Hazbin Hotel - Signs they Got a Crush: Vees DLC

I wrote two of these characters along with the original post then just went 'ah fuck it' and decided to make a Vee dedicated post. So here are some dumb headcanons about how Valentino, Velvette, and Vox act when they start getting crushes.

Valentino also falls into the 'not subtle' category. Not like he actually tries or anything. As far as he is concerned, its just a matter of time before you like him, if you don't already.

What little concept of personal space Valentino had goes right out the window. Your space is his space now.

Constantly has one of his hands on your shoulder, an arm wrapped around your shoulders or waist, or is just generally circling you like a predator. If for some reason he can't touch you, he sure as heck isn't leaving your personal bubble.

When you sit down, Valentino sits right next to you, with your sides/hips touching. That is, if he isn't just pulling you to sit in his lap instead. Thinks his lap is the best throne in the land and is always patting a hand on his thigh, offering for you to sit there.

The other thing Valentino does constantly, regardless of if you accept or not (or even if your comfortable with it), is ask you to come "supervise" his porn shoots.

You get the feeling its less 'supervision', and more he wants you to be there for him to tease and/or use as a toy during said shoot.

If you actually work in the porn industry, Valentino will say the reason he wants you to be there is so you can help him 'teach' some of his actors. If your not in the porn industry, Valentino will say he just wants some 'outsider' perspective on his films. Its all bullshit obviously. Valentino just wants you in his lap looking pretty while his dick is hard.

The other big thing (which I've mentioned before but its just a hard headcanon of mine okay), is that Valentino starts sweet talking you in Spanish. When he gets comfortable with someone, it just becomes natural for him to start slipping back into his native language.

Most of the time, its Valentino just mumbling something teasing under his breathe in a language you cant even understand. Other times he is a bit bolder and will whisper something absolutely nasty in your ear. You have no idea what he actually said, but Valentino's tone and proceeding chuckle definitely made you shiver.

Valentino will also start using more casual petnames like cariño (darling, sweetie) or gatito/gatita (kitten) when talking to you. Valentino is very partial to using these types of names with those who he endears in general. If your wondering, yes; he has called Vox 'my gatito' before.

She talks about you. Alot. Velvette won't even realize when this starts to become a habit. She just... kinda does it. Velvette will just randomly bring you up in conversation and things will constantly remind her of you. You two dont even have to interact much and Velvette will still find ways to tell stories about you.

This is why everyone is going to know about her little crush before you do. Velvette hardly praises anyone, not even the other Vees. So her talking about you like you two are besties makes everyone turn their heads.

This one might seem condescending at first, but trust me, its just Velvette not knowing how to flirt to save her life. Velvette will start complimenting you but at the same time trying to fix you. So it comes across as some weird backhanded compliment.

Some examples of what Velvette will say when she sees you: 🎀 "Oh! Your hair is SO on point today, darling! Hmm... You know what outfit I think would look even better with it?" 🎀 "That is SUCH a cute hairpin. And EARRINGS!! But--uh. Huh. I think a lower necklace would look better, don't you?" 🎀 "That jacket really suits you! But you need a little something to bring out your eyes... Your eyes always shine when you have something blue on ya."

Stalks you on social media. Kind of a given. Velvette tries to be super careful about it and not give herself away since she is literally the social media queen. She is too scared to actually tag you in anything but will comment on your posts once and awhile.

Velvette will also go through your entire timeline by the way. The moment you start to suspect something is up is when Velvette accidentally likes a post from 5 years ago.

Or it happens when the two of you are talking one day and Velvette references a post you made as if it just happened. You give her a weird look and tell her that post was from like, three years ago. Velvette's normally blasé demeanor cracks and she has to excuse herself to go scream.

If your also a social media person or creative in anyway, Velvette will ask for your feedback constantly. She will send you drafts of her posts before they go live and ask what you think. If Velvette is feeling particularly brave (or is drunk enough), she might send you a fake thirst trap post for some ""feedback"". ¬‿¬

She will use you alot for brainstorming, particularly at night or when she is drunk. Velvette will just text you a bunch of raw, unfiltered ideas for posts or new design ideas. It doesn't even matter if you respond. You'll just wake up some mornings with 100+ unread messages. Yes; Velvette does expect you to go through all of them and tell her what you like and don't like.

I think, deep down, Velvette wants a s/o who isn't just a romantic partner, but a business one too. A real partner in crime if you will. So her constantly throwing ideas at you and asking for feedback is her way of testing you. Seeing if you can match her creativity and energy.

SUMMERY: 🎀 Brings you up in casual conversations with other people. Constantly gets reminded of you. 🎀 Gives you compliments; but tries to fix you at the same time 🎀 Stalks you on social media. Vox ₊˚ ‿︵୨୧

Honestly? The most surefire way you can tell Vox cares about you is that he makes room in his schedule for you. I'm not even talking just in a romantic sense here. If Vox cares about you at all, he will find time for you. Otherwise he will just be like 'I'm busy, shove it'.

The way you know if you've gone from a person in Vox's life that he values to him actually being head over heels for you, is if you suddenly are more important then his schedule.

When you text him 'are you busy?', instead of him asking why and seeing if he can fit you in somewhere, Vox just fucking drops everything, rushes over to you, and asks what you need.

Mr. ""Progressive"" here has no idea how modern flirting works. So he defaults to what he knows; old school 50s courting. Which honestly results in him desperately pining more then anything.

Jumps at the chance to pay for anything and insists on it. This is mostly due to residual toxic masculinity from the 50s. Back then the man always paid for everything and the biggest asset in dating was your ability to take care of a partner (aka, money).

So yeah. Vox is going to pay for everything and is going to use every opportunity he can to flex his wealth. While this behavior comes across very differently in todays culture, in Vox's head he is basically going 'I can take care of you so hard baby (｡•̀ᴗ-)✧'

Takes any opportunity to be around you. Even if you two don't talk much (or at all), just being in your orbit is enough for him. Watches you from afar and takes mental notes of everything. Especially what makes you laugh. Vox swears that when he hears you laugh, he starts glitching out.

He also loves to see you working. Vox thinks your concentrated face is absolutely adorable. He will often opt to just watch from afar instead of approaching you and interrupting what your doing.

You know how I mentioned Vox notices everything? I mean it. He is hyperaware when it comes to someone he is crushing on. You will casually mention a show you like one time and Vox will bring it up again months later when he finally found the time to watch it.

In my opinion, this is the biggest, most glaring flag that is going to tip you off that Vox has feelings for you. Because it will just throw you for a loop sometimes. Vox will get you something in your favorite color, he shows up with your favorite drink, or the perfect coffee, and you don't even remember telling him that information.

So you side-eye him and ask how he knew the exact way you liked your coffee. Vox starts sweating bullets and lies that you two had a conversation about the 'proper' way to drink coffee. See, he remembers it specifically because he thought it was hilarious; its not surprising you don't remember it! It wasn't actually that special...

Of course, Vox is way too embarrassed to tell you that the real reason he knew the way you liked your coffee is because he remembered your exact order from the one time you two got coffee together weeks ago.

Vox is honestly just a puppydog when he is crushing. He really wants your attention but has no idea how to actually get it without fucking it up. And he is so afraid of fucking it up.

SUMMERY: 📺 Sets his entire schedule on fire if you need him 📺 Spends money like its water. Never brings up you paying him back or the cost of anything unless its to tell you not to worry about it. 📺 Always seems to be around you. Watches you from afar 📺 Remembers everything; notices small details about you

It's 3 am. I can't sleep. And I'm still a little drunk so I'm going to word vomit into the void about Last Night in Soho.

I absolutely adore this movie. The acting, the directing, the cinematography, the themes- it's all fantastic! ... except for the character John. And this has nothing to do with the actor portraying him but John's place in the narrative as friend/romantic interest to Ellie while being a foil to Sandie's own "Johns".

Ellie's John is everything Sandie's aren't: kind (apologizing for taking her coke and offering to give it back, saving a seat for her in class, checking up on her through the semester), respectful (of her boundaries and her passion and personhood), supportive (showing up for her exhibition), and helpful (offering to look for Sandie in missing person cases and moving her out of her apartment at the end of the movie). Even Sandie - the character who hated men most - pardons him and absolves him of any perceived wrong doing, "Save the boy downstairs"; although just minutes ago she stabbed him in the gut and left him for dead.

Unfortunately, it reads alot like "Not all men!! ☝️"

For a movie to be so focused on the relationship between two women and one of them understanding the other as if she was herself, the crux of the film, the resolution of it is Sandie saying "You can't save me, it's too late for me. Save yourself. Save the boy downstairs." And it's only then that Ellie goes to safety, she saved herself to save a man.

It's frustrating.

It's also frustrating that any other girl around Ellie's age is vapid and facetious "So brave ❤️" or an insecure bully dragging people down. Of course, this serves to make Ellie's attachment to Sandie stronger but writing John as a woman without romantic connotations would not stop her from being starstruck by Sandie. It would only highlight the sisterhood theme.

Sandie saying, "Save the girl downstairs" would make way way more sense for her character, Ellie's character, and the themes.

You can still have Ellie bring home someone near Halloween and still have his name be John and still have him respect her boundaries when the vision bleeds into reality.

Gotta keep in mind that this would edge itself closer into the black best friend being a prop/support for the main white character without being afforded their own personhood cliché, but that could be easily circumvented with decent writing.

Overall, it would tighten the film's message of sisterhood, women supporting women, and advocating for each other. This film is at its best when Ellie is showing kindness to Sandie by pulling the blanket over her feet. Her being protective over Sandie by shouting, "She said no!" Trying to hug her and show her she isn't alone. Her hugging Alexandra and seeing Sandie. Her refusing the Johns' their revenge. By taking Sandie's side time and time again. And Alexandra asking Ellie after the dance when her John left, "Did he hurt you?" As if she would hobble down the street that very second with a knife to track him down.

Another girl must not suffer in that room. Not under that roof. Not in the whole damn world. Not if Sandie or Ellie or I have anything to say about it.

I know that I haven't talked about this show on here alot, but I feel like the original run/canon of Dr. Crafty, even after being canned, still has its own charm. And while his artistic work has been slower now due to him being a streamer, Crafty is still a pretty good artist and character designer. What I'm going for here is going over the main Dr. Crafty cast, sharing my thoughts about 'em. I have some personal thoughts on especially a few of these peeps, and it'll show as we go on. With that said, let's get Crafty.

(WARNING; Spoilers for Dr. Crafty are gonna be brought up alot. If you haven't seen this show, check it out)

Given how they were the main duo of the series, along with being at the center of its conflicts, I wanna start with Dr. Crafty and Nurse Worse. The chemistry (Pun not intended, I swear) between these two easily makes for some of the best character interactions in the show. Between the light banter they had in Season 1, and the more serious bits of personal trauma and flaws that the show in later seasons (Crafty and his past with Sasha and how it's negatively affected him after she left, and Nurse's trauma from Mindstein), they're some of its more fleshed-out characters. If there's anything that might be considered a flaw, the show ending so soon means that these characters aren't gonna have their arcs completed. As someone who stuck around in the show's early years, that kinda blows. And as much as I understand why the series ended the way that it did (The show being too expensive for more episodes to get made, along with the voice actors moving on to other projects), I feel like something could've been added for these peeps.

As for the main duo themselves, I feel like Crafty is a very good mix of funny and complex, and Nurse serves as a good co-host-type of character. As someone who's a big monster geek, I can really get behind the idea of a mad scientist and a cute Frankenstein girl running a web show together. Overall, Crafty and Nurse are a nice duo of protagonists.

Out of the show's roster of co-hosts, Pepper is the one that I have the most to say about. Between both of her designs (The one that was used for the show, along with the recently revamped one made by Blue-Paint-Sea, Pepper and Pickles' creator), they both do an amazing job showing off this gal's traits. A gentle giant, BBW octopus lady who's also a chef and has an air-breathing sea cucumber as a lil' buddy is a pretty out-of-the-box idea, but it works so well. Pepper is basically the biggest sweetheart of the cast, and her mannerisms, looks, and personality all help with that aspect. And while he's only one part of this duo, Pickles himself makes for a interesting character in his own right, with part of his charm due to how there's no other character in the main cast who's similar to him.

If there's any aspect that these two that I love the most, it's how even after Dr. Crafty as a show has ended, they're still around! Due to how Pepper and Pickles also fit in as characters made by the aforementioned Blue-Paint-Sea, they're still gonna be around as part of their own story. If you haven't seen Blue's work already, I highly recommend it, especially if you're a huge fan of Banjo-Kazooie.

Debuting alongside Pepper and Pickles in the same year, Messibelle was the third co-host to join the cast. While I don't have nearly as much to say about her as I've had for Pepper, Messi herself is still a fun character to talk about. Similar to other characters in this series, Messi's very concept is one that's rather unique. A lesbian slime maid who's thirsty as all hell is a fun character concept that the shows goes all-out on showing off. Her being the youngest out the bunch is another aspect to Messi's character that's shown off pretty well, as well as technically being Crafty's daughter due to how he himself was responsible for creating her after dumping a bunch of cleaning products down the sink.

Aside from how she's changed and matured as a character in the later seasons due to how some people had a problem with how she was written early on, my final note for Messi is how she was voiced by the incredibly talented Toxicsoul77, who appears to be one of my favorite online artists. The woman has plenty of talent when it comes to these sorts of things, and it definitely showed here.

For what I've got to say on Crystelle, I feel like she's a fun character that didn't get enough spotlight due to the show being canned. Don't get me wrong, she's had a good amount of moments ever since she was introduced in Season 3, but part of me feels like if there was a chance to fully flesh her story out alongside everyone else, it should've been taken advantage of. Aside from that, Crystelle's design is one of the best and most creative out of the entire cast. A fortune teller is one thing, but having their own head be a crystal ball is a very neat idea that I don't think I've seen elsewhere. Aside from that, the Questionable Qloest spinoff is my personal favorite of the main show and its various spinoffs. There's just something so chill and calm about it that I very much like, as Crystelle is not only the perfect host for a show like it, it plays a big part of this show by sharing out bits and pieces of lore about the greater Crafty universe as a whole. It's sweet, I like it.

I honestly feel like Stylene was the character that was done the dirtiest by the show's cancelation. I'm not saying that it was the show runners' fault for this, I'm just saying that they were cooking for this witch is gonna be banging. Even with how her story is gonna remain unfinished, Stylene herself was still a pretty dynamic character. And as someone who likes redesigns of characters, she basically speaks to me on a personal level, considering that's basically what her spin-off show was all 'bout.

As for what else I could say about Stylene? Well, it's my personal headcanon that she's definitely gay on some level. Probably bi, if we're honest. This woman is the pure definition of be gay, do crime.

Now that the Crafty Crew's taken care of, we can move on to essentially my favorite character of this entire show. Sasha is absolutely GREAT, y'all, and it kinda feels like she would’ve been the type of character to get popular onto her. Not only is this a very effective design for a cosmic horror, nor how she's adorable in both of her forms, how she's written very well as a character that plays in a huge part in Crafty's past, has gotten plenty of character development, or how she fits well with the other characters she's on screen with personally (Including a certain hunchback old lady(?) that we'll get to shortly)... she's just that versatile as a character in her own right. There's basically two sides of Sasha that perfectly capture what I'm trying to say here...

(Remember, these two designs are from the same exact character. One side is a terrifying eldritch abomination capable of permanently erasing you from existence if she wanted to, and the other is a goofy, lovable nerd)

If I can be real here, I honestly feel like gushing about Sasha on here is something that should happen more. This absolute goof of a lovecraftian horror is one of my personal favorite characters in fiction, and she deserves alot more love these days. The last thing that I wanna say about this woman for now is if there was some sort of way to easily deal with the whole conflict of who Crafty eventually falls in love with... Have him, Nurse, and Sasha be in a polycule together. Nurse has been hinted to be bisexual alot in the show, and she even blushed upon seeing Sasha in her human form for the first time, so it wouldn't be too much of a stretch to be into both Crafty and Sasha. And Sasha would feel like she would be absolutely bi. Again, alongside Messi being a lesbian and Pepper being grey-asexual, the other Dr. Crafty characters would certainly fit with the IGBTQ+ community.

What I'm trying to say here is this: let Sasha be gay, dammit.

Regarding my feelings about Mindstein.... Well, in my very humble opinion, Mindstein is kind of a mixed bag, if I'm really being honest. On one hand, she's got quite a bit going for her; Pretty good design that highlights her personality well, Oliva Steele doing a great job with her voice, as she's a horror buff, and being very horrifying as an irredeemable monster. On the other hand, however, I feel like she could've had more as a character. I'm not saying that she shouldn't be as much of a bloodthirsty, power-hungry psychopath that revels in the chaos and terror that she causes, as she was in the show whenever she showed up. All I'm saying is she should've been a bit more comedic, if that makes sense for this lady.

I get that this lady came about in the first place as a potshot towards White Diamond and how the show that she came from literally had no problem with redeeming a literal dictator, but I feel like Mindstein had a sort of weird silliness that could've been taken advantage of. With a name like DR. MINDSTEIN., that would definitely be the moniker of a villain who's both funny and threatening at the same time (Think something like Jack Horner, but a mad scientist lady). If it was possible, I feel like making this blue-brained bitch a complete nutcase and girlfailure who's absolutely petty as all hell would've been very fun. Have this woman be annoying the ever-living hell out of her victims as torture, getting into the most petty arguments imaginable on purpose, get herself into trouble when her plans blow up right in her face, and having Screw drag her out of it, much to her chagrin, go into mad fits of insane-induced laughter, taking the chance to toy with her victims personally for pranks while not working on her evil plans, and just being an absolute bratty gremlin to deal with, all while keeping her power-hungry motivations and sadistic tendencies. This would also fit in with being a sort of dark foil to Crafty. She's absolutely rotten to the core, she shouldn't be trusted anywhere near divine artifacts, she's in possession of far too many needles, she probably has rabies (and probably more than happy to bite you to get you infested), she knows she's the most insufferable bitch on the place...

And she's very proud of it.

Getting a legacy is only second to her biggest drive in life; Being an absolute troll.

To be honest, I don't have alot to say about either Screw or Metal Crafty. I like how Screw had a redemption arc planned for her after Season 4 (Sadly, due to how the show's canceled, we'll never see it happen), and it's been revealed she herself secretly planned the coordinates for UA High when punching Crafty off into the distance, ensuring that he'll find help in wherever she sent him to. Again, going back to the dark foil thing a bit, Screw would absolutely be tired of her master/mother's bullshit.

As for Metal? I'm really gonna be honest, outside of him being introduced in a few Sonic-based episode to highlight Mindstein fucking with the Crafty Crew, he really doesn't have alot going for him. Again, maybe that could've turned out differently for him had the show continued, but that's just how the ol' ball bounces. Also, the guy who voiced him was uncredited due to how he was caught being a transphobe, getting fired in the process. Thought that would be something to point out.

What was originally a running gag character, Disgustilda has gone to be hinted to be alot more important to the show's plot than she was letting on. Yeah, she's definitely a buffoon, but given what was planned for her later on if the show didn't end, you'd be very surprised.

See this? The suspiciously-looking Infinia-like abomination that briefly appeared at the end of Season 4's Sonic Month? The original plan, according to the show's What Could Have Been page on TV Tropes, was to not only reveal that Disgustilda was an Infinia. Get this.

DISGUSTILDA IS SASHA'S MOM

I have no idea what would've happened if the show fully revealed this twist, but whatever it could've been, it could've been a McFuckin' spectacle. Given how the castle that the Crafty Crew lived in was revealed to be hers, Disgustilda already had alot layer of plot brilliance to her. I can see her both helping Sasha with expressing her feelings and wanting to make up to Crafty for leaving him behind in the past (along with having her ask Nurse out), but also smacking the ever-living hell out of Mindstein when her full form was revealed.

All and all, Dr. Crafty was a crazy experience to someone like me, and I feel like it certainly fits the confines of this blog well. While Crafty himself has moved on to his V-tuber career (hope that goes very well for him), I wanted do justice to the original show's canon and characters by talking about them. If you haven't seen this show on Youtube, give it a watch.

Still tho, Crafty, Nurse, and Sasha should've been in a polycule. They deserve each other, dammit.

Without forgetting that when Loki says the famous “for you”, Sylvie inhales suddenly and loudly. A somewhat unnecessary reaction, if it is not to underline something a little more special coming from the character, other than simply understanding that Loki sacrifices himself for the multiverse, since she literally verbalizes this famous understanding in the seconds that follow.

Also, it would be a little weird if Loki said "for you" in the plural, and then said "for all of us". It's quite repetitive and I feel like no one talks like that. It's as if Loki said "For all of you. For all of us." And it wouldn't make sense for "for you" to be as much for Mobius as Sylvie, therefore the equivalent of "For both of you. For all of us." Since Mobius is not considered at all in the same way as Sylvie in the framing, or he is withdrawn and in the shadows. The image suggests that Loki is looking at Sylvie and the dialogue echoing old conversations they had allows the viewer to understand that he is talking to Sylvie. But I think it's pretty obvious that Sylvie understands it too. Because if he looked at her as the image suggests, there's no reason for her to think he's talking to her as much as he is to Mobius. And once again, the plural "for you" would be the equivalent of saying "For all of you. For all of us." Which is… a bit stupid? Again… Nobody talks like that?

Just my opinion.

Yeah I agree with all of this. To me the only way it makes sense is if the 'for you' is directed solely at Sylvie, there's just too much to signify that it was to her, the parallel to the thor movie where the line was first said, with the 'for you' being directed at a singular person and the 'for all of us' directed at everyone else. The fact that it is a follow on from conversations he had with Sylvie alone and the fact that Sylvie is front and centre in that scene.

I see alot of arguments saying that well why would mobius be there if it wasn't directed at them both. My answer to this would be because he is still an important person in Loki's life. Personally I see Loki, Sylvie and Mobius as the main trio of the show, the three main characters. Loki is the centre and then you have, Sylvie the love and Mobius the best friend, both are equally important and so it was important that both be there in this final moment as Loki had this self discovery about who he really wanted to be and when he made this sacrifice. But that doesn't automatically mean that the 'for you' was directed at both of them. In the same way that both Odin and Thor are important people in Loki's life and they were both there the first time he said that line but there is still no arguing that the 'for you' in that moment was directed only at his father and not also at thor.

To me it just isn't a very logical argument to say that it has to be directed at both simply because they were both there. Whilst both relationships are important that doesn't mean that every meaningful line or act Loki does has to be directed at both all the time. And as you said if it was directed at both its him basically saying 'for all of you, for all of us' which doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

But who knows maybe it was directed at both of them, I don't personally think it was, but who knows what goes on in the writers/producers/actors' heads unless they explicitly tell us, that might be the only way we'll know for sure. Or maybe there's a language out there where there is a different word for a plural you and a singular you and we can check the subtitles? I don't know on that one though. Although thinking about it some more another way it could be cleared up is if they decided to do a novelisation of season 2 like they did season 1 so we can see exactly what loki was thinking in that moment, maybe that would clear up any confusion. But for now I'm choosing to see it as the 'for you' was directed at solely Sylvie and unless I see some concrete prove to suggest otherwise that's what I'm sticking with.

okay so @stickers-on-a-laptop was posting about Airi age on the kamen rider wiki it says 22 but it doesnt feel right to the character

And on toei website its the same

So here why toei lied on their website and clearly made airi older then oringally thoug. like the actress was 22 when the show started then turn 23 a month later but weve seen actors who play both character much older and much younger then their age.

A good place to start the debunking is with the Ore Tanjou movie where at the end we see the Nogamis when Ryotaro was first born. and the kid playing Airi clearly isnt 4 its pretty ovious from her face and her height she probably more around 6 or 7

but in the show Airi doesnt really Act like shes 22 I guess we could say this with traum of having to grow up without her parents but we dont need to bring that up. but she was gonna get married to Yuuto not many 22 year olds really think about marriage and when you look at past man yuuto hes clearly like a guy almost in his 30 everytime they show a scene with him he dressing old and then theres this guy in episode 31 and 32 who said he met airi when she was studying coffee two years before

this guys also alot older hes like a bank guy so clearly like in his 30s as well and there much talk about him being to old for Airi which like if she was 22 youd think there would be.

another thing I wanted to bring up with this that she doesnt dress like shes 22 maybe she just got an old style even in this flash back which suppose to be set Ryotaro first year of high school in 2004 she dresses alot older then a 19 year would

she really is just more played like a character in her late 20s I dont think she was written to be 22 even if toei wants to say she is.

Piofiore Fated Memories Gilbert Redford Review

Ok so it has been long overdue I have wanted to play Gilberts route from the very start actually he is the reason I bought the game. Not only does the whole eye patch thing remind me of a pirate which is so hot to me but also the fact that the same voice actor of my beloved Impey Barbicane from Code Realize: Showtaro Morikubo. I love this man's voice and how he talks something about him is comforting. Then when I got the game I was upset I had to play everyone before unlocking him. Now don't get me wrong I am glad I got both Dante & Nicola's routes though or I would love my sweet Dante so much if not. However I still wanted to see how Gil was. So in Orlok's route he is kind of a dick but outside of that in all the routes for the most part that I have seen Gilbert he is actually a decent guy.

Now going into his route which weirdly enough starts off super early right after the prologue not delayed several chapters like all the ones before. Also the moment you meet Gil is after he pays off some dudes to leave you and this feisty little homeless kid alone. Like you can tell not only does he love people of the city but he even loves kids as well as of course women. He is very chivalrous as well as very charismatic. Everyone loves him and you see it with the way people address him when he walks through town. Its not even unheard of for people to flirt with him and him flirt back yet somehow he does it in away that I don't doesn't spark a jealousy way. Like if I was in the situation I think it might be a bit different but like he doesn't flirt with just anyone its people he knows and like alot are older women and he will talk about how they are sure to win any man over etc. The point being is he is a sweet talker.

When Liliana has to stay with him to be protected he jumps right into telling Oliver he is gonna take her on a date the next day and then he tells people through town she is his girlfriend and that its fate they met. Its funny because the moment he gets a chance he apologizes for it which is funny cause you might think he is kind of a ladies man since he even tells you in the beginning however his gentleman side of him says other wise. Like he even tells you that you don't have to be his girlfriend but it might be a easier way to keep her protected. Then this man who isn't even love with her yet takes her on a shopping spree buying her pretty accessories and pretty clothing that he chooses out as well as some she does. He takes her for a walk near the beach and gets gelato for them. Then out of nowhere he says he wants to taste hers and takes a bit of hers. It was so intimate and sweet and it did what it was supposed to. It left her heart fluttering and her mesmerized by his lips so close to hers. Like Gil is the kind of guy that will pull you in without trying.

I feel like he has a gentleman meets prince charming with a bit of roughness to him that is how he comes off to me. He also takes you on another date and tells you that you should wear one he picked you out. Its funny cause he is respectful and apologizes and takes your hand and asks things about some stuff others his dominance shines through and its so damn hot. Like even how he pays attention to the wording when he says things is enough to make you melt. Gil is the kind of guy who could leave you turned on even when you weren't expecting to be. He is super protective and honestly its not hard to feel safe with him its just how he makes you feel. Its funny cause at the beginning of your route Henri asks you on a date and he is so sweet and timid its such a big difference in how Gil is. I love that Gil is sweet and sometimes a bit over the top he reminds me alot of Ikki in Amnesia at times. However I know my weakness is the guys like Dante and from what looks like might be Henri. I would say Gil is very flirty but unlike Nicola the gentleman side with suave to go with it and you can tell he is a more mature man makes him so well rounded. He is the guy that will open doors for a woman or pull her chair out thats for sure.

I was surprised when I heard Gilbert say he was born in America who knows maybe thats why he is more outspoken and charismatic I don't know guess that explains why he doesn't have an Italian name even though he is Italian. He has a strong sense of justice which I so respect about him like he may be the head of the mafia but if sees someone being bullied or hurt he will knock the hell out of them. He doesn't believe in hitting women or children which I can completely respect and say its another thing I love about him. He is such a protector and as time went on I loved Gil more. There is one point where a man tries to grab Liliana and won't take no for a answer and Gil steps in pulling her to him and putting this man straight with a cold stare and lines any woman would want to hear. I think this was the moment his personality of being too much for me with his charm changed. I realized not only is Gil a good guy but he is a good guy with Liliana as well as stands up for women and children.

When he gets excited over something he loves he is plain adorable. Like he gets some new guns from America and he sounded like a kid on Christmas morning. I love how mature this man is though like even when he realizes he is in love with Liliana he doesn't make it about him, he struggles but he waits until she comes to him. Then he tells her how he feels and how he has felt. He has such a big heart when Luca was sick and they thought dying it hurt him and thats what makes Gil like the best daddy material for sure out of all the other men in the game. I love his suaveness in telling Lili after everything goes down he wants to show her in the bedroom how much he really loves her cause just a kiss isn't enough he said. Ha that was a awesome way to get into someone's pants I swear leave it to Gil...lol.

In the end I really enjoyed Gil himself maybe not as much the route though I felt like his story was dragging and stale so to say. Like it took me several times to come back to finish his story because sometimes he was too charismatic for me but also cause the story about counterfeit money just dragged on. Wasn't even interesting at all until chapter 6. I will say with this route again Nicola dies you don't see it happen and although behind closed doors Dante is losing it he holds his ground to Gil and promises to help him even though Gil being the kind a guy he is tells him if he needs to bow out he understands. This is something I like about Gil he knows the people that he loyal to he would do anything for so he understands Dante more from that perspective than most. Although not gonna say they are best friends but I truly thing Gil respects him as Dante does Gil. Another thing I wasn't expecting is Leo for the first time you see him more aggressive and standing up for the family and Gil in the observers that are working for a boss to frame Gil. Not gonna lie the aggressiveness is kinda hot on him.

I didn't like the whole confrontation with the direttore especially when Gil was so caught up with catching him that he left Lili behind in the burning building which comes back to my sweet Dante being the one that actually saved her. However I love that Lili had no problem calling him out on leaving her later and told him she was mad at him. Thought it was funny that Gil does get jealous but he tells Luca that Lili is his girl and Luca laughs it off too damn funny. At the last part you see how dark the direttore is and how he hates this town its so surprising that this man is Henri like literally sweet Henri you start off meeting him. Gil is old fashioned and although I would have loved to see him propose I think thats the different between him and Dante for me.

Dante hides his emotion cause he was told to but when he falls for someone thats it she is his everything and he would burn the world to be there and prove it. So at the end of his route when he proposes it felt right. With Gil his old fashioned ways he tells her he likes her and she says the same and he tells her he doesn't want to push her since she is just figured her feelings out. She even moved back to the church after which dumbfounded me. Worst part is this is how the best ending ended. It was nice how they tried to say all the mafia families could coexist and get along. After everything ended was awhile before Gil had time to go see her at the church which is why I thought it stupid for her to go back. Then after all this time he puts her in a fancy dress and you think its gonna be a romantic date instead he takes her to a hotel and tells her he just wanted to take off that dress because he loved it on her.

I mean he did end up asking her to live with him in the process of getting ready to make love to her. I don't know this left a bad taste in my mouth I honestly thought he was more of a gentleman I mean guess I always knew with the flirtiness but even Nicola didn't jump right away to that when everything was over. I don't know I would say as of right not to me its still Dante, Nicola, then Gil but thats only cause I dislike Yang and Orlok. I guess after the whole route him being like a prince charming I thought he would propose or something romantic not just here's a dress I want to take off you then lets fuck it burnt my ass.

In the good route they let Dante believe that Nicola was still alive and he was hunting to find him. The direttore gets away on this route and not caught. But Gil willing to help him look was honorable. The good ending is Gil wants to go back to America where he is from and take her with him but it will be later future after he helps Dante. Kinda lame ending and Luca gave her a bouquet a flowers but Gil didn't least he was more of a gentleman in this route and didn't jump right to the bedroom.

One of the bad routes I swear to god Oliver is hitting on Lili after Gil and her confessed to liking each other. Then a bad ending he forced himself on her granted she decided to give in but technically he was drunk and he still pushed himself on her thats called rape. This I did not expect from Gil its funny seems all the guys and least most the guys in a bad route rape her. I'm jsut glad they don't go heavy into it cause I hate seeing that shit. He was also guilty in court as well as police beat the hell out of him. This is the only route I ever saw Orlok die that was one thing that amazed me but only on a bad route. Also he breaks up with her goes on the run and breaks her heart. His bad routes were something else thats for sure. It bout broke me when he told her he wanted her but couldn't be with her because he had lost everyone, its weird its easy to forget him pushing himself on her for a moment cause his pain but maybe that was his karma in that route.

Overall Gilbert isn't horrible and I really hope he is better in 1926 but he just wasn't as great as I thought. I bought the game for him yet fell in love with Dante instead go figure lol.

How do you feel about the new voice actors for Camp Camp?

I...Really don't like them. Like Gwen, I don't know why the voice actor left, I know they say that the three got replaced for representation, but replacing Gwen makes LITERALLY NO SENSE since she's not even going to be in the new season!

And then for Max, I get it, again representation, but he's already such a character. Plus, Micheal still works for Rooster Teeth, so I feel like it would have worked better if he had at least done this episode, and THEN got replaced for the next season if they really had to, and they could say he went through puberty or something.

Nerris I can't really tell because she hardly spoke, but another issue I have with Gwen and Max's voice actors is that they sound like robots. It's like this is their first jobs voice acting.

I think for Max it's almost definitely because the new voice actor is TRYING to sound like Micheal, like really trying.....I don't think it's working.

Thoughts?

Tldr I don't think the VAs are necessarily bad and can be judged completely soley on this episode. Max new VA could do really well if he talked faster and tried less sounding just like Michael. Gwen sometimes sounds too nice and monotonous and sometimes nails annoyed and tired w shit gwen. Nerris sound definitely different but not bad when not scratchy. Recasting for representation reason is understandable but it threw everyone off w new voices after 4 seasons of getting used to these characters.

Hmmm well first I always think most important thing of a VA is being able to be expressive as the character. And then ofc there's if you look at that character you think this VA goes well w it.

Tho think especially hard to get used to the new VA when we've heard them for 4 whole seasons. Also i think this episode writing was also kinda awkward w the way the characters speaking or not expect the characters to say. Like for max

Actually someone mentioned max is talking too slow which makes it sound more off just like w that last quote.

You know putting max at faster speed at ×1.25 he sounds good like in alot of them! I'm wondering if they slowed him down or the VA really did talk slowly; so weird (I'm not over it)

Even went back for gwen on some parts and she could also talk a lil faster to sound better.

I think for max you are in somewhat right he's trying hard to sound like max, but i think emotion wise he does have potential if he just well wasn't trying hard to mimic "usual max". You can hear it especially when max annoyed like

"Nothing, I'm having a great time"

"Neil what did she just tell you to do"

"You have no idea how depressing that is do you. Don't worry kid you'll be happy at some point"

So i think as you said if the new VA just stops trying hard to mimic Michel (probably as you said excuse w puberty) I think he'll turn out well. (And if he talked faster lol)

For gwen oddly enough tho slightly different I don't think the va necessarily bad, I think in part it's the volume, like idk her volume is oddly consistent; I want her to be louder when she's pissed lol. I'm going back and someone mentioned she's sounds "too nice" and i think ye it doesn't sound in character sometimes in the episode.

Tho if she's not coming back it is odd to recast (unless it's a trick and she is coming back lol).

Tho yes it would make sense to at least keep the old va before kicking the new season but then thinking irl it's been years and who knows what they doing.

The only reason we can see is they change for representation and not to appropriate. Alot of conterversy around this, but personally I think the VA should match w characters ethnicity. Tho it can be alot harder to do like here where you already had the va for awhile and just now changing since now expected to sound the same.

As for nerris going back she sounds soooo different. She only talked twice.

One when the trio sat w her and dolph: different but not bad. Tho not typical "nerdy/dorky" voice.

And when everyone made fun of david: that i think was trying to mimic nerris "nerdy" (?) voice which made it sound off.

SWWSDJ: Younger sibling gets to perform on Sunny Day Crew Time- Joesph x older sibling!reader

It was noisy to say the least.

Alot more nosier than you anticipated when on the set for "The Sunny Time Crew Show". Also alot more kids in attendance. Some seemed to already know the drill about getting ready for the show, sitting prim and proper, not a word falling from their mouths. Which made you wonder how the hell your brother was even able to star as the "guest show winner".

You sighed, staring at said younger sibling whom sat in the make-up chair, eyes all starry, his mouth moving a mile a minute as he exclaimed how excited he was to meet his hero. The artist attending to his face could only nod her head along, bags prominent under their eyes, as she begrudgingly listened to the "fun facts" of the show your brother rambled about. Another silent as they began to fuss with his hair, every so often speaking quietly into a walkie talkie to make sure everything was on schedule. This was just too much, but seeing as your parents had to work extra to feed the family, you let the nauseating feeling of boredom slip from your face.

"Alan, give them a break. You're mouth is wandering faster than your brain". Your voice carried a hint of sternness as Alan continued to gush about the show. His starry eyes now rolled at your request for quiet. "Sorry ugly, you didn't have to be here you know? Could've dropped me off".

Oh the throttle you wanted to ensue.

"Friggen brat", you continued to curse him in your mother tongue before leaning yourself back against the wall, arms crossed as you looked around the room.

Your eyes traveled the brightly colored walls, taking in all the colors, the hand stenciled drawings, and lingering posters that littered the walls. Until they stopped at the four giant faces that painted the back wall.

The SunnyTime Crew Show! You rolled your eyes, more reasons for your brother to gush. Starring Knackerdan Drizzle, Cloudy Belle Sue, Rory Raspberry, and Sunny Day Jack! There it was, the main reason for your sweet boredom in the TV world.

You didn't mind the show, hell the actors who played Jack and Rory were amazingly good looking plus the lessons they taught weren't half bad. Working at an after care center, all the younger kids spoke about was this funny clown on the television. Even snippets of the show seemed to somehow drift in your college courses. So, of course, you got curious. Soon as work was over, you tuned to this hit new tv show that everyone was talking about. Your brother front and center laying down infront of the small screen tv. 6:00 pm hits, its prime time hour. One click of the remote then lo and behold, The SunnyTime Crew Show pulls up. After that Alan grew obsessed with Sunny Day Jack.

"Almost finished", the make up artist chirped, a small smile gracing her lips. Your mind wandered back to reality, a brief glance to your brother refocused your thoughts. It seemed the hair stylist had finished, already working on the child in the next seat.

"Huh, not half bad." You walked towards the artist and Alan, eyes roaming his now bright sugared face. "Guess they won't have to censor your face on television".

A look of annoyance ripped through Alan's cherub face. Before he calmed back down, as the artist applied the last of the bronzer.

"You don't have to follow me, you know. The Procsd-"

"Producer", hell what type of phonics were they teaching in elementary school these days?

"The PRODUCER" he mocked in a high tone, "said you could wait on set like the other parents".

As much as you wanted to leave the spoiled terror that is your brother, you couldn't. You promised. He knew that as well, which is why the attitude hit you harder than need be. Taking a deep breath you calmly faced the make up artist. The sweetest smile, which seemed to almost dabble on maniacal, formed on your face.

"Hi sorry, but is there a bathroom I can use?"

Yea you promised, but your baby brother could eat it. You'll make it up to your parents later. As you always did.

The artist nodded, using her free hand to gesture where the bathroom was. Eyes not once leaving your brothers face, as she checked for any imperfections.

"Thanks, be good brat. I'll see you on set".

Alan waved his hand, eyes soon glittering back to stars as he thought about meeting his hero. Your presence an after thought.

Once closing the doors to the make up room, a heavy burden seemed to lift from your shoulders. "Alright, so the artist said make a right", you glanced down the hallway that was now packed with folks speed walking to and fro, the giggles and screams of children bouncing off the walls. Costumes and background props being wheeled down the hallway, a single man yelling about everything being in place and to not screw this up.

Yea screw that chaos.

"So~ left I go!".

It was easy enough, as long as you quickly got out the way of any incoming business, no one seemed to bother you. Perfect. Almost too perfect in how no one stopped you. Alrighty, speed walking it is. Door after door passed by, not one destination placed in mind. You wondered if you even looked to be a part of production, you were around the ages of some of the SunnyTime Crew, so maybe? You didn't want to dwindle on the thought, right now you needed to find a closed room to think.

This was suppose to be a big moment for your brother, your parents were adamant that you set the VCR to record his breaking moment. Something to send back home to your parent's home country. They already felt like they missed the moment once your brother was announced by Sunny Day Jack to be the winner. Stating something about how his letter being one that truly touched the clown's heart. You didn't understand it, as you were sure most kids pretty much stated the same details in their own letter.

Blah blah blah. You tuned out of the family celebration as soon as the bragging surfaced. There was only so much a first born could shoulder.

Ah, a blank door, promising. Slowing your speed, you glanced around to be sure that no one was around or at least paying attention before opening the door.

Silence, ooh and free snacks! This seemed to be some sort of break room? You couldn't tell, but the plush couch, free food, and table seemed enough to make it so. With almost a skip to your stride, you walked towards the closet seat and plopped down on the couch.

With a deep inhale, your head fell against the back of the couch. This was just...a lot. You evened your breathes, thinking back to how your parents fussed about being sure to keep an eye on Alan. You scoffed, "Alan", generic American name but your parents knew that having a more "tame" name meant that both of your lives would be a bit easier. Which even doing so, did diddily squat about that. You shook that thought from your head, the slightly forgotten donut in your hand gravitating to your lips. You took two giant bites, reducing the sugary bread to only glaze on your fingers.

Holy shit these were good. Another.

You didn't mind Alan being the spoiled child, you knew your parents loved you just as much. Just sometimes you wished you could just hang out with others your age, instead of baby sitting your brother and his friends. Which no time soon was that going to change, at least until Alan was in middle school. Both mom and dad worked back breaking hours to support the family, especially with you now going to college. You promised your father that whatever you were going to college for would be essential to the work force, but you knew just as well that he didn't care as long as you were happy. A smile filtered on your face as you took a bite of your third donut. Your family had their moment of absolute insanity, but they were all you had, and you wouldn't change it.

A few moments of silence passed as you stared at the ceiling, munching on your sixth donut before you decided it was time to go see where Alan was squandered off to.

You stood up giving a bit of a stretch, you've been gone a little bit longer then you should've. Alan must've thought you destroyed their bathroom, embarrassing him and ruining his chance of meeting Jack. Little shit. You made your way to the door, whilst grabbing another donut, if production was going to make you stand around then might as well take any free treats laying around.

Two steps from the couch, you heard voices. A mix no more than maybe four? You quelled your steps, hoping that they'd walk right past the closed door, which almost seemed like a possibility until the door handle turned.

Oh your god, you weren't suppose to be here. Production even warned you about not straying from set or the makeup room. Crap. You didn't want Alan to get kicked out of guest spot, but where the hell else were you going to go? The room besides the couch and table was completely bare. Glancing around you tried to look for something to help you out this situation, until you couldn't do anything else but stare at the door as it swung open.

"Oh! Hello?"

"Uhm are you lost?", a brunette eyebrow raised in question almost disappearing into the blue waves of hair. The hand that was holding onto the door knob, reale Jack fully stepped into the room, concern steeped in his eyes as he looked at you. He didn't seem mad, but you couldn't that the chance. You were way out of the way of ....

Modern theatre cast st au!!

Musical - Cats!!

Steve wasnt disappointed with the character he was cast with, actually he was quite exited for it, but he was a little confused.

Originally, when he and Robin came to audition into the new show Dustin was working on. (Cats) (seriously the kid was amazing at building sets and helping with the tech side of theatre aswell as offering backing vocals if needed?!) Steve had auditioned for the role of Munkustrap.

There wasnt alot for the role compared to others he had done before, the whole musical itself was basically all song and dance which was a nice change. Sure Munkustrap danced most of the songs, but Steve had trained in both ballet and contemporary since he was little (much to his fathers resentment), so the constant dancing was a fun concept!!

Plus, with Munkustrap, it was more of a singing and narration role, most of the time performing to accompany another actor. He was also a protective cat, so steve thought performing as him would be quite fitting.

When Robin finally came barreling into their shared apartment followed by thier friend Chrissy, with the letters telling them what roles they got, Steve was surprised to see that he was given the Character of 'Mr Mistoffelees/ Quaxo' the magical cat.

"I just dont get it robs... why would they give me Mistoffelees of all cats?" He wasnt unhappy, just confused, Mistoffelees was often given to more... smaller (?) male actors. Which Steve knew he wasnt that small.

"Well maybe its because your an amazing dancer who ive witnessed do like 50 pirouette in a row, AND could easily steal the show, but doesnt like admitting how good he is out of fear people will think hes some rich kid who just gets roles handed to him instead of trying really hard because his parents disowned him leaving him to work paycheck to paycheck while also babysitting to get through performing arts school?" Robin smirked up at him over the copy of the letter telling her she got 'Skimpleshanks the railway cat', the same role she auditioned for.

Chrissy laughed, her role as 'Victoria' also displayed out infount of her, "You know shes not wrong stevie!" Mischief glinted in her eyes as she held her girlfriends hand.

Steve looked to the two of them and huffed, "I can do like 27 not 50." He roled his eyes at the unimpressed look Robin gave him, but it didn't last long before they all laughed.

Steve was pleased for them, he and Chris had met as kids, the two children of rich familys who had convinced thier parents to send them to dance school, who also lived in the same small town, quickly became close before chrissys mother moved her away. Thankfully however, they reconnected back in college away from their controlling families.

They had met Robin in a production of Wicked a couple years later, she was playing Elphaba while Chrissy was Galinda and Steve had the role as Fiyero.

Mid way through practicing the production, there had been a fire in the theatre that had him and Robin trapped for hours in the bathroom. It had left Steve with a pretty nasty concussion too.

While hiding in one of the musty old stalls, they had a heart to heart were Rob had confessed her feelings for their co star and couldnt go through with kissing Steve on stage. He had understood and after being saved from the burning reck of the old theatre, desided to come up with a way to help with Robin's stage kissing problem.

Turned out, after talking with a couple of the kids he babysits, there was an easy change that could be made to the story that fit the character archs better, aswell as not force Robin to have to kiss a boy on stage.

With permission, the kids had taken the script, making a change that left the two women as the love interests instead, while the Scarecrow Fiyero took over looking after Oz. It was an instant hit, pulling out the shows hidden queer themes. Also leading to the now power couple that is Robin and Chrissy, who didnt take long after the first show to confess to eachother!!

Now him and rob share an apartment, with Chris basically living there too even though she had her own apartment and roommate too. All now being told they finally all were cast in the same production again!

"I dont even get to sing my own song though!" He slumped into the sofa, taking a moment to glare at Robin as she chuckled at him from where she sat on the floor between Chrissy legs.

"Yes buttttt you get like the coolest costume and the best dance number all while being serenaded by whoever is playing Rum Tum Tugger!" Robin threw her hand that wasnt being held by her girlfriend in the air as she talked, "Plus Mistoffelees has a bunch of like, jumps and spinnys which is like... literally your favourite thing to do when dancing so dont worry about how you got the role, be exited that you get to do it!!!"

Steve snorted and shook his head, looking at the girls like they couldnt be serious. When he noticed their expressions hadnt changed, still holding firm about this suposed truth for these beloved characters, he looked at them like they had grown a third head.

He groaned knowing he wouldnt win this argument, even tho being queer himself and understanding what it ment to have characters like them in media, especially theatre. Still he had never been able to get into any fandoms, even if he did perform in some shows with respectably large ones, much unlike his female counterparts who revealed in needing out one every musical they heard. So honestly the concept of how two cats based on children's poems were gay? Very possible. Was he about to analyse every rendition of the character to determine their sexual preferences?

Yeah no, he would much rather just dance his little heart out performing as said character, than worrying about anyone else's but his owns sexuality.

Plus, he doubted he could even have the same 'romantic tension' with he co star, whoever he was, anyway. He had given up on romance ages ago since his last relationship with Nancy Wheeler, a kick ass reporter who had been writing an article about how the group had gotten the chance to rewrite parts of Wicked, crashed and burned the night of the grand finale.

Steve gave out a long suffering sigh, "Uhhhh fine you win gay cats," he rubbed a hand over his face, "but really chris, your roommate? I thought you said he was in a metal band??"

"Oh he is!" She absent mindedly went to stroke Robin's hair as she spoke, "but he and his best friend are in some of my music classes, they often audition for more 'out there' parts. His most known role was the Phantom in Phantom of the opera, and I think his friend got Michael last year in an off Broadway production of Be more chill, they both auditioned for this show aswell! They have like amazing range as singers!!"

"Well if they get any parts it's going to be nice to finally meet them!" Rob says looking pleasantly blissed out from being pet by her girlfriend. "You've been rooming with this guy for like three years and I dont think I've seen more than a picture of him!"

Chrissy giggled, they all knew her roommate was her other best friend she lovingly called rockstar to the point no one was sure what his real name was. At this point it was a running joke to see who ever could meet him first since the man was often sleeping, or away through out most of the evening and night. Constant clashing of schedules making it so neither him or robin had met the elusive man. Which was kind of shocking since apparently to chis, he was very hard to miss!

"Definitely!! Hes out of state till next week, just before rehearsals start actually, so I was wondering I could stay here till hes back?"

"Do you really have to ask Chris?" Robin asked, making her girlfriend turn to her with a shy smile.

"I love having you here and so does Robs, you practically live here at this point" steve pointed out, "honestly I'd tell you to move in if I knew you didnt like liveing with your other friend so much!"

They laughed, "Steve made a great point love, you should know you are always welcomed here!" After getting a chrissy giggle of approval, Robin stood up, immediately pulling the other up with her!

"Now come on! We just got the greatest job offers yet, we need to celebrate!!" The woman dragged them, all laughing with her, too her and Steve's liquor cabinet. Opening it and reaching in she pulled out a bottle of vodka that Murray, their very... exasperated acting coach, had lovingly gifted them after their auditions.

Robin looked Steve in the eye, a glimmer of something mischievous as she brandished the bottle.

I think its hard for some to grasp that this isn't just another baiting ship because trust me I feel the fear too. But heres the thing. If Eddie was a male and Buck instead was a female we will rename Brenda. And Brenda saved and protected Christopher, and Eddie did all the Eddie things after, and then Brenda freaks out when Eddie is trapped (visually and emotionally different then the whole team), then Brenda watches Eddie get shot, the stare, the firetruck scene, then Brenda picks up Eddie instead of Anna (when this whole time Brenda was playing mom), then Evan tells Brenda shes gaurdian of his most important person, then Eddie starts having panic attacks and is always drawn back to Brenda, and oh yeah Brenda is just dating a fuck buddie but spends all her quality time with Eddie and Christopher, and they have all the Eddie and Buck chemistry, they have all the side jokes like you have a lovely son, or the message board being like what a cute couple....... Would we not all be waiting for them to get together??

And I did not make it to 2021 for this show to be written like it was Friends in 2005. Also this show doesnt not hide away from LBGTQ themes like at all.

I am more then prepared to be wrong but I just dont feel it in my gut. Especially when the actors play it up. And if I am wrong I guess my only victory will be that the audience really doesnt respond well to the ladies that play their love interests. Thats when I knew I really shipped them because to me Anna felt like and intruder. So if they keep them with women I would appreciate them not showing them alot and giving me my Buddie content instead.

I can only tell you that I agree with you so much on how we would see Buddie's dynamic if they were an opposite sex couple. EVERYONE would be sure that it's a will-they-won't-they love story, no one would overlook the intensity of it by saying it's just a really good, close friendship. 'Coz yeah, good friendships exist and they matter, some can be as close or even closer than siblings. But LBR, TV hardly ever portrays friendships like that between a man and a woman as completely platonic, even when one or both have a romantic partner. It's always implied that the other friend is actually where one or both of the friends' romantic interest truly lies, and if they are in other relationships, it's because they haven't faced their real feelings yet.

We ARE in 2021, it IS time for TV to give us a similar storyline of friends to lovers with a same sex couple. It's time for us to get a similar build up and a slow burn that's invested in. IDK if 911 is that show, IDK if Tim has the guts for it ('coz I recognize that TV is still a conservative place in a lot of ways, so yeah, doing this still takes courage). But I do know that it feels like it has that intent and potential, so I am hopeful they'll follow through. At the same time, I have no doubt that the show has made it repeatedly clear Buddie is one of its core relationships, no less than Bathena or Henren. So even if they won't get Buck and Eddie together in canon, I have no doubt the show will give you what you want, and it will keep them as each other's most significant partner. We've repeatedly seen Buck and Eddie with other romantic partners, and yet all of their most significant moments have always been with each other. I'm sure 911 has no intention of changing that.

I absolutely loved his character and the fact that he was one of the few people who wants justice and is honest made me love him even more

Him playing Go Hu Dong was amazing as well and I didn't recognize him at all at first like he played it so well with the accent, costume and wig and everything

His accent and language switch in between English and the Busan accent Korean was so fucking sexy🥵

Another one that annoyed me angered me so much🙄

Like she was ruthless and had no mercy when it came to bullying and putting people down that she thought were a rival or putting people down in general

She didn't change even when Rona died

She also went as far as to like cheat her way to win the Cheong Ah Art High School trophy and blackmailed Cheon Seojin to win the trophy

But there were times where she would show emotions and those would be often her break down and weak moments

And those moments would really show how she is broken inside and puts up a careless and brave image, she is someone who needs healing even though healing takes time

I also saw someone saying like 'oh Seok Kyung hates her mom so much'

Yeah she hated her mom but she didn't hate her to death like she didn't wish death upon her

Seok Kyung was heart broken when she heard Suryeon's death and that showed that she still loved her mom even though Suryeon didn't give birth to them

I was heart broken when I saw that she cut her hair because here was no one there to tie it for her bc Suryeon loved Seok Kyungs long hair and that's why she didn't cut it but after he mothers death no one was there to tie her hair for her

I started seeing her in a different light after a while bc again it showed that he character was very broken emotionally and needed healing

I'm interested about seeing more of her character development after the last ep where she defended Rona

Also my girl is so hot, another one that was serving amazing looks

It annoyed me so much how he defended his sister so much, fell for her tricks, covered up for her and did anything she said EVEN though its wrong

But after some time I understood that he cared for and that she was the only family left to him

I mean Seok Hoon hate Joo Dan Tae so he doesn't counts and Suryeon was dead at the moment

I will still not forgive him for bullying Seol A even though he regrets it

It also annoyed me how he didn't stood up for Rona at all in the first season even though he liked her

By he got so much better in S2, he was even part in the revenge plan

He is literally the human CCTV camera in Hera Palace like he knows more than even the viewers know

The way he was protective of Rona when he found out she was alive was so aDORABLE

And my man was amazing in the last episodes

Idk I feel like she became a horrible person bc of greed and that he father and mother placed too high expectations for her

Instead of praising her for her accomplishments her parents wanted her to do more

Maybe that's why she was desperate for love and affection and found that in Joo Dan Tae even though he pretended to like her

But that definitely does not dismiss her horrible actions

But also the harsh past made her the could hearted person, like she left her father to die

She felt more care towards her daughter after she almost lost her because Eunbyeol tried to commit suicide

She was in alot of pain and you could see it in her cries and when she was on the phone with the person

Soyeon's acting was amazing in that scene

She started to care more about her ex husband and daughter when she saw how much Eunbyeol was suffering and she realized that she genuinely liked Ha Yoon Chul hwen she saw how horrible Joo Dan Tae was

I did feel bad for her sometimes but after seeing that she didn't change I really didn't feel any sympathy for her

She needs therapy

Girlie was shocked when the doctor said she is losing her voice like bestie you are screaming every episode

She was also serving amazing looks every episode

His entrance in S2 with the helicopter was damn hot

His character development and fighting skills were hot as well

wish they could have done more press shoots together theses were the only ones that i found of them together i think for eternal love of dream maybe not sure if this was taken before that or after it came out, its kind of shame a lot of actors/actress who work together don't do a lot of press shoots together or be able to pose together at awards events, not sure where to find more of them at events together, found somewhere they pose separately at events not really together.

Just caught up with all that strange drama and as someone whose suffered with severe addiction and dependence since I was 14. rue Bennett rlly isn't the hill anyone should die on. And alot of people who suffer with addiction would agree. I don't agree with the post but rue's character is explicitly dramatisized and glamorized. Just to let you know in case you didn't know. Even Sam and the actors have spoken on it.

if jokes like that or the other statements in her post are how she choses to cope with her experience, fine. its just reckless and irresponsible to joke about that without sufficient triggers or warnings (tw drugs in your post but not the content not being under a readmore is not effective tool in censoring if you didnt put the tw content in the tags), not to mention mocking recreational drugs that arent as addictive for the sake of wanting to create something edgy.

about your euphoria point, in my opinion, nothing about rue’s life is glamorized or dramaticized. that is the real struggle many addicts face through in their day to day lives. i dont know what your experiences with addiction are, and nor have i experienced it, but i have worked with many addicts in their journey to recovery and the hard realities that rue goes through — the desperation, the lashing out, not giving a shit about anything else other than a fix.

its harrowing, heartbreaking, and addiction already goes through so much stigma that the last thing it needs is to be trivialized by is a headcanon set because “weed is too pussy of a drug.” those words tell me that honey’s headcanons had more potential to glamorize drug use than euphoria ever could. glittery makeup and camera angles do not glamorize her drug use, if you look at the show for what it is, its about rues suffering and those around her who have suffered. its trying to make true addiction seen to people — and its uncomfortable.

so yeah. i dont really have any regrets about what i said because given the information i knew at the time, i was standing up for the fact that addiction is not some fun joke nor should be boiled down to a characters personality trait, which is essentially what “kin rue benett implies,” considering as far as we have seen in euphoria, we haven’t gotten any glimpses of the girl she is outside of the disease she is struggling to control.

I don't understand those who say that Mal is Alina's great love...

People... in a few months she imagined herself building a future with the Darkling / Alexander. If wrong was supposedly his great unwavering love, it wouldn't have crossed his mind after just a few months. She says so. She literally says that she and Alexander could have been together, had it all, and been equals. It doesn't sound like a band-aid relationship at all to just forget about Mal. She was truly moved on and ready to build a life with another man. She also expresses that Alexander was the first to show / prove to her that she was made for more.

Mal and Alina sound like family, then growing up, Alina developed a crush on him. After that, there was Alexander, the betrayal, and then it went back to Mal. There, that sounds like a bandage relationship.

Even more with the fact that she brings up her romantic love for Mal for the first time in front of Alexander, as if to make him jealous. Then afterwards, she literally sinks into this delirium that Mal is her great love.

To me, this is clearly the equivalent of a band-aid relationship to move on from Alexander. She refuses the idea that she might have wanted to share her life with him.

Mal and Alina, in the show may be kind of a cute romantic relationship, but to say that Mal is his great love / true love, while Alexander is literally coded as his soulmate... And who he's said to be with unambiguously she wanted a future with him... No, sorry, I don't buy into that idea.

" I will never feel such love again " I think Alina said something like that to Mal in episode 6... The joke. Girl, you're just in denial at this point.

There's also this insinuating that this true north between them, this unshakeable sense of family that they had been maybe just because Mal was the fucking firebird !? Mal literally told Alina that he no longer felt that " true north " between them ?!

Not to mention the fact that Alina also seems disturbed by Nikolai at the end of the season. You can see it from the way she looked at him when he talked about kissing. It wasn't just the look of someone general. Again, if Mal was supposedly her one big love / true love... I find that she allows herself to almost develop a new crush very quickly.

Brief. All that to say that it makes me laugh when people say that Mal is Alina's great love / true love, with all those things to consider.

Also, I don't understand those who argue that Mal is the same from the book to the series, when he's a completely different character ! I want to hit the one from the book and give a hug to the one from the series. On the other hand, in both cases he remains the least interesting character. But at least the actor has a presence and charisma.

There is a real interest that the Darklina story is not finished and continues in the series. I want at least one more kiss and a touching conclusion between them. It's not that hard to give anyway.

I mean when its comes to shipping etc everything is subjective and everyone is attracted to different things, that being said I too don't really understand or agree with this take that M*l is her great love. For me I see M*lina's relationship as a combination of trauma bonding and the effects of the amplifier. Their relationship actually reminds me alot of katniss and gale in hunger games where they both share this traumatic experience, their dads both dying in a cave in at the mine, and then become co-dependent on each other in order to survive, they need each other to survive, its very easy when going through something like that to mistake it for love, after winning the games and no longer needing gale to survive Katniss begins to realise that other than that trauma bonding them they didn't really have a whole lot in common, that they didn't really fit together and without that trauma they likely never even would have been friends let alone lovers. I think it is similar with M*l and Alina it was them both being orphans that bonded them, both being outcasts at the orphanage, they needed each other to survive, then there is the added effect of the amplifier which would have made them feel even more bonded and again I think it would be easy to think that you are in love. But the question to ask is, take away that need for survival, take away the amplifier and what it left? I think that was what the show was asking to when they had M*l admit that he didn't feel that true north feeling anymore and wonder if the only reason they 'fell in love' was because of the amplifier.

Also with Alina's 'I'm never going to feel a love like this again' line, I do think alot of this is saying things in the moment that don't always stand up to the test of time. The truth is Alina is immortal and M*l is not, so right now she may believe that but there is no telling if she would gone on after M*l's death and fall in love again. I mean like you pointed out a few months after being separated from M*l in season 1 and she was planning a future with Aleksander. It is obvious that she has some attraction to Nikolai though how deep that runs we'll have to see in season 3. So whilst I'm sure in that moment Alina believed that was the case, and whilst I'm sure some part of M*l will stay with her, I don't think it is necessarily true. I am sure at the time Aleks believed he wouldn't love another the same way he loved Luda but then he lost her, time went on and he eventually fell for others including Alina. But Alina is a young immortal and hasn't quite grasped this possibility, as Aleks said right now she is living in a single moment and in this moment she has convinced herself that she couldn't ever feel this way again.

I do think it is interesting that the first time Alina uses love in relation to M*l is when she is with Aleks and I do think she was trying to make him jealous. I think alot of her draw to m*l this season was because, as you said, she is trying to forget Aleks. Before she met Aleks, M*l was the one that she had a crush on and the one she planned a future with, even if that future wasn't really one that she was thrilled at the prospect of, she doesn't like farms after all. It makes sense that when things fall apart with Aleks that she would go back to what she knows, what is safe. I think her trying really hard to believe she has a future with M*l is part of that defence mechanism she's constructed around herself.

I also agree with you that I don't get when people say that book and show m*l are the same, they are very clearly not, from book to screen M*l's character got the biggest change.

And I agree with you that when it comes to darklina I want at least one more kiss and some kind of emotional conclusion to their story, whatever that conclusion may be, I want it to be clear that these two characters do have love and care for each other.

🤔 Personal Note..

I just want to make a few things clear...

The last day or so my accounts, my name and personal information (which some are false) has been circulating on tumblr leading to online hate, abusive messages and threats to me and my family. Just because one single person decided to voice their opinion and their personal views (YES THEIR PERSONAL VIEWS) and attack me online. I do not know this person or why she felt the need to do this personal attack in this manner (as a simple / healthy discussion about the topics she raised would have been sufficient). She nor anyone else has never messaged me on tumblr. She planned / intented from the beginning to attack me so this wasn't going to happen nicely (Yes anything can look and sound inappropriate when you only take sections of a post..Read the whole post and then comment). And by what i can see by her account/ posts i'm not the first and won't be the last account she bullies or abuses.

Yes everyone is entitled to their opinion and i value / accept this but the way this was executed was just vicious, calculated and right out harmful. And it shouldn't be allowed on here or on any social platform. I feel sorry for people who think this is acceptable behaviour. I would hear of this type of behaviour but never thought it would happen to me. How these accounts think its ok to go into another fandom in this manner..Wasn't SKAM & ALL SKAM REMAKES created for people to come together and enjoy a fun show and discuss everyday life topics..Togetherness.The SKAM CREATOR would be mortified by these people's behaviour and actions. Attacking other fandoms creates such a toxic environment. I'm sure that's not the message she wanted to portray..Also to have abuse and hate towards people just for fun and for their  own twisted pleasure is beyond words..To belittle people is not a form of fun..And attracking people trying to enjoy their love of their favourite fandom instead of having proper conversations. Its crazy. Watching my every move and documenting it over a year..WOW..serious issues there. This in its self is scary, stalking and bullying.

I'm not here to play the VICTIM. NOT AT ALL..Yes i too am to BLAME..And Thank you for bring my flaws and behaviour to my attention. I take full responsibility for my accounts and what i post and if i have offended or made anyone uncomfortable or feel like they need to leave this WTFOCK fandom I do sincerley apologise with all my heart. This was never my intention when i joined. Yes I may have been naive and not thought about how my posts would impact others but i guess i just assumed since wtfock covered so many serious and adult topics and there were so many written SOBBE Fanfics (mature / explicit) and mature gifs out there. Fans would be mature enough to understand my harmless, funny & loving posts (Mostly loving banter between Characters). Not acknowledging there maybe minors (18 years or less) in the fandom was my mistake. My sincere apologies to you. Yes I will take a good hard look at myself and take responsibility for my actions and think carefully before posting or saying anything in the future.. Everyone joins these platforms of their own free will..no one is forcing you to be here and you have the freedom to comment, dislike, unfollow,  block people or leave. My inbox has always been open for everyone. I created my TUMBLR and INSTAGRAM ACCOUNT for my LOVE of WTFOCK & the CAST (My love for S03 - SOBBE, the Willems (DS & H) & CAST) & to be a constant support to these amazing actors and the show...As they don't always get the credit they deserve. I only follow people who have approached me. Who are they to judge who i choose follow. If i am such a threat and annoying to the wtfock cast then why haven't they blocked or ignored me. Why does one of the cast members follow me. Then why does some of the wtfock cast chat with me. Why do they like my comments. (This is Not public knowledge as i don't see the right in posting personal conversations like many do)..Making accusations & assumptions without all the facts is immature and unacceptable.

I like /enjoy being creative & spreading joy & happiness in all that I post..i spend alot of time thinking about my posts & making sure they don't offend or make people uncomfortable (most times checking my posts with my mutual / asking permission to use their post and to see if my posts are ok to post 😏)..I use quite alot of other accounts posts (Their words eg: incorrect quotes) and add my spin to them (Mostly adding pictures). So if you know my style or me I always comment with my heart, with love & say what i feel. I do not stalk or post people's personal information or conversations..I try not to invade anyone's privacy. I genuine mean well..What you see is what you get .For those people (accounts) that have messaged me abuse & hate recently towards me and my family in regarded to this person's personal post / comments..Please STOP..if you don't like what i post just unfollow me, block me or ignore my posts..There is no need for it. SO JUST LEAVE..Everyone is intitled to an opinion (Which i value) but being mean / hateful in the process is not acceptable..

I have made some amazing friendships / friends on here from all over the world which i'm greatful for & will cherish forever..Thank you to all the beautiful people that have emailed me. Everyone has had a tough year with so much uncertainty (Covid) and we are all trying to manage / live it the best way we can..So to add this to the mix my year has started well..Not..My inbox is always open for a chat or a hello..I know what i have written here will be dissected, scrutinised, distorted & torn to pieces by these toxic accounts but i know the truth and so do my true followers and mutual. My ACOTAR Fan Cast/ Dream Cast - Part 1:

Before I start I should go ahead and point out that yes, I know alot of the male actors are older than the female ones, but it just seems easier to find and envision the actresses suited for the female characters. But who happen to be younger then the male characters, and i know to some it might seem weird having younger actresses in their twenties to late twenties and guys in their thirties to late thirties. There's not a whole lot of twenty something or late twenty year old guys that come to mind that would fit the character description or personality for the male characters. I'm just going by who I think suits the characters best and who I would really like to see play these characters! So try not to judge me too harshly lol 😅😂

Also I feel horrible for how awful the fandom has treated Danielle Rose Russell!! It makes the whole fandom look bad in a sense and its a shameful feeling. I would never bully or harass someone whether that be online or in person, it's a terrible thing to do. I'll admit though I'm not the biggest fan of her, as Hope Mikkelsen anyways. Well that might not be true, I can't really say I like or dislike someone as a character when I haven't even seen Legacies.

Just random clips from time to time. The clips I did see was pretty cringe, then again the CW is known for cringey shows. Even though I haven't really seen it, what I have I'm not a fan but that doesn't mean I hate or dislike the actresses. I do think she has alot of potential and is very beautiful, I just don't think the Hope character was for her. I could've seen her as Feyre though, she's lovely. What I'm poorly trying to say is the hate towards her was very uncalled for and she deserves a ton of apologies, the fandom needs to do and be better!!!! I wish I could give her a hug.

Anyways though, not that anyone cares lol but here's my fan/dreamcast for ACOTAR!!!!

Jennifer Lawrence - She's one of my favorite choices for Nesta, I can really see her as the oldest Archeron sister. She's gorgeous but also seems intimidating!!

Elain Archeron: I have a very special place in my heart for Elain, she's lovely and precious and gets a lot of hate for her femininity. Reminds me a lot of Sansa Stark and I'm very protective of her. Might be strange to say because we've never gotten a POV from her but she's my favorite Archeron sister. Don't get me wrong, I love Feyre and Nesta too but Elain's my girl and needs to be protected at all costs.

Haley Lu Richardson - She's my top favorite choice as Elain. She radiates Elain energy and is literally the embodiment of Elain. And that damn smile . . . . wow. She's perfect!!

But I could also see . . . . . .

Florence Pugh as Elain too, she would be another great choice!! But Haley Lu Richardson will always be my top choice.

Papa Archeron:

Robert Carlyle - I've seen Once Upon A Time way before I ever read ACOTAR but for some reason Robert was always who I kind of imagined to play Feyre, Nesta, and Elain's father!? His character in OUAT before he was Rumplestiltskin gives me hella papa Archeron vibes.

Tamlin:

Chris Hemsworth - He's absolutely perfect for Tamlin!! Well that and no one else really came to mind.
