Hey Ranger Rai I have some questions if you could answer:

Where in the Pokedex says that Mienfoo can sense aura?

What about other mons that could be emotional support or service Mon? Such as Audino, The ralts-gardevoir line, minccino, Indeedee, Espeon/Sylveon, skitty line, altaria, togekiss, male mewostic, gothita line, and minun and plusle?

If that's too much mons to answer what about Crossbreeding Mons pairing that would be possible/work?

These are excellent questions, and while I could go on and on about each pokemkn and how helpful they can be, we would end up repeating so many points, and you'd start to see the patterns.

Instead, let me say that all of these pokemon can be incredibly helpful for healthcare, personal care, and many other assisted living situations.

However, you did bring up an interesting topic.

Pokemon can be bred with each other from different species so long as they are in a similar egg group.

The resulting pokemon might have physical or internal traits of both parent pokemon, in a grouping we like to call, Crossbreeds.

While it happens all of the time, there's a big difference between natural occurrences and selective breeding for these traits.

Due to over breeding and manufactured occurrences of this and the unethical practices it brings, we really look down on forced and purposeful breeding from unlicensed people.

Breeding is more than gaining new abilities and power, as well as testing to see what is possible.

The life of a new creation is involved, and the ethics of trying to breed the "perfect" pokemon are very clear.

Thankfully, we have worked hard to keep breeding to professionals and under strict guidelines.

However, that isn't to say that two pokemon breeding and creating a crossbreed or offspring that could perform the tasks of both parental pokemon would be a negative thing either.

Let's pretend that a pokemon was born that could sense Aura and could read and communicate telepathically to humans in perfect speech.

You would have a pokemon that could be in complete control of a person's health conditions and prevent some serious issues.

However, we shouldn't be manipulating these conditions for our convinces, as pokemon are living creatures as well and deserve to live as they see fit.

It's a pretty big topic, and one I'm pretty passoniate about.

okay list of reasons why Big Mama's Assistant might wear makeup (as per her comic design) because I do genuinely think that would be interesting to explore:

She does it because she works primarily in a business environment, and it's considered "more professional" to have makeup on and/or "unprofessional" to not wear it, similar to real life. (This implies that she spends a significant amount of time working without her mask on.)

She does it because Big Mama wears makeup in her human form, and has developed an association between "being powerful and taken seriously" and wearing makeup (conscious or subconscious).

She personally enjoys wearing makeup.

As a subpoint of the above, it would actually be hilarious if her markings were actually really intense eye makeup. No, she doesn't look like that naturally she painted it on. She regularly switches up the pattern and color.

If this is a scenario where she usually wears the mask, it trips people up whenever they see her without it because she almost always has different markings. Many people are convinced that it's different people in the same uniform.

She isn't actually allowed to wear makeup, but since her face is hidden by her mask most of the time, she wears it as a form of silent rebellion. (This might work with my version of her ngl.)

There's plenty more reasons why she might wear it, these were just kinda off the top of my head.

oh yeah i played a little more isat today and i have to say i just ADORE how the dialogue is written. specifically the way the party can say and do things that upset another, but its treated as just a normal thing that happens and it has no bearing on the story or anything. like i just saw siffrin, bonnie and isabeau make fun of a wilting plant which turned out to be mirabelle's and she became dejected about it, or odile worrying she didn't react well enough to bonnie's snacks even though they were fine. literally one of the first things that happens is siffrin upsetting mirabelle bc they didn't show enough enthusiasm about the sleepover. the characters feel so Human bc they make little mistakes that genuinely upset someone even to each other and i can't think of any other thing i'm into that does it like that. if that makes sense

the games like 50/50 to me on how it tackles these themes because I actually like the garlemald arc in EW, I think it has a lot of horrific and powerful scenes depicting how self destructive fascist propaganda and beliefs are, but I also think it doesn't go far enough on some fronts. the garleans' xenophobia is most notably and obstacle to getting them to accept the contingent's help, which is what they're there to do,

but there's never an admission of harm from any garleans on the uuuuuuuuh massive amount of war crimes the nations around them are still suffering from they're just kind of like "we misjudged you...but you actually wanted to help us all along" like yeah thats great now can we get you all some deprogramming because you keep talking about returning to your prime and glory days and I think we need to unpack some stuff you really SHOULDNT return to. im not even really talking about EW proper but the patches where things are a bit more chilled out and people are recovering.

As an Ashkenazi with solely european ancestry, I do consider myself white because, while a couple of my family members are racially ambiguous, I think it's fair to acknowledge that, as far as the racial framework of the US where I live, I am viewed and treated as a white person. This in itself makes me white for all purposes. Therefore I consider myself a white ashkenazi, with the white label being most relevant to my position in society. It may be worth noting that I am not very visibly jewish.

I understand your point, however just because others view you as white doesn't mean you're white. There are plenty of people part of a racial or ethnic minority who are white-passing but this doesn't mean they are actually white. It's important to point out that it's only within the last 50 years or so that Jews are thought of as white (during Jim Crow we were classified as "yellow eurasians" and were also redlined, there's a reason why many jewish communities are right next to other minority communities in cities), and that idea is primarily an American one due to the prevalence of Ashkenazi immigration following the Shoah. The American racial divide is on a black/white binary, while much of the rest of the world is on an east/west divide. As is evident, Jews don't fit in the American binary and neither do plenty of other groups.

Some Jews who do not wear cultural identifiers and do not have stereotypical identifying features can pass as white, and thus benefit from the privileges that come with that. However, that is not the case for many Jews, so there are difficulties in categorizing us.

I'm not necessarily saying being Jewish is its own race, nor am I dismissing that idea (I'm fine with however individual Jews define themselves, I know plenty of people who believe either one), I'm just saying that Jews don't fit into the American concept of whiteness or the black/white binary, due mainly to the unique prejudices we face.

i love the bias + the fan pairings so much because on the surface its very "oh, well, the bias just has to fall for the fan and then its happily ever after" but no! its way more fun than that!
