“Sam, I need another pumpkin and more sweets. Your brother is a goddamn sweets thief,” you groan, glaring at Dean who is about to steal your candies for Halloween. “Dean Winchesters, hands of my sweets!” You slap Dean’s hand away, poking your phone into his chest. “If you do not stop to sneak around my sweets, I’ll tell Sam to get me handcuffs and duct tape too.”

“Sammy, get me some sweets,” Dean yells at the phone, hoping his brother got the message. “Your girlfriend is a bad friend. She won’t share.”

“The sweets are for the kids in town,” stepping in front of the sweets you purse your lips. ”I dare you to steal more.”

“No kid will knock at the door of the bunker, sweetheart,” Dean grins, outrunning you to steal a bucketful of sweets. “Got one.” The hunter runs off, snickering when you throw an apple at him. “You should learn to aim better.”

“You’re lucky I love your brother, or you would be dead, Winchester,” Dean laughs, greedily ogling his prey. “Dean, you can’t eat all the sweets.”

“I can and I will, Y/N. It’s Halloween,” you nod, watching Dean smile like a kid when he looks at all the different sweet sins you bought. He doesn’t know you filled one bucket for your friend, knowing he’s a sweet tooth. “Nougat, sour drops, jaw breaker…all the good stuff.”

“Enjoy, Dean,” you smile, giving your friend a wink. “If you promise to help me carve the pumpkins you can have more later.”

“I think I’ll take your offer.” Dean turns to carry the bucket toward his room. “Thank you, sweetheart.”

“You’re welcome, Dean…”

“Come on, help me, Sam,” you try to reach the top of one of the shelves at the library to place the fake spider webs on the books. “I’m too small. Give me a hand here.”

“Fine,” Sam is in a sour mood since you insisted you need to decorate the bunker for Halloween. While Dean is busy carving his second pumpkin, humming silently, his brother doesn’t seem to be interested in anything involving pumpkins or sweets.

“Why can’t you just help me decorate? I want the bunker to be a spooky and scary place on Halloween,” you grin, pointing toward Dean who carved a witch into the pumpkin. “Even Dean helps.”

“Dean likes Halloween, I don’t” you gasp at Sam’s confession. You never talked much about holidays. Most of the time you are on a hunt during holidays but this year you’ve got a break and want to celebrate Halloween.

“How can you hate Halloween?” You look up at Sam, disappointment clearly written all over your face. “I love Halloween.”

“Well, I hate it,” Sam grumbles walking out of the library, leaving you alone with your decoration.

“Why does he hate Halloween, Dean?” Dean stuffs another candy into his mouth shrugging at your question. “Dean, do you know why?”

“I got no clue,” you run toward your room to get the costume you bought for Halloween.

Sam will love Halloween after tonight. Whether he wants it or not.

“Sam,” you purr when you step into your shared bedroom. “Why don’t you like Halloween?” You smirk when Sam looks up at you from the bed. He swallows thickly, Adam’s apple bobbing when you close the door.

“Y/N,” a low growl leaves Sam’s lips watching you slide his flannel down your shoulders to reveal your costume.

You’re wearing a miss prep school costume. The tie front crop top with plaid trim covers your chest poorly. The plaid skirt barely covers your ass and the stockings matching the pattern of Sam’s plaid let your boyfriends, cock twitch in interest.

“You know,” you sigh, stepping closer to place your hands onto Sam’s shoulders. “Maybe I can help you. Just tell me why you hate Halloween. Is it the sweets? The costumes?”

“No,” Sam’s eyes roam your body, drink your sexy outfit in. He’s running one hand over his clothed erection, poorly hiding his arousal. “It’s… there was that girl I liked,” you hum, now straddling Sam’s lap. You hum when he grips your ass. “I was in sixth grade, she invited me to her Halloween party.”

“We played the game spin the bottle,” you snicker as Sam’s cheeks turn pink. “I had a huge crush on her and when I bent down as it was my turn, well I…”

“You can tell me, Sam,” running your fingers through his hair, tugging lightly you lean closer to peck his lips.

“I kinda…hurled, everywhere. Lunch, dinner it all came up, on the poor girl mostly. Kids ran and screamed and it was so embarrassing. I hid in the woods and waited for Dean to pick me up,” you nod, pecking Sam’s forehead.

“In other words, you didn’t get the girl and that’s the reason you hate Halloween,” you hum, hands cupping Sam’s face. “I’m sorry this happened to you but,” grinning you rock your hips. “You can have the girl, baby. Anytime, anywhere and in any position.”

“Any position,” you picked Sam’s interest. His eyes darken and you've got the feeling he suddenly likes Halloween or at least the costume you chose. “If you want me to enjoy Halloween, I want you in that costume. I’m going to be a bad teacher and give you an A+ if you are a good girl for me,” Sam whispers in your ear.

“I’ll be so good, Sir…”

danny phantom, season 3, episodes 7-13 thoughts! cannot believe im finishing this series so fast. ...cannot believe it ended like that...uh. one of the weirdest finales to a show I think I've seen, it really stood out against the rest of the series, and not in a good way, in my opinion. -I don't know how to articulate how FRUSTRATING THAT IS. having him basically out himself and ''hold the world hostage'' does not track at all in my brain. like. he's always been scary because he is HUMAN, TOO. like, if he was 100% ghost, he'd be LESS scary, but vlad MASTERS has more power and influence than vlad PLASMIUS because of his position as mayor, his money, too, and his (supposed, s3 made me doubt it) intelligence/manipulation skills, and his being in good graces with jack made it HARD FOR DANNY. him outing himself for,, money and to 'control the world' i guess?? MONEY WAS NEVER HIS LIKE, MAIN GOAL. yeah obv he likes money and is materialistic and values his Rich Life, but hes got billions, the end goal? 1. getting maddie (and or danny as his son, but to me he always treated that as secondary) 2. ruining jack. this feels like they wanted to say 'oh he just wants POWER' which is. HMM?? OKAY?? obv he /does/ want power (usually over certain ppl, tho), but seeing him try to get it like this FELT WEIRD SOMEHOW. weird like the ep where he tried and failed to take over various historical civilizations, because like,, how is that realistically going to do anything for him?? just, being in that time forever and never seeing maddie aka Goal #1 again?? HELLO??? this was like that, but worse

-this was such a weird ending to an entire show. why did season 3 only have 13 episodes?? why did it feel so weirdly paced?? WHY WAS THE ENDING LIKE THAT. I think. I am going to pretend I did not see that. fucked up, dudes. I'm like...hm. I shouldn't have watched that because now I'm mad. valerie sweetie im SO sorry you shouldve been more present. it felt like..if they knew this season was going to be short, and the last season, they should've spent more time wrapping up EVERYONE'S plot lines for the entire season. imagine how cool it wouldve been if every single ep of season 3 was working towards something, a big, nice wrap up at the end, with nothing feeling TOO rushed because they'd been heading towards the End for the whole season....

I will probably end up writing a follow up full series thoughts post. In a couple of days so I can sit with my thoughts. BUT. overall, I really liked the show! (ignoring the finale and some of the moments that aged pretty poorly...) it was charming and a fun concept and very fun to watch in general :) and I am pretending the finale didnt happen <3 and I’m gonna dive RIGHT into the dp tags and mix fanart and posts in my queue, very excited to run and look at that 🏃🏻 (and, of course, make more fanart myself hehe >:3)

Opinion on Cass and Eugene's interactions (NOT SHIPPING LOL)

I'm very sad about the wasted opportunity that is their friendship :( And it shows because this became very long, so I'm gonna put this under a read more (and it’s kinda salty, sorry for that!)

In s1 I kinda... grew to love it, because at first the ribbing felt very harsh to me and some "jokes" made me sad on Eugene's behalf - he's my fav character, so of course I tend to favour him, and I know jokes in kids' shows shouldn't be over interpretated, but for example, the eviction letters joke? It felt too much like something that would play with his insecurities for me to like, laugh 😬 (but Eugene going "she's going to be in so much troubles" at the end of What The Hair is kinda in the same vein - that's something that could potentially hurt Cass, and so the joke doesn't really feel like ribbing and more like real dislike)

But really, s1 was very good in terms of character growth for those two!! From pretty hostile jokes, they start to form a bond, and start to respect and trust each other more and I really loved it? There was still some way to go, but I really felt like their friendship could go far, and I loved to see the progression from these first jokes I didn't like to the end of s1 where they kinda helped keep each other grounded and just... were very fun to see grow and interact.

And then comes s2.

I guess at first, it wasn't really too bad - it was kinda stagnant, yeah, but there were still some moments that called back to that previous development. But it never went further than that and, in some ways, it even went backwards. I think that intellectually, I know that for the betrayal to work, Cassandra had to feel isolated, and so her friendships were confined to her relationship with Rapunzel only (and they kept hurting the other which fueled her anger blablabla), but the thing is... It felt forced. Cassandra had other friends, the series had spent a lot of time developing her relationship with Eugene, and completely ignoring that to move the plot forward simply shows how fragile it all was.

I don't know if I'm clear but the fact that the betrayal could have potentially been avoided if Eugene and Cass had actual conversations - and these conversations could completely happen and just didn't because the betrayal was a fixed plot point? I really don't like that. Eugene could have been a mediator between Cass and Rapunzel, he could have helped Cass see that no one could truly play Rapunzel's protector no matter how much they wanted, he could have talked to Rapunzel about why some of her actions were hurting Cass, but he didn't and there's no real explanation for that. The show sidelines their bond because it's inconvenient and that annoys me a lot.

And I say that about Eugene and Cass, but in a way, Cass and Adira's relationship was kinda treated the same way? Cass starts to appreciate Adira more, but The Great Tree and her fight with Adira need to happen, so we're just supposed to ignore that previous character growth. I'm no show runner, and I don't pretend I could have done a better job, but it's something really frustrating as a viewer to see the show back-pedaling/ignoring things it established because it's not convenient anymore to where the plot is headed. (Cassandra acting as Captain at the end of s1? Well she needs to feel like she's still waiting for her chance, so forget about that too fhsjsks it's like I get it!! It didn't last and it doesn't erase all her life of waiting but not acknowledging it at all is another source of frustration for me because it's part of a pattern)

I am totally digressing sorry but their friendship was really done dirty by the show. S3 is... not worst, because s2 already destroyed most of the development, but it doesn't make things better too. Eugene feels betrayed and hum okay, fine, he was her friend too and at first I thought it could be interesting - Rapunzel refuses to give up on her, Eugene goes the opposite direction, maybe they can both help the other nuance their feelings on the matter but... it didn't happen. Eugene's feelings on it were magic-ed out, but again, he does help make Project Obsidian so eh who even knows what’s going on anymore.

Cass doesn't talk about Eugene, or like... the kingdom, her whole life, anything at all because once again her relationships are reduced to Rapunzel with the added bonus of Zhan Tiri. She threatens Eugene's life and it's never addressed as an issue between them, but as an issue between Cass and Rapunzel (because Eugene isn't Cassandra's friend then, he's just Rapunzel's bf and so no development from there too).

Eugene going "you're like my sister" at Cassandra sounds so stupid, because they're not, it's been two years since they truly did anything that hinted at this kind of relationship and now the show is like "remember that development we wanted you to forget earlier? Well remember it for the last two episodes please". (And the show's definition of sibling relationship is also stupid and, overall, I'm tired of people being called siblings when they're best friends. I love the found family trope a lot, but that word is thrown around so much that it completely loses its meaning sometimes). And the reconciliation at the end is out of nowhere, Eugene saying she was worth fighting for sounds hypocritical because he clearly didn't fight for her, and Cass isn't shown apologising to any character beside Rapunzel, so I'm not sure when and where and why they would even become friends again. I don't mind they did - as I said, I liked their friendship at the beginning, and I'm not saying they should have stayed mad at each other forever, but after all that happened, I was just tired and sad about what they did to their relationship.

Annnnd this has become very salty, I'm sorry for that. Both their characters suffered from all of this, and... it's frustrating, to me. So as far as I'm concerned, for Eugene and Cass' friendship, canon is dead asjkdlks

Could you write where the reader is bill denbrough little sister (by like 1 or 2 years) and she was apart of the losers club and they come back to Derry and she goes with bill in the mirror maze and after the kid dies she has a panic attack and bill has to help calm her down and comfort her?

Authors Note: my first IT fic! i luv this movie franchise thing sm like yall have no idea. my fav is richie and i luv bill hader on a scary kinda level u know? but im srry for taking a gazzilion years, life is a butthole and keeps me away from fun and u guys. 

It was fear. You felt almost your stomach drop entering into Derry again, after so many years. As trees move side to side from the wind and shake so did your hands. You began to see yourself as fragile and weak once more, just like when you and the rest of the gang were little. Sometimes you felt alone in all of this nightmare, like the world was a vast, endless space of black nothingness and you were fighting to stay alive, all alone. Bill - your brother - made you look at life through another lens. He kept you alive. He made you feel strong. Whenever life seemed unbearable he was there for you just like the older, protective brother he was. His number one - when entering into this memorable town again - was making sure you were safe.

If only he could suck - like a vacuum cleaner - all those terrible moments from that terrible clown that laid burrowed in your head. 

In the moment of hero or a savior you put someone above you. Someones safety and life on top of your own. Their life is in your hand. No matter what you do you are the ending decision of their fate. 

“Not this little boy,” you cried in your mind as you and Bill teamed up as sister and brother, like a team, but it was no cheerful time. Time was ticking and either you and Bill stop Pennywise from hurting this boy or the boy becomes non existent. 

The carnival was supposed to be a trip full of laughter and fun but instead it made you anxious. Hearing the different, loud noises made it difficult to focus, along with the hoard of people leaving and entering. 

“This way,” Bill waved his hand forward as he started sprinting. 

You followed him, feeling your heart beat rapidly and vigorously. Your eyes tried to find the little boy. He was not safe. He was in grave danger. “There!” You see the young kid giving tickets to a little girl. “He’s right there.”

“Hey! Hey kid!” Bill shouted as he ran to the child. “Kid!”

The blonde haired boy walked in the fun house. Not knowing the evil that followed him. 

“He can’t hear us.” You both jump into the twirling of the carnival entrance and are greeted with neon, glow in the dark clowns that sway back and forth on a path. 

One hits Bill as he passes. You go to his aid. “Are you okay Bill?”

“Yeah I’m fine. Lets go.” He grabs onto your arm, protectively. 

As you proceed there is a huge room filled with only mirrors. It makes you dizzy and unsure as you see you and Bill through your reflection. “Where did he go?”

“I don’t know but stay close.”

Lights were blinking constantly making your eyes and head hurt. You and Bill touched the mirrors to try to find an exit to continue on to find the kid. That was all part of the game, all part of the chase. The kid walked by further away. 

“Kid!” You and Bill shouted over and over in unison. 

Bill ran and was greeted with glass or the mirror. 

You went to the opposite end to try to find another way to the child seeing as Bill was blocked all around. You knew this was Pennywise’s doing. “I know I can find him.” You were met with a dead end and tried to go back to Bill but you were enclosed in one area. “Bill!” You got frightened as you couldn’t go back to him. The side you were on was getting smaller and as you turned to your right you saw the little boy. 

“Y/n!” Bill screamed. He sprinted to you and the kid but was met with another glass. 

You saw Pennywise walk past you with a horrific smile on his face. “Bill I saw IT! IT’s here! He’s here!” Bill’s forehead pressed against the glass. He felt powerless. 

You placed your hand on the glass. “Whatever happens Bill promise me you will help that boy. Please.”

Bill started to panic as his breathing became harsh and tears were starting to fall from his eyes. You were his baby sister, he vowed to protect you all his life. “N-o y/n! N-n-no!” He tried breaking the glass. 

“What are you two doing here?” The kid was confused. “Both of you stop following me!”

“We’re only trying to help you,” you said. 

“I-I’m gonna g-get you both o-o-o-out.” Bill became more and more afraid. 

Suddenly, behind you and the child Pennywise laid his long tongue flat against the glass, licking up. The sight and noise was chilling. The face of the little boy’s was traumatic. 

“No stop. Stop!” Your whole body shook. 

“Please,” Bill cried some more feeling useless. 

“I’m here. I’m right here just t-take me,” Bill pleaded to Pennywise. 

Pennywise started to cackle as he hit the glass of yours and the boys with his head. 

“Son of a b*tch!’ Bill cursed. 

You screamed as Pennywise did it harder and faster. You and the boy both huddled by the corner of your glass rooms. Bill, repeatedly, tried breaking the glass. He tried with his hands, fists, feet, but nothing worked. Your eyes teared up as you saw the glass cracking with each blow Pennywise gave it. This was the end. It was either you or the kid and a hero puts the kid first. You gave a knowing look to Bill to remind him of what you asked for. 

Pennywise paused and gave a huge, demonic smile. “Billy boy, which one do you choose? The boy or your sister?”

“No Bill don’t do this. Remember what I told you.”

Bill screamed, “stop! No!”

“I am going to give you a riddle. If you guess right you save the kid but I kill your sister, if you guess wrong I save you sister but I kill the kid. You only get one try and if you don’t answer at all,” Pennywise smile grew, “I’ll kill them all.”

There was an argument going all around. Bill felt pressured and didn’t know what to do. He loved you more than life and needed to save you but the boy also needed saving. 

“Bill please, I’l be fine.” You smiled, tears falling down. 

“...fine. I’ll do your riddle.”

“The person who built it sold it. The person who bought it never used it. The person who used it never saw it. What is it?”

Bill thought in his head all the possibilities. 

“Bill choose-!”

“No helping him,” Pennywise shook his finger. “Time is ticking, what will it be? You only have one chance.”

One chance to choose the fate of the people in front of him. 

“A lie?” Bill asked. 

The world became quiet and Pennywise’s smile enlarged showing more teeth and fangs. “If only you said coffin.” Pennywise broke through the glass and ate the little boy right up. 

Blood splattering on the glass.

You and Bill screamed as the lights flickered showing a gone little boy who knew nothing of this nightmare and was purely innocent. 

“No,” you felt defeated, crying. You and Bill finally met up at the exit of the mirror rooms. 

“Oh my God,” Bill embraced you. Fighting the urge to sob uncontrollably. 

“I’m sorry Bill. If I didn’t leave you none of this would of happened.”

“Its not your fault.”

You remembered that boy. How scared he looked but yet there was hope in his eyes. Hope that the adults would save the day. The memory of his wine colored blood splattering on the glass flashed within your mind. You bent over a trash can to hurl. 

Bill patted your back, “that’s it. Let it out.” 

You couldn’t breathe. The drumming within your chest increased to a rapid pattern. You tried to search for a comfort object that your eyes could land on. The activity was busy at the carnival and made it worse for you. The noises, screams, cheers. Panic was bubbling in your gut and you were about to erupt like a volcano. “Bill.”

Bill knew that look. For Pete’s sake you were his sister! He pressured you to sit down and tuck your head in between your legs. “Breathe y/n. You’re okay. I’m here and I’m not going to let anything bad happen to you.”

You did as you were told. Gripping onto Bill’s hand like when you were little and you ran to his room claiming you saw a monster under your bed. He would let you cry and console you. He was your calming system. You felt at home and safe with your big brother. Bill hugged you and you leaned your head against his shoulder. 

“Sometimes I think I’m crazy, that its all in my head.” You sniffled. Voice rough and scratchy from the screaming and crying. “Then IT does something like that that makes me see that its all real. That Bill, that is what scares me the most.”

“I know,” he whispered. “I know.

rare first impressions review

a “first impressions” review instead of a straight up review since my opinions will def change over time

RARE:

i’ve been listening to the demo for over a year and it’s so cool to see how different it sounds w her voice

“burning toast in the toaster” is such an offbeat lyric. almost jarring in its banality, i love it

the glo up from revival to this....... going from wondering “maybe i should be more like her” in perfect to shouting “i’m not gonna beg for you, i’m not gonna let you make me cry, not getting enough from you, didn’t you know i’m hard to find?” we love a liberated queen so much

this is super fun and great but i played the shit out of the demo in 2018 which makes it feel a lil less exciting. i should have waited rip. still love it tho.

actually, almost a return to stars dance at moments???? in a way more mature, fully realized way... which is so cool when the whole theme of the album and its imagery seems to be looking back at your past self and celebrating yourself for overcoming so much, and also, like she said taylor told her, reclaiming the happiness that has been taken from you and letting yourself return to a happier version of yourself, the truest version of yourself that wasn’t being pulled down and abused. like stars dance was her big dance edm record and i know it’s not a celebrated work of hers lol but there is so much beauty in making a song that says “feels so good to dance again” and going back to that sound for 1 song, remembering what it’s like to feel light, to just dance.

i think what i love so much about this era, about the things that she’s saying in interviews, about the messages she’s sharing in these lyrics so far, is like... not apologizing to her abuser, not making excuses for him, not letting his actions destroy her confidence. comparing the lyrics of revival to this, it’s so clear that there’s been such a change in mentality, such a maturing process, that revival was very much still in the midst of it all and that it’s finally over now. no “i’ll always have love for him,” no “everything happens for a reason,” no “i miss you,” no “what did i do wrong?” there is SO much strength in saying “actually, you know what i really didn’t deserve that and i do not love you anymore and losing you is the best thing that ever happened to me” and simply leaving it at that. forgiveness and love is NOT always essential to moving on!! sometimes that chronic forgiveness is just detrimental and the best thing u can do for yourself is say “FUCK YOU” and leave.

tbh i don’t really love the chorus except for the “oo-oo-oo-oo” part at the end but it works with the song and is something i’ll love with time

kid cudi’s verse really adds to the song, i’m glad the features are used to add to the song rather than just being thrown in out of nowhere

ok he's not actually super developed cos i just made him today but he's mr ray from finding nemo lmao!!!!

obvi like lisa he's an elementary school teacher??? AND IDK HOW IT WORKS IN THE US OF A like i know obviously over here when you have a primary teacher they're your teacher for all lessons? idk if that's the case in america tho i feel like it might not be???? but he's english!!!! and he's a geography major :) he's super duper into geography and travelling and shit!!! 

but when he was like a Teenager he was dead like rock and like thought he was the Bees Knees LMAO like he thought he was SO COOL but he wasn't he was just a massive dork that thought he could start a band but nobody wanted to be in his band cos he's a nerdass so he started this one man band in his garage and held concerts that only his mum and kid sister would go to and he was one of those kids that would try and strap all these diff instruments to himself to make it work LMAO so he had like a keyboard and then he'd blow into his trumpet and strum his guitar and if she was feeling generous he'd get his kid sister to do the *ding* of the triangle or bash some symbols together and he thought he was so rock n roll but he just wasn't LMAO

ANYWAYS in spite of that he's a very talented musician in fairness to him and even tho he had no friends at school and was the big loser he was just rly sweet and nice to everyone???? he just!!! likes people and likes making them smile!!!! he's just a big smiler!!!!!! lmao and at his old school that he taught at they ended up in a bit of a rut where they had no music teacher? so he took on the role to help out while they found someone to fit the position but then they realised just how good he was and how much the kids love him so it kinda stuck and he got back into music and as like oh!!! i missed this!!!!! wow!!!! so now that he's in cherry grove he's like!!! WANNA TEACH THE SMOLS LOVE THE SMOLS THEY'RE SO UPBEAT AND FULL OF WONDER GOD BLESS 'EM!!!!!! and so even tho he majors in geography and excels in music, he teaches everything obvi!!!! 

but geography and music classes are his favs and he loves hyping the kids up? and like where lisa sorta teaches her kiddos and is dead hippy and gives them play times where she feels they deserve it and just plays her guitar and sings to herself while they're working n shit he likes to like?? actually teach lessons with music sometimes??? which is super unconventional maybe but he's got that whole like school of rock vibe where he wants kids to know that they can be anything and that any career is viable and that you don't always have to be academic! or athletic! or musical! or you can be! any of those things!! and that's ok!!! and so he has all the fun w music class especially cos he assigns them all instruments and is like YOU'RE IN THE BAND and lets them explore their talents and if they don't wanna be in the band and play or sing he's like that's cool!!! u wanna manage??? do costumes??? what do u wanna do COS I'M SO ON BOARD!!!!! he's just a really cheery bab lmao i haven't given him any angst (YET?????)

but yeah! and he loves the beach and the ocean and stuff like that obvi cos u know he's based on a stingray so, lmao. and he loves taking kids on field trips omg!!! to the aquarium? CHECK!!! to musicals? CHECK!!!! he's a pacifist and he's not one for arguing but he does like to be assertive and get his way if the principal doesn't want him taking the kids on field trips n stuff but he does it in such a soft and mild way that he sorta convinces them that it's for educational purposes and wins people over with his warm smile ^_^

also i like to picture how he dresses and he def goes to work in like really clipped and expensive looking (but tbh probs scavenged from second hand shops lol) suits that are really prim and proper looking but he loves wearing like suspenders and braces and he never wears a tie (the occasional bow tie IF HE HAS TO but he hates wearing ties) and his hair's always scruffy and messy and his shirt's always crumpled w the top button undone so it's that kind of Look(tm) where he's dressed all smart and suave but Not? so basically like every hot dude at the end of a wedding reception after they've discarded their tie and have danced into the night, except that's his every day Look

DINAH CARROLL:

OK SO she’s a childhood best friend of alice's?? and like when bunny sorta lead alice away they drifted a bit? like they're still /friends/ but dinah's not at all on the drug scene and it's just not the life for her and she doesn't rly venture into that kinda territory at all? so where alice fell into a bad crowd she sorta left dinah behind? and they sorta miss one another terribly and think super highly of one another but maybe they don't necessarily have anything in common anymore and it's kinda sad for them cos they can't seem to fall back into old patterns.

i was thinking that like they both kinda chase after the white rabbit but alice falls down the hole w/o dinah? and i was thinking about how alice sorta idolises bunny and maybe dinah did too but got left behind kinda thang?

cos especially in the book and whatnot alice and dinah follow white rabbit and alice falls down the rabbit hole after him!!! but leaves dinah behind!!! and she spends all her time in wonderland talking about dinah and how much she misses her, and there’s a part about where alice talks about how everyone in wonderland hates dinah but she thinks she’s the best cat in the world, so essentially alice and dinah (in the rp) are best friends and alice goes down her route with bunny and dinah feels a little left behind and alone. but she never stops loving and missing alice? and vice versa? alice still thinks highly of her and though her new friends don’t necessarily think very highly of dinah or even like her in the slightest bit, she’ll defend her relentlessly even when they aren’t still talking/hanging out/etc

but i was thinking about like cats and their agility and their love of climbing and stuff!! and i was thinking of making her like really into things like rock climbing and abseiling and shit????? and like free running/parkour n stuff lol.

and she can be soft and affectionate and ^____^ like all cats but she can hold her own and she's got a bitta bite in her too ya know?? like a soft lil feminist kitty. and naturally she Loves Cats lol. and she's scared of dogs? i was thinking about how alice like proudly tells people about how dinah's v good at hunting and catching her dinner (ie mice and stuff?) and thought maybe my dinah could be like into archery or smth? not /actually/ hunting but she's a dab hand w a bow and arrow maybe or smth.

also she's like tomboyish and girly at the same time? so she loves a good flower crown and prettying herself up but she's not afraid of getting herself all roughed up and dirty and looking scruffy? and she likes playing around w her image and just trying new things and dyeing her hair and doing as she pleases :3

she's not necessarily good with kids? not so much that she dislikes them, cos she doesn't, but she's not rly used to altering herself or her behaviour to suit others? like she is who she is with everyone? so around kids sometimes she forgets that she can't just be blunt if it suits her or sarcastic or w/e and that she's gotta be a lil bit softer and sorta adapt and stuff

idk her sexuality just yet but she’s very much into girls and guys and loves kissing pretty girls and has never had a Real or Serious relationship cos most people don’t take her seriously which is okay!!! she’s just coasting through life but once she develops a crush her lil heart is all aflutter and she’s got a bad habit of crushing on girls who won’t like her back and it makes her a bit Sad

her parents own a donut shop called the rabbit hole

she has two sisters named caroline and edith (one older, one younger!) and a little brother named albert

she has two bunnies and a cat! her cat is literally named kitten because she’s unoriginal, and she has a white rabbit named white rabbit (cos unoriginal), and another white rabbit named snowdrop (cos dinah’s kids were named snowdrop and kitten lol)

MOHINDER PATEL; 

okay!!!! so mo!!!!! his backstory is a bit topsy turvy til i develop it in its entirety cos i wanna make sure it's all solid lmao but.

BASICALLY mohinder's parents were explorers and stuff? and they travelled the world with mo at their side? they were archaeologists for the most part, but before they set off travelling, ever before they had mo, his father was a professor and his mother was a veterinarian. :) anyways!!!! one day they were travelling and mo was only about 3? they got into a boating accident. they were travelling along the river and the current grew stronger than they'd anticipated, and they crashed into the bank. mo's father was driving and he passed away on impact, but his mother crowded over mo's body, shielding him in an attempt to save him from harm? obviously distraught and terrified, she wanted to stay and mourn her husband but her priority was getting mo to safety, and so she bundled him into her arms and ran to find help. they were stranded alone in a jungle though with no sign of civilisation and she was certain there was no hope until she eventually ran into a small clearing that essentially resembled a tiny village? there weren't many inhabitants but they were willing to help and they took them in, took care of mo, and tried to nurse his mum back to health. sadly she died tho from her injuries as she'd been so shocked and eager to help mo she hadn't taken any notice of how severe her own injuries were. 

anyways mo eventually was integrated into this tiny band of people, and lived his life in this jungle, growing up surrounded by the people who saved him. there were only about 20 of them, and they were all men. there were no women and so the only woman that mo ever truly knew was his mother, who he lost far too young? he still has little reminders of his parents, things they scavenged from their bodies/the boat/etc, but not much memory of them.

anyway he grew up in this sorta deserted jungle and had no real basis of human interaction cos he didn't know anybody out of that circle? he was surrounded by nature and animals more often than he was people, and for the first few years of his life there he barely spoke a word, only really opening up around age 6 or 7, finally finding the courage to speak, though still a boy of few words.

he was taught to hunt and defend himself as they weren't near any sort of real town and they didn't have things like tvs or basic coking utensils even? so they had to hunt and fight for their food. mo /hated/ it. he learned archery from a young age and became exceptionally skilled, but he never liked to kill for his food as it didn't feel right. so when he was a little older he started trying to find new ways to feed himself through plants and stuff? he wasn't very clever though so a lot of plants that he picked and whatnot were really dangerous and he got really poorly for a while and was kinda scolded for it and had to revert back to the ways he was taught.

he's a scrappy fighter even though he can stand up for himself and fight there's nothing clean or proper or educated about his techniques in fighting cos it's all based on the hunting and everything hes had to do to stay alive??? so he's a proper savage if he's ever in a fight lmao

he loves animals so much though? he doesn't wanna hurt them cos when you grow up with mostly animals for company they become your family and he works to protect them, not harm them??? he used to put himself in danger a lot by going days w/o eating cos he would just refuse to kill for his food.

he doesn't rly know how to harness and express his emotions cos he's never been taught real, human behaviour? he's never had any basis to learn from either. so he's got no concept of social norms and ordinary behaviour?

he spent all his life just like climbing trees and swinging from branches w the monkeys and drinking from the lakes w elephants and integrating himself w the animals rather than the few humans he Did know?

when he was 15 their little 'village' if u will was raided and uncovered??? and essentially i've not like delved too far into this aspect but bc it was kinda an uncivilised and unethical way of living they were all brought back to civilisation and The Real World, but mo especially bc he was so young he was put into foster care by the system? given this new life and stuff. they tried to track his parents family based on the lil bits he Did have but to no avail.

he was thrown into this big scary world that he didn't understand with cars and boats and plains and television and aksjdlkasjd it was kinda scary for him cos he Knew Of these things but he'd never rly been in big cities surrounded by skyscrapers and stuff? and now that he's that bit older he's growing and learning things but it's still scary. foster families were always sending him back into the system cos they didn't want him? they didn't wanna deal w him and his tantrums and his way of life. he's always walking around barefoot w/o a t-shirt on and raking mud through the house and doing as he pleases and eating w his hands and has no manners or anything aklsjdkalsjd

he's still really into archery and now that he's a bit older and integrated into society he knows what like veganism is and stuff? so he shoots and stuff but never Hunts? and he's a strict vegan just bc that's what He wants and stuff? but he's not like preachy or anything like when people ask him Why he's like 'i don't like tearing animals limb for limb' and they're like UH???? ME NEITHER???? U GOOD????????? lmao but.

anyways!!!!!! being in the real world was scary and he'd never seen a girl before (aside from his mum) SO EMOTIONS RAN HIGH AND WERE CONFUSING AND!!!!!!! so he was just like ok!!!! SCARY!!! but nobody would ever go near him cos they thought he was rabid or some sort of wild animal and they were kinda frightened of him and people picked on him and he was treated like a weirdo to the point he was pulled from school and underwent like private classes and stuff. which for him was kinda weird and confusing cos he was once again being taken away from like civilisation and people after getting used to it to a degree? but yup.

he's quite playful and carefree but he's dead stubborn? dead mischievous and likes playing tricks on people but that requires having friends to trick lmao. and he's got a bit of a temper and can be easily stressed out and gets dead anxious and nervous in loud and crowded spaces sometimes? like really claustrophobic. he's so used to following his own rules too sometimes it's hard to adapt and he attaches himself to soft people who don't treat him like smth of a pariah and don't cringe away from him but he never rly meets people like that so it's not easy???

but the basic human kindness shown to him and he'll attach himself to you and he gets really overprotective and if he sees someone messing with someone he cares for he just Loses His Shit? like he's got a temper and he's not been taught to reign it in and he hates cruel people?? so one time for example he had a foster dad who was abusive and he straight up attacked him and punched him in the face in defence of himself and his foster siblings and he was sent back into the system for it even tho he thought he was doing the right thing? he's tamed to an extent and learned since but he's still a bit wild u know?? one step at a time and all that

but he loves singing at the top of his lungs no matter how bad and dancing barefoot through the woods and doing as he pleases and he's found music really calming so when he was first introduced to like, an ipod and earphones and stuff it was such a marvel for him and he found that just plugging earphones in helps him quiet all the other sounds and calm him down :)

he wants to explore and travel some day just like his parents did cos he does sorta miss the wild and stuff but he doesn't think he's got the social etiquette or common sense of even the intelligence to ever make smth of himself cos of the life he's lead

anyways he's now in cherry grove? essentially he was tracked down by his parents family and he's just been moved to cg to live with his aunt and her husband and it's all scary cos they're Family but he doesn't Know Them and he's in a new place with new people and ahhh!!!! SCARY BIG WORLD !!!! so ya lol there's more on him but my hands are cramping up if we're being honest
