Highly effective does not mean always busy, not even to men. It means effective. You are not supposed to always be busy what kind of life is that?? I know what you mean when you say you're wasting time and the answer is still the same but I think you have this weird idea that highly effective and highly successful people are always being productive? Uhm no thats not a thing. That is not even a life you want. Your favorite idol (someone you look up to, not singer) is not working 24/7. Its actually mostly finding a way to do the most work with the least effort. Your problem isn't that you are not busy it's that you are not effective, and I'm willing to bet it's a mix of intense loneliness and not really having a tangible working plan. You know what you want, you have a vague idea how to get there but not a tangible plan. The goal isn't to never go on tiktok again or watch your favorite anime or movie or not lazy around and suck the joy out of life to become a machine thats why they have robots. The goal is effectiveness.

Money is not made in investments it's made in taking risks. I don't want you to invest so you can make money (you could, if you invest a huge sum) I want you to invest so you can preserve your wealth as it grows. Bond with a 13% interest is better than your bank, isn't it? But 15% of 5000 is 750 you're not making any incredible wealth there are you? 15% of 500000 is 75k though and thats why I said investments only make wealth when you have a large sum- and even then in comparison to 500k 75 isn't that much is it. You can not invest your way into wealth but you can preserve your wealth that way. Investment is for beating inflation. If inflation is 7% and you have a 15% interest you have preserved the value of your money and added 8% value. You can not save your way into wealth either, you have to take risks with it. You can earn your way in if you work high paying and not have to pay off debt and bills yes but the main way people make wealth is by taking risks. Investing is for preserving value mostly. Seriously, get a finance bro.

There is not a single month as a person with an XX chromosome thingy that you will be consistent day 1 to day 30 that's a men thing. You will have a week you think you can take over the world, one week you will murder someone for breathing the same air as you and would rather die than leave your bed, one week you are full of ideas and- ma. It is 100% normal to not have things figured out pre 25. After 25 yes its a problem but you are 19. Just do whatever brings you money, be smart with that money, throw yourself into experiences and learn as much as you can. It is not weird that at 22 you don't know what you want to do with your life it's normal. It makes things harder yes but you have like 75 more years of being alive whats the rush? Make money, give your frontal lobe time. You are supposed to be confused about your future it's just a thing that happens relax.

There aren't as many millionaires as you think there are. Have you seen the wealth distribution chart? You seem behind and you feel like you are left behind because you are on the pseudo finance side of Tiktok with everyone and their mom being a millionaire and it seems like it's everyone? It's not. Most people live with their parents to 30 (which is why your mom bought a three bedroom btw. You fuss and fight but she wants you there) and buy homes in their 40s . As for other stuff, such as edits, I'd say that as long as it's clear that it's fan made, spoilers are tagged and L-5 is credited, it's should be fine. This old video comes to mind:

See how the first seconds are not the actual video? It says something along the lines "These characters are from the Layton series, there are slight spoilers up to Azran Legacy, continue only if you're okay with that".

It feel's weirdly 2010s, but I guess that's the way to go now.

Still, it is not like they will come inmideately for us all. I doubt they know Tumblr exists, for starters. As for Youtube and other places, short fan edits and gameplays and the likes might be good with those "I'm a fan, not L-5 and this has spoilers" disclaimers.

And I'm not really familiar with how Youtube works, but I'd say even if you have music videos or silent gameplays in Youtube the worst thing that can happen is for you to recieve a notification like "please take down this video". And then you do that and that would be sorted.

So the final message is:

Do not panic

Maybe add disclaimers and copyright thingies to future Layton videos

When/if you recieve a takedown/copyright notice, act. (And maybe share with the class so we can know when/if they are taking down videos, and which ones).

It would have been a perfect moment, if only that question hadn't started nagging you in the back of your head. You tried to reason with yourself, knowing the answer and not wanting to disrupt the peace. You were trying to resist the urge to ask, but everytime you felt his breath, and acknowledged his presence, you just couldn't resist the urge any longer. You decided you both had been in peaceful silence far too long, and asked your silly question.

"Charles?" You asked, hearing him stop his humming.

"Yes, darling?" He asked, moving his hand off your waist and to his ear to remove his airpod.

Getting flustered at the absurdity of the thought, he began laughing again; the whole situation was so bizarre he couldn't help but laugh.

I sit at the table, swallowing the bile forcing its way up my throat. The chair's legs softly groan against the hardwood floor, barely audible over Kou's laugh.

He grins widely, the table alight with smiles and laughter and friendly conversation.

I don't belong here.

Her smile is as bright as the sun, as warm as a midsummer day. Tiara copies her table manners, poking at her food as politely as possible. Her golden hair is neater than usual, carefully woven into two pigtails. It suits her.

She deserves to have a mother who can braid her hair.

I'm sure it's her work. Kou has never done it like that - he's always in a hurry, though he never forfeits time to tend to Tiara. If only I could've been the one to lift that burden from his shoulders.

He seems lighter than ever. Flushed cheeks, ruffled hair, a grin plastered unto his face - this is how he should be.

Why am I relieved?

I stole this from him.

“Baby?” Dallas calls for Nick from her restroom, her voice high pitched to sound urgent.

“Yes?” He peers around the corner, hand resting on the doorframe above his head.

Oh he looks so good with his hair curly and sweatpants low on his hips. His chest is bare and now Dallas wants to forget her question and take him to bed.

She shakes her head to rid herself of those pesky, dirty thoughts.

“My tampon is stuck. I can’t pull it out, so I need you to pull it out for me,” she requests, shyly smiling but also trying to hide her giggles.

He freezes for a hot minute, eyes flitting everywhere in Dallas’ restroom and to her body. He opens and closes his mouth, lost for words.

“You need me to pull the stringy thingy attached to your tampon, because you can’t find it? If you can’t find it, how am I supposed to find it?” He asks, almost shocked.

“I need someone to go down there and look for the string so you can pull it out for me, and I know no one else will do it for me,” she states with a look of impatience and annoyance.

“No one else is going to look at you there,” Nick claims.

Dallas walks up to the hockey player, wrapping her arms around his waist and placing her chin on his chest.

“I know, baby. That’s why I need you to go down there and pull it for me even though it’s going to be bloody and messy,” she bats her eyes at him.

“Okay, I will, but you’re not on your period,” he says.

Shit. He knows her too well.

“Yes, I am,” she lies, hiding in his chest so he can’t see her face.

“No, you are not. If you were, I’d know. There’s no star on your calendar, no tampons on the counter, and you’re being nice to me,” he states matter of factly, his hands rubbing down her back and to her ass.

“Nick! I hate you for knowing me, and I’m always nice to you,” Dallas pouts and removes her phone from its hidden spot.

“I love you,” he pulls her back into his arms, kissing on her neck.

“I love you. Would you really pull out my tampon for me?” She asks more sincerely this time.

“Yeah,” he says with a deep sigh.

“Awe you really do love me,” the girl jumps into his arms and kisses on his face until he throws her on her bed.

“Yeah, I really do,” he silences her response with a kiss, the whole topic being quickly forgotten.
