NY JM Concert

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO I was really tired to begin with because I do not live in NY. I live 3 hours away from NY. So I just planned a whole day to be spent at NY. This part is like annoying probably so you can skip it if you want HAHAHA but I had to work until 1 am on Friday night and slept for like 3 hrs and caught the 7 am bus to NY. I slept for another 3 hrs in the bus and got there. Ate dim sum MMMmmmm my first time :-) but how do you not get the liquid to be all over your plate. I’m such a noob. and went shopping at soho WHERE SWINGS AND GIRIBOY WERE THE NIGHT BEFORE but I was shook because a shirt was like $50. so I left and went to time square and went to line store remEMBER this is all new to me because I’m like a country girl who raises cows for a living. loljk. idk. pls ignore. anyway so... after that I was pretty exhausted and it was like 4 pm ish. Met up with another friend (so now a party of 3!!!) and decided to head over to the concert place.!!! omg so excite. I wasn’t really excited at first because I was pretty tired from the whole day but while walking to stage 48 like I was getting excited LIKE HELLO I WILL MEET JM IRL AND NOT ON COMPUTER EVEN THO IT FEELS LIKE A DREAM RN

So I got there and the line was pretty long even though it was like 6:00 well I guess I don’t know how long concert lines are because this was my first concert. ;-; and meet&greet people got to go in at 6:45 pm. So we went in. and they did this extra search of our bags and touched under my boob to see if I had a gun. (even tho nochang can just kill me with his chingchangchong) and threw my water bottle and my friend’s hard boiled eggs away (LOOOOOL). we got there and the meet&greet was some booty tbh. OK BEFORE I WAS GONNA SLEEP IN THE BUS WHILE GOING TO NY, I WAS THINKING OF EACH THINGS I WAS GOING TO SAY TO EACH MEMBER OKAY BUT THAT WAS ALL RUINED BECAUSE IT WAS LIKE “meet&greet” and just take a group picture and gtfo. ._. So it was our turn and my friend was the first in line for the group so she went in all awkward like “hi...” BECAUSE IDK C JAMM LOOKS SO MUCH LIKE C JAMM ON THE INTERNET. LIKE THEY ALL LOOK THE SAMEEEEEEEEEEEE I CAN’T. IT’S TOO REAL. and she stood next to C Jamm and he was like “wassup wassup” HE’S SO NICE AND HUMBLE like he’s the cutest potato thing. and I think I was standing next to Swings? I don’t even remember, because I was wildly searching for Giriboy like I CAME ALL THE WAY TO SEE YOU WHERE ARE U I need to hold your hand IDK ASDKFLASDJFA;SDF. and Swings was just trying to make us stand so we can all be in the pic. then I saw Giriboy behind me like on the step kind of thing AND HE DIDN’T HAVE HIS GLASSES AND WAS WEARING A BLACK BUCKET HAT and kinda looked like

THIS WITHOUT THE GLASSES and like hello every1 he was NOT WEARING GLASSES !!!! I CAN’T so I was like omg.......... and he just kinda looked at me so I was like “I’m a big fan of yours!!!!!!!” and THEN ALL OF MY FRIENDS GOT ENCOURAGED AND WAS LIKE ME TOO me TOO and he just kinda nodded as a thank you multiple times. :( I WANTED TO HEAR HIS VOICE ok sike. im gonna chill. but still highkey regret that i was not being extra during the “meet&greet” because the staff were like don’t bring ur phones no selfies BLEHLAHELBLEHLA BLEAH ok whatever good bye and i didn’t notice any1 else during the picture bc i forgot abt them soz

and the concert didn’t even start until like 8:00 pm and i was mad bc they kept playing hiphop music other than JM like i was ready to go rain shower idk and some ppl blocking the view in front of me my friend asked if they could squeeze us in bc we couldn’t see and they completely ignored me after the first word. :-) well they moved after that so its ok but anyway... like whatever :)... the show started with osshun gum and im sorry but ive been out of this scene for so long like i forgot who he was like i know hes from high school rapper but i didnt even watch the show :-) rip but he was so cute i know hes 1 year younger than me like HES A BABY (bgm: shes a baby zico) and he was dressed “normally” too so he looked like a normal person and it was just cute ok but i didnt know his songs so i felt bad.

the next person was han yohan OMGGGG U KNOW I ACTUALLY LOVE HAN YOHAN BECAUSE IDK LIKE IM INTO THOSE ROCK THINGS NOW and he played curt cobain BECAUSE IM CURT COBAAAAAAIN 300 km, I’m Sorry, and then later super saiyan with black nut OMSDFKLASJDFKLASDJFASKGJSD F ok. Enough said. This is better explained with the live. goodbye. I just love. and hes the only one who actually sticked w the schedule that was pre released before concert lol

and then it was the love of my life giriboy and he was supposed to perform zoa... wybh and then hogu but he started doing mix it up but whatever i was shouting like crasy so WHATEVER OK and he did all these weird cute moves... like icant believe it happened in front of me. i feel like its a dream. :( i hope he does it again in my dreams. and did hogu then ended.

then it was nochang like omg i love him because for the longest time i thought he didnt wanna be on stage because idk... gossips and his interviews... but he was the best on stage he looked like he really enjoyed and we were like TUUUURNNNNN UUUUUP ok but tbh no one knew his lyrics... bc they’re too sophisticated4us but he did emancipation, ching chang chong, and turn up and he was wearing all black again. but took his hat off a couple of times. his head is pretty. he actually stuck to the schedule too omg i feel like giriboy was not feeling well or something :( or he was more concerned about his single

then it was black nut omg YOU GUYS KNOW HOW I HAVE A THING FOR SKINNY GUYS im just kidding but i love black nut and he killed it today with his porn hub shirt on hahahahaha first he did honmono which i dont rly kno because i been living in a cave for so long and then it was silky bois like BOIIIIII HE DID THE AUTOTUNE THING LIKE HE SANG IT but it was good and hes the only one that was all smiley throughout the concert and remember he always used to wear sunglasses but like no sunglasses today and like... he was the best eye contacter :’) omggg so cute and then he did 100 like kill all of em i was screaming

then it was bill stax OK LIKE I KNEW NONE OF HIS SONGS IM SORRY BUT I FORGOT HIS NAME CHANGED TOO RIP :’( I NEED TO BE GONE FROM THIS WORLD and then we did giddiyup? like that song with the horse with c jamm and nochang it was lit because that’s like an old song and everyone knows that EXCEPT NO ONE SCREAMED 수컷말쉿 except me like WHERE ARE YALL but anyway... then it was c jamm he did know and puzzle which was like... idk those songs... i really need to get on my game maaaaneeesss

and then swings was being v soft today and was like this is for the ladies and did 듣고있어? and some other SONG THAT I DON’T REALLY KNOW THE NAME OF BUT THOSE WERE SWEET SONGS AND IT WAS NICE BECAUSE HE WAS BEING FUNNY WITH ALL HIS GESTURES LIKE KISSING FROM HIS HAND like where all this confidence come from i need some and then he did bulldozer which was #lit i kinda wish he did 양아치 or 괜찮아 but it didnt happen its ok

then it was da whole crew with sushi rain showers and carnival OMG WHEN CARNIVAL STARTED WITH GIRIBOY i cried ok i didn’t but i almost cried because just. like. IM HEARING IT LIVEEEE HELLO i was shook. and sushi was ok except they added some extra lyrics for the live i guess and i kinda didnt hear the lyrics and rain showers was lit as alwaaaaaays

they didnt really talk like esepcailly giriboy because i know he doesnt talk in general but its like in american so i guess he was done. i hope hes happy

They’re often described as the FACADE by the paparazzi who follows them around, because they’re apparently +COMICAL and -FACETIOUS. Though, that’s just paparazzi talk. Who knows if it’s true? All I know is that they go by HE/HIM and they’re on my favorite show.

hi hello! pris again, and here’s my hot mess of a character theo. not much has changed really so i’m just copying his old intro post below! it’s a long one so honestly bless ur soul if you somehow manage to read it all yikes. here’s his connections page and as per usual, give this a cheeky like if u wanna plot as well and i’ll bother the heck out of you (trigger warning for mentions of suicide attempt, depression, & anxiety)

If Louis C.K. and Bo Burnham breached the laws of biology and birthed a second-rate, screaming son in the town of Reading, Berkshire, that son would be Theo Donovan. In terms of his actual birth, it wasn’t an all too different comparison. As a child, Theo was constantly energized and never seemed to know how to keep quiet or still. While most would coo and find entertainment from this little boy who loved to entertain, it never did sit right with his parents. They were always rigid in behavior and expectation, therefore finding it a great problem when Theo refused to conform to their standards about what a respectable, polite son should be. Now that’s not to say he was ill-mannered; he did most of the things they asked of him and the only times he really did act out was when they butted heads about anything from the tiniest petty fights to large scale arguments that had Theo leaving his house for days to sleep at a friend’s house. Okay, so it was safe to say home life was rocky and maybe that shaky territory eventually led to resent. He had his little sister and that’s really all that mattered.

With the attention unappreciated at home, he surely channeled that energy into time spent at school. Like most people who crave attention, it started with the stage. At a young age, he closely aligned himself with the theatre kids and was able to garner a sizable amount of friends and close peers through that. As time went on however, the stage didn’t feel like enough. Don’t get him wrong, he adored performing and putting on an act for large audiences, but it didn’t turn out to be what he wanted in the long run. Like a miracle, Year 10 brought a revelation he never really considered until he heard an offhanded comment from a friend. Humor was always at Theo’s side. It was his coping mechanism, his best friend, a solid weapon against any adversary he faced. He always figured: if he can joke about it, everything is okay. Paired with his complex of needing to please and entertain, it came as no surprise that Theo was soon known throughout his school years as the class clown, the funny guy. Gone were the days of the crowd laughing at him to jeer and poke fun, now they were laughing at him because he wanted them to. “This bloke, I’m telling ya. He could be a comedian,” they said. And that he became.

No one was more surprised than Theo to discover that he quickly found success in Berkshire. Yet as his popularity in the U.K. grew, his parents’ distaste for what he was choosing to do with his life grew alongside it. The tension and resentment truly hit its peak when he was 17 - and his ‘career choice’ wasn’t received well because of how traditional and old school his parents were. And as much as he tried to make it seem like he could care less about what they thought, the barrage of doubtful comments that Theo won’t fully make it out of a sea of performers and comedians like him, that fame is fickle and will fade (with the belief that he was inherently wasting his time instead of pursuing something more “practical” - whatever the hell that meant) sooner got to him, and it hit hard. He always seemed to dance with depression and anxiety throughout his adolescence, but the insecurity and the doubt accumulated and had him spiraling in the worst attack that had him waking up in the A&E the next day and admitted for failed suicide attempt. Since that incident, he really tried to get better and vowed to never sink so low again if he could help it. Months later he decided it was time to move, so he hopped on over to London, heard about auditions for Applause, and was now a part of the cast. He couldn’t be happier because it was the perfect fit. He was a theatre kid after all, so being able to step into those shoes once again through improv is exactly where he’s always wanted to be. It’ll be his fourth season on the show.

but really he’s only serious about 12% of the time because he’s fluent in sarcasm and irony

Ep. #8: “I’m Not Here To Have Small Talk With Anybody” - MJ

After Andrew was voted out, Sam, MJ, Matt, Connah, and Josh solidified their majority alliance. Once Jessy won immunity they decided they were going to vote out Allison. Jessy knew she didnt have the numbers and was trying to decide whether to use her Tatzelwurm as a vote steal or wait around and use it to exile herself. She took the opportunity to use it as a vote steal to get her side the numbers. They were planning on voting out Matt even though he had an idol because they felt like the move was unexpected. Last minute they decided to change the vote to Sam but didnt tell Connor because they thought he might leak it. The Sam's alliance was going to vote for Connor but switched back to Allison at Tribal. Jessy stole MJs vote and the vote tied 4-4-0 between Sam and Allison. Sam was taken out 4-3 on the revote. After that the players were told there is an instant tribal and they have 5 minutes before voting someone else though. With the sides now with 4 numbers on each side they ended up tying the vote between Connah and Scott. With no one budging the other 6 players went to rocks and Matthew Summers was eliminated. And thats what you missed on Glee!

Old school will be old school. Not responding to messages to three+ days? Not cute. Stoping the half assed conversations a few hours before tribal? Not cute. Sticking with an alliance of six when it's a final two? Not cute. Josh is GOING to be 5th if he doesnt do something. They can pretend they arent working together all they want, but as far as I know, Andrew being voted out is the second merge vote, not first. I was the first merge vote. And MOST of this tribe did not vote me back into this game. Ironicly, almsot entirely the same six that just voted against one of my allies. Interesting. Pagoning isnt always based on tribal lines. Kiss my ass MJ. Unless you want to vote talk to me. Then i'll kiss yours. The good news about a 9 person vote and being in a minority 4 person alliance is that you only need one person to flip. The bad news is, the four person alliance is one of the people who just flipped. End my life, please and thank you.

The trick worked once again and people have been supplying me with information without asking for it. I know how both "sides" are voting and both of them are coming to me asking for my vote. Okay so when Connor asked the alliance group chat who we should vote I said Connah b/c it's least expected. ☺ Connor said he thinks Connah would work with us. Allison said she agreed and that "he'd be willing to give her information." ☺ They both then dropped Josh's name which was really suspicious. It was also really dumb to me, so I said we should just wait to decide until the internationals (Connah and Josh) are online to talk. ☺ I tried to talk to MJ about the vote and if he was flipping to me. He said he had a trick up his sleeve and he'd tell me about it before Tribal Council. ☺ I asked him if he was waiting for Connah to be online and he said yes. ☺ He also implied it could've been an item from the map. He posted "H" and I said, "is that what letter you guessed in and found something for?" He sent the wink emoji. ☺ I bonded with Scott a lot and told him about my Tatzelwurm for input. He immediately said he doesn't want me to use it just for him and if it benefits me I should keep it. ☺ Scott called Connor. He then told me Josh and Connah talked to Connor about voting for Matt. ☺ Scott then said he wanted to split between Matt and Sam so none of them are idoled. He also hashed out things with MJ. ☺ Connor then messaged the alliance chat saying Connah and Josh would be willing to vote with us if the target is Matt specifically. ☺ Before all this happened, Scott and I came up with a scenario where if all hope was lost, I'd give him the Obsidian Idol and he'd have an intense call with Sam and give her an idol because Connah/MJ/Josh were splitting with our alliance against herself and Matt. It was just a hypothetical and it died off once this plan started. ☺ Connor told us that Connah wanted assurrance from our alliance to vote for Matt and we obliged. Scott talked to him and Connah was really "nervous" and has to consider it. ☺ After the call between Scott and Connah, Scott told me Connah really wants to separate himself from MJ because a lot of people see him as a follower but he also has concerns because it's "too early to make a move." ☺ I then talked to Connah and he said he was really nervous and panicking. I asked him what I could do and he asked me to convince him. I then brought up good points about the plan if it worked. I stopped talking to him because Scott told me Connah needed an hour to think about it. He went on Away as his Skype status. ☺ Also, Connah told me MJ didn't know about the plan at all which is concerning because I thought they were really close. ☺ I talked to MJ and I asked him about the "trick in his sleeve" and he said "I'm suddenly wearing a tank top." So I guess that's done. ☺ Allison just came online and said Connah confirmed to her the plan. Scott is still waiting for confirmation. MJ is also back.

It was just acting - really, really good, heartbreaking, emotionally moving acting that struck him at his core as representative of what it meant to struggle at, and experience life as, a human being - but still just acting. Unlike glass and concrete buildings with laser etched signs out front bearing his name, Brando's performances died after the movie ended and the TV descended back into its 24 karat box at the foot of his bed. He’d never say out loud, but he was secretly happy when Brando died, over a decade ago, because it meant that the actor was no longer a threat to his own prestige. A lot of people thought Brando was the greatest, but now he was dead, and what better opportunity to show everyone that he, The Donald, was actually the greatest. He realized then that he should say this aloud and as The Omertà waited silently, he tweeted that he was so glad overrated Marlon Brando is dead bc now every1 can know who is actually the greatest!! DJT!!! Some other people he was looking forward to dying were Michael Jordan, Steven Spielberg, That Guy Who Everyone Mentions When They’re Talking About Soccer, Muslim Malalia Whatever-Her-Face, Madonna and The Queen of England.

He put his phone away and leaned over the alligator skin desktop, “So here’s what’s happening: We’re privatizing the hotel and gaming industry. We’re going to take it back from the people and make it all great again. No more crappy casinos and motels littering the country.” “But it’s already privatized,” Don Jr. said. “You mean you want to make it publicly owned?” “Whatever you want to call it. I’m saying it will all be Trump brand. Everything from Sally and Dave’s Stupid Bed and Breakfast in Crappytown, Maine to the MGM Grand on the Strip. All Trump, all ours.”

“How are we supposed to manage hundreds of thousands of businesses all of a sudden?” Eric asked. “It sounds like a lot of work.”

“What?”

“Will people even think this is a good idea?” Don Jr. wondered.

“What will happen to the owners of all those businesses?” Eric said. “They might have to start from scratch.”

“People might hate us for it.” Don Jr. said.

“They won’t hate us,” Ivanka said in that way of hers again. “We can do it and it’s going to be great. They'll love us for it. This is probably the best idea I’ve ever heard.”

The Donald grinned. “Exactly.”

“But is this even legal?” Eric asked.

“It’s one hundred percent legal. These are failing businesses. They need us.”

“It feels a little like stealing,” said Don Jr.

“It’s not, Don. Stop it. I got Jeff dealing with Congresss. You just be ready to sign the paperwork and hire the contractors, we’re gonna refurb everything in gold, platinum and diamond. There won’t be an Airbnb in this country without a hundred thousand square foot ballroom out the back.”

“Okay, dad.” Don said. “Sounds awesome.”

“Yeah,” Eric agreed. “One thing though, you promise?”

The Donald paused for a second to almost reflect upon himself, but he didn’t. “Of course I promise."

Just then the intercom came to life and his secretary - the not important kind - said the Attorney General Jeff Sessions was here.

“Okay. Send in our Jeff session,” DJT winked at Eric, who blushed. Sessions entered through the door that looked like it was trying to camouflage itself a section of wall and The Donald said, “I was just explaining the plan to The Omertà. Privatization! My new favorite word.”

“You mean nationalization, sir.”

“Whatever. The kids have it all worked out. They couldn’t be more excited."

“Right. Listen, I’m really sorry, but I couldn’t do it. Congress wasn’t into it. They thanked you for taking the time to bring them the proposal, but they can’t sign off.”

“What?”

“Maybe we can try again next year. Maybe we can ram it down the Senate's throat or use some kind of eminent domain angle, but we got to shelve it.”

The Donald stared at his palms. His meaty palms. His ‘meats’ as he liked to refer to them.'Meet my meat,' he’d said to countless world leaders and dignitaries before shaking their hands on tarmacs and state ballrooms around the globe. He wanted to wrap his meats around Jeff Sessions stupid throat. He had vouched for this man when no one else would and now he couldn’t do the one thing he asked of him. “That’s not fair,” he mumbled.

“Sir?” Sessions asked.

The Omertà looked confused.

“Let me tell you something,” DJT said, “This deal is good for everyone. It creates jobs. Name one person who wouldn’t stand to gain from this? You cant! Nothing says wealth and success better than Trump. I want this! And you said you could make it happen.”

“Yeah,” Don Jr echoed. “You said.”

“Yeah!” said Eric.

“Kids!” The Donald said, “Calm down. We don’t want a scene.”

“But he said so,” said Don Jr. “You promised and said that he would say so and now you’re going back on the promise you just made.”

“Easy, Don Jr.” The Donald felt the room getting away from him.

“No, Don Jr’s right,” Eric said. “Dads aren't supposed make promises and then take back their promises.”

The Donald looked at Ivanka for some levity, but she was staring at the floor. He turned his attention back to Sessions. “The Omertà is getting angry and I assure you it aint fun when they’re angry. They had their hearts set on this and you ruined it. I highly suggest you fix this.”

“But, I can’t.”

Don Jr then stood up calmly. He went to the fireplace and removed the painting of George Washington above it.

“Son?” Sessions asked.

But Don Jr. smashed it on the edge of a solid gold end table and it fell to the floor in tatters.

“Lord!” Sessions cried out. “Washington sat for that painting! It’s the only thing that survived the fire of 1814.” Something wet was dripping on his legs, and he realized that the other Trump son was standing very close to him. The boy’s pants were unzipped and he was urinating on him. “What in the name!"

“You said, dad!” Eric cried. “You said!”

Don Jr. hurled a crystal bust of Winston Churchill across the room and it exploded against the safe where the nuclear codes were stored.

The Donald stood up and moved behind his giant Presidents chair. No one knew what The Omertà could do when they were denied something he promised them, but Ivanka was still sitting which gave him a measure of relief.

“You better get this deal done, Jeff Sessions,” spit was flying off Eric’s lips and landing in the man’s eye. His penis was still out of his pants.

“I can’t,” Sessions pleaded. “There’s nothing we can do. Our hands are tied.”

The Donald looked down at his meats, they weren’t tied at all. He watched as Eric bit Jeff Sessions in the ear. “Now Eric,” he said. “Take it easy.”

“You promised!” the boy cried.

Don Jr. was setting the curtains on fire and smoke began to fill the room. The Donald knew he should have gotten the fire-proof curtains - the same thing had happened on Park Ave countless times - but, to be honest, he kind of liked the high pitch wail of the smoke alarm. Was there anything more relaxing than a noise so loud it drowned out life's constant self doubts and pervading sense of mediocrity? Was there any better way of escaping his wants and frustrations for a few fleeting, yet glorious moments than the ear drum popping, migraine inducing, arthritis stoking, high decibel cry of a cheap, Chinese-made, plastic and wire board gizmo that left the taste of matches in the back of his mouth? The Donald didn’t think so, and as that piercing wail began, he closed his eyes for a second to let it run its oh-so-delightful course through his body. But then he remembered Ivanka, he couldn’t let her out of his sight. And when he opened his eyes, her chair was empty. He looked at the platinum relief of himself hanging on the wall to his right, he looked at the ‘Dear Leader’-style mock-up statue that was set to be installed in front of all government buildings by the flag. “Where’s Ivanka!” He shouted.

“Sir,” blood was pouring from Session's ear. Eric had him in a choke hold. “Help me?”

“Where’s Ivanka!” He yelled again. The alarm was doing nothing for him, it was just a sound that could have been louder. Where was Ivanka? And then he felt something thin and rigid pierce his left eye. It went in about an inch and then stopped.

“You promised,” Ivanka seethed, clinging to his body like the foam gargoyles who clung to the fake turrets on top of the mixed use office space/Medieval Times arena he’d built outside Camden.

The Donald raised his meats to his shoulders and shook them, he shrieked loud and high and awful, and Eric let go of Jeff, Don Jr. hid behind a case of rub-on tanning lotion he’d agreed to place on the edge of the lectern at his upcoming state of the union, and Ivanka stepped back and dropped the other screwdriver she had planned to take his other eye out with. Even the smoke alarm turned off because, after all, nothing could truly silence his own sense of insufficiency. When he went quiet, he slumped into his President Chair and stared at his desk, and he remembered a time in the late eighties when things weren’t so good….

He was on the verge of bankruptcy, his marriage was in shambles and he was still recovering from his first tummy tuck. He, Ivana and the kids had gone to Dutch County Pennsylvania for the day in a stretch limo to visit Hershey Park. He could have taken them to Great Adventure, which was an hour closer, but secretly he wanted to go to Pennsylvania to stare at some Amish people. There was nothing more satisfying and inspiring to him than watching some idiot Amish pretend that they were still living in the seventeenth century while he was out chasing the gold and diamond encrusted American dream. After an agonizing afternoon at the amusement park, The Donald told the driver to pull over at a roadside country store where he hoped they’d find some. But their were no Amish inside and as the kids picked out flavored honey sticks a personalized keychains, The Donald stepped outside to get some fresh air. He wondered if he was going about his life the wrong way. Maybe he needed to dump the side chick and make it work with Ivana, maybe he needed to start over and take an honest job in Queens. He looked over at his driver, donning a boat admirals cap he told him he had to wear if he wanted to work for him. The man smoked a cigarette while staring at the sun, low over a hay colored meadow across the road. He seemed content and the Donald wondered for a moment if they could switch places. Would the man even want his life? Would anyone? In the meadow, three horses moseyed up to the edge of the road to chew some grass and when Ivanka strode out of the store, her arms loaded with crap, Don knew what was coming.

“Are those my horses, daddy?”

“No sweetie, let’s get in the car and go home.”

“Where are my horses, Daddy, the one’s you promised you’d get for me?”

“Sweetie, I will one day, but not right now.”

“Are those Ivanka’s horses?” Eric asked running out with his brother, both armed with newly purchased air rifles.

The afternoon unravelled from there. Ivanka clawed eight fingernail-sized frowny face scars under his chin and eyes, and the boys shot out his knee caps at point blank range while calling him horsefucker with more glee than he’d witnessed all day at the chocolate park. Ivana stood there arms crossed, smirking and the driver pretended he’d seen it all before. The horses didn’t look up from their meal.

When Ivana ushered the kids back inside to buy more stuff, Don sat up against the limo’s bumper, blotting blood from his face with his tie, his useless legs swelling inside his cotton suit pants like sausages filling out casings, and almost learned a lesson. He remembered a song, part of a song, by those guys who looked a little like women he’d probably fuck— You can’t always something something . But before he got the rest, a kid in burlap pants and a shirt that must have been stitched together with twine led, not a horse, but a mule - a fucking mule - down the road in front of him.

“Sir,” the kid said, nodding.

And The Donald did something he didnt often do: he laughed. He laughed loud and hard and smacked his thigh and shook his head like he’d never been told a funnier joke. He pushed himself off the street and said to his driver, “you see that guy?” Then he shouted for his family. “Let’s go get you a whole pack of horses, Ivanka!”

And he did.

And now, back in the Oval Office, staring at his desk with his one working eye. He remembered the rest of those lyrics and he knew that this scar wouldn’t heal the way his face and legs did so many years ago. And he knew that he couldn’t nationalize the hotel and gaming industry because that was unfair. And he knew that Brando was the best and his death was everyones loss. And he understood that you couldn't always get what you wanted, even if you wanted it really, really badly. And that was just fine. And the first thing he did after the doctors patched up his eye socket was delete that tweet.
