This is our 3rd Pride fundraiser and every year we raise money for @thetrevorproject. An absolutely vital service for LGBTQI+ youth in America with international advice available. The world recently got a lot more scary for the LGBTQI+ community and the powers that be seem to target the youth as much as possible. The services The Trevor Project provide are invaluable in helping these kids find safety and security in our community. We can't all go toe-to-toe with the the courts, someone has to have a listening ear for the people who are afraid and hiding.

I've been playing a ton of Baldur's Gate 3 lately because I'm ✨sick✨ right now and I'm reminded of how much I love Tav as a concept. Because while Durge and the Origin companions have their storylines woven throughout the game, Tav is essentially a blank slate, which means you as the player get to make up their backstories as you go. Which is just like regular DND but funnier, because you can just flat-out decide canon events for Tav that happen to be BG3-relevant in the moment.

For example:

Alfira: My teacher Lihala and I were ambushed by gnolls. There was so much blood...

Tav: I can sympathize. I lost my mother to gnolls as well.

Then, after using the tadpole to convince Flind to flee...

While rereading your liveblogs, I have discovered more things that would’ve foreshadowed Acid Tokyo being past Clow

Specifically that the book in the old language Clow used to have supposedly talked about vampires (cough cough)

I love so many things about this detail. It's ABSURD that they put this in here with such a tiny focus and then never addressed it again BUT YES THIS BOOK IS ABSOLUTELY written in modern Japanese, which would be "ancient" to the people of Clow.

But with hindsight, if this book is written in the time of Acid Tokyo, then it is more than likely actually talking about Subaru and Kamui. So Seishirou is here, looking for tales about vampires to try and find Subaru, and reading about BASED ON Subaru when he was IN THIS ACTUAL WORLD.

Meaning Seishirou WAS IN THE RIGHT PLACE just several hundred/thousand years too late.
