The fates that have befell every white haired dude that Fyodor has had join him.

Shibusawa was sent to Atsushi (by Fyodor) who killed him. Became a wandering amnesiac ability and had his memories returned via back by Fyodor triggering them. Which led him to becoming a singularity and being killed by Atsushi again.

Nathaniel Hawthorn was brainwashed and had his mind severely altered by Fyodor. In order to make him a “proper servant.” He turns on his former allies and exists to only follow Fyodor’s plans with no mind of his own.

Ivan Goncharov had his brain altered so he could no longer feel sadness and for that he’s devoted himself to Fyodor.

While he evidently chose to fake his death instead. Nikolai was supposed to die during the chainsaw incident that Fyodor had orchestrated. And Fyodor has stated he’ll have Nikolai killed for trying too kill him.

Sigma was manipulated and used by Fyodor. Hawthorn is sent after him (by Fyodor) and he would’ve died if Nikolai wasn’t there. Fyodor tried to drown him along with Dazai and then tempted him into taking his hand and put Sigma into a coma.

Fukuchi saw the literal drawings on the wall (made by Fyodor) that gave him the impression a world war would happen. He dedicated 36 years of his life to a lie in helping Fyodor and destroyed the people he held dear. Before being turned into a singularity under Fyodor’s control.

Dishonourable mention goes to Executive Ace who lost his mind at Fyodor seemingly have the ability to change reality. And then killed himself after being defeated in a high stakes game of high card low card with Fyodor.

…Yeah it’s not looking good for Atsushi.

At this point, I'm almost convinced that Fyodor has Nikolai store the rest of the Rats (in the house of the dead) in his coat, because where the fuck are they?

Nathaniel is in Lucy's room, Mushitaro is where ever Ango is currently chilling, but where's Ivan and Pushkin? We last (and first) saw them during the cannibalism arc, but where are they now?

We also know that Fyodor travelled to Japan together with Fritzgerald and the guild, but where were those two? Did they just chill in a backroom somewhere? Did they have to fly? Did they swim?

So yeah, unless they're like watching their boss from the side lines or are dead, I'm placing all bets on them being in Nikolai's coat as a surprise tool that will help Fyodor later.

Silly lil theory I have from reading Bsd chapter 114.

Spoilers ahead.

Fyodor has altered the minds of all his followers. And it's a twisted version of what they wanted the most.

Ivan was sad all the time and now he can only feel joy. Hawthorn believed it was his life's mission to "pass judgment on those who have sinned."

And now he's The Gifted Killer.

Fyodor let Sigma take his hand to read his memories. And Sigma is seeing a lot more than he bargained for.

Not to mention the plan was supposed to be him getting the memories from Fyodor's corpse.

The only exception to all of this is Nikolai.

And what does Nikolai want more than anything? To show that he has free will and to be as free as a bird.

So what if the blood on Fyodor's arm, the arm Nikolai is holding to signify his death, is how Fyodor gets into his mind.

It would make him trapped in his own mind, like a caged bird.

Nothing like he said he desired... But was else does Nikolai want?

For Fyodor to live.

So who's to say Fyodor won't give him that, use him as means to keep living. And in doing so have him sacrifice whatever free will he has over to him.
