The IZ comics have 15 extremely cool artists and here's a slight guide on how to identify them :3
Aaron Alexovich

- typically more dynamic and what i would describe as a “scratchy” artstyle
Issues: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 16, "Gir's Big Day", "Holiday Special", "The Dookie Loop Horror"
KC Green

- very silly and colorful style, creator of the “this is fine” comic/meme
Issues: 6, "Bitters and the Witch", 31
Dave Crosland

- more detailed style, similar to Alexovich but a bit cleaner
Issues: 7, 8, 9, 10, 21, "Invasion!"
Sarah Andersen

- another very silly style, though simpler than KC’s, creator of the “Sarah Scribbles” webcomics
Issue: 11
Warren Wucinich

- main artist and letter-er, typically stays fairly true to the original style though is a bit more round and curvier
Issues: 12, 13, 14, "Tales of Bitter", "The Evil Ms.Bitters", "Sweetheart Bitters", 17, 18, 19, 20, 22, 23, 24, 25, "Tales of Stuff What Did Not Happen", 42, 43, 44, 45, 50, "Dib's Dilemma"
Ian Mcginty

- fairly detailed and feels 3d at times, typically a cover artists (see here)
Issue: "Ms.Bitters' Bugs"
Sarah Graley

- ANOTHER silly style :3, this time more chibi than the others with flat colors
Issue: 26
Maddie C.

- i don’t know how to explain it but squishy, similar to the original style but instead of being mostly flat/sharp lines it’s more curvy (dib being the best example)
Issues: 27, 29, 30, 38, 46, 47, 48
Mady G

- sil,,,,ly, everything just flows together really nicely, very stretchy and expressive
Issue: 28
Kate Sherron

- similar to Wuncinich but id say its a bit more 2d
Issues: 32, 34, 35, 37, 39, "Sugar & Spice"
Meg Casey

- very expressive and curvy
Issue: 32, "ZIM No More", 49
Fred C. Stresing

- tastes like mint ???????, i dunno how to explain it but very cool, i like zims faces
Issues: 33, "Warlocker ZIM", 49, "Zim's Greatest Plan"
Tait Howard & Matthew Seely

- uber chibi, very big eyes
Issue: 36
Dean Rankine

- only 2 pages so i cant really say much but cool
Issue: "SuperZIM"
Drew Rausch

- extremely shapely if that makes sense
Issue: 41

so im going back to school at 28 with a lot of grade school trauma, and its been a surreal experience
like ive talked to a lot of people about how my adhd is so severe/impacting my education that my therapist tore my dad a new one for not getting me diagnosed and medicated sooner right. i only had a year of being diagnosed and medicated TEN YEARS AGO and pulled my failing GPA up to a measley 2.3 and pulled my grades up from solid Ds and Es (occasional C) and felt good about my grades for once in my life. along with like struggling to come to terms with how fucked i was for college. and like. after dropping out after 1 year understanding id be fucked if i ever went back again
i have to essentially retake hs bio and hs chem bc i only passed the latter half of the curriculum, so its the daunting task of rememorizing a bunch of terminology right. previously i was entirely fucked but now on medication, i was recalling what i actually remember from my singular learning session amd its most of it. thats unheard of
feeling like a failure compared to my friends/peers from 6th grade through 11th grade, and then to an extent 12th grade bc i had really mean and demeaning teachers. like ALL my friends getting minimum 30 to 35 on the ACT (perfect score being 36 mind you) and then me pulling an average of 20 and being indirectly told im too stupid for college bc only stupid people couldnt get into the college i wanted to go to. from a teacher. lol

EVERY FILM NOMINATED FOR A 2024 OSCAR RANKED
35. Elton John: Never Too Late - Not so much a movie as the bonus material for some other, perhaps hypothetical movie. Perfect viewing for someone who is a huge fan of Elton John, but also knows literally nothing about him and also isn’t particularly interested in learning.
34. The Six Triple Eight - The absolute worst part of this insane yearly project where I watch every single movie nominated for an Oscar, is that every year, for the last 8 years straight, there is a film that is nominated only because it has a Diane Warren song over the end credits. How good ARE these movies? Not very. How not vary? I’m glad you asked.
Movies Nominated for an Oscar Strictly Because of a Diane Warren Song Ranked (2018-2024):
1. RBG (2018)
2. Marshall (2017)
3. Flamin’ Hot (2023)
4. The Life Ahead (2020) (I have absolutely no memory of this movie so I’m putting it here)
(GAP)
5. The Six Triple Eight (2024)
6. Breakthru (2019)
(BIG GAP)
7. Four Good Days (2021)
(GAP THE SIZE OF THE GRAND CANYON)
8. Tell It Like A Woman (2022)
33. Gladiator II - This looks like shit, everyone in it is wildly miscast, and it has absolutely no reason to exist. But other than that its pretty ok I guess.
32. Alien: Romulus - Nearly two straight hours of asking yourself, what? and, who? And most of all, why?? Like watching a video feed of people you don’t care about walk thru an expensive, overly complicated, yet overly familiar haunted house. Can we please just let this franchise die already?
31. The Seed of the Sacred Fig - Did I see this movie? I logged it on letterboxd so I must have. But what happens in it? I really have no idea. I do recall about two and half hours in being roused from a stupor by the dad becoming an over the top cartoon villain out of nowhere and chasing his family with a gun. And I feel like I remember thinking that was exciting, if nonsensical. But other than that, I got nothing.
30. Nosferatu - This is like Robert Eggers thought he was making a series of cool looking paintings instead of a movie. It all LOOKS incredible, but to what end? Am I supposed to be scared? Am I supposed to be in suspense over a story I already know every beat of? Am I supposed to be emotionally invested in the characters? It is supposed to be saying something? Or am I just supposed to marvel at the incredible craft on display while feeling absolutely nothing? If so, well done!
29. Porcelain War - The porcelain stuff and the war stuff do not work together at all. B+ for effort, D- for execution which leaves us with a C, which feels right, if not a touch generous
28. The Wild Robot - As a massive Pixar fanboy, I’m the exact opposite of whatever a fanboy is when it comes to Dreamworks Animation. Their movies are everything Pixar’s are not: generic, anonymously made, simplistic, aimed squarely at tweens, devoid of wit or true humor, and corporate feeling. This is definitely no exception.
27. Sugarcane - Very important topic, very generic film. Great companion piece with Nickel Boys though.
26. Soundtrack to a Coup Etat - When you have to spend 20 minutes after a documentary finishes googling to figure out what the documentary you just watched was about, then I feel like that should mean your documentary is a failure. AND YET. Soundtrack to a Coup Etat does something undeniably new and interesting with the documentary form, which feels increasingly rare and hard to do. And if watching it often felt like trying to make sense of an article in an academic journal about a subject you’ve never studied, I guess I’d rather than that asking for things that are bland and overly dumbed down. So while for me personally, this wasn’t really successful as a movie, I certainly applaud its ambition (a phrase that really sums up the 2024 movie year) and hope it can lead to more experimentation with the documentary form.
(For a movie that, for me, very successfully experiments with form, look no further than the nominated short doc Incident, which, for my money, is easily the best documentary of the year regardless of length)
25. Maria - One of the best looking wikipedia entries I’ve ever watched .
24. Memoir of a Snail - A precious little jewel box of a film, if a bit too slight for me personally. But god bless everyone, like Adam Elliot, using animation as a medium to tell personal adult stories, rather than simply as a way to entertain kids. More movies like this please.
23. Black Box Diaries - Very important story, but way too long and unfocused as a movie. The whole time I kept envisioning the hypothetical better version of this doc and how powerful it could have been. Shiori Ito is incredible though, a truly inspiring person, and someone well worth knowing about.
22. The Girl With The Needle - By far the most brutal movie from a year in which there was literally a movie called The Brutalist. Very well made - the cinematography should have been nominated, and Magnus von Horn is a director to watch - but man oh man was this a rough watch. The rare “they’re not actually going to go there, are they??” movie that does indeed actually go there.
21. I’m Still Here - If I had to describe this movie I would describe it as “a movie”. There are characters. Things happen. You learn something. It’s all done very competently. But it left absolutely no emotional or intellectual impact whatsoever, despite its important and very relevant subject matter. There’s nothing wrong with it, but nothing great about it either. It’s the perfect embodiment of, “yeah, it was pretty good I guess”
20. No Other Land - It’s a true bummer, but I feel like I’ve already seen this exact movie several other times in this in recent years: 20 Days in Mariupol, For Sama, Last Men in Aleppo, countless nominated doc shorts, and more. It’s verite footage from a conflict zone, presented without real narrative or narration, showing you the reality of living while under attack. It’s always moving, but rarely revelatory. Can this sort of thing actually make a difference? It’s the true power of film that I can’t imagine it's possible to walk away from this doc and not be totally outraged by what Israel is doing, and has been doing, in Gaza. This should be shown in schools. But also - same as it ever was. Both as a film and as a reality.
19. Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes - I had never seen any of these movies before, so bless this film for introducing me to a truly great modern IP-based franchise. It is possible! This is definitely the weakest of the four films, and it feels like without the force of Andy Serkis’ Caesar, the clear stakes of the first three entries, and Matt Reeves’ directorial vision, that we’ve likely hit the point of diminishing returns. But even though this felt a little aimless and inessential, the VFX and world building is still...out of this world, and it has just enough to say and explore thematically that I’m not NOT interested to see what they come up with next.
18. Wallace & Gromit: Vengeance Most Fowl - The most I laughed during any movie released in 2024. I don’t know if thats more an indictment of the year in comedy or a credit to the wit and visual gags of this movie, but either way, facts are facts. And a good bulk of that laughter and delight was due to Feathers McGraw, who continues to be one of the best movie villains of all time. As many times as Aardman wants to go back to that well, I am absolutely here for it.
17. The Substance - I don’t really respond movies that prioritize style over character and story, I don’t like horror, and I especially don’t like weird body stuff, so it's safe to say that this movie is securely in the Not For Me Hall of Fame. I get why people like it, I have no problem with them, it's got true style, Coralie Fargeat is clearly very talented, Margaret Qualley is a star, and I think its awesome that something this wild can get nominated for Best Picture. Great job everyone. Now just please never make me watch this movie ever again.
16. The Apprentice - Though not, by any means, the most well made movie of 2024, certainly the one that I have thought about the most since seeing it. Perhaps for obvious reasons, but that makes it even more infuriating that so many people have purposely avoiding seeing this movie to “protect themselves” or "can't handle any more Donald Trump" or “because they already know everything it is has to say”. Yes! Absolutely! Which is why you should see it! Leaving aside it has maybe 2 of the top 6 to 8 best performances of the year in it, the power of film as a medium is often to create a new more visceral way of understanding what we otherwise grasp only intellectually. And it lets us experience things that discomfort us from a distance so we can deeper explore those discomforts and investigate them further. Did this movie tell me any FACTS about Donald Trump I didn’t already know? Not really, although I feel sure for many people it likely would. But do I feel like I UNDERSTAND him, his actions, the way he views the world, and how he thinks, not more sympathetically, but definitely more deeply than ever before? Absolutely! And isn't better understanding the forces that control our world part of the whole reason art exists? So yes, trigger warning: Donald Trump. But now is not the time to look away; now is the time to look closer. Let Sebastian Stan be your guide.
15. September 5 - This movie is incredibly successful at telling the story it wants to tell. Every element of the movie is perfectly crafted and calibrated, no notes. It’s just that the story it is telling is so hyper specific that you leave the film feeling like you really learned about an interesting incident, but didn’t really ever think or feel. And nothing wrong with that! Movies can be many things, and it’s to this movie’s great credit that it doesn’t try to be more than what it is. It’s just that for me personally, what it is is perhaps just a bit too "well-crafted historical reenactment" for me to rank it any higher.
14. Inside Out 2 - Read my Wild Robot review above and reverse it. Whip smart and laugh out loud funny. Something for everyone, yet never pandering or lowest common denominator. Incredible specificity, yet totally universal. A script that has real human finger prints all over it. And I can tell you from plenty of first hand experience that inside Out 2 has helped both kids and adults talk about and understand their emotions. If I had experienced Maya Hawke as Anxiety at age 10 it truly might have changed my life. After a few rough years I’m very glad I don't have to get my #TeamPixar tattoo removed after all.
13. Conclave - 2024’s very best John Grisham film adaptation. Fun and frivolous and way better made than it has any right to be. Like a soufflé of a film, with less calories. And such a throw back to the 90s that Billy Crystal in a pope hat should get to host any part of the Oscars where Conclave is mentioned, it only feels right.
12. A Real Pain - So many adaptations of plays never justify their existence as movies, so it's rare to see a movie that doesn’t really fully justify why it wasn’t just a play. It's also unclear why everyone just decided Kieran Culkin was winning Best Supporting Actor in October and that’s never been challenged since. He’s great in the movie, it's just strange in such a great year for supporting actor performances. But ultimately I’m down for any rich, well-drawn, complicated character study/hang out movie. When Cord Jefferson used his Oscars speech last year to implore Hollywood to make ten $10 million movies rather than one $100 million movie this is exactly the kind of modest yet moving exploration of the human condition he was lamenting the loss of, so its great to see this movie not only get made, but succeed. My queen, Emma Stone, never misses.
11. Emilia Perez - Before the Karla Sofia Gascon Affair made all pre-existing opinions about this movie null and void I had noticed something interesting. Everyone in my life who was an actor was positive to enthusiastic about this film. Everyone who was not an actor was negative to disdainful about it. It got me thinking about why. And I think it's that the sheer levels of earnest, try hard, let's put on a show energy that this movie gives off is catnip for theater kids. I mean, an original musical? A trans empowerment narrative? Zoe Saldana dance numbers? Nuclear amounts of cringe? It's like theater kid Mad Libs. All of which is to say, that like so many of us who have ever been described as “too much”, I feel like I can more easily forgive this movie its huge and obvious flaws. Which is of course now all this movie is known for. When I watched Emilia Perez before it was released onto Netflix the only two things I was thinking the whole time were - this is so insane that it’s actually kind of working on me, and also, I truly hope no one with access to the internet ever watches this film, or else the entire world wide web might be destroyed forever. Little did I know the ultimate twitter mob was coming from inside the house.
So look, if you hate this film for any number of justifiable reasons, I totally get it. I honestly would probably start picking it apart on a rewatch. But also, unlike being a Mexican cartel leader, there’s no way to ever fully transition out of being a theater kid. And shit this wild is my/our drug.
10. Flow - By far the best silent animated Latvian cat drama I’ve ever seen. Proof that great art truly can be anything from anywhere.
9. The Brutalist - The first half of the movie is the best movie of the year and one of the best of the decade, and then the second half comes and, well…its not. If I was to lean into the architecture thing I could say that it crumbles under its own weight. It becomes somehow both too obtuse and too literal. The big incident in the second act made me almost literally groan out load. And Felicity Jones is woefully miscast. And in the end I don’t know what is actually effectively being communicated other than “look at me, Brady Corbet, and how good I am at making movies”. But also, wow is he good at making movies. At least this one. The craft on display is truly out of this world, and to do it on $10 million feels like a genuine magic trick. So if the coda to this film is whatever the opposite of sticking the landing is (tripping over your own feet?), well, at least the leaping into the air was truly majestic.
8. Wicked - Remember how I was just talking about theater kids…Do you know how well made your movie has to be for MUSICAL THEATER PEOPLE, the most critical, hard to please group of people on the planet to shower it with near universal praise? I honestly wouldn’t have thought it was possible before Wicked came out. Especially because the trailer looked like hot garbage. But damn if it didn’t work on me like a charm. The sets, the costumes, the performances, they way they stretched out the story without ever making it feel too long or bloated, the choreography - I mean what can I say, it won me, and more importantly MUSICAL THEATER PEOPLE, over completely. John M. Chu, I salute you for achieving the impossible.
7. A Different Man - Like that time Ryan Gosling wore a shirt with a picture of Macaulay Culkin wearing a shirt with a picture of Ryan Gosling, only if the bit had gone on WAY longer. It's an MC Escher drawing hanging next to wall text by Charlie Kauffman. Did David Lynch have to die so that Aaron Shomberg could thrive? I guess we’ll find out!
6. Better Man - If you you’re asking yourself, can one of the best musical sequences in modern movie history take place in a movie where a guy no one in America had ever heard of is played by a CGI monkey, then you CLEARLY haven’t seen the “Rock DJ” sequence in Better Man. Does the rest of the movie’s cliched, predictable, and also often inaccurate narrative developments benefit greatly from the fact that this is one of the only movies of its kind where we don’t know the whole story and all the songs going in? Almost definitely. Is the fact no one had any interest in, or expectations for, this movie whatsoever a big part of why an evangelical cult, of which I am a part, is already forming around it? Absolutely! But movies like this are exactly why this project of seeing every Oscar nominee is always worthwhile. Because otherwise I would have never seen this movie, and now talking about this movie is my whole personality. But truly, seeing the “Rock DJ” performance on the big screen for the first time, having no idea what was coming, was like finding out that God is real. I’ll never ever forget it. (Oops, I just totally ruined the no expectations thing for you. Sorry!)
5. A Complete Unknown - Somehow both possibly the best straight ahead musical biopic of all time (go ahead, try and come up with one definitively better) and yet also only the 4th best Life of Bob Dylan movie. But still, mastering an entire type of film, even if it's a conventional and inherently cheesy one, is still really something special. And the performances elevate it a level even beyond that. Timmy is an absolute star and capital A actor, Monica Barbaro is a (incredibly attractive) revelation, and Edward Norton is Edward Fucking Norton. Plus with music this good, presented this well, it's just really tough to beat as far as this kind of movie is concerned. So yes, it feels a bit old fashioned, but also it's a movie where you think “they rarely make 'em like this anymore”, and thats because they never really did.
4. Dune: Part Two - I have a truly wild complaint about this movie: too much happens. Dune: Part I was not only my second favorite film of 2021 but one of my favorite films of the decade so far. And what I liked best about it was the fact that for the first time in a very long time a movie transported me to somewhere that felt totally new and totally visceral. The sense of being immersed in world and just sort of hanging out there for three hours felt completely unique, immersive, and was some real “this is the power of movies!” shit. It looked and felt like nothing I’d ever experienced before. But now for the sequel, had I not only experienced the world before, but rather than feeling fresh and new it started to feel a bit like a typical movie. A focus on plot over world building. Action over atmosphere. Predictability over surprise. And, as with so many epic stories, a difficulty ending things. Now don’t get me wrong, this is still a GREAT movie and better than 99.9% of VFX heavy sci-fi tentpole movies. #VilleneuveForLife. But my expectations were through the roof and, for me, this film got stuck somewhere in the clutter of the attic.
3. Nickel Boys - In one of my day jobs I teach kids about movies and how they’re made, and one thing I feel like I always struggle with is trying to convey how amazing it must have been to experience things we now take for granted for the first time. Things like tracking shots, crane shots, deep focus, breaking the 180 degree line, the basic tools of film storytelling, its visual vocabulary, all had to be thought of and used for the first time by someone, and they likely rewired the brains of viewers when they saw these things for first time. Now Nickel Boys is of course not the first film to told using first-person perspective, but man if I didn’t think about the experience of seeing something totally new the whole time I was watching it. Because the movie looked, and felt, and WAS, unlike anything I’d ever experienced before. It was something brand new, which when you see as many films as I do, is often enough by itself. But this wasn’t just a new form; it was form in service of function. Creating a totally new way to present the human experience generally, and black pain specifically. Literally a new way to view and and connect to it. Normally I talk about watching a film - this felt like living inside one. Nickel Boys is a total game changer, and to the future film teachers out there: if your kids want to know what it is was like to experience this movie for the first time: It rewired my brain. It was incredible.
2. Sing Sing - JUSTICE FOR CLARENCE MACLIN!! HOW AM I NOT GOING TO BE HEARING HIS OSCAR SPEECH THIS YEAR?!? IT WOULD HAVE BEEN ONE OF THE BEST AND MOST DESERVING EVER!!
JUSTICE FOR SING SING!!! IN 99 OUR OF 100 POSSIBLE UNIVERSES THIS IS THE 2024 BEST PICTURE WINNER. EVERYONE INVOLVED WITH THIS MOVIE SHOULD SUE THE A24 MARKETING AND AWARDS CAMPAIGN TEAMS. HOW DO YOU FUMBLE THE BAG THIS BADLY?? I’LL NEVER UNDERSTAND IT!
I DON’T CARE THAT THIS IS DEFINITIVELY A LOWER CASE MOVIE, I’LL NEVER STOP TALKING ABOUT IT IN ALL CAPS. IT DESERVES THAT AND SO MUCH MORE. SEE THIS FILM. IT IS SO SO SPECIAL. YOU WILL LOVE IT OR YOU ARE NOT HUMAN. SING SING!!!!!
1. Anora - Anora is proof that many of the big recurring complaints about movies this year - too much to say, too muddled in tone, too many different movies happening in the same film, etc. - aren’t inherently flaws, they just have to be expertly navigated by a master. Sean Baker is that master. And this movie is a masterful ride. It balances so many plates while swerving around so wildly, yet always feels like the smoothest most enjoyable journey. And it turns the rest of the 2024 movie year on its head. “Important” doesn’t have to be solemn, “serious” can be a ton of fun, and a movie can be whatever it wants to be whenever it wants to be it. Everything Everywhere All At A Specific And Perfectly Calibrated Time. The best comedy, the best fight scene, the most suspense, the most intimate character study, the best hang-out film, the heaviest emotional devastation - it’s all here. It’s a movie for everyone, yet as hyper-specific as it gets. It’s a miracle.

Unlocked Bone Ship - CR18 Undead
A Pathfinder Unlocked version of the bone ship.

Artwork is official art from Pathfinder 2e, by Damien Mammoliti on ArtStation, copyright Paizo Inc.
Unlocked Monsters are my series of redesigns of official Pathfinder monsters to make them more interesting and interactive to fight.
The bone ship is, as the name might suggest, an undead ship made of bones, which comes from Bestiary 5. Ghost ships are a classic staple of many types of adventure stories, and the ship itself being an intelligent accursed undead thing that can lash out at you on its own is a very cool idea.
Unfortunately, the creature has the problem of being, you know, a ship. A vehicle that creatures can ride, and that players are very likely going to try to board, not stab in the hull with a shortsword. The original stat block really doesn't support this at all. This is my solution. I wanted to make something that not only could be boarded, but that actually rewarded players for doing so, while still being somewhat able to fight back. I also wanted to make something that made more sense in a setting without cannons, in case you're using this in a low-firearms or no-firearms setting.
Oh, and here's a fantastic battlemap or token you can use for it. Note that this is way bigger than 30 ft., and not square like most creatures. Because it's a ship. The official art clearly shows a much bigger ship, but its space is only 30 ft in Bestiary 5, because Paizo was scared to make an irregularly sized and shaped creature. I'm not.

SPECIAL ABILITIES
Blood Wake (Su) The frothing, churning waters around a bone ship are stained crimson with blood. Creatures entering the bone ship’s aura must attempt DC 30 Fortitude saves. Those that succeed at their saves become shaken for 1d6 rounds. Those that fail become shaken and staggered as they feel themselves drowning and envision themselves pulled down into the bloody waters. staggered creatures take an additional –4 penalty to AC, on Reflex saves, and on Swim checks. Creatures can attempt a new save at the start of each of their turns to resist this effect. Those that succeed at their saving throws are immune to the bone ship’s aura for 24 hours. This is a mind-affecting fear affect, and works only when the bone ship is in the water. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Bound Souls (Su) The souls of numerous sailors and sea creatures form the bone ship’s collective consciousness and hull. A bone ship is immune to spells and effects affecting a specific number of creatures (but not those that have attack rolls). Any creature attempting to communicate with a bone ship, such as through telepathy, hears only the anguished cries of the imprisoned souls and must succeed at a DC 30 Will save or be driven insane as per the insanity spell (CL 20th). The save DC is Charisma-based.
Cannot Submerge The bone ship floats and cannot swim underwater or otherwise submerge, although its hull extends 15 ft. underwater while it floats.
Energy Rifts (Su) The bone ship can create three energy rifts anywhere along the sides or bottom of its hull as a swift action. These function as ranged attacks with a +3 enhancement bonus, which deal 3d6+9 points of force damage and 3d6+9 points of negative energy damage, and have a x3 critical multiplier. The energy rifts have a range increment of 30 feet, and target touch AC within the first three range increments (up to 90 ft.). The bone ship can fire all three energy rifts as a standard action. The bone ship's Strength modifier is added to the damage, and both this bonus and the enhancement bonus are split evenly between the force and negative energy damage; this is already included in the statistics above.
After firing its energy rifts, the bone ship cannot fire them again for 1 round, as they recharge.
Ghostly Boarders (Su) Once per minute as a one-round action, the bone ship can disgorge the souls of the sailors bound within it. This ability can be interrupted as if it were a 6th-level spell; the bone ship has +26 to concentration checks to maintain concentration on this ability (CL 20th, +6 Charisma).
At the end of the casting time, the ghostly boarders appear as spectral entities and slaughter all living creatures in and around the bone ship. Living creatures within 40 ft. of the bone ship take 20d8 magical aging damage (DC 30 Fortitude save halves), and if killed by this effect, their souls are dragged into the bone ship. Creatures slain in this manner can be restored to life only by a miracle or wish spell. The save DC is Charisma-based.
Rideable (Ex) Enemy and ally creatures can safely stand on - or even inside - a bone ship, riding it like a normal ship. A bone ship cannot perform melee or ranged attacks against an enemy that is riding on top of or inside it.
A creature adjacent to a bone ship can attempt to grab onto the side of it with a grapple check or a climb check rolled against its CMD. A creature holding onto the side of it in this way can then climb up the side of the bone ship; it’s 20 feet up from the surface of the water to the top deck where a creature can safely stand. The Climb DC for the exterior of a bone ship is 20 (a slippery surface with handholds).
Rotting Heart (Ex) A bone ship's interior is a 25x95 ft area (the same size as the bone ship) containing a massive rotting heart with countless tendrils of blackened flesh connecting to the bones that make up the exterior hull. This interior can be reached through a hatch accessible from on top of the bone ship. The hatch is locked with a superior-quality lock (DC 40 to open with Disable Device). The hatch has 5 hardness and 15 hit points. Damage dealt to the hatch counts as damage dealt to the bone ship.
A creature inside a bone ship's interior treats the bone ship as flat-footed, ignores its hardness and spell resistance, and automatically deals a critical hit with any attack it makes against the bone ship.
A creature inside the bone ship's interior is considered to be riding the bone ship.
Slow Turning (Ex) The bone ship can only turn 45 degrees per round.
Supercolossal (Ex) The bone ship gains an additional +4 size bonus to CMB and CMD, a -4 penalty to AC and attack rolls, and a -16 penalty on stealth checks, on top of those normally granted to a colossal creature. It gains a +200 bonus to its maximum hit points. These modifiers are already included in its statistics above.
Spectral Energy Cannon (Su) As a standard action every 2d4 rounds, the bone ship can combine all three of its energy rifts into a spectral energy cannon that deals 18d6 points of negative energy damage to creatures in a 180-foot line (Will DC 30 half). The save DC is Charisma-based.
Unholy Repair (Su) By spending 1 full day inactive, the bone ship can heal itself to full hit points by scavenging the bones of dead sea creatures within a 10-mile radius, pulling the bones up from the bottom of the ocean to join its hull.

hi robin lol 1, 6, 7, 13, 14, 18 (ik you do but I want to know the answer to the second part), 22, 23, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 35, 36, 37, 42, 43, 49, 50, 51, 58, 61 (out of all of them), 62 and 63 (for a&a), 64 (for ginger tea) 68, 69, 72, 73, 74, 75, 76, 78, 79
so many !! fjdsklaf (ask meme here) i'll put most of the answers under a read more cause its long
1. Do you daydream a lot before you write, or go for it as soon as the ideas strike?
oh i daydream for sure. my fics tend to start as a single paragraph elevator pitch, basically, in my brainstorming document. And i'll daydream and experiment a little at what scenes that would include, what character interactions, different moods and settings—the Vibes. then i can start outlining. even though i can type quickly, my thoughts still move faster, and i feel i need to think things out before i start typing something and forget the other ideas in my head
6. What's the last line you wrote?
"The infant whimpers in the arms of the woman beside the pulpit. Snufkin eyes flick to her for a moment, Moomintroll sees. He adjusts the large scarf across his shoulders. His words stumble, just a little." — from a&a
7. Post a snippet from a wip.
Moomintroll’s paw twitched on the small of Snufkin’s back. Squeezed slightly. Hardly daring, Snufkin pressed his forehead into Moomintroll’s chest, breathing in his scent. Light, at first, and then sinking in. Fresh bread and laundry soap. A tinge of alcohol on his breath.
13. Do you listen to music while you write? If yes, what have you been listening to recently?
I used to (as in just two years ago) be able to listen to music or have old youtube videos on in the background as I wrote. I wrote about half of "chlorine & corticosteroids", probably, with jenna marbles videos playing in the background. but something changed in my brain and now i need Silence or maybe a looping instrumental song. I like Erik Satie's "Gnossiène no. 3".
14. What is your favorite location and position to write in?
Most often, I write in my room, crouched over or lying on my stomach very babygirl. Favorite though is writing in the patio of my local library. Outdoors, nice weather, free wifi and power outlet. I can have a little beverage and look at trees and birds.
18. Do you enjoy research? Which fic of yours required the most research?
As we both know, of Course i enjoy research jfdskla the one that required the most was probably "chlorine & corticosteroids" actually. It was the longest fic I had written at the time, so there were more little details I wanted right. Also it was about ulcerative colitis, a condition I don't have, so I wanted to do research to get it right. Medical information, of course, but also forums and reddit threads and tumblr posts by people with UC to get a feel for actual life with it. The experience of being on a low-fiber medical diet, of EDCs relating to fecal incontinence and ileostomy bags. Also also because I set it in Flagstaff, Arizona: a place I have never been to. So I spend a lot of time on google maps looking at different neighborhoods and bus routes and knowing where everything in the city was. I might have spent more time researching a&a, but i think the research for c&c was more necessary. then again, i did read whole books for a&a so. idk.
22. Do you title your fics before, during, or after the writing process? How do you come up with titles?
already answered !
23. Is writing the beginning, middle, or end of the story easiest? Hardest?
I do this thing, for the beginning of a story (or chapter) that I have the outline establish a few sentences, then start writing what is functionally the second paragraph. And then I can never think of a good first line, so I just make that "second" paragraph into the first. And I feel it usually works? I think it skips the boring little establishing bits and catches interest better. Wrt outlining though and broader plots? I don't really think the beginning, middle, or end is the hardest. I'll have really strong visions for specific scenes, and I just have to figure out how to fill in between them. I guess most of those are in the middle, but the middle is also just the biggest part of the story, so I don't think it's fair to say it's the hardest for that.
25. What’s your favorite part of the writing process (worldbuilding, brainstorming/outlining, writing, editing, etc)?
Worldbuilding can be fun because of all the research, but I feel sometimes I get too in the weeds and lose steam. I try to reign myself in and research as I go when needed. I write my outline and a notable amount of prose all at once, bouncing around a little, and then the outline is simply cannabalized by the prose. I do that especially with dialogue, where I write most of the actual "script" so to speak on my first pass and then add the tags and pacing sentences after. I think that first pass is the most exciting, where I can see the story change from ideas in my head into a more concrete vision.
26. What’s your least favorite part of the writing process?
when i write and can't immediately think of what joins moments together, i'll fill it in with a placeholder, like [few sentences] or [transition]. sometimes they're more specific, like [back and forth about scheduling] but sometimes i don't have an idea for what goes there. and sometimes filling in those gaps is like pulling teeth
27. What area of writing do you feel strongest in?
mood and tone, i think, are my strongest. the sort of atmosphere and how the air hangs and all that
28. What area of writing do you want to improve in?
I definitely do want to get more comfortable writing sex scenes. I think they're a rich vein of narrative and character and symbolic importance and I want to practice that more. I also want to get better at more complex narratives. All my stories, mostly given their length, have only had the capacity for a single plot, and maybe small threads of others. In a few years, I'd like to be able to write something with definite A and B plots.
29. What’s something about your writing that you’re proud of?
answered here !
30. How much do you edit your fics? Do you edit as you write or wait until you finish the first draft?
This kind of goes back to the outline turning into the prose. Usually I get a sentence in that's just very plain text what happens, and then I'll go in after and backfill actual prose. And usually I know as I write what spots need reworking, and I'll leave a comment to myself (e.g. "rephrase" or "move to [x] paragraph" or "would he be this direct"). Or it'll simply be a word that I want to run in a thesaurus cause the perfect word isn't coming to me at the moment but I don't want to lose momentum so I just flag it for later. But I don't think I do a lot of editing tbh. Sometimes I read over finished chapters to catch repetitive lines and such, but a lot of big structural editing I do as I write in the outline stage.
35. What’s your favorite fic you’ve posted? (L)
Favorite that I've posted might be "Black Cohosh". I think it was a change in direction into the kind of stuff I really enjoy writing now: a sort of moody, introspective piece weighted with symbolism. Also bees. I also really like "chlorine & corticosteroids" in the sort of same-but-opposite way. It's definitely a modern piece with a modern voice, and I think it has a good tonal balance between the humor and affection of Jesse and Lake becoming close and the weight of Jesse facing his dangerous people-pleasing and Lake's and Tulip's experiences with ableism.
36. What fic are you proudest of? (L)
Proudest of is definitely a&a. It's the longest thing I've written and the most unapologetic, I think. It took a lot to include the plot points I was nervous about, but I think it was worth it
37. What fic has been the hardest for you to write?
answered here !
42. What’s your favorite title that you’ve come up with?
I think "Sweetpea & Daffodil" is a good title on the floriographic front. "gratitude & please return my affection" really fits the theme of what happens in it, the letters to ones own disabled body which read like two lovers in pain and desperate to make it work. tbh i think my floriographic titles have all been pretty apt, cause these emotions are exactly what the code is built for. Yellow rainflower standing for friendship but also betrayal, undying love but also infidelity. Lavender symbolizing devotion and distrust. I also like "chlorine & corticosteroids" for its contrast, showing the two very different worlds of Jesse and Lake respectively, and seeing them interact.
43. Is there a trope or idea that you’d really like to write but haven’t yet?
Oh I have a wip called "Common Courtesy", focused on Snufkin and Pappa's interactions, where Pappa Does An Ableism and then instead of actually apologizing, builds a ramp to Moominhouse, and is a little Too expectant of praise for it. Getting into infrastructural segregation and Moominpappa's inability to apologize and just. Seeing these two very different but equally stubborn men interact.
49. What fic of yours would you say is the best introduction to you as a writer?
I think "Ginger Tea and Parsley Oil" is a decent introduction to the style and topics that I like to go into. lmao i just read it again and ive definitely gotten better (so much of it feels clunky to me now!) but i think that's a good an entry as any
50. How would you describe your writing style?
A part of my writing style I've put a lot of focus on for years is word choice. There's a sort of emotional depth, I think, that can be found in words that sound a little unnatural. As if each one had a pause before you spoke it. My backburner OC story Ink Blots has a significant portion of dialogue between people speaking in a mutually non-native lingua franca, so there's always this sort of haze of people translating things in their head, how this translation affects how they speak. And I think that's something that I've transferred into my fic writing too.
51. Does what you like to write differ from what you like to read?
For sure! tbh i haven't been reading much fic lately, but books I like to read are often different than what I write. I've liked Kurt Vonnegut for many years now, who has a much more blunt style than I do: much shorter word length and simple grammar. And I love Jane Austen, who writes very differently from me in both content (satires about the English landed gentry) and style (quippy dialogue and sometimes meandering prose). I've also enjoyed epistolary novels, like Dracula and Ella Minnow Pea. I've never written epistolary works before, but it seems fun
58. Do you have a favorite piece of figurative language you’ve written?
hard to pick! i use a lot of it fdjaskl i'd say one i like is in a&a chapter 16:
There's a single word sitting in the middle of the table. It's heavy. The wooden legs creak and groan under its weight. Moomintroll fears putting anything else down even a little too roughly will make the table collapse.
i think it's evocative, effective, and i was able to play with it the whole rest of the chapter with characters' interactions with the physical table they were sitting at mirroring their approaches and avoidances of the topic at hand
61. In [all of your fics], what’s your favorite scene that you wrote?
idk about favorite cause that's a tough question, but i really like the scene in "Yellow Rainflower" where Alicia and Snufkin are talking at night about why Snufkin took so long to come back and never even wrote her. I think it was good move into the stuff I like to do now: conversations beginning to put equal or more weight into what is unsaid than what is actually said.
62 .In [acacia & asphodel], is there a deleted scene/idea you wish you could have included? Why did it get cut?
Oh when I was figuring out a&a, I wasn't really sure of its format. Would it be a one-shot series, a single piece, something in between? I have a bunch of little ideas but there are two I am a little sad to see go. One is where Alicia takes in a stray cat, and there's some fun little banter between them over it. But it's one that includes Sisu as a toddler so when I narrowed the scope of the fic to just the pregnancy and Sisu's first few days of life, I had to cut it cause it wouldn't make sense for her to do it then. Another is a sort of scrapped epilogue, where Moomintroll paints Snufkin giving Sisu a bath in the sink. I cut it cause for one just like before it required Sisu to just be a little bit older (though by just a few months), and also it was redundant with the closing chapter I have already. Also it felt a little too neat and tidy, and I wanted a more ambiguous ending that signified another beginning, not something that could read more as a happily-ever-after.
63. What was the hardest part of writing [acacia & asphodel]?
answered here !
64 . If you rewrote [Ginger Tea] now, would you change anything?
I like Parsley Oil as it is alright, but I think I would restructure Meadowsweet. More internal monologue, less verbal monologue. I think there are things that Snufkin would think but not say out loud that I had him say out loud and are just a little Too Vulnerable for him to voice.
68. Are there any fics that influenced you to write the way you do?
I feel like that would be really hard to trace. I've read a lot of fic jfkdlsa I like to read through entire tags of a fandom (a character or ship or another tag), or sometimes the entire fandom's tag on ao3. I think looking at different fandoms though, my writing style is very influenced by Pathologic fics I've read. The symbolism and the moodiness and the weight and the politics are all,I feel, lifted more from those works than a lot of Moomin fics.
69. What are your favorite fics at the moment?
i'm not reading any fics at the moment jfkdsl favorites that i've had, though, include "Gracilis", "Darling, Oh", "The Little Book of Daffodils", and "Moss". I also really like Weevilo707's Infinity Train fics.
72. What’s your favorite writing compliment you’ve gotten?
I love getting complimented on symbolism, especially when it's something I didn't really notice myself doing. Like when I was doing it, I knew something was meaningful and important and so put it in, but I couldn't articulate how, and then I see someone put all my own thoughts into words. It really reminds me of why I love sharing my writing—I love the collaborate discussion and the enthusiasm with which I can talk to my friends about it.
73. What do you tend to get complimented on the most about your writing?
Often symbolism—especially lately, cause a&a has had a lot of symbolism and narrative parallels, and I love talking about that. I also get compliments on research (of course) and on specific gut-punch lines, often at a chapter's end.
74. Do you have a fic you wish got a bit more love?
answered here !
75. Is there a particular fic that readers gravitated towards that you didn’t expect?
answered here !
76. How do you deal with writing pressure, whether internal or external?
I think the external pressure I face writing is not in regards to writing what gets more attention—I've tried writing it and know it does better but also I know it doesn't feel as rewarding or interesting to write—but in avoiding topics of controversy. Including sex scenes, discussions of sex work and of eugenics and abortion, showing sexual harassment and antisemitism, depicting the common instances of ableism that I'm certain a notable amount of my readers have performed themselves. The controversial stuff, the kind of stuff that gets strangers to rally against you, can be scary to share. Internally, sometimes I do feel pressure to keep to a publishing schedule, feeling like I "owe" readers a regular update. But ultimately, I know that's not true. I'm a regular guy and a pretty busy one at that. Writing a novel for fun and for free? This is something I'll do when I have time and if I treat it too much like another job then I'll lose my love of it.
78. What motivates you during the writing process?
for general writing, the sort of "get-er-done" motivation, I like to get inspired. I read my old stuff, I listen to the playlists that I made, I make amvs in my head. Something that will get me emotionally invested in the art. There's also the motivation wrt the content of what I write, and for that I keep thinking about this anon I got, a disabled person who was really touched by the first sex scene in a&a, saying they hadn't felt represented in a sex scene before. That's just a really poignant thing for me, to be able to make another disabled person feel seen. Stuff like that, hearing from other disabled people, seeing our shared experiences—that's really motivating too, encouraging me to keep writing what I'm writing, because while it might be niche, there's an audience that really cares.
79. Do you have any writing advice you want to share?
One of the biggest things that's helped me is analyzing the writing of other's—stuff you like, stuff that's just not your taste but effective, and stuff that just sucks. Why do certain things work and others not? Where's the line between personal taste and common consensus—and is that line where you feel it should be, and why that? I've loved film analysis, and video essays about films. I think that sort of critical thinking is really helpful for knowing how to construct your writing. (robin ?? suggesting research ??? who could have guessed)

Week 7: Finally Hitting the Goyesca-Spot
Today marks a significant milestone in my musical journey—I've officially completequd the full cycle of playing through my entire repertoire and have now come full circle, returning to where I started: Goyesca No. 4. This full-circle moment isn’t just about repeating the same old notes—it’s about seeing how far I’ve come. The pieces feels different now, and it’s exciting to notice new details and bring a bit more depth to it. I’m looking forward to refining it and seeing how much more I can bring out of it. The main challenge in my playing today was my unnatural rubatos—which, honestly, seems to be a recurring issue in all my pieces. Mr. Bialak suggested that I record myself and listen back, so I can better assess how to improve my rubatos and make them feel more natural. Bar 1: Do not abruptly slow down ay 3rd beat after doing a super fast turn. Rubato would seem very disconnected. Bar 3: Slow down a little from beat 3 to 4 Bar 4: Slow down even more Bar 8: Wait a little before playing semiquavers in RH to create slowing down effect after increasing speed in the previous bar Bar 9: Start first 2 notes slow before speeding up to make it more emotive Bar 10: Do not rush triplets Bar 15: Soften RH but Cresc. in LH
Bar 17: RH demisemiquaver can be played slower, no need to be a tempo Bar 18: Ornaments to be played quickly in BH Bar 20-21: Cresc. and lead up to first chord of bar 21, do not deflate too quickly Bar 21: Do not play hemidemisemiquaver in a relaxed speed, LH leap from 'A' to 'C&F' quickly Bar 23: Speed up first 2 notes of semiquaver and slow down at the next 2 Bar 24-26: Create an even more intense cresc. than before (Bars 20-23) Bar 25: Only slow down last 2 semiquavers a little Bar 27: Gradually get slower with every beat Bar 28: Keep appoggiaturas light and quick but steadily slow down the main melody
Bar 33: Do note rush triplets Bar 35: Make sure to sound G natural in BH Bar 36: Speed up LH over first 4 semiquavers then slow down over the rest of the bar, take note to play A# in RH
Conclusion
Grasping the timing of rubato is undeniably challenging. It feels like trying to master the flow of time itself, balancing flexibility and precision in a way that brings out the emotional depth of the music without losing its structure. It’s about finding that perfect moment when the music breathes and sways, yet still holds together. With each practice, I’m slowly learning to trust the ebb and flow, but it’s clear that true mastery will take time and careful listening. The more unique and challenging aspect of this piece lies in the appoggiaturas and turns scattered throughout, which must be seamlessly coupled with the rubato. These ornaments require careful attention to timing and expression, as they need to flow naturally within the broader pulse of the music. Balancing the delicate execution of these ornamentations with the flexibility of rubato adds an extra layer of difficulty, demanding both technical precision and emotional sensitivity. It’s a fine line between shaping the notes expressively and maintaining control over the overall phrasing.

Best Time To Visit Sakleshpur: A Seasonal Guide

Sakleshpur, a haven of scenic beauty, aromatic coffee plantations, and misty mornings, lies tucked away in the lush hills of the Western Ghats. Travellers are drawn to this quaint Karnataka hill station by its tranquil surroundings and adventurous trails. But timing is essential if you want to feel its enchantment at its best. Even though Sakleshpur’s tropical temperature makes it a pleasure to visit at any time of the year, every season presents a different landscape. Whether you’re searching for romance, adventure, leisure, or pleasure will determine when you should visit. Sakleshpur has something amazing to offer in any season, whether you wish to enjoy cascading waterfalls, verdant surroundings, or the cool winter air.
Summer (March to May)
Sakleshpur remains a moderately warm sanctuary as temperatures rise throughout much of India. With summer temperatures between 22°C and 35°C, this location is a great escape from the sweltering lowlands. Sakleshpur’s summer is ideal for those who enjoy being in the outdoors. The Bisle Ghat Trek provides expansive vistas of rolling hills and foggy valleys. A walk through the fragrant coffee farms is soothing and revitalizing if you’re looking for solitude. Gentle breezes cool the evenings, making them ideal for stargazing and campfires. Trekking on routes like Kumara Parvatha and Agni Gudda Hill, which are at their peak in the summer, is one of the highlights. The Manjarabad Fort nature trails combine a little of history with verdant surroundings. Photographers can capture brilliant sunsets and clear skies across Sakleshpur, which make for ideal photo opportunities.
Monsoon (June to September)
Sakleshpur becomes a lush paradise when the monsoons arrive. The rains create a symphony of nature’s most exquisite aspects by bringing life to its coffee fields, waterfalls, and woods. This is the time of year to go if you enjoy rainy landscapes and the peaceful sound of the dropping water. With its mist-covered hills, gushing streams, and earthy scent that permeates the air, Sakleshpur’s romantic side is brought out during the monsoon season. Treks take on an exhilarating twist amid slick paths and cascading waterfalls, making it an adventurer’s paradise. Highlights of the monsoon season include seeing the majestic Mallalli and Manjehalli Waterfalls in full force and taking in the picturesque Bisle View Point, where clouds blend with the mountains. Monsoon trekking and river kayaking are two exhilarating activities that adventure enthusiasts might undertake. Travelling can be challenging due to the frequent rains, but the unadulterated beauty of the season makes the effort worthwhile.
Winter (October to February)
Sakleshpur is at its best as a peaceful getaway in the winter. The temperature is between a comfortable 14°C and 28°C, the mornings are misty, and the air is crisp. The terrain is lush but dry enough for easy exploration, and the freshness from the post-monsoon season lasts. For honeymooners, families, and lone tourists wishing to take in the tranquil beauty of the area, winter is the ideal season. One of the delights of winter is seeing the coffee estates at their liveliest when the harvest season is underway. While visiting at the Shettihalli Church offers a view of a hauntingly beautiful ruin, partially buried in water during other seasons but more accessible in winter, camping under the stars offers a comfortable experience.
As you can see, Sakleshpur’s beauty is evident throughout the year, but the choice of when to visit depends on what you seek. For those looking for adventure, summer is the best season as it provides optimal weather for outdoor activities like trekking. With its mist-covered hills, the monsoon season creates a romantic, dreamy atmosphere that is ideal for couples looking to unwind. And, winter offers a calm atmosphere and comfortable exploration, making it the perfect season for family vacations and sightseeing. Be it the adventure of summer, the romance of monsoon, or the tranquillity of winter, this hill station offers a memorable getaway into the lap of nature!
And, when you’re considered about where to stay, we’ll give you a hint – the perfect space for you is The Pebbles & Beans Resort. Nestled in a scenic location, this best resort in Sakleshpura is a perfect blend of comfort, nature, and tranquillity. Its amenities and services are unparalleled when compared to other Sakleshpur resorts. This is the place to be whether you’re looking for romance, leisure, or family fun. 159: Imagination Station
“If Wishes Were Horses” 30th-anniversary reflections
Bedtime stories are supposed to be fun, but one gets a bit too real for Molly O’Brien when the straw-spinning imp Rumpelstiltskin shows up in her room. Not the kind of visitor you want as a firstborn child. But that’s just the start of a surprising evening for the crew of Deep Space Nine. London Kings baseball legend Buck Bokai pays a visit to Captain Sisko, and Doctor Bashir finds himself in bed with Jadzia Dax just hours after being rejected over dinner. The weirdness continues to grow until the station and the entire Bajoran system become threatened by a spatial rift. As the crew races the clock to find a solution, Sisko realizes that both the problem and the solution lie in their imaginations.
In this episode of The Orb, hosts C Bryan Jones and Matthew Rushing continue our 30th-anniversary retrospective that will take you through all of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, one episode at a time. In this installment, we discuss “If Wishes Were Horses,” its fun veneer, the wealth of character and social commentary that lies beneath, and why Miles must be feeling like Lando Calrissian.

1.Salary should be decided on how much work worth does not work experience. % its eliminate salary difference between same profile people. 2.Do not restrict educational criteria limited to engineering or IT courses. % there is no concrete relation between programming and engineering. 3.There is a need to be a library which contains domain and technology specific books and materials. % it will help to update current industry scene and skills and books are more enjoying than e-books. 4.Free food should be everyone and tea vending machines are in good and high-quality % you can deduct the amount from the initial offer because free things make us happier than money. 5.Do not allow any type of celebration and distribution of sweets and Prasad on the job floor. % it will help to maintain the working environment and also suppress religious presentation. 6.There is a standard formal dress code for employees which will offer by the company logo. % it will help to reduce glamorization of IT industry and minimize distraction and style competition. 7.There is a need to be put firewall restrictions for filtering all religious, political and news websites. % it will increase work efficiency because folks stop reading and thinking about news material. 8.There is a need to stop performance incentive or salary variable components. % there is no scientific method for calculating performance, its only depend on managers mind and mood. 9.There is a need to remove all card swap machines and restricted entries except main entrance. % We need to trust our employees and at last, they are mill workers, not hackers. 10.There is a need to stop training, sports, and gathering. % It is not training institute or college campus and we hire folks only for work, not for workout. 11.There is a need to be 100% employee participation in CSR activities. % This will teach them that beyond IT campus, malls, theaters etc there is the big and bitter world is present.
