So last week I attended graduation although I was actually done school last year. Secondly, I am finally almost done rereading (listening) to #harrypotterandthegobletoffire after months and months of putting it off because coming-of-age Harry hurts everytime. I am also currently reading #janussilangatangtiyanakngtabon in celebration of the Philippines' independce month (from the Spaniards). It is a YA urban fantasy that is rich with Philippine folklore. Last on my #currentlyreading list is #janellrhiannon's Birth. My favorite thing about this read is the vivid description of rural life and that it is not fully centered on the romantic relationships. Hopefully I can finish everything before the month is done! P.S. The first time I’ve held my book in my hands 💚 writing is very lonely and long... but seeing your work (blood, sweat, and tears) in your hand is rewarding. I’ve received a lot of support and positive reviews from around the world. Most people are living this series, a few not so much. But that’s okay 👌 Greek mythology is a passion project for me. Killing me making this epic timeline. Here’s a word of warning: if you’re not into reading about graphic violence and sexual situations (I wrote with 18+ in mind) don’t pick this series up. It’s not going to be your shot of tequila. I use the f word and c word and shit and there’s blood... I couldn’t write these stories without going to these places. It was a choice I made years ago. This isn’t a YA series. It’s epic. Hard core Greek myth. It’s brutal. Sexy. Gory. Yummy. You’ll 💚 some characters and hate others.
