uhhhhh. enhanced dhil's light cone and raised it from 70-80, and now 65853 credits left. i have the materials to enhance jing yuan's lc and maybe finish it (70-80) too, but i literally *can't*.

guess i'm going to have to start farming the treasures gold calyx for credits regularly, like now.

*enough trl points to do a 6 wave plus 4 wave for credits from the calyx, got enough to enhance jing yuan's lc and then use what leveling materials i had to get it to 76. and now 44603 credits. have a feeling i'm gonna need to be farming that calyx at least once daily from now on. i really miss when i was always sitting on a couple mill. :/

I've finished watching Dungeons and Drag Queens. I really like it, though I'm not sure where to put it on my tier list.

On one hand, it is a great showcase of a classic D&D campaign. It's useful for beginners in that the Questing Queens ask a lot of questions, and the AP has extra info that's good for beginners as well. Bob and Monét were also enjoyable players for their brains and roleplaying, respectively.

On the other hand, most of what's good about the campaign is down to Brennan and the Dropout team. The players actions in a lot of ways were guided by the NPCs. Also, Alaska gave nearly no effort into roleplaying (still looks like a shoebill, so she's hard to watch).

The scoring of this campaign is somewhere around Pirates of the Leviathan. In that show, I really enjoyed the characters Myrtle and Marcid for being 'bad but will do good out of no choice' as well as Barbarella and Jack (she had an intro song prepared!!) It had a lot of fun callbacks to FH, too. I didnt really care for Cheese and Sunny, and the zoom format puts it at a disadvantage.

So what do you think? Which is the better show based on these thoughts?

“Seventeen”: statement of Veronica Sawyer, regarding the 1989 suicide epidemic of Westerberg High. (Heathers: The Musical, Desolation). Title comes from the song "Seventeen," and JD is sooo Desolation in his edgelordiness-turned-homicidal rampage.

“Special Effects”: statement of Alissa Denton, regarding the last performance of Misty Moore. (Dimension 20: The Unsleeping City, Stranger).

“Mantle of Whispers”: Statement of Agent Cuspin Clark, regarding a conspiracy of disappearances and doppelgängers. (Dimension 20: Fantasy High, Stranger). Title comes from one of Fig's former subclass abilities, which let her capture the shadows of the recently deceased and adopt their persona to impersonate them; Cuspin Clark is a character from FH: Junior Year investigating the disappearance of "Hilda Hilda" (one of Fig's aliases).

(Minecraft, Dark) Skulk is the stuff that summons the Warden, who brings a magical aura of blindess with it as it hunts you through the Deep Dark to murder the shit out of you. Why the fuck did Warden lose so hard in the Dark bracket.

“The White Whale”: Statement of anonymous source, regarding how he murdered his stepfather. (The Mariner’s Revenge Song, Hunt/Buried)

“Danse Macabre”: Statement of Gog-Agog, regarding why you should be Gog-Agog too! Talking to Craig McCracken

If you had a chance to talk to Craig McCracken, what would you say to him that not only complements him on the work he’s done in the past 30+ years, but also reassures him that there’s still interest in the plans he made for S3?

As someone who grew up watching Cartoon Network in the ‘90s, I would tell him…

“Hi, Craig-o, pleased to meet you! I’ve known your work since the early-mid nineties. I believe you were involved in 2 Stupid Dogs and Dexter’s Laboratory. It must have been a real treat getting to know some history behind Hanna-Barbera. I know it was for me. When I first saw a piece of your own work, it was on the side of a box of Fruity Pebbles promoting World Premiere Toons - one of the characters was Bubbles of the PPG. I gotta say, you’ve been one of my inspirations growing up.”

When it gets to the point where I talk about WOY, I would say this to him…

“I remember when I got into Wander Over Yonder. When I first saw your early sketches of him, I thought of Cantus the Minstrel from Fraggle Rock. And what can I say? I’m a sucker for anything related to Muppets. How about Jack McBrayer? He’s the perfect choice for the character’s voice! WOY marks the first time I got to hear Jack sing. It’s the show that provided the springboard for shows Disney apparently loves best, specifically Star vs. the Forces of Evil and Big City Greens - those shows wouldn’t have been picked up if it wasn’t for Daron Nefcy and the Houghton Bros.’ involvement in the first season. It’s also the first show where Andy Bean provided music for a TV series and where people like Noël Wells got to try their hand at voice acting. The show has made a lot more history than you can possibly imagine, so please don’t take it too lightly.”

Now comes the part where I talk about the elephant in the room, or rather, the ape in the space capsule…

“To be honest, I really looked forward to watching episodes of the show during its run. When I looked at your announcement about the premature cancellation and the plans you’d made for that third and final season, I was totally perplexed. Disney let Fish Hooks go on for three seasons regardless of content - was that because no one turned deaf ears or blind eyes to it? I always assumed they’d treat WOY the same way they treated FH.”

“Somehow it just doesn’t feel right to let your show bite the dust just because the “higher up bosses of bosses of bosses” didn’t see the need to make more, especially not after you made most fans aware of the existence of the plans for S3 and led them to believe it was guaranteed to be amazing. Why do you think I haven’t given up on WOY? And why else would I have Kid encourage viewers to watch the show (Kid Cosmic was great, by the way, one that definitely ended in victory)? I cannot think of any other show that was canceled one week before S2’s premiere, seven months after the S1 finale, five months after writing on S2 wrapped up, five months after your pitch for S3. You, Craig, are one of the most experienced cartoonists in the business and you don’t deserve to be treated like this.”

“To let you know just how determined I am to right this wrong, I worked four months on an Illustrator piece featuring over 140 individuals, built a LEGO Star Nomad (when I showed it to Dave Thomas (@owner-of-wendys), he said, “Dude… that Star Nomad is incredible. Well done!”), and wrote a pre-S3 shorts idea where Andy the Watchdog interviews refugees on the ex-secret planet. Heck, I even had to figure out what Star Force Enforcement Force look like and how the plot of S3 might play out.”

My best friend and i recently had a sleepover and stuff and we decided to rewatch from ep 22-camp arc+fnafhs s2+watch fhs z3ro 4 the first time and DEAR GOD.

it showed me how fucking much i forgot some of the characters acted like and jesus christ, i've been blinded fully by my interpretations and my au because MAN did i end up fucking hating each fucking Meg scene. I tried having so much pity for her but once i got to rewatch the whole Toddy introduction to the toys i wanted so bad to pull those cotton candy emo hairs out of her skull.

First of all, she doesn't care jack shit about Bon and that makes me FURIOUS because he's her friend and although their relationship is just friendly, they should totally and FULLY have a deeper bond than just her talking to him sometimes and joking about his disaventures instead of helping him. FOR FUCKS SAKE HE GOT ATTACKED BY A BEAR AND MEG DIDN'T SAY JACK SHIT.

Meg cares more about some stupid competition and band than HER OWN FRIEND, and that fucking bothers me because the toys are supposed to be a band that at the same time is a supportive friend group who are there for eachother in tough times. How am i supposed to believe Meg cares about Bon when it feels like she has a knack for seeing the poor guy suffer?.

Also Joy for some reason also feels like she's bad but in a sense she's an enabler and altough supportive she still has the bad actitude though more subtle. idk if y'all get my point

it's like maybe a the other dad situation or maybe blue diamond type situation (kinda rusty w/ su i haven't watched it in a LONG time)

She's more subtle in a sense she doesn't show care about what happens to Bon physically and doesn't really do shit about Meg's behaviour, she totally understands Bon situation and ofc she's an amazing friend for Bon, but like still, when it comes to Meg it's like all that platonic love and support for Bon disappears and doesn't do anything about Meg, or even Toddy.

Yeah i know Toddy appeared bratty on her introduction to the band, but realise Joy literally said she doesn't mind her and even wanted her to stay, but as soon as Meg says "nah i hate this girl who i barely know just because she has a bad actitud (speak for YOURSELF) and doesn't play any instruments" Joy gets shut down and doesn't say jack shit??? Even though after Meg said that Bon was practically on HIS KNEES telling Meg to PLEASE include Toddy into the band, wouldn't idk Joy join Bon on his cause, like why doesn't she do anything about that and just watch?

I know i sound like a mad man who over analyses everything and i know i'm taking too seriously that scene, but seriously, Meg was really in the wrong for that and it never gets recalled afterwards or even slightly fixed, and Joy should've stood up more for Bon and Toddy as she would've probably very easily noticed how desperately Bon wanted Toddy to be included.

And don't even get me STARTED on the whole headphones thing, oh Meg it's over for you, you better lock those doors in that tax evasion house of yours, because once i catch you i'm getting you locked up in my basement and forcing you to crunch and mass produce art pieces and comics that i would later post as mine.

"I don’t think we’re gonna do it, at least, not any time soon, neither of us are really in a place where we need that kind of public security in our relationship, you know? We’re good where we are. But maybe Adaine and Fabian are doing it for like, financial reasons? Adaine was looking at going to that magical academy in Fallinel for a semester, maybe they’ve got some archaic marriage rule, or it’s an Oracle thing.” “Yeah. Maybe.” Fig’s stomach was a knot- and not like one of those little bows she tied her boots with, one of the really complicated sailor’s knots she saw Fabian teaching Gorgug the last time they were in Leviathan. (Fabian’s strong hands, narrow fingers, deftly tying and untying the knots, tracing where the rope looped over itself to demonstrate how they came together- focus, Fig.)

Ranboo time. Wilbur finally had a conversation with him, so I can analyse him. From what I get, Ranboo does genuinely care about Tommy. Which is fair given the fact that Tommy is a very likeable sunshine child. Ranboo is also very awkward and possibly a little similar to Wilbur.

He probably knows a lot more about Wilbur than he thinks he does. But at the same time, everything he gets is from Tommy, so he has no idea what goes on in his head. And he gets all of Wilbur being an asshole and the effects his actions have on Tommy without any of the pre-established love. No one on Zephys IV knows what Wilbur is like without the stress. None of them know his soft side. Only Tommy does. But Ranboo doesn’t have any of that knowledge to soften his opinion.

This Ranboo is surprised when Wilbur let’s him drop fhs title. Because that’s one of the things Wilbjr has been very strict about. But it’s not like Phil is bothering to use it and Ranboo is on personal name basis with Tommy so he might as well.

What’s also interesting is that it’s a reminder to the readers that everyone else doesn't know what goes on inside Wilbur’s mind and what his intentions are because he keeps shutting down any opportunity to talk about it. So to the rest of them, his actions don’t make sense.

Ranboo doesn’t get why Tommy keeps listening to Wilbur’s judgement when he knows it’s a bad idea, because he doesn’t see why Tommy has so much faith in his brother. Doesn’t understand how he could have this much faith when he keeps hurting him. Similarly, he doesn’t understand how Wilbur can do something he knows is hurting his brother when he loves him so much.

And because he’s never talked to Wilbur before he doesn’t know how careful you have to threat and ends up messing up a lot and actually doing a lot of damage to Wilbur by trying to help Tommy. Even though he’s trying his best and even kept things secrecy from Jack because he knew it would be reported back.

lmaooo I love writing ranboo in this. c!ranboo can be very judgemental of others, even if he claims not to be, and stars!ranboo is no different. he has all these ideas of what wilbur is like from what tommy has told him, and that has definitely influenced what he thinks about wilbur

there is actually one other person on zephys iv who knows what wilbur is like without the stress besides tommy. aimsey. aimsey knew wilbur years ago on eldingvegr, long before any of this happened. and who is the one person besides tommy who keeps reaching out to wilbur with patience and kindness? yeah, it's aimsey.

ranboo, meanwhile, is our outsider pov. just like you pointed out, he doesn't know wilbur without the stress and the frustration. wilbur is trying to understand ranboo, which is why he grants him permission to not use the title and just call him orpheus. he wants to feel like he's making the effort tommy wants.

so yeah, ranboo messes up. he doesn't get why tommy trusts wilbur so much because his view of wilbur is extremely stilted. aimsey and ranboo have definitely had a lot of talks about wilbur, with aimsey trying to make ranboo understand that wilbur wasn't always like this. but of course, ranboo doesn't know, and so he fucks up trying to talk to him one on one.

though again, keep in mind, we also have no idea what ranboo is thinking. he's got stuff going on for sure :)

Bearden’s swarming defense and relentless offense led the streaking Bulldogs to next week’s Region 2 playoff round as they defeated Farragut 3-0 Thursday. Bearden will now travel to Hardin Valley Friday to play the Hawks in a non-elimination District 4 Championship game to determine seeding.

Towering defender Cole Stopka got things started midway through the first half when he headed a perfect Dillon Sims corner kick into the net. 

Eight minutes later, the left-footed Sims fired a 25-yard direct kick bullet to the upper-90, and Bearden went to the break with a 2-0 lead.

Ten minutes into the second period, defender Shawn Spencer, disrupting the Admiral offense all evening, won the ball deep, attacked midfield and placed a beautiful pass into the box which Lucas Ford alertly head-flicked to an open Aiden Ainsworth for a score and a commanding 3-0 lead.

Coach Ryan Radcliffe praised his back line of Spencer, Stopka, and Captains Shepard McMurray and Nic Prins. “Those guys have played valuable minutes for multiple years now. Nic did a heck of a job on the outside against Franklin,“ referring to dangerous All-State Admiral forward Franklin Von Hagen.

The season’s eighth shutout was in doubt, however, until junior GK Logan Nelson made a brilliant, diving save on a Farragut penalty kick with 24:37 remaining. “Everything starts with Logan, Radcliffe said. He’s a three-year starter for us, that’s why he’s back there. His experience, leadership, and mainly his communication and knowledge of the game....it’s like having another Captain on the field.”

Speaking of Captains--Jack Raulston , while not scoring a goal, led the relentless Bearden onslaught, hawking balls deep, attacking the box and drawing fouls. Hustling Noah Price and steady Jack Tirgrath kept the midfield under control as the defense limited the Admirals to a measly three shots on goal.

improved some of asta's relics, planetary things were so bad statwise, so finally switched to keel--and oh, right ofc too low on eff res. even with one item upgrading eff res multiple times, ofc it couldn't do the full 30 on it's own. so only like 22.5, and no traces on her raise that. two relics could be better, incl feet, but ofc running caverns is giving jack shit. and wasted the mat on the synthesizer to make spd hackerspace boots and it literally gave the same shitty stats as before (only one substat being what she needed, and ofc no eff res). just 'improved' by being gold instead of purple.

and ofc you'd figure if it caverns was giving shit for hackerspace it'd be giving lots of disciple that'd help blade, but nope. nothing with better substats than he has (all his only have two correct substats, can't get 3 for the life of me) . i swear if i could beat the shit out of lines of code to make decent relics fall out, i'd get a goddamned bat of my own.

i should be at least proud of myself for actually trying forgotten hall moc, and doing four stages of 3 stars and two more stages of two star (just bc of one person being ko'd each stage). so for once have the fh 15 star item checked off the nameless honor thing.
