Continuing the showcase of super high-end executions possible in product design from my portfolio, this is Shard perfume concept, presenting manually cut glass in combination with plated zamak components and artificial stone. The crystal glass part would be cast as a simplified oval shape and then manually cut with a round tool, resulting in the concave shaping with sharp edges. This is an execution which would make sense to retail well upwards of 2500 € per unit, possibly a lot more depending on the solution of the outer packaging which should match the design in visual quality.
