I’m just very obsessed with the idea that mihawk is useless in a weapon less fight like he cannot throw a punch or get out of a pin to save his life like one he can’t kick he’s done out for the count, and this is why Shanks ends most of their duels this way. Because he’s a filthy cheater and Mihawk is even worse off because it’s Shanks pining him and he has eaten a lot of dirt.

Shanks decides to teach him the art of fighting dirty cause he’s nice that way but also let’s just say that Shanks likes being in a pin a little too much

Billy sips his coffee and wishes it was beer. But Steve gave him one stern look when he reached for the bottle, so he took milk instead.

"You," Henderson says, squinting his eyes like they're in a stupid Western and about to draw their guns.

It's not a duel, Steve had explained. He just wanted them to meet, to get to know each other, apparently forgetting that Billy Hargrove doesn't hang out with nerds.

"'Sup," Billy grumbles. He can hear Steve rummaging upstairs, probably taking longer to join them than necessary. Harrington's a bad liar with a heart of gold.

That's why Billy…. Well, he should probably try to not get into a fight. Steve is the only good thing in his life. The definition of good - another reason why Billy doesn’t fucking deserve him.

"He likes you," Henderson tells him, a puzzled look on his face. "Why?"

The coffee turns cold on Billy's tongue. Fuck him, why should he know?

"Got my qualities." He puts on a leering grin and winks at Henderson.

Dustin's nose turns a little green and he makes a belching sound.

Billy cackles.

"Billy." Steve clicks his tongue. Shit. Billy didn't notice him coming back.

Billy raises his hands. "I didn't do shit," he promises.

"Babe," Steve says, rolling his eyes and Billy's face grows hot.

"Babe," Dustin repeats, a twinkle in his eyes. Distraught and joy melt together, making him grin widely.

"It's a joke," Billy lies. Shit shit shit. He's going to tell Max and Billy will never hear the end of it. "Steve's joking."

"Uh, sure," Steve agrees, cheeks as red as cherries.

"Steve, you really need to get better at lying," Dustin laughs. "Maybe Babe here-"

"Henderson," Billy growls. Dustin will regret that.

"Jesus," Steve sighs, rubbing the bridge of his nose.

"This isn't what I expected," Dustin snorts, still giggling.

"Same," Billy says flatly.

"If you don't kiss in front of me, I won't tell Max," the kid offers.

Billy won't get blackmailed by a baby nerd.

He gives Steve a big wet kiss on the mouth.

Dustin makes a strangled noise.

Maybe it's a duel after all.

Idc we’re playing yugioh after we fuck

gx is so crazy how do you explain to someone with a surface-level understanding of what yugioh is that the series after dm features a hermaphroditic dragon-demon card spirit fusing their soul with the main character, who also has apparently been continually reincarnating for 100s of years with the card spirit's primary goal being to protect him, and when they embrace to fuse he says they shall never part again because they will forever and always from that point on be one jointed soul and body, and also he commits a borderline genocide against the card spirit race (???) and straight up kills some of his friends (they get better), and also there's a character who got his leg broken during an archeological dig and they replaced the broken bone with a dinosaur bone (???) and now he's like part dino and has fucking dino dna (?????????) and they send him to space as his dinosona to destroy a satellite that is about to destroy the earth (????????????), and also one of the teachers in the school (seto kaiba's duel school for dueling) is a homunculus and when he dies his soul (???) gets eaten by his cat and for the rest of the series he is living (?) inside of the cat's body, and also on top of all that theres a cool rival character as expected of a show targeted towards young boys who looks cool but in actuality he's lame as hell like he canonically stinks like shit cause he doesn't wash his clothes and he joins a cult and they get him out of the cult by reminding him that his real personality is being a rancid little stinky smelly bastard loser and no one likes him and he spends the entire series getting completely dunked on and also his main archetype is these things:

and then you have to concede that at the end of the day it is still an anime for a children's card game designed to sell the cards so if you ever try to explain the impact this had on your developing mind at 7 years old you'll sound sick

Really dumb, but also if I had one I would do it for cosplay. But all these visual novels games where you get cards, like Obey Me and Twisted Wonderland, print out those cards in regular trading card sizes until you have enough for a small deck. Get a Yu-Gi-Oh duel deck, you know those things you put on your arm, to put the cards in. Dress at the main character of those games. Your visual novel is now a Yu-Gi-Oh knock off, act like it.
