‘Four More Years’ Chant Breaks Out at White House Hanukkah Party

Guests at the White House Hanukkah Party broke into chants of “Four more years!” on Thursday afternoon as President Donald Trump recounted the accomplishments of his administration on issues of importance to the Jewish community, including Israel.

The president quipped that he intended to remain in office for six more years, not four, even though the 2020 election already seemed to be under way. “We’ll go for six, and then we’ll all be in very good shape,” he joked.

Trump specifically mentioned his relocation of the U.S. embassy in Israel from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem in May, keeping a promise that all of his predecessors dating to Bill Clinton had made, but which none had fulfilled. (Last year’s Hanukkah party took place shortly after Trump announced his decision, giving that event a particularly festive air.) 

He also noted that he had withdrawn the U.S. from the Iran nuclear deal earlier this year as well.

“Each of you has endured evil beyond description,” Trump said, praising them for bearing witness to the horrors of the Holocaust. “Today and every day we renew our solemn pledge. Never again.”

Other guests included Congressman Lee Zeldin, Governor-elect of Colorado Jarid Polis, and Trump’s son-in-law and senior adviser Jared Kushner. Vice President Mike Pence and his wife Karen also attended the ceremony.

“Throughout history, the Jewish people have suffered unthinkable repression and terrible violence, yet in the face of his hardship, the Jewish people have endured, overcome and thrived,” Trump said.

He recalled the October shooting at a Jewish synagogue in Pittsburg, again recognizing the victims and praised the congregation who stood against the hate exhibited by the shooter.

Trump vowed to combat anti-Semitism everywhere in the world.

“We must stamp out this vile hatred from the world,” he said.

The president also highlighted his decision to end the Iran deal and move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem as well as his close relationship with Israel.

The crowd cheered Trump, and some in the audience chanted, “Four more years! Four more years!”

“It’s actually six more,” Trump replied. “We’ll go for six.”

The Jamil not allowing kisses for a long period of time after learning Astrid ate bugs before is some how developing??? Into mess. Jamil not realizing how long it’s been due to being busy and Astrid’s insecurities staring to creep in “does he not love me anymore” “ Is it something else I done”

Did something that made Jamil upset accidentally making Jamil snap at him leading to more tension. Astrid starting to avoid? Not really but he wasn’t around as much, like he still talked to Jamil but the was off.

I’m confusing myself not but later Astrid blurted out more like chocked out if Jamil still loved him. Jamil is freaking out.

They talked it over eventually

Actually I need to tap into Astrid’s insecurities and fear of finally accepting that he’s loved. Very much a what happens now?

Actually I remember I loosely made a thing where this was a bit before Jarid was dating they were at some college outing and Jamil was getting a good amount of attention. [ Jamil was having a good time] When asked if Astrid is going to interfere or how he might lose his chance Astrid said [ it was Xiuying who asked and Briella well her older drafts was also there)

“Just because I’m his doesn’t make him mine besides It’s been a while since I’ve seen him have this much fun”

I think Jamil overheard the end part as he was coming over to ask Astrid to join him in something.
