What's your favourite city you've visted?
Oo that's a great question! Hope you'll forgive me my very euro-centric answers, since those are the destinations that are compatible with my current travel budget
I mean if I had to choose one it would be Paris, which is probably hardly a surprise for anyone. But I think it would be the case even if I wasn't into the French Revolution/French history in general. There's just so much to see! (Also, I got my coffee replaced for free after I spilled it all over myself like an idiot. So Paris gets additional points for that)
I also like smaller cities, especially the ones which you can explore on foot. I've recently been to Verona and really fell in love with the place. Also Tallinn (the capital of Estonia) - I think it's criminally underrated!
Oh, and I know that one doesn't count, but Prague isn't half-bad either of course.

UPDATE POST!!
I'M BACK EVERYONE!!
So, I went on a kind of unannounced hiatus... Because I have been in Europe and my home country! Lots of crazy stuff happened there, especially with me and my mom's health. But we don't have time to get into all that yet.
We went to Italy for a bit! We saw Venice, Murano and Burano. That was cool!
Then, the best thing... We went to London and saw Hadestown on West End!!! I stage doored, and got my playbill signed and pics with the cast, including my absolute favorite actor on West End, Donál Finn!
I have been drawing a lot lately, but it has been for myself instead of social media. I have been focusing on improving my skills and stuff, without the fear of being judged. I'm gonna go back to sharing art soon, though!
So, yeah. That's where I have been! I'll be more active when we settle back into America and I start school. I'm starting High School, so wish me luckkk 😭. I was only gone because I had absolutely no time to post. But I'm glad to be back!

Looking for ghost stories
Hey guys, I need some help, someone knows a good place where I can locate ghost stories, or hunted stories, things like that in Rome, Florence, Venice, Prague, Naples, and Krakow?
I'm planning my next trip but I will like to know more about folk supernatural stories, or creepy stories in these places.

Boyfriend Visited
.
Hi Everyone. Hope everyone is having a great March so far!!
Honestly, I was living my best life these past few weeks. Mainly, my boyfriend Jack visited me. I am so lucky to be able to have him visit. Our time together has been really special. First off, when Jack visited, it was his first time out of America. I felt a lot of pressure making it the best the trip can be, but looking back, it was a success!
I met Jack in London because of a long layover he had. We took the day and went to a pub as well as walked around the tourist center where the Big Ben, Parliament, and London Eye is located.
Less than 8 hours later, it was time to come back to Prague.
Once we got to Prague we went to bed right away. During the next few days we stayed in two Airbnbs. One in Old Town Square and the other in Wenceslas (New Town) Square. During our time in Prague, we explored the entirety of the city including going to the Astronomical Clock Tower.
We spent most of the time just enjoying being with each other in a foreign city. Just walking around on the cobblestone streets holding eachothers hands was all I needed in order to make one of my favorite weeks ever of my life.
Later on during the week, we went to Italy. Jack is Italian and going to Italy has been a dream of his. I feel so lucky to be able to show him an amazing country.
We first went to Lake Como, where we decided to live it up and stay in a really nice hotel. We even got a loft in our room!
We walked around the Lake itself and the town of Como. We then took a vernacular up to the top of the mountain. We got some cocktails and then went back to the hotel.
The next morning we were going to Venice. When we were on the train though, we realized we left our passports in the safe. This is the first time I experienced leaving my passport somewhere. I was very stressed and freaking out but Jack made sure that I was okay and we went back to the hotel and went on a later train to Venice. It all worked out.
We had a stop in Milan and grabbed some pizza before getting on an express train that goes straight to Venice. I went to Venice last year with my family and all I pictured then was walking around with Jack. It was a dream of mine to be able to go with him to one of my favorite places in the world– the whole time felt surreal.
We went on a wine tour in Venice and we were definitely the two youngest people on the tour. Who cares though! We got to eat and drink our way throughout the city and finished up the trip with a gondola ride.
The whole time Jack was with me in Europe felt like a literal dream. I honestly can not believe how lucky I am to have him in my life. This trip has prompted the both of us to try to travel more together asap.
See you in the next blog!!

On this day:
VOYNICH MANUSCRIPT: MOST MYSTERIOUS MANUSCRIPT IN THE WORLD
On August 19, 1666, the rector of Prague University sent a letter and a manuscript to one of his former students, the Jesuit scholar Athanasius Kircher. The manuscript had lain forgotten in the monastery library in Frascati, Italy, for 250 years. It was obtained by Wilfred Voynich in 1912 and went on to be dubbed "the Most Mysterious Manuscript in the World."
Christened the Voynich, the six-by-nine-inch parchment codex appears to be a straightforward book. It is, however, over two hundred pages written in a code or unknown language that has never been deciphered. The text is elaborately illustrated with colored drawings of unknown plants and the sun, moon, and stars. Depictions of tiny naked women also frolic over the pages.
First appearing in history in 1586, the book was purchased for a then-outrageous sum of 600 ducats by the Holy Roman emperor, Rudolf II of Bohemia. One of the most eccentric European monarchs of the era, Rudolf collected dwarfs, had a regiment of giants in his army, and entertained all manner of magicians and alchemists. It has been suggested that the Voynich manuscript is the work of Roger Bacon, a famous English monk and scientist, and that it made its way to Prague via John Dee, a famous occultist of the time.
From dating of the vellum, pigments, calligraphy, and drawings, the manuscript is judged to be from the late thirteenth century. It has been labeled as everything from an illustrated herbal, to an alchemical treatise written in code to protect the contents, to an elaborate hoax. Its contents are roughly thought to be divided into sections of astronomy/astrology, biology, cosmology, pharmaceuticals, and recipes. After Voynich's widow died, the manuscript was sold to a book dealer and then donated to Yale University.

Send me a made-up fic title and I'll tell you what I would write to go with it
Can You Stop Being So Sexy Around Me? It's Distracting, and I Need to Get Work Done
I absolutely adored revisiting Nick Baxter, I haven't had a chance to write him lately.
The Romantic - Nick has always been a romantic when it comes to you.
Symphony (NSFW) - Nick welcomes you home in his own special way.
Come Back To Bed - Nick tries to coax you back to bed.
It’s late when you turn up at Nick’s office, long past the dinner date he’d had to cancel with you earlier this evening. He hates the fact he had to do that, that this case is keeping him away from you when it’s your last day in the US for a while.
You have an early flight to Berlin tomorrow morning, it’s the first leg of your European tour. You’ll be away for three months playing at venues in cities like Rome, Barcelona, Prague. He plans to fly out there and meet you in Italy in six weeks, spend some time I one of the world’s most romantic cities sightseeing with his wife.
He smiles when you enter the room. You’re wearing that black dress he likes, the elegant one that clings to your form.
“I’ve got a few hours of this yet.” He says apologetically as he sets down the file on his desk. “The defence really fucked things up for us today.”
“Nick.” You say softly as you perch on the edge of his desk, the hem of the dress riding just a little bit higher. “I’m leaving tomorrow and I want to spend a little time with my husband.”
“Rosie…” He begins but you’re already unzipping your dress.
There’s a stirring in his groin as the fabric slips from your shoulders and down along the rest of your body. His grip on the arms of his chair tightens because you’re clad in midnight blue lingerie, the pretty set he bought you for Valentine’s Day. He doesn’t have a chance of denying you, especially when you reach up and release your hair from the clip that holds it in place. Your hair tumbles down around your features in soft waves and his heart just stops because he loves you like this, truly he does.
“Now you can fuck me.” You tell him as you lean back against his desk. “Or you can watch me do it myself.”
Love Nick? Don’t miss any of his stories by joining the taglist here.
