If only someone could understand people with insomnia, im so frustreated bc today i miss a class just because of it and now im grounded.

the insomnia is a very common sleep disorder that can make it diffucult to fall asleep or stay asleep. it also causes you to wake up too early and not be able to go back to sleep, you may also feel tired when you wake up.

insomnia can drain your energy level and affect your mood, also affects your health, work and quality of life.

Remeber that is a disorder, is not your fault.
