somehow get through to Jensen.
As Jensen made his way to the guestroom an hour later, the weight of the evening's conversation hung heavy on his shoulders, his mind consumed by a whirlwind of emotions and stress. Each step felt like a burden, the familiar sense of suffocation creeping in as he retreated from the warmth of Jared's home to the solitude of his temporary sanctuary.
Slipping into the guestroom, Jensen closed the door behind him with a heavy sigh, the darkness of the room enveloping him like a shroud. He sank onto the edge of the bed, his head in his hands as he tried to quiet the storm raging within him.
But despite his best efforts, the memories and fears clawed their way to the surface, threatening to overwhelm him with their intensity.
And as he lay there in the silence of the night, the weight of his burdens pressing down upon him, Jensen couldn't help but wonder if there would ever be a way out of the darkness that had consumed him for so long. But for now, all he could do was try to find solace in the quiet of the night, hoping that somehow, someway, he would find the strength to face another day.
The next morning, Jared and Gen bustled around the kitchen, the savory aroma of breakfast filling the air as they worked together with Odette by their side. The sound of laughter and chatter filled the room, a stark contrast to the heaviness that had hung over the house the night before.
As they set the table with plates of pancakes and fresh fruit, Jared glanced at Gen with a playful smirk. "Think Jensen will be able to handle waking up to the smell of your cooking?", he teased, earning a chuckle from his wife.
Gen rolled her eyes, though there was a hint of amusement in her expression. "He better be ready for the Padalecki family breakfast experience", she replied with a grin, her culinary skills on full display.
Just then, Tom bounded into the kitchen, his energy infectious as he eagerly awaited his next task. "Can I go wake up Uncle Jensen now, Dad?", he asked, his eyes sparkling with excitement.
Jared nodded with a smile, ruffling Tom's hair affectionately. "Go for it, buddy. Just try not to scare him too much", he replied, unable to contain his own amusement at the thought of Jensen's reaction to being roused from his slumber.
With a mischievous grin, Tom dashed off to carry out his mission, leaving Jared and Gen to share a knowing look.
As Tom made his way towards the guestroom, his excitement bubbling over, he couldn't help but feel a mischievous urge creeping in. Quietly, he slipped inside, tiptoeing towards Jensen's bed with a grin plastered on his face.
With a sly glance towards Jensen, still lost in slumber, Tom couldn't resist the temptation. He settled himself down beside Jensen, his heart racing with anticipation. And then, with a mischievous gleam in his eye, he let out a loud fart, breaking the silence of the room with a resounding blast.
Jensen jolted awake with a start, his eyes wide with shock as he stared at Tom in disbelief. "What theâŚ", he sputtered, his voice trailing off as he tried to process what had just happened.
Tom couldn't contain his laughter, doubling over with mirth as he reveled in the chaos he had created. "Gotcha, Uncle Jensen!", he exclaimed between giggles, unable to contain his excitement at the successful prank.
Jensen instantly grimaced, his hand flying to cover his nose as the pungent odor assaulted his senses. "Oh, man, Tom! What did you eat?", he exclaimed, his voice muffled by his hand as he tried to escape the noxious fumes.
Tom doubled over with laughter, barely able to catch his breath between fits of giggles. "Sorry, Uncle Jensen!", he managed to squeak out between laughs.
Jensen waved his hand in front of his face, desperately trying to dispel the stench that hung in the air. "You're absolutely your dad's kid", he grumbled, his tone laced with both amusement and exasperation. "Damn, that fucking stinks!".
Again Jensen waved his hand in front of his face, still trying to rid the room of the lingering smell. "Alright, alright, Tom", he said with a chuckle, trying to mask his amusement. "Why don't you go air out that stinking butt of yours while I get dressed?".
Tom grinned mischievously, his laughter echoing through the room as he bounded out of the guestroom, leaving Jensen to shake his head in amusement.
Dressed and somehow awake, Jensen made his way towards the kitchen, the promise of breakfast and laughter drawing him forward.
Jensen took a seat at the table, a grin playing at the corners of his lips as he recounted Tom's prank to Jared. "You won't believe what your son just did", he chuckled, shaking his head in amusement.
Jared raised an eyebrow, his curiosity piqued. "Oh? What did he do this time?", he asked with a smirk, already bracing himself for another one of Tom's antics.
"He let out the loudest fart I've ever heard right next to my face", Jensen replied, his laughter infectious as he recounted the incident. "I swear, that kid is just like his old man".
Jared couldn't help but laugh at the image of his son terrorizing Jensen with his infamous flatulence. "Well, I guess he takes after me in more ways than one", he quipped, a proud smile spreading across his face.
Shep and Odette's laughter filled the room, their amusement at Tom's antics contagious as they teased their brother relentlessly. Gen couldn't help but shake her head affectionately at their sibling banter.
Turning to Jared, Gen's smile widened as she made a suggestion. "Hey, do you think you and Jensen could handle getting the drinks for tonight's party?", she asked, her tone hopeful as she looked between her husband and his friend.
Jared grinned at the idea, nodding eagerly. "Of course", he replied, excitement lighting up his eyes. "Consider it our mission. We'll make sure we have plenty of drinks to keep the party going all night long".
Jensen nodded in agreement. "You can count on us", he chimed in.
As they made plans for the evening's festivities, the anticipation of the birthday party ahead filled the room with a sense of excitement.
Two hours later, Jensen found himself sitting in the passenger seat of Jared's car, the hum of the engine and the rhythm of the road soothing his frayed nerves. They were on their way to the next liquor store, their mission to stock up for Jared's birthday party well underway.
Jared glanced over at Jensen with a grin, the excitement of the evening ahead evident in his eyes. "Ready to make a dent in the liquor aisle?", he joked, his tone light as he navigated through the traffic.
Jensen chuckled, a sense of camaraderie washing over him as he settled back into his seat. "You bet", he replied. "Just promise me we won't end up with more beer than we can carry".
Jared laughed, shaking his head at his friend's jest. "No promises", he teased, though there was a hint of mischief in his tone.
As Jared disappeared in search of the restroom, Jensen remained leaning against the overflowing shopping cart, his expression a mix of boredom and introspection. With each passing moment, he found himself sinking deeper into his own thoughts. Again the weight of his troubles pressing down on him like a suffocating blanket.
He couldn't shake the feeling of unease that gnawed at him from within, the nagging sense that he was trapped in a life that no longer brought him joy. Despite the excitement of Jared's birthday party looming on the horizon, Jensen couldn't escape the shadows of his own turmoil that threatened to engulf him at every turn.
Lost in his thoughts, Jensen barely noticed the bustle of shoppers around him as they navigated the crowded aisles of the liquor store. His mind was a whirlwind of memories and regrets, a tangled web of emotions that left him feeling adrift in a sea of uncertainty.
Lost in his thoughts, Jensen barely registered the collision until he felt the impact against his back. Startled, he stumbled forward, nearly losing his balance as he turned to see what had caused the disturbance.
"Hey, fucking watch where you're going!", he grumbled irritably, his frustration evident in his tone as he glanced over his shoulder.
But as he turned around, ready to unleash a torrent of curses, Jensen's words died on his lips as he met your gaze.
"Sorry", you apologized quickly, your cheeks flushing with embarrassment as you struggled to regain your composure and the bottles of whiskey in your arms. "I didn't see you there".
Jensen's irritation faded, his annoyance evaporating as he took in your apologetic expression. "It's okay", he replied more softly. "No harm done".

Why was The Winchesters cancelled? Is it true that there was unsafe site while filming it too? And so you think that Danneel is the main reason for this sequel (as a producer) Or is it truly Jensen? Because I can't really see Jensen as someone who won't tell Jared about it.
The Winchesters was cancelled because the budget was too high in part because they were behind on schedule, and the rating trends was not promising. The lack of cohesive communication and management was what really doomed The Winchesters. The Ackles' failure to tell Jared ahead of time was a harbinger. Jensen and Danneel expected Robbie Thompson to be Eric Kripke 2.0 and manage everything for them. Whereas Robbie expected Jensen and Danneel to pull their own weight. There was no communication on expectations.
It comes down to the Ackles' lack of business acumen as producers. They're used to just slapping their face onto a product and sit back and collect the royalties, which is fine, that's how most celebrities make money from side hustles. But to be an actual business man or producer you're supposed to be out there in the middle of the field managing expectations, conflicts, and emotion.  Some people are more enamored with the fantasy of having a business than with actually running a business.  Starting a business is fun but running it and doing the basic business âblocking and tacklingâ every single day is what makes it successful. Itâs like how planning a wedding is fun, but itâs not a good precursor to a successful marriage. Working on the marriage everyday is what makes it successful.  (Itâs partly why the Misha-Jensen collaboration on YANA failed because neither of them wanted to do the actual legwork.) After 15-20 years, Jensen is used to lead actors doing the heavy lifting in carrying the show and being leader of the cast and crew and he benefitted from the sweet spot as #2 on the call sheet i.e. the good guy who is friends with everyone. Remember his "don't fuck it up for me" message to The Winchester cast?
I think Danneel gets too much blame from the fans. Jensen wasn't ready to let go of $upernatural and it's money making train. I think why the Ackles were trying to take over the $PN brand is to close the $ gap between Jensen and Jared. Iâve long speculated that while Jared the highest paid CW actor he also gets percentages of the series profit in syndication. I doubt Jensen has the same deal going by his pre-Gersh management that I sometimes wondered if his old manager was a tick.  Â
The common saying of âmoney is the number one cause of stress in relationshipsâ while is true, I think itâs actually lack of financial literacy.  Long held rumors were Jared negotiated a better convention contract for Jensen so that they are paid on the same scale.  This is why I think Jared ultimately didn't hold it against Jensen for pursuing a $PN show without him because Jensen is attempting to negotiate on his own a deal instead of relying on Jared.
Had Jensen keeps trying to be in charge of SPN projects, SPN fansâ reaction is going to be the same as todayâs Marvel fanboysâ reaction to when they hear Kevin Feigeâs name: âWhat did you did do this time you Son of a Bitch!? What train did you derail this time?â

Panel Chaos
Warnings: none (I think), let me know if I missed any :)
Pairings: Jared Padalecki x reader platonic, Tom Holland x reader platonic, Jensen Ackles x reader platonic
Request: Hey there again! I had another idea for a request like Tom Holland meeting Jared Padalecki and Jensen Ackles bc I feel like they give the same energy:)
Request by: @theslayerofthevampires
*not my gif*
Summary: Your co-star meets your other co-stars
A/N: I didnât really know how to end it- sorry!!
Please donât plagiarize my work, you may reblog if you like but Iâm asking that you donât steal my hard work
â-so, yeah, Iâd say thereâs lots of pranks going around on set.â You snickered into the microphone.
To each side of you, your co stars began sobering up after the cackling that had taken place at the story you just told in response to a fan question.
The panel was going smoothly, Comic Con once again a success in your eyes as you sat in between Jared and Jensen for your last interview of the day.
You played their younger sister in the show, Supernatural, for the past four seasons now, and it was safe to say that you loved working on that show with your whole heart. The actors just made it even better.
All of a sudden, before another person could move to ask a question, the whole crowd let out one large, collective gasp that had your eyebrows furrowing in confusion along with Jensen and Jaredâs.
âWhat? What is it? Is something on my face?â You hurriedly began swiping at your forehead with the back of your hand.
Then, everything went dark and you let out a small shriek of surprise. Someone had covered your eyes.
âGuess who,â A british voice you knew all too well floated through your ears.
âTom!â You squealed in pure joy, leaping from your seat- practically dropping your microphone in the process- and turning around to give the man a large hug.
Several âawesâ of adoration sounded through the crowd at the action.
You pulled away from the brunette man after a moment with a large grin, âWhatâre you doing here?â
He smiled back, âA little birdie told me that you had a panel going on right now. My interview just got out so I asked around with some of the staff and they said it would be fine to drop by for a moment.â
Tom Holland was most famously your co-worker in various marvel movies that you starred in as Peter Parkerâs sister, and you hadnât seen the man in over five months due to conflicting work schedules.
âYou gonna introduce us?â Jaredâs voice filled the area and you could practically hear the teasing smile behind it.
âRight,â You spun around to face the two of them, as well as the rest of the crowd, while some staff brought out an extra seat and microphone for the man, âGuys, this is Tom. Tom, this is Jared and Jensen.â
âHey, man,â Jensen greeted, shaking his hand, âGood to meet you.â
âYou as well,â He answered back politely, âIâve heard many things about the two of you.â
âAll good things I hope.â Jared hopped it.
Tom slowly turned with a mock awkward look towards the audience, leading them to roar with laughter, you and the others joining along with giggles of your own.
âNo, seriously though, of course Iâve heard some great things.â He chuckled a little bit when he rephrased.
Jared pressed his lips together, acting as if he was mad, âI canât say the same about you.â Before dramatically whipping his head to face the other way.
The crowd was going crazy.
Through the bright lights, you could squint and see people that were doubling over in laughter that never seemed to end.
âSo,â Jensen spoke into a mic, a wicked grin on his face, âI heard that you and Y/n, have been working together for years⌠any embarrassing stories you have about her?â
Your eyes widened and you quickly flew from your seat and slapped a hand over Tom's mouth, âNo!â You shrieked, âNo! No stories!â
The poor crowd hasnât seemed to have caught their breath once since Tom appeared on stage.
You threw a glare in Jensens direction, âNot funny.â You said through gritted teeth.
He just laughed though, knowing it was all for show.
Finally, you relinquished your hold on Tom and wagged a warning finger in his face, âDonât you dare, Mister. Or Iâll call your mother.â You threatened.
His eyes widened, no doubt with real horror this time, âYou wouldnât.â
âI would.â You crossed your arms determinedly over your chest.
âShe does the same thing to us,â Jared gaped.
âAlways threatening to call our wives.â Jensen continued.
All three men shuttered in sync.

Chapter 2: (based partially on the episode "Are you there, God? It's me, Dean Winchester.")
You step onto the bustling set of "Supernatural" as filming for Season 4 commences. The air crackles with anticipation and the hum of activity, crew members bustling about with purpose. Actors in their elaborate costumes pass by, lost in animated conversations about their scenes. The set itself is a labyrinth of towering sets and intricate props, each corner bustling with activity and the occasional burst of laughter from crew members.
Managing your medical conditions has become a routine challenge. Adjusting your bag strap, you silently steel yourself against the familiar flutter of anxiety. Today marks a fresh startâa chance to embrace Raven's character and leave behind the lingering grief of losing your family.
Inside the production trailer, the aroma of coffee mingles with the buzz of voices. A friendly crew member hands you a stack of scripts, their pages crisp and inked with detailed stage directions and character dialogues. The trailers themselves are a study in organized chaos, with makeup artists meticulously applying finishing touches and wardrobe assistants darting in and out with last-minute adjustments.
Jared and Jensen catch your eye across the bustling room, engrossed in discussion with the director. Their easy camaraderie is evident, a testament to their years on the show. You approach them tentatively, heart racing with a mix of nerves and admiration.
"Hey, guys," you greet them with a smile, trying to hide the flutter in your voice.
Jared's grin widens. "Hey, Y/N! Ready to dive into the deep end with us?" he asks, his enthusiasm infectious.
Jensen nods thoughtfully, his gaze assessing yet kind. "Glad to have you on board," he says warmly, his voice a reassuring presence.
As the morning progresses, you find yourself drawn deeper into the Supernatural world. Scripts in hand, you absorb every detail and direction. The crew bustles around you, adjusting lights and props, preparing for the day's scenes. Each set is a marvel of craftsmanship, from the eerie corridors of haunted houses to the dusty, sunlit roads where supernatural creatures lurk.
At lunchtime, you join Jared and Jensen at a table set up just outside the trailer. The scene is bustling yet relaxed, with crew members grabbing quick bites between takes. The sun filters through the canopy overhead, casting dappled shadows on the makeshift dining area. The aroma of fresh food wafts from catering tables, mingling with the lively chatter of cast and crew.
Laughter and stories flow freely as Jared leans back in his chair, animatedly recounting a humorous mishap from a previous season. "And then, right in the middle of that intense scene, the prop started malfunctioning! It was chaos," he chuckles, shaking his head.
Jensen listens intently, occasionally nodding or interjecting with insights into Dean's character. "Yeah, but you handled it like a pro," he adds, a small smirk playing on his lips. He turns to you, genuine curiosity in his eyes. "What about you, Y/N? Any wild stories from your acting adventures?"
You chuckle nervously, feeling the warmth of their inclusion. "Nothing as crazy as that," you admit, picking at your salad. "But I did once trip over a prop during an audition. It was⌠memorable."
Jared laughs heartily, clapping you on the shoulder. "Welcome to the club, Y/N! Everyone's got their moments," he reassures, flashing you an encouraging smile.
The camaraderie among the cast and crew is palpable, and you begin to feel a bond forming, forged through shared passion and dedication. It's a small moment of respite amidst the busy day, reminding you why you're here and filling you with a renewed sense of purpose.
After lunch, the director gathers everyone for the first scene featuring Raven. You stand on set, adjusting Raven's dark purple hair and running your fingers over the red lace of her costume. The leather jacket fits snugly, and the sleek silver knife at your belt adds to Raven's mysterious allure. You feel a mix of nerves and excitement as cameras are positioned, and the set falls silent in anticipation of the scene.
"Action!" the director calls out.
The door slams open, and Raven strides into the dimly lit room, her dark purple hair cascading over her shoulders like a shadow. Her red lace fabrics and leather jacket exude a goth glam vibe, contrasting sharply with the supernatural elements around her. Dean, played by Jensen, turns from the table where he's examining a lore book, his eyes narrowing as he takes in the newcomer.
"Who the hell are you?" Dean demands, his hand instinctively reaching for his weapon.
Raven doesn't flinch. "You can call me Raven," she replies coolly, her voice a whisper of danger. She moves closer, her stance confident yet cautious.
Dean studies her, a mixture of curiosity and wariness crossing his features. "What do you want?" he asks, his tone gruff but intrigued.
"I'm here for answers," Raven states cryptically, as she tackles Dean to the ground -stunning him into losing his weapon. "And I won't leave until I get them."
Cut!
Between takes, Jensen approaches with a nod of approval. "You're embodying Raven perfectly," he remarks, his voice low but sincere. "I can see her coming to life."
You nod gratefully, the weight of the character settling comfortably on your shoulders. As Jared joins in, playfully nudging Jensen, you catch a glimpse of Jensen's internalized admiration for your performance. His eyes hold a subtle curiosity, and you can't figure out if he is studying you or Raven in an attempt at finding more beneath the surface. It shoots a tingle down your spine.
"You've got her essence down," Jared adds with a grin. "Dean's gonna have his hands full with Raven."
Jensen chuckles, shooting you a knowing look. "That's the plan," he agrees, his tone light but supportive. "Keep pushing those boundaries, Y/N. You're doing great."
As filming resumes, you slip back into Raven's tough exterior. The makeup team reapplies where needed.
During a break in filming, you find yourself in the company of Jared and Misha, who are quick to notice your nerves despite your best efforts to conceal them.
"You know, Y/N," Jared begins with a grin, "for someone playing a tough character like Raven, you seem awfully nervous."
Misha chimes in, his tone teasing yet friendly. "Yeah, you're not planning to faint on us, are you? Because we've got a few rituals for that."
You roll your eyes playfully, crossing your arms. "Please, I've faced scarier things than a few nerves. Like Jensen's coffee order in the morning."
Jared laughs, slapping you on the back. "Good one!"
From across the set, Jensen catches wind of the banter and joins in with his trademark dry humor. "Watch out, Y/N," he calls over, a smirk playing on his lips. "Misha's got a killer squirrel impression that might just calm your nerves."
Misha grins mischievously, ready to demonstrate, but Jared interjects with a mock-serious tone. "Save it for the blooper reel, guys. We've got a scene to nail."
As the conversation shifts, you find yourself deep in discussion with Jared about music, discovering a shared passion for eclectic playlists and spontaneous dancing. His enthusiasm is infectious, and you realize how easy it is to bond over something as simple and joyful as music.
Later that day, as you're reviewing your lines, Jensen approaches with a quiet observation. "You handled yourself well out there," he remarks, his voice low but sincere. "Filming can be intense, but remember to find moments of silliness. It helps keep you grounded."
You nod gratefully, absorbing his advice. "Thanks, Jensen. I'll keep that in mind."
He smiles, a rare glimpse of warmth beneath his dry exterior. "And if you ever need to escape the fame circus, there's always a quiet corner on set."
You laugh softly, touched by his insight. "Noted. Maybe I'll join Misha for that squirrel impression after all."
Jensen chuckles, shaking his head. "Just don't let him teach you the dance moves."
The set pulses with tension as the crew prepares for Episode 2's climactic and final scene of the day. Sam, Dean, and Bobby Singer stand among restless spirits in a dimly lit room. You, dressed in Raven's dark attire, observe the solemn atmosphere from the sidelines. When the director calls action, the actors immerse themselves in their roles.
The spirits of Meg and Agent Henricksen materialize, their accusing voices echoing through the space. They blame Sam and Dean for their deaths and those of others they couldn't save. Bobby, visibly shaken, struggles against the ghosts of children he couldn't protect, weighed down by guilt.
Amid the chaos, Raven hesitates, unsure whether to intervene. The accusations linger, casting doubt on the hunters' resolve. Sam and Dean exchange worried glances, uncertain of Raven's capabilities.
Exhausted yet exhilarated, you retreat to a quiet corner of the set, away from the lingering tension. Leaning against the wall, you exhale deeply, reflecting on the day's intense events. It has pushed you to your limits, but you feel a renewed sense of purpose you haven't felt in a long time.
Suddenly, a sharp pain shoots through your abdomen, a reminder of your medical conditions. You wince but quickly regain composure, determined not to let it show. Just as you prepare to move, Jensen approaches with concern etched on his face.
"Hey, Y/N. You okay?" Jensen's voice is gentle, his eyes searching yours for any sign of discomfort.
You force a smile, brushing off the pain. "Yeah, just a twinge. Nothing I can't handle."
Jensen's frown deepens slightly, sensing your reluctance to share. "You know, you can talk to me if something's bothering you."
Before you can respond, Dee strides over, her presence imposing. You feel a pang of discomfort as Dee keeps her eyes fixed on you. Sensing the tension, Jensen shifts subtly, ready to diffuse any brewing conflict.
"Hey, babe," Jensen greets Dee, his tone warm yet cautious. Dee responds by pulling Jensen into a fierce kiss, her gaze still directed at you. Sensing the atmosphere growing uncomfortable, you excuse yourself and retreat to your trailer to change out of your costume and makeup, hoping to reset after the day's intensity.
Inside the trailer, you step into the shower, seeking solace in the warm water. Outside, Jensen hesitates before knocking on your door, intending to check on you and apologize. There's no response. Worried, he pushes open the door to find you unconscious on the floor.
Panicking, Jensen rushes to your side, calling your name urgently. Dee enters the trailer silently, her expression unreadable as she observes Jensen's frantic actions. Jensen dials for an ambulance, his hands trembling with fear and concern.
Dee abruptly hangs up the phone. "This is all an act," she sneers, her voice laced with disdain. "She's just being dramatic." "She's collapsed, Dee!," he admitted loudly.
Dee's skepticism was palpable. "Collapsed? Come on, Jensen," she scoffed dismissively. "You know she thrives on drama."
Jensen's brows furrowed, his concern for Y/N conflicting with Dee's accusations. "That's not fair, Dee," he defended firmly. "Y/N wouldn't fake something like that."
Dee's eyes narrowed, her jealousy bubbling to the surface. "Oh, really?!" she retorted, her voice laced with bitterness. "And how well do you know her, Jensen? Did you also happen to see her naked outside of filming, often?!"
Jensen's eyes widened in surprise, caught off guard by Dee's accusation. "It was an accident," he replied defensively, his voice tinged with frustration. "And it's not what you think."
Jensen's eyes widen in disbelief, torn between his concern for you and Dee's unsettling calmness. Dee grabs his arm firmly, hangs up the phone, pulling him away toward their car. On their way out, Jensen contacts Jared, his voice shaky as he instructs him to check on you, unable to provide further details.
_______
The car ride home was tense, the air thick with unspoken words and simmering resentment. Jensen sat in the passenger seat, staring out the window as the streetlights blurred past. Dee's refusal to let him check on Y/N gnawed at him, a knot of frustration tightening in his chest with every passing mile.
"Why did you have to make such a big deal out of it?" Dee's voice pierced through the silence, sharp and accusatory.
Jensen clenched his jaw, his hands balling into fists on his lap. "Because I wanted to make sure she was okay," he replied tersely, his tone tinged with disappointment.
Dee scoffed, her grip tightening on the steering wheel. "She's probably just being dramatic, Jensen. You don't even know her," she retorted, her words cutting through him like shards of glass.
"And you don't either," Jensen shot back, frustration seeping into his voice. "But if it were Jared or Misha in her place, we'd be checking on them too. Why should Y/N be any different?"
They drove in stony silence for what felt like an eternity, the weight of their argument hanging heavily between them. Eventually, Dee pulled over abruptly, the car coming to a halt by the side of the road. Without a word, Jensen opened the door and stepped out into the cool night air.
He stood there for a moment, his breath forming misty clouds in the chilly evening. The distant hum of traffic filled the silence as Jensen rubbed a hand over his face, trying to calm the turmoil swirling inside him. Walking away from the car, he felt a mix of anger, guilt, and confusion.
The walk home was long and solitary, each step echoing his internal struggle. He replayed the day's events in his mind, questioning his decisions and the consequences they had wrought. His thoughts drifted to Y/N, lying unconscious in her trailer earlier, and the pang of regret gnawed at him.
As he reached his empty house, Jensen leaned against the door, staring up at the starless sky. The quiet darkness enveloped him, offering a moment of respite from the chaos of the day. Alone with his thoughts, he wrestled with the implications of Dee's actions and his own conflicted feelings, unsure of how to navigate the turbulent waters ahead.
Yet amidst the turmoil, Jensen's mind wandered back to a fleeting moment two weeks priorâthe unexpected kiss with Y/N during her audition. The memory played in his mind like a reel, how Y/N's face felt heated after he embraced it. How her lips were soft and reciprocated the moment. How her brilliant blue eyes looked under the garage lights. He wanted to kiss her neck, pick her up andâŚ. No. These thoughts were stirring emotions he hadn't fully processed. He wondered what it meant, if anything, and if he was just thinking about it because he wanted to reach out to Y/N and make sure she was ok. Maybe he shouldn't, maybe it wasn't professional.
Deep in thought, Jensen finally pushed open the door to his silent house, the weight of the day's events settling heavily on his shoulders.
________
Shortly after getting the call, Jared and Misha arrive at your trailer to find you unconscious. They swiftly call for medical assistance after covering up your naked body. Jared carefully picks you up while Misha makes sure you stay covered as they take you out of your trailer where a gurney can more easily help. They stay by your side until the ambulance arrives, making sure people keep their distance as a crowd begins to gather around from all of the commotion.
You regain consciousness in the hospital the next evening, disoriented and fearful. A nurse is tending to your IV. "Hey honey, your friends out there wouldn't go home until they knew you were awake. Would you like them to come in?" She asks you kindly. You fear repercussions after collapsing on your first day of filming, but you agree with a nod anyway. To your surprise, Jared, Misha, and Misha's wife arrive with flowers and a card signed by the cast and crew, reassuring you that everything will be okay. "What happened?" You ask as you smell the bouquet. "They said you had a cyst burst. But it should pass on it's own and you won't need surgery." Jared shared solemnly, looking at Misha and his wife for confirmation. "They said you can come back to work tomorrow, but take it easy." Misha added.
"You guys, I'm so embarrassed. This isn't an issue I share openly. It's affected me my whole life, and with the hustle of everything, I forgot the signs of it. I know better." You said, shedding a tear and turning your head away from them. Jared asked, "Can I hug you?" You nod a little. "That'd be nice." All three of them joined in and it did help you feel a little better.
However, Jensen and Dee are conspicuously absent. Your heart sinks with disappointment as you remember bits and pieces of their conversation as you were laying on the trailer floor, and you realize their absence speaks volumes. The uncertainty gnawed at you as you stared out the hospital window, the city lights flickering in the distance, leaving you with unanswered questions and a sinking feeling that things were about to get more complicated.

Except why does the JDM announcement from CE say "tentatively" (more than once)?? I get that JDM is actually an in demand actor so his availability is subject to change, but technically ALL of their availability is subject to change and they never say "tentatively" for anyone else. I wonder if they don't even have JDM finalized but they are trying to see if he is a big enough draw? Maybe announce him "tentatively", see if there is a spike in sales, then "confirm" him officially. Or if numbers don't move they probably can't really afford him and he might suddenly have a "scheduling conflict".
Obviously this is all just me speculating about what is a very odd wording used for his "announcement" but CE has proven themselves to be more than ok being very sketchy and underhanded when it comes to pushing con sales so I wouldn't put it past them. I just don't see another reason for his announcement to specify that its "tentative" - either they signed him for the con or they didn't.
I haven't really paid attention previously, but it doesn't seem like they use tentatively very often. I would see that as a red flag, and you make excellent points explaining why. It's like CE's playing the lottery on whether they can book people who can put fans in the seats because they know the current line-ups without Jared aren't doing it. And even with Jared, the other cons (except for Austin) aren't selling as well as they used to because SPN has been over for three years, there's nothing new for the actors to talk about, and people are moving on.

Remember these? "Jensen is likely getting the criticism because heâs the first one we know about whose excuse for not attending seems⌠the best word I can think of is⌠flimsy."/"I think another thing that is upsetting for fans with him cancelling and then going to Meg's movie premiere."/" if I had purchased tickets and built travel plans around the convention and found out Jared cancelled just to go on a vacation, I would be upset."/ "Ah, what an important scheduling conflict⌠a movie premiere to support an actress that the Ackles will only be remotely connected to for six months."
It was extremely flimsy compared to what Jared gets. There's no comparison. If anything I think we were laughing about it.

Gotham Knights is Cancelled
The last of the SPN trioâs new shows has been cancelled. First it was Jensen Acklesâs The Winchesters, then Jared Padaleckiâs Walker: Independence, and now Misha Collinsâs Gotham Knights. None of these shows managed to find new homes on other networks of streaming platforms after the CW decided they were too costly to continue. The perhaps only saving graces are that Padaleckiâs Walker Texas Ranger revival, simply titled Walker, has been renewed for a fourth season on the CW, The Boys continues further with Jensen as Soldier Boy, and Acklesâs western film âRustâ is set to be released. Also, with Misha being as phenomenal of an actor as he is, it wonât be long till he starts a new project.
Thank you to @stunudo for correcting me in the comments. Due to what is thought to be scheduling conflicts, Jensen is no longer in the film Rust with his character having been recast. Letâs hope we see him on the big screen soon though.

Confused on the European cons. Thought Jared and Gen cancelled Paris and Jared added into Dusseldorf with Jensen. Now Jared and Jensen are at Dusseldorf in late May and Jared, Jensen and Gen are all in Paris in June. What did I miss? And why did Jensen blow off CR8? Even Sean acknowledged that Jensen was originally going to be there, then claimed a scheduling conflict. Thought Jensen liked his experience at CR6, last year. Disappointed that he backed out this year, especially as it was sort of sold as a The Boys con mixed with Supernatural. Also, why are all of the early announced cons for CE in funky midwestern cities? Not necessarily destination cities?
Someone made a little chart showing which J is at which con
Sean was foolish to set and sell prices without securing Jensen.
If the story I've heard about why Jensen isn't attending is true, then I don't expect Jensen to join any future events Sean is hosting. We will see. CE is expanding to new cities because there's more likely to be fans there that haven't gone to cons yet and Supernatural is super popular in those states. I'm not surprised at how well Columbus is selling.

And Jared had no work obligation on ACL. Him moderating a panel about sustainability was a last minute thing. Genevieve was the one with the work obligations on ACL because of towwn. Jared was there just for the music festival.
The fact is Jared canceled the con in the last minute to go to a music festival he goes to every year and that he had gone the week prior to the con. He failed a work obligation and let Jensen to deal with it by himself. Luckily, Jensen is a team player and he worked with other cast members.
Jensen only canceled two cons when he had a filming schedule conflict or had another work obligation. He went to freaking JIB in Italy when he was busy filming. He went to the latest CE con even when he was busy with Countdown and who knows how many other things we don't know yet.
Misha is busy with the political campaign and hurricane relief. Rob has the concerts. And yet, they go to cons.
Jared canceled over a music festival. I know it, you know it, they know it (hence the shade they threw at Jared in the last CE con). If Jared decides to cancel CE cons and start doing smaller ones where he won't have to share the attention with anyone else, good for him. But don't go making excuses for him. He's a grown ass man who saw going to a music festival was more important than going to a convention and meet people who paid thousands of dollars to see him.
Jared has been canceling CE cons more and more because he doesn't feel like going to a con where he's not the center of attention and where the J2 brand is no longer commercially appealing and that his autos and solo photo ops and solo meet and greets don't sell as much in comparison to Jensen and Misha's.
The writing is in the wall about Jared and Jensen's friendship not being the same as it was 15 years ago and about Jared not caring much about CE cona and you guys are like the "this sign can't stop me because I can't read" meme. But again, whatever makes you guys sleep better at night.
Now this convo is over from my part because It's just as boring as Jared's acting on Walker

Do you really think there will ever be a reboot? I just read on Will's blog that according to his inside information that it will be "soon" (againđ). Honestly, they're taking the piss out of us fans. Yes, on cons Jensen and Jared say that they would love to do it but unfortunately, unfortunately it doesn't work out time-wise. I mean, how long are they going to keep saying that crap? Jensen has a new show, Jared is working on a new project, there is no potential showrunner, let alone a script.
Can't they just say, guys we don't feel like doing this. The show is done and good. But then they and the c- listers could take less money out of the fans' pockets.
Yes. It could happen next year or in ten years. WB is rebooting every IP under the sun. Come on WB said âyesâ to The Winchesters all because Jensen said it was a swell idea.
Eh, Will's source could punch him in the face while honking a clown nose and he would still say it's inside information. Unpopular opinion, I like clowns, theyâre fun. Stuff that Will's source has been saying for years are all public available information or just common sense.
J2 canât say âthey donât feel like doing thisâ to WB. First, actors canât say ânoâ for the sake of maintaining relations. Instead they say, âoh man I would love to, but scheduling conflict/health issues/family needs meâ. Second, most projects die in development hell, so there's no point in saying "never" to an offer or pitch when the odds are against them anyways. Third, if the reboot/revival project is greenlit and budgeted, Jared more than anyone wants to have some say in it so it doesn't dilute the SPN brand that is his legacy. The saving grace of The Winchesters was it was retconned to an AU and therefore not relevant to the OG SPN.

Well seems like Jared has finally taken a call to distance himself from SPN Conventions circuit. I, for one would be happy If he decides to not attend this toxic get together where he is treated as a punch bag by fans as well his colleagues. There is zero material coming ot of these cons I mean I can literally tell what all will be said in upcoming call
- there will be hellers trying to get validation
- J2 will try to sell their chemistry.
-Jensen will go overboard and act all brotherly with Jared. On other hand Jared will read the studio line of how Jensen work hard for TW and he got faith in him
- Questions on Jensen directing Walker?/ Will Jared appear on TW
- Some rehashed kids story for distraction. Acting advice. Mental Health advice or gratitude to J2
- Jensen will crush destiel hope when they try to reel him with Destil questions.
In the aftermath Destiel will crib how Jensen is queerbaiting in two hours they find some ridiculous reason to blame Jared and divert all their hate on to him.
It us so tiring just by look of it and Jared has to live it with smile on the face. I am happy he is choosing himself. I would be happy If Jared starts Walker cons, it will be fun to see Walker cast, who got nothing but respect for Jared.

I hope JIB next year is back to the old schedule where it happens during hiatus. True, Jared might be busy there, too, with meetings or even a project. But we know he's busy now. Thank heavens they have good production people that managed to work the schedule around his flights there and back. (Meanwhile, we know he likes to be around five days, but the cast are all pros he abs knows he can trust them)
That would certainly be nice! We already saw how the previous JIB conflicted with Walker filming and it would work on both sides to allow for more availability.
(Side note: I would actually prefer if Jared could attend different European cons since I think JIB, and Daniela, have become a bit too drama-laden and SPN extra-laden for me. I seriously didn't recognize half the guests yesterday.)

It cracks me up that you make so many excuses for Jared not going to Jib when if Misha or Jensen had pulled the same crap (telling a fan before the Jib staffers that he wasnât going, and doing it two weeks out after the schedule had already been set), you would have been all over them saying they were unprofessional and didnât care about their fans. Jared is the EP of Walker, and one of his responsibilities is to look ahead to schedules and make sure he can meet all his obligations. He had plenty of time to vacation in Italy earlier in the summer (after canceling another con). Jared does what Jared wants to do and the fans be damned. You just donât want to see it.
Anon, a lot of assumptions in your ask. What I wrote about Jared is valid for ANY Actor at that tier. If you have no clue how hectic a schedule can get then you also have no clue how rare and crucial vacation and recharge times are. Furthermore, filming/production details can change at any time so can schedules, especially last minute. I feel very sorry for the people who spent money and had their dream dashed but I also feel I should stress awareness that an Actor's schedule is incredibly hectic and people who truly are fans could choose to have empathy when, for once, an Actor cannot make it to a con. Certain steps in a career are crucial and I am glad Jared chose Walker because through it he can inspire many. Of course he would have wanted to be at the con, where he can firsthand experience his impact on people and reciprocate their energy but he, unfortunately, had a scheduling conflict and I don't think anyone deserves to be vilified for that. Jensen missed a con due to a Premiere he could have avoided going to since it was out of his demographic anyway, he chose to spend time with his daughter instead and that's perfectly human. Aside from the professional aspects there's also a human factor and a mental well-being factor to consider, if you put yourself in Jared's shoes, with all of his duties, you will see that things aren't as easy as you desperately want them to be so you can justify hating on him. Let's be clear, cons are a business venture for them not just an opportunity to exchange energy with the fans, just like any human on Planet Earth, they may have times where they skip them or even choose to not participate any longer, they are free to do so. I don't understand the huge level of entitlement this fandom has without even for one second putting themselves in the Actors' shoes. Also, I know you ask isn't really about Jared but rather about your anger towards me...if you dislike ANYTHING on my blog just stop reading it.

The Jensen + Marvel rumor has been debunked by multiple accounts. Examples:

Anon 2: I honestly donât see how a big Marvel or DC role would work for Jensen currently anyway considering the deal he and CMP have with Amazon. Doesnât he have to fulfil that first? Would The Boys season 5 count?
Even if Jensen were a heavy part of The Boys or another current Amazon show or he joined a new show as lead, he should have time to do other work as long as it doesn't conflict with scheduling.
The Boys is only 8 episodes per season and has a heavy ensemble cast so the leads do less work per episode. Unlike Supernatural, which was filmed episode by episode, they do the production work all ahead of time, so less time is spent filming since they can spend a period filming for one particular location that is used throughout the season rather than returning to that location over and over again.
It's entirely possible for Jensen (or Jared for that matter) to be attached to a project like this, the problem is that the sources are not reliable, especially for 4Chan, which is even less reliable than IMDb. These rumors are super common and I've lost track of how many projects the Js have supposedly been a part of. Misha gets it too, but not to the same extent.

Series Masterlist
It had been two months since your idyllic getaway in the mountains and life had settled into a lovely, normal rhythm. Jensen was quickly thrown back into a grueling filming schedule, fourteen-hour days, obscenely late nights and physically draining fight scenes. Most nights he was a zombie by the time Clif dropped him off at the apartment. But then he would crawl into bed with you, and all would be right with the world. It was so natural. So easy. As if it had always been.
You made good start on becoming the doctor you once were. Once you returned to Vancouver, you hit the books hard. You made exactly one trip back to your old apartment to retrieve more medical books and your scrubs, then you locked the door behind you and walked away. You still paid rent on it and kept the key on the ring next to the key Jensen gave you. Even though you hated it and had no intention of going back, it was a reminder that you werenât lost or dependent anymore. You were a capable woman with a bright future and while you didnât have your memories, you at least had the framework of your past. And that was enough.
Your days were full. Your life was full. You had friends, you had work, and you had Jensen. During the workweek, your conflicting schedules kept you from seeing each other during the day, but you always found each other in the night. Sometimes it was a strong arm wrapped around you and a whispered goodnight. Other times heâd kiss you awake and make love with you until the alarm heralded the start of a new day. Either way, you never lost track of each other. You found ways to communicate when you were apart and celebrate when you were together.
It was perfect. Except for the nightmares. The little girls plagued your nights with their childrenâs games and sing song rhymes. Jensen was a deep sleeper. Coupled with work related exhaustion, you thankfully never disturbed his sleep. It wasnât until he came home early one night that he even found out about it.
Jensen slipped the key out of his pocket as he approached the apartment door. Fatigue hung heavy around his shoulders, but he still had a spring in his step. He finally had a light day which meant the two of you could actually have dinner together. Youâd spent the day going through your first physical and basic cognitive test with Doctor McMillan and he was anxious to hear how it had gone.
His key was hovering just above the lock when he heard your scream. He nearly tore the door from its hinges in his panicked haste.
âYN?!â
You were passed out on the couch. Medical texts were littered around the floor, and one was open on your chest, suggesting youâd fallen asleep while reading. A common occurrence of late. Your face was twisted in unconscious fear, and you cried out again, âNo! No, please!â
Jensen was by your side in an instant. âY/N. Sweetheart, wake up.â
Your whimpers broke his heart, you murmured a string more incomprehensible words, but a few came through clear. âNo⌠Frankie! FrankieâŚ.â
When tapping your cheeks didnât wake you, he gently shook you, âY/N, come on baby. Come back to me.â
âNo⌠Frankie!â
After several minutes of coaxing your eyes flew open. Wide and brimming with unshed tears. You were looking at him, but Jensen could tell you werenât really seeing him. Whatever you had seen in your sleep had you absolutely terrified. Not wanting to scare you further, Jensen kept his voice low and steady.
He cupped your face with one hand, his thumb soothing your temple, âY/N. Hey, are you with me?â
Worried, green eyes bored into yours and suddenly you were back. âJay?â
Seeing the recognition on your face, he breathed a sigh of relief. âYeah, Sweetheart. Itâs me, Iâm right here.â
You launched yourself into his arms and sobbed. You couldnât explain the heartbreak and the terror. The nightmare had awakened a fight or flight response that was near a panic. You clung to Jensen as if your life depended on it, shaking in his grasp. While he did his best to soothe and calm you. After an eternity, your heart quit trying to beat out of your chest and your breathing evened out.
âIâm going to get you some water,â came his voice from above your head. âYou be okay on your own for a minute?â
You nodded and made use of the tissues he handed to you. When he returned, he exchanged the tissues for a cold glass of water and instructed you to drink it. You were suddenly hyperaware of his attention. You felt exposed and embarrassed.
âIâm sorry,â you whispered for lack of anything better to say.
âIâm just glad youâre okay,â he said, taking note of your downcast eyes. âI heard you screaming from the hallway.â
âIâm sorry.â
He pulled you to his side and tucked your head against his shoulder, threading his fingers through your hair in a way that he hoped would comfort. âBaby, youâve got nothing to be sorry for. Nothing.â
At your shuddering breath, he moved his hand up and down your back. You wrapped your arms around his chest and tried to ground yourself. The images usually faded the more awake you were, but this time they didnât. The girls werenât playing anymore, they were at a funeral. A wake. Two tiny girls with sunshine hair in the middle of a swarm of adults, all in black. There were two caskets, the dark wood polished to a high gleam. The lids were thankfully closed and covered with beautiful sprays of fresh flowers.
It was tangible. You could feel all of it; the coldness of the room, the brush of suits and dresses as they passed you, the hot tears rolling down your cheeks.
Jensenâs voice rumbled in his chest, âWas this a repeat of the nightmare you had last night?â
You silently cursed yourself, so much for not disturbing your sleep-deprived boyfriend. âI didnât think you knew about that.â
âYouâve been having them for a while now. But this one was worse, wasnât it?â
You didnât reply. Was it worse? This was what youâd been wishing for, memories. Even if this was just a dream, you knew it was tied to something in your past. The old phrase be careful what you wish for came to mind.
âYou were talking in your sleep this time. Kept calling out for Frankie.â
âFrankie,â you repeated, equal parts relieved and confused when the name didnât ring any bells. âI donât know who that is.â
âDo you remember anything from your dream?â
âNothing worth repeating.â At his concerned frown, you sighed. âIâm sorry, itâs just all a jumbled mess and I donât want to talk about it. None of it makes any sense anyway.â
He studied you for a long moment. âOkay. You donât have to talk about it. But when you want to, Iâm right here.â
You brushed a kiss across his lips, âThank you.â
âAny time,â he replied, tucking a strand of hair behind your ear. âHowâd your tests go?â
That got a smile from you, âFlying colors.â
âYeah?â
âYup. I am in excellent physical condition and all of my cognitive functions are up to snuff.â
âI could have told you that,â he murmured, nuzzling your neck. âDoes this mean youâre moving on to the multiple-choice round?â
âAs well as shadowing the residents, like an internship. Which means Iâll have an actual work schedule.â
Jensen beamed down at you, âIâm so damn proud of you.â
You shifted to sit on his lap, âWell, I couldnât have done it without my study partner.â
âHey, any time you want to study, you just let me know.â He kissed you, slow and deep. God, he never got tired of it. It was that feeling of connection. It wasnât just kissing, it was everything. Every touch. Every glance. Every word. It was the subtle scent of your favorite lotion that still clung to his shirt hours later. It was the unconscious smile that crept over his face when your name popped up on his phone.
Jared called it the âhoneyâ period.
âYou mean a honeymoon?â
âNo, this has got nothing to do with wedding bells or trips to Bali. This is when everything is just golden and sweet. Warm and flowing and perfect,â Jared waggled his eyebrows. âAnd you only got one thing on your mind.â
âHoney.â Jensen said it before Jared could. âYeah, I do think about honey a lot.â
âYouâre thinking about it right now, arenât you?â
Jensen grinned down at his phone, then schooled his features. âYeah, well you brought it up.â
Jared held up a hand in mock defense, âHey man, I get it. Youâre entitled to a little honey time. And Iâm entitled to give you shit about it. Especially after Gen.â
âPlease! You can not compare me to your pathetic puppy dog routine,â Jensen laughed at the memory. âGen married you just to put you out of your misery.â
When Jensenâs phone buzzed, he answered it on the first ring. Earning an I-told-you-so bitch look from his co-star.
âShut up,â Jensen muttered before turning his attention to you, âHey, SweetheartâŚâ
âSo, you got enough pull with McMillan to get a night off?â
âIâm sure I could make a case for a worthwhile cause.â You tilted your head, âWhy?â
âEvery year right before the winter break, the studio throws us a little shindig. But with this being our last year and all, theyâre making a big deal out of it. A gala.â
God, I feel like a teenager asking her to the high school dance!
âA gala?â
âYeah! Like fancy dresses. Tuxedos. Champagne. The whole nine yards. So, what do you say? Wanna go to the prom?â
âSo long as I go with you,â you replied with a wink.
A week later, Jensen was deep into the honey period and loving every minute of it. He even loved Jaredâs ribbing him about it. There were only a few days of shooting left and then the cast and crew were free until after the new year. He felt like a kid riding out the end of the school term, just waiting for that last bell to ring that would signal the beginning of the holidays.
Jensen usually made a trip back home to visit his family and this year would be no exception. He conspired with Doctor McMillan and got you a chunk of time off that would match up with his. Just enough for a good, old-fashioned Christmas. God, he couldnât wait to see the look on your face when he surprised you with the plane ticket! First class, of course. He was going to show you everything. His favorite stargazing spot, the tree in the backyard he fell from and broke his arm, the lake where he learned to swim.
His mom had been asking a million questions about you already. What did you like to eat? Did you have any allergies? What size pajamas did you wear? They were going to love you, just like he did, and his heart swelled every time he thought about it. He been spending most of his down time between scenes online, ordering Christmas presents and having them shipped to Texas. Jensen hadnât been this excited about the holidays since he was a kid, and damn⌠It felt good!
He and Jared were done for the day. Another late night, but worth the price. The fans were going to love this episode! Jensen hummed an acknowledgement when Jared hopped out and said goodnight. A few minutes later, Clif was pulling up to Jensenâs building.
âThanks,â Jensen yawned as he reached for the doorhandle. âSee you in the morning, bud.â
âHang on, I need to talk to you about something.â
âCanât it wait until morning? Iâm beat, man.â
Clif put the vehicle in park and turned to face the backseat, âIts important. Itâs about Y/N.â
Jensenâs fatigue instantly vanished. They hadnât spoken about you since that day you visited the set, and that hadnât been an easy conversation. âWhat about her?â
âI did some diggingâŚâ
âClif, if this is another Y/N bashing session, donât bother. You know where I stand.â
âThis is girl is not who she says she is. Just hear me out, please?â
Jensen set his jaw but stayed seated. A silent signal that this was the only opportunity Clif was going to get.
âI have a buddy who used to be in law enforcement, runs his own P.I. firm now. I had him run the name Gabriella Baines along with her picture through the national data base and she doesnât exist.â
âWhat the hell does that mean? She obviously exists, Iâve been to her hospital, met her co-workers.â Jensenâs brows drew together in a frown. âKinda hard to fake that, Clif.â
âBut thatâs just it, thatâs the only place she exists. Her resume says she was on staff at three other hospitals before Vancouver General and none of them have any record of a Gabriella Baines.â Clifâs bushy, gray eyebrows rose with excitement. âNow, her picture did match up with other hospitals. Five other hospitals all over the country had her on staff, all under different names.â
Jensen was stunned for a moment before denial set in, âWhat? No, that doesnât make any senseâŚâ
âIâm telling you⌠your little Nightingale has more aliases than Jason Bourne.â
âNo way.â Jensen was adamant. âThatâs⌠thatâs nuts! So, whatâŚ. Y/N changes her name, works at a hospital, saves a few lives and moves on to the next town? Is she wanted for something? She got a record?â
âNo,â Clif admitted, âShe left on good terms, so far as I can tell. But come on man, this is all kinds of suspicious.â
âIf what you say is true, then yeah, its⌠odd.â
âOdd?! Jay, this girl has got you so turned around you canât see that sheâs a con! Sheâs playing you!â
âAlright! Thatâs enough!â Jensen snapped. His mind was racing, trying to come up with a viable reason you would do this. When he couldnât panic set in. âI meant what I told you. I said if you had an issue with Y/N that we were done. Donât bother stopping here tomorrow, Iâll drive myself.â
A look of worry and hurt flashed across the bodyguardâs face. He had known the boys for a long time and despite the difference of opinion, he still considered them family. And he always would.
âJackles, come on man. Iâm just trying to look out for you. I donât want you to get hurt.â
âI donât know what Y/N ever did to get you to go after her like this, but she doesnât deserve it. And neither do I.â Jensen stepped out of the SUV and paused, desperately trying to keep his emotions from overflowing. âHave a Merry Christmas.â
The apartment was mostly dark when he walked through the front door. He quietly made his way down the hall and poked his head into the bedroom. Relieved to see you fast asleep in the huge bed, he thought back to the first night. The night he brought you home from the hospital. You were so banged up you could barely walk. Black and blue with fractured ribs and a damned concussion. He felt guilty as hell for putting you in that condition. He and Jared both did, but there was more to it for him. Jensen wanted to rescue you from day one. Wanted to protect you. To be your hero.
He headed back to the kitchen and poured himself a hefty glass of bourbon. Maybe he had been primed for this. He had this desperate need to play the hero in real life that made him a target. He didnât want to believe it. Regardless of Clifâs accusations, Jensen loved you and he wasnât going to just throw that away.
His phone buzzed and a text came through from Clif. A sense of dread and foreboding settled in the pit of Jensenâs stomach. Against his better judgement, he opened it.
-Before you tell me to go to hell, at least read the files and draw your own conclusions.
There they were. File after file filed with exactly what Clif had said. Your unmistakable blue eyes stared back at him from every picture, although your hair cut and color changed. It was you. Without a doubt, it was you.
Miranda Tyler, M.D. â Royal Victoria Hospital, Montreal
Rachael Scott, M.D. - Mount Sinai, Toronto
Alexandra McQuiston, M.D. - Saint Boniface Hospital, Winnipeg
Stephanie Jacobs, M.D. â Rocky View General Hospital, Calgary
Jennifer Atkins, M.D. â Jeffery Hale Hospital, Quebec City
Jensen tossed his phone down on the counter and downed another glass. Letting the whiskey burn away the sick feeling in his gut. It didnât make any sense. No matter how he looked at it. Why would you do this? What was the point? And⌠what the hell should he do now?
Clif was right. It killed him to admit it, but there it was. Hard proof. But proof of what? Unless you had a legion of doppelgangers out there, you had a past littered with aliases. No normal, law-abiding person did that. To try and reconcile that hard truth with the person he knew you to be was impossible.
You were honest, hardworking, vulnerable, and real. You were real! Damn it, you were real! Jensen knew it in his bones. You made him feel things again, you made him hope for things again. You loved him. That didnât just vanish because some ghosts from your past came knocking.
Jensen silently slipped into the bedroom and stripped down to his boxers before sliding into bed next to you. You never woke but flipped over towards him and let out a contented sigh. He wrapped his arms around you and held you tight. As if anything less and you would vanish during the night. As if you and the world the two of you created were nothing more than a dream, too good to be true.
Sleep never came for him that night, and when morning broke, he left before you got up.
You couldnât quite put your finger on what was different, but something had shifted between the two of you. You never saw each other, which wasnât all that much of a change really. You still kept in regular contact throughout the day, but Jensenâs responses were short. Fine, but not flirty or fun as they used to be. You chocked it up to work stress. You knew that certain material could be emotionally taxing on actors, and the last thing you wanted to do was make that process more difficult.
When you did see him, it was more of paths crossing than anything else. Although, he did ask you lots of questions about your work. About your past work, which you could remember very little of. It was so confusing, you felt as if you were failing him somehow. Like there was a test and you kept getting the answers wrong.
Before you knew it, the night of the gala had arrived. True to your word, you arranged to have the evening free. You even took off the day. Since you had no idea what was expected of you, you enlisted the help of Kimmy from the Supernatural makeup department. With her help, you were confident that you at least looked the part. Even if you didnât feel it.
You were in the shower when Jensen got home. You decided to use your old room as a staging area. To keep your dress a surprise and to give him as much space as possible to get ready himself. You really hoped that now he was done with work for a bit that he would relax again. That the two of you could recapture the closeness you found at the cabin.
You felt a little silly, but you wanted to have one of those movie moments. The girl comes out in the dress, the boy sees her, and they feel⌠magic. Life wasnât a movie, but there had been so many magical moments with Jensen. It couldnât be out of the realm of possibility to have one more. Surely, he was missing you too.
Jensenâs voice filtered in through the closed door. âY/N? The carâs here.â
âIâll be right out,â you replied, checking your reflection one more time. You recalled the first time you stood in front of that mirror; a stranger stared back at you. Bruised and broken in more ways than you were even aware of. The difference was obvious and not just in how you looked.
Jensen was adjusting his cufflinks when he heard your door open. âWe should get going, I donât want to beâŚâ
You were wearing the blue dress. His dress. He still had a picture the stylist sent him that day, but that picture was nothing compared to you in real life. Standing there with a soft smile just for him. Your remarkable eyes glowed, echoed in the fine silk that skimmed your body. You worked your hair into a twist that gathered behind your left ear and cascaded over your shoulder. Blonde. The prettiest shade of wheat blonde, and damn if it didnât suit you.
âSorry⌠I kept you waiting.â
Jensen shook his head wordlessly. He took three steps to close the distance between you, his eyes drifting over your body. Committing every detail to memory. When his gaze found yours, he saw the worry and uncertainty lingering there and he hated himself for it.
âI donât deserve you.â
Your hand instantly came up to cup his face, âYou deserve every good thing this world has to offer. And I know youâve been beyond stressed lately.â
He didnât reply but took both of your hands in his and kissed your knuckles. It felt sorrowful, almost like an apology. Something really wasnât right.
âJay, are you sure youâre up to this? We can cancel, Iâm sure everyone will understand.â
He kissed you properly then. It was bittersweet and filled with longing. He felt like you were completely out of reach even though you were standing right in front of him. All he wanted was to get back to where things were before Clif and his damn files.
âGod, just look at you. You look like an angel.â
You rolled your eyes dramatically, âDonât say that! The angels are dicks!â
Jensen laughed, grateful for the release of tension. âNot in my world, theyâre not. In my world, theyâre a blue eyed blonde with legs for days.â
âYou like blondes, then?â
âLove âem.â
âAnd Iâm not too tall? I was worried about the heelsâŚâ
âSweetheart, to change anything about you would be a sin.â
That he was still able to make you blush with just a few words was an encouraging sign. It was such an unconsciously honest reaction. He watched you with hooded eyes as you ran your slender hands over the shoulders and down the lapels of his tuxedo jacket. By this point in his career, Jensen was used to wearing black tie and to the attention he received when he did. An expensive suit perfectly tailored always served him well.
But that was nothing compared to how he felt when you looked at him. Like he was everything you had ever wanted. In that moment, he didnât care about anything from your past. None of it mattered. If you could put your faith in him so completely after everything that had happened, he at least owed you the benefit of the doubt.
âWow,â you whispered.
âYeah?â
Your smile lit your whole face, âYes.â
âHey, I better make an effort if Iâm going to show up with the most beautiful woman on the planet by my side.â
He helped fix your wrap around your shoulders with a wink and you slipped your hand through the crook of his elbow when he offered his arm. Once again, the two of you fit perfectly together and that was how you faced the night.
Jensen had it right when he called it a gala. The network had spared no expense, they booked the prestigious Shaughnessy Country Club, and it was decked out to the nines. Every surface was dripping with silver and gold decor. Crystal glittered like diamonds from the trays of the waitstaff passing through the crowd. The massive fountain dominated the space and provided a stunning light show while a whoâs who of Supernatural milled about in their finery. Show runners, writers, actors, set designers, even the creator Eric Kripke was there! There was no paparazzi or red carpet, but there were plenty of photographers and Jensen had already pulled you to his side for pictures several times.
You knew you were holding onto Jensen like a lifeline, but there were so many people! You felt like a county cousin come to the big city.
âHey, there they are!â
To your relief, the impossible to miss Jared was making a b-line for you with a petite brunette at his side. Although youâd never met her, you immediately recognized the beauty as his wife, Gen.
âWow, Y/N! You look fantastic!â Jared said, kissing your cheek.
âThanks Jared, its great to see you.â
âThis is my wife, Gen,â he looked adoringly down at the woman beside him. âBabe, this is Y/N.â
She shook your outstretched hand with a megawatt smile, âItâs so nice to finally meet you in person, the boys have been going on and on.â
You couldnât help but smile in return, âThat is kind of their pre-set.â
âTell me about it, we canât even go to the movies without them getting us kicked out for talking.â
âThat was like ten years ago!â Jensen exclaimed.
âYeah, the first time,â Gen replied before linking her arm through yours. âCome on, letâs get a drink and Iâll tell you about the time the boys snuck out of the convention center and got locked out on the roof for three hours.â
âGreat, the Denver story,â Jensen grumbled as the two women walked towards the bar.
âItâs always the same when girls meet up,â Jared said with a smirk. âThey either tell every embarrassing story they know about us, or they hate each other.â
The two exchanged a look that said volumes about the rough waters they navigated when Danneel was part of the mix.
âRight,â Jensen nodded. âThis is better.â
Gen was an absolute ray of sunshine. Bubbly and fun and a lot like Jared in many ways. She effortlessly introduced you to several of the other actresses and spun entertaining stories of her life with J2.
She titled her head thoughtfully at you while taking a sip of champagne, âYou know, you look really familiar.â
âYeah? Is it the hair? Iâm not quite used to it.â
âNo, itâs not that. Jared showed me your picture a while back and I swear Iâve seen your face somewhere before,â she gave an airy laugh. âItâs my mom brain! Three little ones have me so turned around I can barely remember my own name!â
âI donât know how you do it,â you shook your head in amazement. âHonestly, youâre a superwoman.â
âWell, itâll come to me eventually. I feel like I went to school with you or saw you in a coffee shop. Seriously, itâs been driving me nuts!â
You glanced over Genâs shoulder and saw a group of people you didnât know all looking really intently at you. They talked amongst themselves and then looked at you again.
âLooks like they know me too.â
Gen followed your line of sight and frowned. She knew a few of them, but not all. Then she saw they were all looking at their phones.
And so it begins.
âDonât pay any attention, Y/N. Itâs just something that comes with dating someone in the public eye. You and Jay have been seen around town here and there, they probably recognize you from a paparazzi picture.â
The more they stared at you the more uncomfortable you became. This was not just a celebrity sighting thing, everyone here was in the business. On a hunch, you dug your phone out of your clutch and opened your homepage.
Your face went chalk white, âOh GodâŚâ
Gen grabbed your arm in alarm, âY/N? What is it?â
No wonder they were staring at you. Your picture was headlining the top story out of TMZ.
Supernatural Starâs Mountain hideaway. TMZ has the exclusive on Jensen Ackles love life as his new girlfriend tells all.
You felt sick. There were so many details, things only someone who had been with him intimately would know. Pictures you recognized from your phone. Ones youâd taken across the breakfast table, ones of him from your trip to the set. The video you took of him shoveling the deck. What the hell?!
âOh,â you heard Gen say from your side. âOh no.â
You scanned the crowd and locked eyes with Jensen. The violation you felt at seeing your private pictures on a public website was mirrored in his beautiful eyes. The two of you pushed your way through the people milling around, desperate to get to each other.
âJensen,â your voice cracked as you reached him.
He took a firm hold of your arm and pulled you away from the crowd, âCome on.â
Before you knew it, the two of you were through a set of velvet curtains and in some sort of staging area for staff. Stacks of plates and glasses stood at the ready should the servers need them. The thick fabric muffled enough of the music and cheerful voices that you could hear yourself again.
He was faced away from you, his hand raked through his hair and rested on the back of his neck. âJesus, Y/N. What the hell?â
âIâm so sorry, Jensen. I donâtâŚâ
Jensen turned to you, his face a mask of anger and hurt. âHow the hell could you do this?!â
Your mouth gaped, nothing coming out for a moment. âJayâŚ. I didnât! I would never!â
He held his phone in his hand, shaking it for emphasis. âThere are things in here only you would know. Private things. Not to mention the pictures⌠Christ.â
âI know, I read it but Jensen⌠I would never tell anyone about that! Let alone leak pictures to the press! Why would I? Thatâs as much a violation of my privacy as yours.â
âMoney,â he spat. âThereâs big money in that sort of thing.â
You were stunned, âAre you serious? You think I sold⌠thatâs absurd! Thereâs no way! Jensen, you know me. Youâve seen me, I donât even like being approached by your fans, why would I put myself in the spotlight on purpose? Let alone betray you like that!â
You grabbed his hand, desperate for him to believe you, âI love you; I would never, never do that to you.â
Your words had the opposite effect, Jensen looked absolutely gutted. He looked down at his phone, his thumb swiping at the screen.
âI want to believe you, and maybe itâs true. But then thereâs thisâŚâ
He handed you the phone and watched your face as you read through the files on your past. You paled and tears welled in your eyes. You suddenly shoved the phone back to him, as if just holding it was painful.
âI donât understand.â
Jensen let out a humorless chuckle, âYeah. Neither do I.â
The two of you stared at each other as the heartbreak stretched out in the silence.
You finally found enough bravery to ask, âThis why youâve been so distant?â
âDistant,â he repeated. âA reasonable response to discovering the woman Iâve been falling for lied to my face.â
That snapped something deep inside. You blinked back the tears and leaned into the anger. âI have never lied to you. Not once. I have no idea why I changed my name or moved around so much; I wish to God I did⌠its yet another piece of my life that doesnât make sense. And it scares the hell out of me. But what scares me more is that you kept it from me.â
âI didnât know what to do with it! When Clif sent it to meâŚâ
âClif?! Well, that fucking figures!â
âIt doesnât matter where it came from. Jesus, Y/N! Can you think of a single reason anyone would have that many aliases?â He held his arms out then let them drop to his sides in defeat. âGive me a reason. Please! Tell me how this doesnât add up to you conning me?â
âMe conning you.â You shook your head in disbelief. âSo, I run around the country. Changing my name and working as a doctor, looking for opportunities to worm my way into the private lives of celebrities so I can sell the intimate details to the press?!â
He said nothing so you added, âDid I concoct this devious plan before or after you almost killed me?â
Jensen dropped his chin to his chest and pinched the bridge of his nose, âFuck. I donât know⌠I donât know what to think.â
âJensen⌠I love you. If I had answers, God knows Iâd give them to you. But somehow, I donât think my lack of answers is the problem. You find it easier to believe that I am here for some ulterior motive than for the simple truth that I am with you because I choose to be. Because I love you and that is all I want in return.â
âI donât care about your money, or your fame, or even Dean fucking Winchester! I would never sell you for a quick buck and I sure as hell wouldnât sell myself. I wish you would just believe me, even if I canât prove it.â
Jensenâs green eyes shone with unshed tears, âI wish I could.â
Your heart shattered. It was a miracle that you didnât collapse on the spot. But something happened to you, it started when you woke up in a hospital bed without your memories. You rebuilt yourself from the ground up. You couldnât rely on your connections, or your reputation. You had to start from scratch. Brick by brick, day by day, you did the work of making yourself over into someone you wanted to be. Someone you liked, someone you respected. You fought hard to love yourself. Jensen had been instrumental in that process, but that didnât give him the right to take it away from you.
He loved you still, you could see it radiating off him along with the hurt and suspicion. And God, you loved him too. So much. But you werenât going to sacrifice your self-respect to keep him. It would cheapen and undermine everything the two of you had meant to each other.
You desperately wanted to hug him , kiss him, run your hand over his cheek one last time just so you could commit it to your memory. After this moment, that would be the only part of him you would have left, and you knew it.
Instead, you squared your shoulders and gave him a watery smile, âI should go.â
Panic instantly closed off Jensenâs throat so tightly that he couldnât make a sound. He wanted to stop the train wreck of events that were unfolding, but he couldnât. All he could do was shake his head as you whispered goodbye and disappeared through the curtains.
You were halfway down the main staircase when you heard someone calling your name from behind you. You knew if you stopped, youâd never find the strength to keep going so you picked up pace. You held up the train of your fairytale dress and dashed down the stairs with impressive speed given your impractical shoes.
The wind was bitter as you pushed through the glass doors into the night.
âY/N! Wait!â
A strong hand caught your elbow, forcing you to stop. You knew exactly who it was, âJared⌠I have to goâŚâ
Jared saw you from across the ballroom and knew something was terribly wrong. He quickly followed and barely caught up with you. Never underestimate a determined woman.
He softened his grip when you turned your tearstained face to him. âY/N, whatâs wrong? What happened?â
You shook your head, your blonde hair pulling loose in the wind to whip across your face. âI have to go. Please⌠please.â
âLet me take you home.â
âNo. No. You should go back inside. Jensenâs going to need you.â
Jared frowned at that. The wind picked up again, causing you to shiver. He took off his tuxedo jacket and draped it over your shoulders. âOkay. At least let me get you a cab.â
At your slight nod, he signaled to one of the taxis that was parked at the ready for tipsy party-goers. He walked you to the curb just as tiny snowflakes began to fall. It would have been beautiful, except it instantly remined you of the cabin and everything youâd just lost.
Jared opened the back door of the cab, âWhy donât I go with you? I want to make sure you get home alright.â
Home.
The word struck you and your heart cracked again. You riffled through your sequined clutch and pulled out your keys. Although your fingers trembled, you managed to work Jensenâs apartment key free.
âWill you make sure Jensen gets this?â
âY/NâŚâ
You pressed the tiny, metal key into Jaredâs palm. âPlease. Iâll text you when I get home.â
Left with little choice, Jared took the key and stepped back, allowing you to climb into the back of the cab. The car sped off and he went back to the party in search of his friend to hopefully repair whatever had been broken.
You were well and truly numb by the time you climbed the stairs to your old apartment. You went through the motions of unlocking your front door and stepping over the threshold. Still in Jaredâs over-sized jacket and your party dress, you felt like Cinderella after the ball. The magic world youâd immersed yourself in now nothing more than a memory. The carriage was a pumpkin again, the horses shrunk into mice, and the prince⌠The prince was in his castle. Surrounded by finery and modern-day nobility. As he should be.
Looking around your bare apartment, the difference was blatant. But it wasnât fireplaces or the flatscreens that you were lacking. The silence pressed in on you and you felt your strength seep away.
You leaned your back against the front door and slowly slid down until you were sitting on the cold tile floor. You drew your knees to your chest and sobbed, not stopping until the sun rose.
