Been saying Jamil x pumpkin as a joke but turns out that might have more merit to it than i initially thought haha! Especially if the pumpkin is supposed to be Yuu!

Anyways yeah unsurprisingly the new twst guy started going insane. I mean, it's twst and every main guy/main character for each event goes nuts at some point, so it's always a question of why they do and how they do it rather than if they will. Can't wait for his tragic backstory. Babes can commit crime and still be bby.

Overblot Bois and Skully x Fem Reader. SPOILERS FOR THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS event. Especially THE END.

HAPPY HALLOWEEN~! 🎃

The ups and downs of being in a place like Halloween Town was quite the experience.

Despite the detour you encountered.

Like being nabbed by Skully for witnessing him kidnapping his dear Skellington and holding you and Grim captive in a literal walking bathtub to Spiral Hill. Yet he was the nicest kidnapper there ever was.

“Please enjoy these and make yourself comfortable, my love.” Skully’s kiss on the lips made you too tongue tied to eat the snacks he left behind. Leaving Grim to eat them instead.

Thankfully it didn't take long for a rescue. As in Sebek, Jamil and Leona dueling Skully as the others came to your side, totally put off by how unharmed you are. Immediately gobsmacked as you ran to a blushing crying Skully having a meltdown over his own personal issues and hugging him out.

If his idol and you could console him on his limited views on this spooky holiday and forgive him so easily, then of course he'd start bawling for joy.

“There there you precious boi.” You're cooing as you hug him and brush his white locks, Skully’s wet face nuzzling your flushed neck, to the flabbergasted faces of his rivals for your affections. And in that moment he won.

Finally the time had come to throw the yearly spooky celebration.

Hearing all your fellow schoolmates singing a tune tickled the back of your brain at the familiarity of said song.

“Sweets for you, my greatest treat~” Riddle showed up in the walking tub with Lock, Shock and Barrel, handing you a pumpkin faced treat with a smooch to your cheek.

“Let me fill your dreams with frightful delight~” Leona purred in your flushed ear, embraced you from behind as he kissed the top of your head from above, with Zero the ghostly dog bopping you on the nose with his tiny glowing pumpkin one.

“Your screams are music to my ears~” Azul's octo strength made it that much easier for him to twirl you around in his arms, dancing across the town, pecking your forehead.

“I'll be there for my lady fair.” Jamil assured as your hair like his and Sally's blew from the chilly winds; the autumn leaves flying on by, as he dove in to smooch your nose.

“Ride with me in the dead of night.” Hugging Vil securely as he modeled with ease on the flying broomstick gave you quite the view, turning around a bit to leave his kiss on your other cheek.

“My heart screams for thee!” Idia presented a heart in a jar to you given to him by Dr Finkelstein made your own heart want to pop out in fear and yet it was oddly sweet, especially cause your zealous boi smooched your neck, possessively marking your neck.

“Our Halloween Queen.” Malleus easily swoops you atop the Mayor's car he was driving at the moment, carrying you bridal style, gifting you a full on kiss to your lips, smiling mischievously against your own.

“In this town we call home, everyone hail to the Pumpkin song.” Holding your gloved hand in his own, you and Skully waved along with everyone else as Jack Skellington, the Pumpkin King, rose from the town fountain, pride emanating from him as everyone cheered at the finale.

Too bad you all forgot about it.

Until you were back at school, when Headmaster Crowley presented to you all a very rare portrait of a NRC alumni from centuries ago. Aka the King of Halloween that made such a holiday what it is today in all of Twisted Wonderland.

Despite no memories of the strapping young man, you all felt drawn to him and his influence, inspired to make this the best Halloween yet.

But while everyone else was getting pumped up by it, you were feeling odd. Like you were missing someone you had never met in the flesh and bone.

Seeing your admirers blushing red at your costume, appearing in a rag doll inspired couture dress with a ribbon collar to boot, it was time to begin Halloween Week.

And yet, for some reason, you felt eyes on you throughout the whole week. Tingly touches to your hands that felt like brushing kisses. Even on All Hallows Eve, the ghost-like press of the lips all over your face made you on edge during the float parade.

Running by the portrait in the midst of your anxious worried state. Those eyes following you unbeknownst to you all. With the moon full and the party still going strong in the distance, you felt drawn to the tombstones littered around Ramshackle Dorm. Instinct, another voice, your feet moving on their own will, call it whatever you will, for you moved to a particular worn-out grave. Atop a hill.

Watching the spectral form of the King of Halloween himself appear before you coming out of the grave, bowing graciously before you, as he offered his skeletal gloved hand out to you, his teary eyes and smitten smile unveiled to you, it all made a sudden wave of emotion hit you hard in the feels.

“Y/n, welcome back.”

While the mind was still fuzzy of your recollection due to the magic of the book, something else more primal awoke in you the moment your eyes locked onto his. Your feet moved before your mind could.

As physically as one could embrace a ghost, you still felt traces of warmth amiss the cold. You were surprised to feel physical arms hugging you in return. The bridge between the living and the spirits was blurred tonight so …

The longer you two stayed that way, the more the fog in your brain began to depart. The flash of your last moment together made you realize the reason for his choice of words.

“Skully.” You softly wept, clutching onto him tighter, when he cupped your face to kiss away the tears. His face, his mouth, they all feel so warm. “You're really here.”

“It's been far too long, my love.” He confessed.

That prolonged deep kiss began ebbing away the mist. Gently licking your bottom lip to get you to open. Smiling smugly as you returned it sincerely, humming at your hands running through his wispy hair. His phantom self became solid and lean, heart beating right up against your chest, his scent became more potent as they were the sweet and spicy of Autumn nature.

“I'm home.” He whispered against your luscious lips, nuzzling his nose to yours, smiling all lovesick at your giggling self.

The ghostly trio residents watched on with hearts in their eyes as you got lost in bliss, slowly dancing with the founder of their spooky dorm. Engaging in lip lock once more. Floating off the ground, basked in the stars of this special spooky night.

For you, his Queen, danced with him, your Pumpkin King.

deep down though, ace sometimes worries whether his jabs hurt more than she shows (he’s aware he can be an asshole, but hurting her is the last thing he would ever want to do).

he’s also terrified of the day she gets the chance to leave twisted wonderland. he knows this is not her real home and that she probably misses her family and friends, but he likes to think he and their friends are also essentially like family to her now– he likes to think she belongs here, with him (he doesn’t know she has no plans to leave).

movie nights every saturday, and 1st year game nights on fridays

though natsume constantly complains about them getting her in trouble with crowley, she would not trade their stupid asses for anything in the world.

very common date activity is dancing in ramshackle to songs from her homeland, or stargazing on the roof (ace fell off one time and he has not let her live it down since).

rarely will you find one without the other being somewhere nearby. it's an eyesore. they are banned from most public spaces.

ace offers to be her human canvas out of boredom sometimes and thoroughly enjoys the feeling of the cold paints on his skin, though he will never admit it aloud. when she gives him a painting or sketch of him as a gift he puts it in a hidden box under his bed. he faithfully collects them all to look back on when they're older. he swears up and down every new one he gets is better than the last one. he just loves being her muse

BACKSTORY !!

back at her original world, natsume was a pretty normal kid growing up. divorced parents with shared custody, a couple friends, some after school clubs and niche interests. average teen life basically

on a lovely friday morning, she had a nasty argument with her mother, and her already sour mood at the prospect of having to go to her fathers house later soured even further. she had a surprise math exam and her friends kept throwing jabs at her throughout the day.

safe to say, she’s had enough. after school she immediately rushed home without saying bye to her friends.

she tried to rush home anyway, but then a medieval looking carriage hit her and some magic dark mirror spoke at her. she honestly thought she was dead, but, nope, somehow even worse. some crazy dimensional travel occured and she found herself in the magical land of twisted wonderland. booyah!

ace, deuce and grim being her first friends in this crazed dimension was truly a blessing. despite grim being a talking cat and the other 2 being complete idiots, they were still somehow the most normal beings she's had the fortune to meet.

and, somehow, somewhere along the way, she found her eyes lingering on ace a tad longer than they normally should. found herself thinking about him more than it was socially acceptable between friends.

what joy. if she were alice she could never return now, for love is the strongest magic of all, or however the saying goes. be as it may, she stopped planning her return home long ago. perhaps staying here wouldn't be too bad, after all.

Day 7 - Haunted (Leona Kingscholar)

Whipping their head around, Y/N carefully walked through haunted house. Sweat started to build up on their brow, and their pupils were dilated. They were scared. No way around it.

But it wasn't the ghosts and the hobgoblins and the witches and zombies that they were afraid of.

No, they were funny most of the time.

It was the unprecedented startling jump scares that got to Y/N.

But a little rewind is necessary. The ever so gracious headmaster of Night Raven College had presented an activity for Halloween. Each house of the school would create an event of their own in honor of Halloween. The best event would be awarded a special prize (one that Crowley never specified the details of).

Heartslabyul cleaned up their gardens and created a stunning rose maze. The students would be allowed to try their luck in finding the end of the maze, and if they did, they would win a delectable treat made by the one and only Trey Clover himself.

Octavinelle decided to keep up their 1920's-30s aesthetic and turn Mostro Lounge into a murder mystery scene, fully decked out in the appropriate decor. They even had a chest of costumes for guests to wear to really feel the aesthetic of it all.

Scarabia hosted a pumpkin decorating contest (mainly because Kalim was downright fascinated by the idea of it, and of course, Jamil and the rest of the house complied to his whims). It was surprisingly popular, especially with the endless supply of competitive students.

Pomefiore, to no one's surprise, hosted a costume contest. To make things fair, it was decided that each contestant would have to make their own costumes without any help from any one else. And of course, Vil and Rook were two of the judges. (Rumor had it that Professor Crewel was also a judge).

Ignihyde planned a scavenger hunt. It was perfect, because Idia could stay in his room, watching the entire scavenger hunt while Ortho would watch over everything physically.

Diasomnia arranged for a very specific type of event. It was to be at the end of the day - a masquerade. It was one of the only houses that did not have some sort of competitive event planned, but it was very typical to the Diasomnia elegance.

Last but not least, Savanaclaw hosted a haunted house with its students posing as a various assortment of "scary" creatures. It didn't really matter what they dressed up as, because in the end, they all shared but one goal - to scare the living daylights out of people.

And that brings us back to Y/N still panicking their soul out of their body, because no one had spooked them just yet. Y/N really liked the fact that Savanclaw (of all houses) opted for a non-competitive event, and was even willing to see the outside of the place. But that plan kinda sorta went down the drain when the Ramshackle Prefect got into an argument of sorts with Leona and somehow ended up betting that they wouldn't get scared the entire time they were in the haunted house. That was of course, a lie, but Leona didn't need to know that.

Because of the sheer adrenaline running through their veins, Y/N was hyperaware of their surroundings. Every twitch of light, every faint footstep, every cold gust of wind had them reduced to nothing but a trembling bundle of nerves.

Out of the corner of their eye, Y/N saw something faintly white whiz by. Before they recognized what they were doing, they had successfully thrashed a poor Savanaclaw student (who was dressed up as a mummy) smack damn in the middle of the head. They didn't even bother apologizing because they were making a run for it at this point.

Swerving to the left because they now had a serial killer chasing them, Y/N tried hiding next to a vanity that had a bunch of stuff leaning up against it. If they crouched just right and had the objects cover them just right, the serial killer wouldn't be able to find them!

Right?

It seemed luck was on the Prefect's side, as the serial killer didn't seem to notice that they were in the same room (but what Y/N did not know was that the serial killer had indeed noticed them, especially with the scent of fear and what not, and decided to take pity on them and not traumatize them further).

And so half an hour passed by, with the Prefect hiding in every little crevice they could find, while trying to find the exit. There was a particular hallway that the Prefect chanced upon, and very quickly realized was the end of the haunted house. Just about ten more steps and they'd be free!

Y/N could feel the excitement coursing through their veins. The exit was so close!

Until a bloody zombie showed up out of nowhere and scared the living daylights out of them, that is.

Scared out of their mind, Y/N practically fell backwards, crouching in towards themselves, hiding whatever they could of their body with their arms and screaming like a mad person.

It wasn't until two very firm hands shook their shoulders that they stopped screaming and looked up. Leona Kingscholar. The current bane of their existence. Curse their inability to remain calm and not bet against Leona of all people-

The said beastman, of course had his face set into a glowering smirk, but he still gently ushered them out of the haunted house, and away from any prying eyes that wished to witness the debacle that was Y/N in a haunted house. Once in a more secluded part of the school, the prefect finally let out a sigh of relief. They could feel their ability to breathe reemerging, and Sevens was it delightful.

"Feeling better now Herbivore?" Leona asked.

"Yeah, thanks." Y/N replied.

It was awkward. Very much so. But neither of the two knew what to say, if they should be saying anything at all.

"You do realize you're going to have to be my personal servant for the day, right?" A green-eyed lion reminded, smirk ever present on his face.

The famous prefect of Ramshackle, who was supposedly transported to Twisted Wonderland from some far away world, could do nothing but glare at him. If looks could kill, Leona would have died multiple times over.

"Make me do anything weird, and I'll revoke your reward."

Author's Note: I'm cringing so badly right now, and I just wanna sleep because this is too much-

I was busy with something (that took five days, mind you); and I was stuck on this fic, since I had no good ideas for it, but still wanted to get past it; my laptop broke down; and a bunch of other stuff that I can't recall at the moment because my mind is way too muddled.

Having said that, please (I'm begging you-) ignore the low quality of this particular fic. I promise that I have better ones in store, and this is just not one of my days.

synopsis: carving pumpkins with the dormleaders

Riddle

wait let him just check that it comply with all the rules

luckily it does

he’s still kinda hesitant tho thinking about what his mother would say

but he pushes away the thought seeing how excited you are

riddle honestly sucks at carving, he get the insides everywhere and carves a really unsettling face which he intended to be cute

he carves like 10 more pumpkins until he makes a halfway decent one (he just wants to impress you!!)

he ends up having a lot of fun!! it’s one of his favorite activities!!

“Darling look at this one! Do you like it? It’s definitely the best one so far! Not better than yours though.”

Leona

you woke him up from his nap for this???

he rolls back over and ignores you

you will have to drag him and beg him to get him to even touch the pumpkin

eventually he gives in and puts a little effort into carving a pumpkin

it’s really really basic and he made a huge mess that poor ruggie will have to clean up, but hey, he did it!

now you gotta make it up to him with cuddles

Azul

he does not like the mess

but he trusts the process

but he’s honestly really good at it though!!

he doesn’t talk during the whole process bc he’s concentrating, he’s gotta get it perfect!!

you came to the right man!!

he’s so pumped!!!

he’s never actually done it himself before, servants were the one who decorated for him

he makes such a mess (poor, poor jamil) but he’s having fun so it’s okay!!

he’s carvings are a little weird looking but over all they’re very cute!!

he keeps the seeds so jamil can cook them and they can be a snack for later

“ This was so fun!!! Can we do it again some time?”

Vil

he’s kinda hesitant

like he wants to because he knows it’ll make you happy but also,, messy :/

eventually he caves and does it anyway because he cares about you more than a little mess

he makes such pretty ones!! they’re carved with flowers and hearts and one with a poison apple

he surprisingly doesn’t make that big of a mess (especially compared to kalim and leona lol)

he gives them to you to help decorate ramshackle with because you have no decorations

“What do you think beloved? Thank you, you can have it. Perhaps it will make ramshackle look more festive.”

Idia

he doesn’t understand the appeal

he would rather just make you a mechanical jack o lantern then actually touching a living thing and making a mess

but ortho tells him he’ll have fun so he begrudgingly goes along with it, complaining the whole time

he, unsurprisingly, is pretty good at it (and he knows it)

like leona, idia also makes you make it up to him afterwards through both video games and cuddles

“Ughhh I wanna go back to my room already.. can’t believe both of you talked me into this.”

OVERJOYED you asked him to do this with you!!

malleus honestly doesn’t care if he makes a mess as long as he ends up with a good final result

btw he is a MASTER at pumpkin carving!!

he makes like whole scenes with shading and stuff

he also decides to carve his fellow dorm members, which he gives them as presents (sebek bawled his eyes out when he saw his)

he also carves you with like extreme detail but he doesn’t give it to you, it’s for his eyes only
