Dumb headcanon: Remus falls from the ceiling when he's summoned. He has so much fun making the cartoon crashing sfx. And almost everyone lets him fall (to avoid injury, because for some reason they don't expect it, or they're just petty like that *cough*Janus*coughcough*Roman*cough*)

Almost everyone. Virgil makes a point of lining himself up and catching the duke in his arms, bridal style usually. He claims it's so nothing gets broken and no one gets hurt. Remus knows better.

Every single time Virgil catches him he swoons dramatically. Sometimes he'll gush over "his hero" and praise him with smooches. Of course, sometimes he just starts stripping and tries to be seductive. That's when Virgil just drops him if they're not alone.

Ronni this isn't a "dumb headcanon" this is just canon /light hearted No but seriously Ree being a living dorky cartoon character is E V E R Y T H I N G to me XD Vee's not fooling his Dukey in Distress with the "catching him because he doesn't want anyone getting hurt or something breaking" excuse but the Emo can't help but hide a smile when he sees those floating hearts and his dorky ball of chaos cartoonishly smooching him like he's Bugs Bunny

Logan: Yes. It is when someone, in this case, myself, experiences a brief period of unemployment.

Virgil: No.

Janus: Oh, I can explain alright. *proceeds to stare at the person and not explain at all*

Remus: I got stranded on a deserted island and was hunted for sport for a while.

Head Cannon: Every so often Roman will set up like "a fair day" in the imagination which is just an excuse to win prizes and play games with his friends because none of them can go to any actual fairs or events like that

Janus and Remus probably aren’t allowed for the longest time- so Janus will sometimes steal someone else’s invitation and go instead.

Virgil always gets spider themed plushies if he wins a carnaval game which causes some issues with Patton, who will flinch away from them (esp because Roman blessed the toys with the ability to come to life in the imagination) but he deals for his kiddos

Remus stole this idea, he has much more bloody carnivals on his side of the imagination (he’s tried to convince Janus and Orange to help him kidnap a light side to join multiple times)

Virgil HATED Remus’ carnivals and avoid Romans, assuming they’d be similar for the longest time. He was pleasantly surprised.

Logan is actually the best at the carnival games (because they’re not rigged). He usually gives the things he wins to the other sides (usually Virgil because he knows they help with his anxiety), but he has a few stuffed animals he snuggles for himself. He feels bad for keeping them but they make him feel safer (some of them are fiddle toys that Roman put in there for Virgil, but Logan really likes them)

Patton’s favorite toys are the stuffed puppies, but sometimes he’ll get a stuffed frog, and then wince and look at Roman.

Roman has made a bunch of duplicates of himself to run the circus tent part. He loves doing death-defying acts that would never work (the other sides don’t really show up to it. Janus does if he’s snuck in, and Patton tries to go to encourage his kiddo, but Logan doesn’t see the point in it and it gives Virgil really bad anxiety)

Head cannon: Remus likes stomping in puddles and when he was younger he wore rain boots but now he doesn’t care if he’s wearing nothing but ugly socks or some heels he stomps in the puddles.

Bonus headcanon!

Roman used to copy Remus and make a mess with him but Roman started doing it less when started taking on his prince role.

But some days, Roman will join Remus in the rain without a rain coat and pretend to be dramatic. They used to do mud fights but Janus said they couldn’t after tracking so much mud in the house.

But because Roman was still in the rain, Janus sighs even more when there are puddles of water beside the muddy footprints in the house. It also makes him smile fondly a little.

Hey, hey, Sanders Sides AU idea. Imagine if Nico has some sort of psychological powers or something, so he can actually see the sides, and he already understands what they are through research into c!Thomas' channel after they met at the mall, so now he just messes with them whenever he's around and one of them is out.

Scenario 1: Thomas and Nico are hanging out, and Logan or Janus pops up to tell Thomas to have a drink because it's been a while. Thomas tries to ignore them because he wants to focus on Nico, but then Nico asks when Thomas last had a drink and convinces Thomas to get a cup of water, and when Thomas gets up to get the water Nico just gives Logan/Janus a little wink before going back to just chilling. That wink then puzzles that Logan/Janus for about a week.

Scenario 2: Nico notices Virgil hovering around Thomas and that Thomas is kinda tense. He distracts Thomas with a movie or something, but then midway through just wraps his arm around Thomas's shoulders, and while Thomas is busy being a flustered mess, he just makes direct eye contact with Virgil and boops him on the nose before returning his attention back to the movie. Virgil's thoughts are nothing but "what the fuck?" for a solid 2 hours.

This continues until Nico unintentionally blows his cover by laughing at the creative twins while they're having some dumb argument about just how Thomas should make a move, he explains what's been going on before promptly solving the argument by kissing Thomas right then and there and saying something along the lines of "I've had fun getting to know all the parts of you, Thomas."

I'm probably gonna make something out of this at one point, and I encourage others to do the same.

a2: How did you find your first fic?

I have no idea if this question means how I liked my first fic, or how I came across my first fic. I'll answer both below.

I don't exactly remember what the first fic I read was. I'm pretty sure I found it on ao3, but I didn't have an account then. I think it was Harry Potter smut, which I found kinda weird but still interesting lol. the first fic on my ao3 account history is a Martian (a book by Andy Weir) one. it's about how Mark has PTSD after his ordeal, and how the crew of ares iii helps him through it, and it was beautiful. I cried.

b1: Which one’s better for reading fic: FFN, AO3, or tumblr? Why?

I like and dislike some things about all of them.

FFN is good for first-time readers, ao3 can get a bit overwhelming if it's your first time there. it also has a cleaner interface than ao3. ao3 on the other hand, allows you to download fics more easily than ffn. it also has cleaner comment sections - figuring out how to comment on an ffn fic is a bit confusing initially. and both of them have terrible phone interfaces - whereas tumblr has a good phone interface. but it's harder to search for fics on tumblr than ao3 or ffn. also also I love the kudos option on ao3! it's really great for when I really love a fic but don't have the energy to comment on it.

I use ao3 the most, then ffn, and tumblr the least for reading fanfiction.

c4: What thing that fandom loves do you actually kind of hate? Why?

nothing, I guess? there's ships and such that I'm not comfortable with, but I usually just steer clear of them while looking for stuff to read in the fandom.

d8: Which fandoms do you read fic for?

I used to read Harry Potter fic, but I don't anymore. right now I read fic for The Martian, Lord of the Rings and Avatar: The Last Airbender :) (if you want fic recs from any of those, especially lotr, lmk! I have a huge doc with links to my fav lotr fics <3)
