Things you should do to improve your life, selfcare things you should do for yourself
Choose an animal!
Pile 1
You should choose your battles wisely! Sure, stand up for yourself, but sometimes that fight don't worth it. This will be different for everybody, but there are things you should let go. Not for others, but for your own wellbeing. I think you are planning something, and it's good to be prepared. You probably need to make a decision or to choose between things. I think you still have time, you can search about this and really choose wisely. Maybe you can have some alone time to think about this, but also just for self reflection, finding answers within you. If you can, you should really go to a vacation, just a little trip is okay, even going for a walk. And for some of you especially somewhere near water, maybe even swimming or some water sport. You can try some affirmations to be more positive and optimistic. Though if it's a more serious problem, don't be afraid to seek professional help! Everybody has feelings, and you can let yourself feel, bad or good emotions too. You can cry, if you feel like it, you can be silly, laugh loudly. Don't hide this side of you. For some of you, maybe you can try be naked more at home, to accept yourself and really embrace your sensual side too!
Pile 2
You are a hard working person and it will pay off! But in the meantime, don't drain yourself completely! Try to find balance, rest more, especially have enough sleep. Recharge your energy. You probably worry a lot, but you do everything, so trust the process, trust in the Universe! Yes, you can't see everything, but it's not good to expect bad things and be anxious about it. Maybe you can drink some herbs, but cocoa is good too, anything that makes you feel good and relaxed. You can also try meditation or breathing exercises. Please, don't give up hope, have a little faith! It will be okay! Also have faith in yourself too, you are very capable, you can do it! It doesn't matter what happened in the past, don't listen to negative people. You can plan ahead and that way you won't worry so much. Also do something active, any sport you like, or dance. But I think for some of you, even sex would be a good thing to de-stress yourself. You should let out those frustration, anger and worry in some way you enjoy. You deserve to enjoy your life too. It's not just about working. You can do something creative too, you don't have to be good at it. Maybe there's something you always wanted to try, so why not?
Pile 3
You are very smart, you should know it. I think you have some leader energy, so if you want to be in a higher position, get a promotion, better grades, studying in a good university, it can be anything, you have a very good chance to success! I think you are already working on it, or you working on some project, and it's hard, but don't give up now, you are very close to achieve your goals! Just keep going! But also, take your time to enjoy your achievements too. Don't make a lot of big plan. Not because you can't do it, but you should enjoy your money too. You should probably go out a little more, be with your friends. If there's an event, concert, movie, anything you wanted to go, just go. And things maybe don't always happening as you planned, but it's still can be good, so be open minded in everything. Go with the flow a little bit. You can try something new too, don't be afraid! I think you can try to visualize, if you want to manifest. Also pay attention to your dreams! Finding balance is important here too. You don't have to be wise in every situation, sometimes we can listen to our heart too.

i'm wondering how your thesis of "idols will come out when they want" fits into your insane shadow analysis attempting to prove jimin and jungkook fucked in the middle of their travel show (amongst other things)? like do you get joy out or trying to drag someone out of a closet they might not be in? or is it something else? just curious! 😀
Hey wdcmaxy
Since you have the guts to use your name I'll respond :)
So, you read my thesis?
*Sips whisky*
Cool. And you read my insane shadow analysis too?
Hmmm... do you come here often?
Tumblr media
Let me answer your question then.
I think we both know the shadows analysis isn't really insane - it's based on very basic earth science. Shadows grow longer as the day progresses because of the rotation of the earth on its axis. You sound reasonably literate so i assume you know this already.
I guess your description of my shadow analysis ( I think I'll name my next racehorse 'Shadow Analysis') as insane is an attempt to discredit the idea that a fair bit of time passed while Tae was out of the house? But that was kinda silly on your part. Even children know that shadows change as the day passes.
Nothing insane about it.
He was gone for hours, no debate.
Tumblr media
Now let's move on to the fucking part, and when and how idols choose to come out.
This is actually worth discussing.
As flattered as i am that you think my tiny insignificant blog could be a game changer for anyone, let's be real.
How many people, besides yourself, do you think read my blog?
Serious question.
I'm estimating maybe 100. Double that on a good day. Maybe 300 if i write something REALLY profound which doesn't happen often.
I am way less excited about my impact on the world than you are, because I'm a realist.
BUT if by some strange twist of fate my blog came to the attention of someone whose opinion mattered (I'm not counting you, don't worry) do you think they would take it seriously? Do you REALLY imagine a random tumblr post about shadows could make someone believe that an idol was gay if they didn't already believe it?
Here's a great example of how that wouldn't happen:
You, dear reader.
You're my example.
You came here to tell me I'm speaking shit and that I should pull my head in, correct? My insane shadow analysis hasn't changed your beliefs at all. You're here, throwing a tantrum on my page, because you don't agree with what I'm saying, not because you suddenly believe it.
Or ...
Perhaps you suspect it's true and that scares you. Maybe you can't be absolutely sure I'm wrong and that's why you need to yell at me? Could that be it? Time for a bit of self reflection?
Either way, it's not going to make an iota of difference in the grand scheme of things.
We are all just dust motes floating through time and space, my friend. You dont need to worry so much. The universe is unfolding exactly as intended.
However... There are a couple of things we should agree on:
The fact is that the shadows grew long and therefore, time passed. And Tae was out for several hours. Maybe he went out for a bit of afternoon delight himself? Maybe Jimin and Jungkook played Pokemon Go all afternoon, or prayed, or practiced their English, or braided each other's hair.
Regardless of whether they did or didn't fuck, or how many times, or on what surfaces, the time still passed.
And whether I write my blog or not, people will believe what they believe. And they will be gay or they won't be gay.
And even though I never mentioned anything about them fucking in that post, whether you like it or not Jimin and Jungkook might be fucking right now, as you read this.
One last thing...
Please bear in mind, through all of this, that fucking is not the be all and end all of life. Sure its a lot of fun if you do it right but the notion that it's more meaningful than sharing your innermost thoughts and feelings, or giving someone your time and energy, is bullshit.
You can have a roots-deep love for someone and never even think of fucking them. Or you can meet someone in a public toilet and have at it, and leave without even knowing their name.
Sex does not equal love. Fucking is not that big of a big deal.
Unless...
Unless you're fucking someone the patriarchy doesn't want you to fuck. Then its a major issue.
Hear me out.
The need to control who we fuck is based a patriarchal need to control material wealth.
To control material wealth, the patriarchy needs to control reproduction (so they can be sure their wealth stays with their bloodline, because wealth is built over many generations) and to do THAT they need to control womens' bodies.... and to do that, of course they need to control who women fuck. And who men fuck too!
Do you know what the ACTUAL issue is with men who like dick? They don't automatically buy into the patriarchal way of life. (where's the solidarity, lads?)
Why don't they?
Because lifelong monogamy and marriage and nuclear families don't matter as much when you're not equating love with sex, and sex with reproduction. When your goal isn't to accumulate wealth and pass it down to your children.
Same thing applies to women who love women. They aren't focused on being demure and pleasing the men in power. They aren't focused on making themselves wife material. They will challenge the status quo and maybe even (shock! horror!) decide not to have children. How the heck do you make sure your money and power stays in the family, how do you build an empire, when the women are perfectly happy having sex with each other and don't want to love, honour and obey??
And whose fault is all this?
Its got to be the damned queers, right? They're making people think there might be other ways to share your life with those you care about! That's why its important to squash down gayness whenever you can, right, wdcmaxy?
Look at them destroying the fabric of society!
Tumblr media
If Jimin and Jungkook ARE fucking every chance they get, good for them. I hope they're balls deep and breathless, hitting all those sweet spots for each other having a really good time.
And if they're not fucking, it actually doesn't matter to me because the way they support each other and share their hearts is beautiful. (I do think they are fucking though)
Truthfully, whatever they're doing, as long as they're happy I'm happy.
Can you say the same, wdcmaxy?
Peace.

discrimination against trans men is literally just misdirected transmisogyny, and i don't see how it could be anything else- when transphobes go after trans men, it's just to further demonize trans women and treat them like predators who are going after young girls; if trans men didn't exist, transmisogyny would still exist, but if trans women didn't exist, there would be no systemic discrimination against trans men
Alright, this is a tad long but it’s for the benefit of anyone who isn’t sure about this position and would like my thoughts on it. (adding a TL;DR in the notes for anyone that doesn’t want a couple paragraphs worth of text)
Sorry, but this is a terrible take and not reflective of reality at all. I understand why you might feel that way considering a lot of transphobia directed at transmasculine people ties into transmisogyny against transfeminine people, like in the example you gave. Additionally, trans men do at times experience transmisogyny. However, that is not the majority of it. Even when it comes to the infantilization and characterization of transmascs as mentally ill, delusional young girls mutilating themselves, the cause is not always attributed to trans women. I encourage you to look into the idea of Rapid-Onset Gender Dysphoria (ROGD) as it applies to transmascs and the idea of them spreading a “social contagion” within groups of “young girls.” Transmascs’ bodies are treated as ruined and diseased, more and more the further we transition into masculinity. There is a full transphobic book on the subject focusing on transmascs, called Irreversable Damage: The Transgender Craze Seducing Our Daughters.
It is thoroughly untrue that transphobia against transmascs (transandrophobia) would cease to exist without transmisogyny. This stance leads me to believe you are relatively unfamiliar with some of the unique ways transmasculine people experience transphobia. I can absolutely promise you it is frequently directed at them. Your hypothetical is unrealistic to me, but I want to note: gender non-conformity is still punished outside transmisogyny. Misogyny still occurs outside just transmisogyny.
Fear and disgust at pregnant trans men is not transmisogyny. The idea of lost lesbians”/“butch flight” is not transmisogyny. The corrective rape of transmascs by cis people as a means of detransition is not transmisogyny. Being called privileged gender traitors trying to climb up a rung in the patriarchy is not transmisogyny. At the least, not nearly as much as it is classic transandrophobia. All transphobia is connected, that much is true. But other types are just as serious and oppressive of systems as transmisogyny. Please seek out a more diverse selection of transmasculine people’s experiences before you try to theorize about their oppression; I think you may find them enlightening.

I don't think Adler fans actually like "Adler". I think they like the generic non-threatening guy they made up so they don't have to deal with any nuance or nuanced female characters.
I have kind of a hot take if anyone wants to hear it

Wicked Games (NSFW)
Pairing: Sebastian Sallow & f!MC
Summary: MC recently ended a serious relationship with Garreth Weasley and she's in the anger stage. All she wants is to make him jealous. She approaches her friend Sebastian who she knows will be willing to help her with that. They succeed, but Sebastian gets a bit too carried away, but MC doesn't seem to mind...
Warnings: 18+, aged-up characters, explicit sexual content, creampie, revenge
Word Count: 4,083
For the last week, you found yourself lying awake at night wondering when Garreth would change his mind. You had been together for 8 months, and although one might argue that isn't much time, it felt like an eternity for you.
Your relationship with Garreth was the first that you felt was truly serious, and your feelings certainly reflected that. You had fallen in love -- or at least you thought you did. Whether or not you did, though, it didn't matter. You were still heartbroken.
But you were done with the tears. Especially because you knew Garreth hadn't shed any. He was the one who called it off, after all, and for no good reason. But you felt it coming for a while. He was becoming distant. You would ask if everything was alright, and he'd tell you it was, but you knew better.
Not a day has passed since he ended it that you've sat wondering what you did wrong, or what's wrong with you that suddenly made him disinterested. You didn't want that to happen, because no girl should diminish her self-worth over what a stupid boy thinks.
After all these negative thoughts, you wanted to get revenge on Garreth. How dare he make you feel this way about yourself? You didn't want to hurt him physically, of course, but he had hurt you mentally. Why not return the favor, or get a rise out of him at the very least?
There was only one thing you could think of doing to get back at him.
Make him jealous.
That's where Sebastian comes in. You've known Sebastian for years and considered him one of your best friends. He'd do anything for you. Sebastian's known around the castle for being extremely handsome, and you knew Garreth was threatened by him, but he'd never admit it.
Whenever Sebastian won in Crossed Wands, or made a good beater play in Quidditch, Garreth was always the first to scoff and ask 'So what?' while everyone else applauded and congratulated him. There was no competition, but clearly, Garreth took all of Sebastian's triumphs as personal attacks.
It was no surprise that Sebastian turned up mere minutes after you sent an owl telling him to meet you in the Undercroft.
"What's wrong? Are you alright?" He asked with concern etched across his face.
"I'm fine, well, I will be," you replied, sitting on the floor against one of the pillars. "I need to ask you for a favor."
"Of course, anything," he said, sitting across from you on the floor.
"I want you to help me make Garreth jealous." Sebastian laughed and you frowned. "I'm serious."
"Why do you want to do that?"
"Because I'm mad and hate him," you replied, crossing your arms.
"You don't hate him, you're just hurting right now, which is understandable."
"Sebastian I've been hating myself for days now because of him. It's unfair that I have to feel like this while he's not bothered at all."
Sebastian sighed and frowned.
"I know. I'm sorry. But are you sure you want to do this? What's the point? I think this will help you realize you're better off without him. You should work on moving on instead of getting revenge."
You knew Sebastian meant well, but you were getting frustrated at him being difficult for once. He normally didn't question you on things you wanted, and you didn't know why this time was different. You and him were both very stubborn and couldn't be swayed once you had your mind set on things, and this was one of those things.
"Sebastian, please..."
You blinked quickly at him, trying to give him puppy dog eyes. He watched you for a moment, and you grinned when you finally heard him sigh.
"Alright, if this will make you happy, I'll do it."
"Thank you, Seb."
You knew he would be easy to crack since you've spent a lot of time crying to him recently. He knew how upset you've been and he hated seeing you that way, so he was willing to do anything to make you feel better.
"How are you planning to do this?" He asked.
"There's a Slytherin-Gryffindor party on Saturday after the Quidditch game, regardless of who wins."
"Oh, right, forgot about that."
"I assume Garreth will be there since he never misses a party. Let's just go together and look like we're flirting with each other in front of him."
Sebastian nodded. "Alright. Sounds simple enough."
***
It was Saturday and the match just ended. As usual, Slytherin won. You threw Sebastian a thumbs-up as you skipped over to him. He returned an exhausted smile as he panted, sweat dripping from his hair. He always looked so handsome that way.
"I need a shower," he said once you reached him.
"That's fine, I can wait for you. He would definitely notice us turning up at the same time, anyway."
You waited outside the showers, watching the hippogriffs flying far off in the sky, lost in thought until Sebastian tapped you on the shoulder, all dressed up and ready to go.
He looked really good. He was wearing an all-black outfit. A black button-up shirt, black dress pants, and black dress shoes. The wet hair enhanced the look as well. He looked classy.
"That's a good outfit," You say, eyeing him up and down.
"Thank you. Is it too formal? I don't want to be overdressed," he chuckled shyly.
"Not at all. It's a party, dress however you like."
"Good. I figured if I'm all dressed up it could irritate Garreth even more, assuming he's just going without his robe."
You smirked. "Well, I appreciate you going all out for me, considering you were unsure about all this."
"If I'm helping you then I want to do it to the best of my ability."
You squeezed his arm lovingly as we went down to the dungeons where the party was being held.
Once you arrived and entered the common room, almost instantly you made eye contact with Garreth, and his smile faded as soon as he noticed you standing next to Sebastian. He quickly turned to talk to his friends and pretended he was unbothered.
"Looks like it's working already," You said to Sebastian.
"Good. I'll go get us some drinks. Go find a spot near him."
You nodded and you split up. You slowly made your way towards him, acting aloof as if you weren't putting much thought into where you were wandering. You sat a few feet away from him on the sofa, and he was standing near the fireplace with his friends.
You tried to watch him from the corner of your eye to be discreet. You could see that he noticed you, which was good. You wanted to be in his direct line of sight. Thankfully he didn't move, which you worried that he would.
Sebastian returned with 2 glasses of fire whiskey moments later.
"I'm glad you found somewhere comfortable," he said, sitting beside you on the sofa.
You laughed, loud enough to get Garreth's attention. Sebastian gave you a strange look and began to laugh himself, since what he said wasn't funny at all.
"What are you doing?"
"Putting on the act, of course," You mumbled, squeezing his arm with a bright smile.
You kept your gaze on Sebastian, trying not to be too obvious. Sebastian took a few glances at Garreth, however.
"He looks annoyed," he said.
"That's great."
You grabbed the fire whiskey and took a couple large sips, wanting to get a buzz on so this would be even easier. Sebastian followed suit, taking some sips of his own drink. He winced as the alcohol burned his throat on the way down.
The night went on and you and Sebastian remained planted on the sofa, and Garreth by the fireplace. He kept glaring in your direction every time you laughed or spoke a bit too loud. He was clearly distracted in his conversation.
You both had finished your fire whiskey and you weren't drunk, but you were definitely buzzed at this point. You took some more daring approaches as the buzz grew, such as touching Sebastian's chin and ruffling his hair.
It seemed Sebastian was getting more daring, too, as he placed a hand on your thigh. Your heart skipped a beat for a second, but you quickly brushed it off and took a quick glance over at Garreth, making it look like you just happened to spot him by accident. His face was nearly as red as his hair.
"Alright, Sebastian, he looks mad enough. I think we're go-"
You were cut off by Sebastian planting his lips on yours.
What the fuck?
You lightly pushed him off and stared at him in shock. But all of a sudden, your mind was fuzzy. You nearly forgot why you were at the party with Sebastian in the first place. You didn't even care about wanting to make Garreth jealous anymore.
"Oh, I'm so sorry... I don't know what came ov-"
You pulled him in for more, and he instantly melted into you. As soon as Sebastian kissed you the first time, that's all you wanted. His lips on yours. Your intentions were completely derailed, but you didn't care. This was amazing.
After a minute, you pulled away from Sebastian once again. When you looked over to the fireplace, Garreth was gone. He must've stormed off after the kiss.
You looked back at Sebastian, who stared at you with the same look of shock as you'd given him before. Just as he opened his mouth to speak, you grabbed his wrist and led him all the way to the Undercroft in silence.
"Look, I already told you, I'm really sorry," he pleaded as soon as the door shut behind you.
"Are you drunk?" You asked him.
"No. I'm buzzed, but I'm sober. Are you drunk?"
"No."
There was a moment of silence.
"Why did you kiss me?" You asked suddenly.
"I don't know... I was trying to say I didn't know what came over me," he began to pace back and forth.
"I mean -- you didn't need to. He was already fuming just from us touching each other."
"Why are you interrogating me? You kissed me the second time."
You froze. He was right. You didn't even know if Garreth left after the first or second kiss.
"I-- I don't-"
"I kissed you because I wanted to," he mumbled.
"You what?"
"I wanted to."
He stopped pacing and turned to face you, taking a deep breath.
"I'm not drunk by any means, but maybe the alcohol made me a bit more brave. I wanted to kiss you. I've wanted to kiss you for years. Why do you think I always agree to do things for you, do things with you? Because I want every excuse to spend time with you. I was destroyed when you got with Garreth, and I was even more destroyed when I saw how heartbroken he made you. Each time you came and cried to me about how awful you felt, all I wanted to do was hold you, but I couldn't. I couldn't tell you how I felt while you were going through that. You told me how you must be ugly for him to lose interest so suddenly, or how you're not important enough. Truly, you are the most beautiful woman I've ever seen, and you are worth the world. I wanted to fucking kill Garreth when I saw how devastated you were. He made a mistake hurting you. I kissed you because I wanted to. Because I needed to. Because I love you."
In an instant, your world changed. You remembered so many things at once. It explained why you wanted to kiss him back. You remembered the feeling in your stomach every time you would see him. You remembered the feeling in your stomach every time he would leave. You remembered the feeling in your stomach when you'd get into an argument and were unsure if he would ever forgive you.
You especially remembered the feeling in your stomach when he got a little too friendly with Nellie Oggspire. You realized that was the reason you even got with Garreth in the first place. You were trying to avoid your feelings for Sebastian. That day you made your first move on Garreth when you had no interest in him before that.
No one else made you feel the way Sebastian did... and for some reason, you tried repressing those feelings. Maybe out of fear that you would lose him? He was the only person who could truly make you laugh, and he was the only person who was willing to listen to everything you were going through.
"Can- can you say something?" Sebastian asked quietly.
"I- I love you, too."
"You do?"
You nodded. "I do. I love you, Sebastian. I always have."
In seconds, Sebastian closed the distance between you both, crashing his lips onto you once again. You instantly felt weak in the knees and you grabbed onto the fabric of his shirt to keep yourself from falling over.
You were already attracted to him, but the taste of the fire whiskey on his lips made him even more intoxicating, and you wanted to taste it even more. He seemed to have read your mind as he slipped his tongue into your mouth at the slightest part of your lips.
You moaned into his mouth and he leaned down a bit, placing his hands on the back of your knees. You knew what he wanted you to do and you obliged, jumping up to wrap your legs around his waist. He held onto you and brought you over to a desk you both used to study in the Undercroft.
He propped you up so you were sitting on the desk and he stood between your legs as he began to unbutton your blouse.
"Do you want to do this?" He asked.
The unmistakable throbbing in your core confirmed that you wanted nothing else but this. You nodded.
He continued to unbutton your blouse and gently placed it on the desk beside you once it was removed. He looked at your half-naked torso with a lick of his lips and softly traced his fingers down your arms, giving you goosebumps.
You turned around to give him access to the buttons on your corset, breathing a sigh of relief once it was fully unbuttoned. He slowly removed the corset as well, leaving your upper body fully exposed to him.
"Fucking beautiful, look at you," he growled.
You blushed at his praise.
Sebastian stepped closer to you, leaning down and taking one of your nipples into his mouth. You gasped and arched your back towards him, gripping his hair in your fists. He sucked and licked on your nipple until it was hard before moving on to the next one.
He hadn't even been inside you yet and you couldn't deny that he was pleasuring you much better than Garreth ever had. You were absolutely desperate for him at this point. You spread your legs even further to let him know you were ready.
Sebastian got the memo, as he took his mouth off your breast and began to pull down your skirt. You wiggled your hips so it was easier for him to slide it off.
He stepped forward again to kiss you some more as he pressed his fingers against your clit, still covered by your underwear, but the pressure was enough to cause you to yelp and shake. The sound made him grin against your lips.
"Sensitive..." he whispered.
You wrapped your arms around his shoulders to keep yourself upright as he began to rub circles on your clit, relishing in the feeling of the soaking wet fabric, knowing just how ready you were for him.
"How does that feel, honey? Does that feel good?" He asked, with his tone so deep his voice alone could've made you finish. You nodded, unable to form words as you threw your head back in pleasure.
"I'm glad. I want to taste you now, is that alright?"
You whimpered at the thought of his tongue on your pussy, and you craved it. "Yes, please, Seb..."
He smiled at you and began to pull down your underwear, and your clit pulsed in anticipation.
Your underwear joined the rest of your clothes in their spot on the desk, and Sebastian gently pushed your legs further apart, getting a good look at your sweet spot.
"I'm going to make you feel really good. I'll make you forget about Weasley," he said, running his hand down your thigh.
You almost went unconscious at how hot the sight of him getting on his knees in front of you was.
You fell back against the desk as soon as you felt Sebastian's tongue run across your slit. "Oh, fuck," you squeaked.
He chuckled deeply before flicking it once against your clit, and your legs flexed in response. He wrapped his arms around your thighs before going in, rapidly flicking his tongue against your nub, not worrying about how much he began to salivate.
You cried out his name and tugged on his hair, trying to pry him off due to how deep his tongue was pressed onto your clit and how sensitive it already was, but he wouldn't budge. In fact, he went in even more.
It felt so fucking good you practically couldn't breathe, and you couldn't sit up for longer than 5 seconds before falling back onto the desk again.
Sebastian shook his head back and forth like a madman, wanting to taste you like he hadn't eaten in days. You wanted to watch him as he ate you out, but your head was spinning in pure ecstasy. He knew just where to put his tongue, and Garreth was never good at eating you out. Sebastian knew exactly what he was doing.
You felt your orgasm coming already since your clit was so sensitive and needy. Sebastian knew it was coming as you closed your legs around his head, and he dug his fingers deeper into the skin of your thighs. It was over when he closed his lips around your nub and gently pulled on it. Instantly your pussy began to pulsate and you felt your juices spilling out onto the desk.
"Fuck me, Sebastian!" You cried.
Sebastian licked up every last drop of your juices, even tracing his finger on whatever dripped on the desk and sucking that off, too. Seeing his chin shine in the light from your cum was the hottest thing you'd ever seen.
You spotted the raging boner in his trousers once he stood up and it made your mouth water. He wanted you so badly, and you him. You cupped his bulge and looked up at him, licking your lips.
"Please," you whine.
Sebastian shook his head.
"No, honey," he said softly, placing a finger to your chin. "This night is all about you. I want to please you tonight."
Fuck. He's perfect.
You bit your lip at him as you nodded in compliance, and that subtle act seemed to send him into a frenzy. He dove forward, biting and sucking at your neck as he ground against you. You reached up and began to unbutton his shirt but you only got the top few unbuttoned when he stopped you.
"No. That takes too long," he growled.
You froze for a moment until he started fumbling with his belt, and you realized he was just so desperate to be inside you that he didn't want to waste time undressing, and it had you throbbing all over again.
He removed his belt and unclasped the button of his trousers, pulling them down just enough along with his underwear for him to be exposed to you. You dripped at the sight of his beautiful cock, fully erect and stunningly girthy. He was going to stretch you out perfectly.
The tip of his penis was dark and shiny. You wanted to lick and suck on it like candy, but he didn't care about the foreplay on him. He just wanted to fuck you senseless, but you knew you'd have plenty of time to suck him off in the future. At this point you wanted him to do anything he wanted to you.
He gave his shaft a few more pumps as he stepped closer to you. Just by looking you could tell he likely wouldn't last long, as he was visibly pulsing and pre-cum was already dripping from the hole.
You hissed as he teased your slit by rubbing himself on it, and he leaned in to give you a soft, tender kiss.
"I love you," he whispered.
Before you even had time to reply, your words were cut off with a long groan as he pushed himself into you. Your vision went blurry as his thick cock stretched you out in all the best ways. You grabbed onto his sleeves so tightly you nearly ripped them.
Sebastian began his slow thrusts in and out of you, and he pressed his forehead against yours, wanting to look into your eyes as he entered you as deeply as he could.
His thrusts were slow but aggressive, and you could feel his balls slapping against your skin every time he pushed in. You were somewhat glad he kept his shirt on, as this shirt made him look very broad and manly, and you loved to see him in it as he fucked you.
"You're so warm, you feel so good," he moaned.
He leaned down, pressing his head into your neck and you leaned further back against the desk. His thrusts began to speed up and you clenched your legs around his waist, wanting to feel him as much as you could.
Sebastian wrapped one arm around your back to stabilize you and planted a few more kisses to the crook of your neck. You shivered as he pressed his tongue against your flesh.
He groaned at how tightly your walls pressed around his length from you clenching around his waist. The wetness and warmth sent him over the edge and he knew he wouldn't be able to manage for much longer.
"I'm getting close, my love," he panted.
"Fuck me, Seb. Fill me up," you replied.
He became ravenous at those words, beginning to pound into you so quickly you could've gone numb from the waist down. You cried out as he fucked you senselessly, and he pressed his lips onto your nipple once again.
He licked circles around your nipple, and your body jerked upward as he gently pressed his teeth onto it. He moaned when you made a soft, animalistic grunt in response. Once he pulled away and caught sight of the way your tits bounced from him pounding into you, it was enough for him.
"Oh, baby, I'm gonna- fuck!"
You gasped and shook as you felt him throb inside of you, spilling everything he could into your pussy. The twitching of his cock along with the warmth filling your hole was enough to send you as well, and you wailed as your walls began to clench around him.
You fell back against the desk and he leaned over you. The two of you sat still for a moment, him still inside you, and you both panted until you came back to your senses. He gave you another loving kiss before pulling himself out.
"Oh Merlin," he chuckled. "I think I'll need another shower."
"I might need one, too," you replied.
He began to straighten himself out, rebuttoning the top of his shirt and pulling his trousers back up. Concern spread across his face when he noticed your serious expression.
"You alright?" He asked.
"I'm fine. But, am I awful for doing this so quickly?"
Sebastian sighed and came back over to you, cupping your face in his hands.
"You're not. You did nothing wrong, my love. He led you on for months before breaking up with you. He missed out. It's my turn to give you the love that you deserve. You hear me?"
You smiled and nodded at him, and he gave you another peck on the lips.
"I just hope he doesn't give me a hard time," you mumbled.
"He won't. Not anymore," he replied. "Or else he'll have to deal with me."

Epel w/ Gardenia!
Epel Felmier:
Gardenia - the love of a friend who doesn’t want to just be friends.
“Why are you staring so hard?”
You never had anyone study your beauty routine as intensely as Epel was now, not even Vil who wanted to check every ingredient in the products you used. At first you didn’t know why he followed you to your room, having just confessed to having a first date in just a few hours and that you needed to start getting ready; you wondered if he was worried about you or about this other person, as Epel had always proven to be a good friend to you. You don’t think he’s quite experienced enough to point out any improvements in your make-up or flex knowledge like Vil or Rook could do but you didn’t mind the company, smiling away as the question went unanswered for another few minutes.
“…It’s because you’re beautiful.” You make eye contact with him in the mirror, amused when his eyes darted away to look at anything but you. You were used to more brazen behavior from your fellow Pomefiore student but this seemed to be the most brazen thing of all, yet he didn’t fully commit to it.
“I have another question.” You tried to keep the laughter from your tone but it hit you all at once why he had attached himself to your side; just to be sure, you moved your mirror to get a full reflection of his face, knowing he wouldn’t notice, “Why did you come get ready with me? Are you going on the date, too?”
Epel’s eyebrows twitched at the mention of a date, the frown on his face apparent. You knew he was being more honest because he didn’t realize it was your turn to study him, seeing the way he reacted to the thought of you with another person. This had just been a distraction date, a nice enough person but not someone you imagined would last longer than the night. Epel, however, had proven himself both earnest and interesting, certainly a person who captured interest. He was also ridiculously cute, pretty even, though you knew he’d hate it if you voiced your thoughts on it.
“You shouldn’t go on that date,” Epel finally stated, voice quieter than normal. His eyebrow was still twitching but he had wiped the frown off his face, his arms now crossed.
“Why?” You ask again, your favorite question of the night it seemed. It was like plucking hairs but the pain would be worth it if you could finally get some form of a confession out of him. His cheeks bloomed a beautiful pink that went perfectly with his hair, a true masterpiece that you could sit and admire all night. You’re already drafting the message in your head to apologize for canceling the date, but Epel was being too cute for you to concentrate for long.
“You know why.” Epel’s scowl is more of a pout and you tried not to give yourself away by fawning over it, taking a little breath before turning in your seat to face him head on. Epel is surprised by your sudden move, looking at you like he was prepared to fight to not get thrown out of your room.
“I want you to say it.”
Epel seemed to think for a moment before his leg shot out, hooking around the leg of your chair and suddenly pulling you closer to him. It was a shocking move and one that displayed some strength, your heart fluttering more by the minute. Who taught him that? He wore such a serious look on his face you thought you might get a scolding first before a confession, but what you got was even better.
“I want you to stay here… with me.”
“Oh, but I’m practically all done up with nowhere to go! It’d be a crime not to go out tonight.”
“Th-then I’ll take you out!” Epel’s response was the boldness you had been waiting for, your eyes lighting up as you leaned forward to press a kiss to his cheek.
“Doesn’t it feel good being honest~? Now get lost so I can get ready for our date, I can at least surprise you with a nice outfit, right?” You ushered him from your room with a playful ‘shoo, shoo!’ while he was still reeling from the feeling of your lips on his skin, standing frozen in front of your door even after you had closed it.
He didn’t even notice when Rook walked by, singing about how love was in the air.

They strolled along the outskirts of a small, unfamiliar island, the atmosphere between them playful and relaxed. The sun dipped low on the horizon, casting a warm, golden hue over the landscape. Their conversation flowed easily, though she couldn’t resist teasing him.
“You’re reckless, you know?” she teased, her voice carrying both affection and warning. “One of these days, it’s going to get you killed.”
He chuckled, a smirk spreading across his face. “Come on, you know you'd be bored without my reckless tendencies.”
She rolled her eyes, pretending to be annoyed, though amusement shone through. “Oh, please. I have plenty to keep me entertained without your antics.”  She waved a hand dismissively, though a small, genuine smile tugged at the corners of her lips.
“Oh, really? Like what?” Ace asked, raising an eyebrow and flashing a mischievous grin.  He playfully nudged her with his elbow, the gesture as light-hearted as the words they exchanged.
She shrugged. “I have a vivid imagination. I can think of things far more exciting than your reckless stunts.”
Ace laughed, a glint of challenge in his eyes. “I doubt it. Nothing beats the thrill of diving headfirst into danger.”  He glanced sideways at her.
“You call it a thrill; I call it reckless stupidity. One day, your luck's going to run out, and you'll be in real trouble.”  Her tone was stern, though her eyes softened, reflecting her underlying concern.
A low chuckle escaped him again. “That's why I have you to watch my back. You’d never let anything happen to me, right?”
Her eyes flicked upward in exasperation, but her tone was notably gentler. “You have no idea how much trouble you get yourself into. But… I suppose you're right. I do have a habit of putting up with you, don't I?”  She sighed, a smile playing on her lips as she shook her head. She was clearly charmed, despite herself.
Ace grinned, a glimmer of affection in his eyes. The fading light of the day cast a soft glow on his face, highlighting the warmth in his expression.
“See? You do care. I knew it,” he teased, though his voice carried a deeper warmth now, one that lingered in the spaces between his words.
She scoffed, attempting to smother the small smile tugging at her lips. She could feel it there, ready to betray her indifference. The corners of her mouth twitched as she fought to hold her ground.
“Oh, shut up. You know damn well I care about you,” she muttered, her tone sharper than the affection underneath.
“You know,” he began, his tone turning serious, “it’s not just you who feels this way.” He hesitated for a moment, searching her eyes for understanding, a flicker of vulnerability crossing his face. “I care about you too—more than I’ve ever let on.”
Ace stepped even closer, his voice dropping to a more intimate whisper. “You keep me grounded, you know? You make all the chaos worth it. And if something ever happened to you, I don’t know what I’d do.”
“Wow, Ace, I didn’t realize you were such a softie,” she teased, her voice playful but slightly shaky. “All this talk about feelings and caring?
Ace chuckled, his signature cheeky grin reappearing. “Oh, trust me, I'm far from soft. But… I do have feelings. Especially for you.”
The sincerity in his voice startled her so much that she stumbled, tripping over a loose root on the ground. As she lost her balance, her hands flailed instinctively. Before she could hit the ground, Ace’s quick reflexes kicked in. He moved with practiced ease, catching her mid-fall and pulling her close.
He steadied her, their bodies now mere inches apart. Her heartbeat thundered against his chest, matching the rapid rhythm of his own.  The world seemed to narrow to just the space between them, the setting sun casting a golden glow over their entwined figures.
“Are you okay?” he asked softly, his words filled with concern. The flecks of gold in her eyes and her breath brushing over his cheek made him feel so close.
“Yeah,” she stammered, still shaken by her stumble and their sudden closeness. The warmth of his body pressed against hers was both unsettling and exhilarating, making her pulse race in a way she hadn’t anticipated.
The tension between them was undeniable, amplified by how close they were to each other. As she tried to regain her composure, she realized he hadn’t let go yet. Forcing a smile, she attempted to dismiss the weight of his earlier confession, even as her heart pounded fiercely in her chest.
“Yeah, yeah, very funny,” she teased. “You almost had me for a second there.”
But a hint of uncertainty lingered in her tone. The words sounded hollow even to her ears, and she cursed inwardly at how flustered she was. Why did he have to look at her the way he did, with such intensity and sincerity in his eyes?
Ace didn’t let go. His grip was firm, and his gaze was steady, locking onto hers with a seriousness that left no room for doubt
“I wasn't kidding,” he said, his voice low and sincere, the words barely more than a whisper but resonating deeply. “I meant what I said. I… I do have feelings for you. More than just friendship.”
Her heart raced as the weight of his confession sank in. This wasn’t a joke or a playful jab at her expense. This was him, admitting to something she never expected to hear. As he held her gaze, his expression serious and sincere, she struggled to process the emotions swirling inside her.
Part of her wanted to dismiss it, to chalk it up to a moment of weakness or vulnerability on his part. But the look in his eyes told her otherwise. This was a man who was revealing a side of himself that he usually masked with playful banter. It was as if he was peeling away the layers of his armor to show her something profoundly honest.
“Ace,” she started, her voice shaky. “You… you can't just say things like that.” Her eyes searched his face for any sign of deception, any hint whether this was all some cruel prank.
She could feel her heart hammering in her chest, overwhelmed by a swirling mix of disbelief, excitement, and fear. This was different from the usual banter and bickering they had become used to.
Ace took a deep breath, his eyes never leaving hers. “I know we've always been like this, bickering and teasing each other. But lately, I've been realizing that there's so much more. And I don't just mean the fun we have together. I mean…” He paused, his brow furrowing slightly as he searched for the right words. “I mean that I have feelings for you, deeper ones. The kind that I can't just ignore or wave off as a joke. I care about you more than I ever thought possible.”
The world around her seemed to fade, leaving only the profound sincerity in his eyes. This was a side of Ace she had never seen before—raw, unguarded, and deeply vulnerable. It made her insides flutter, her heart race, and her mind struggle to process the reality of what he was telling her. The air felt charged with the significance of his revelation.
Ace continued, the words tumbling out as if he couldn't stop them. His voice carried a tremor of desperation, as if he was compelled to speak his truth before it consumed him entirely. “I don't know when or how it happened, but somewhere along the way of all our bickering and fights, I started falling for you. Really falling for you. There's something about you—how you never back down, how you call me out on my bullshit, how you make me laugh and get worked up at the same time.”
“And I know I don't deserve you. I know I've messed up a lot. I know I'm reckless, and annoying, and careless. But I can't help the way I feel. I've tried to ignore it, to pretend it's not there, but the more I tried, the more it grew until it was all I could think of.”
He chuckled then, but the sound was strained, filled with a blend of self-deprecation and vulnerability. “And believe me, I've thought about it a lot. Probably too much. I've been trying to figure out the right way to tell you, to show you how I feel, but I guess I've just reached the point where I can't keep it to myself anymore.”
She listened in stunned silence, her mind struggling to process what he was saying. This wasn't the Ace she knew—the cocky, carefree pirate who always seemed to have a sly comment at the ready. This was a different side of him, a side that was raw and honest, exposing the man beneath the facade.
She could hear the fear, the hope, and the desperation in his voice. He was putting himself out there, letting her see a side of him he'd never shown anyone else.
She was about to speak, about to attempt to process her own tangled emotions and respond to his heartfelt revelation. But before she could utter a word, a wave of realization hit her like a ton of bricks.
“Shit,” she muttered under her breath, followed by an anxious, “Oh no.”
Ace's eyes widened at her words, the light in them dimming. A pang of hurt flashed across his face before he could hide his expression. He had laid his soul, opened up his heart to her, and her immediate response was “Oh no”?!
Ace's heart sank, the hope he had been holding on to extinguishing in a split second. He had been so vulnerable and honest with his feelings, and her reaction was a string of curses and a look of horror. It was clear that she didn't feel the same way.
“Ah,” he said, his voice betraying the hurt he was feeling. “I… I see.”  The acceptance in his tone was subdued, his shoulders slumping slightly as he braced himself against the sting of unreciprocated emotions.
He attempted to mask it with a forced, casual tone. “You know what? Just ignore what I said.”
He took a step back, physically and emotionally distancing himself from her. The space between them felt charged, and his retreat was marked by a palpable shift in the air. The warmth and intensity of the moment seemed to dissipate, leaving behind an uncomfortable chill. He had made a fool of himself, pouring his heart out only to be met with an immediate, painful rejection.
Ace couldn't even bear to look at her, feeling a deep sense of humiliation and disillusionment. The ground beneath him felt unstable, as if the foundation of his emotions had been ripped away. He started to turn away, the impulse to escape from the painful encounter almost overwhelming.
But then her panicked voice sliced through his thoughts. “Ace, look!” she exclaimed urgently.
He looked up in surprise, his self-pity temporarily forgotten as he saw the source of her panic. Enemies were approaching, the sound of footsteps and voices carrying through the air. His mind switched gears, his protectiveness kicking in as he surveyed the situation. The turmoil of rejection was momentarily overshadowed by the need to protect and act. His focus sharpened, and the pain of his personal rejection was set aside as he prepared to confront the new danger.
His gaze hardened, his expression shifting from vulnerability to determination. He pushed his feelings aside for the moment, focusing on the immediate threat.
“How many?” he asked, his voice now sharp and all business, each word carrying the weight of command.
She, relieved that he was channeling his focus away from his thoughts and into the task at hand, took a quick assessment of their situation. “At least ten, maybe more,” she responded, her eyes darting back and forth as she counted the approaching figures.
Ace nodded, his mouth set in a tight line. “Right. Stay behind me,” he commanded, stepping forward instinctively to shield her.
Ace was thankful for the distraction the impending combat provided. It gave him an excuse to focus his attention on something other than his hurt feelings, and it also gave him a chance to put his emotions on hold for a while. For the moment, the only thing he needed to worry about was protecting her.
As they fought, some crewmates soon joined them, their combined forces overwhelming the enemies.  Their combined forces quickly overwhelmed the enemies, the clamor of battle filling the air with chaos and noise. The clash of steel and shouts of exertion blended into a frenetic symphony of combat.
In the heat of battle, it seemed like time stood still. All Ace could focus on was dodging, attacking, and staying alive. Fighting alongside his crewmates and her, he buried his personal pain beneath the surge of adrenaline. The rejection he had felt so acutely was momentarily numbed, lost amid the frenetic energy of the fight.
As the dust settled and the adrenaline started to subside, Ace felt a wave of exhaustion wash over him. Physically, he wasn't hurt, but mentally, he was torn. His confession and the subsequent rejection were still weighing heavily on him, but he tried to hide it from the others. Their crewmates were exchanging glances and praises, congratulating each other on their victory and checking in on each other's well-being. Ace forced himself to smile and join in their banter, acting as if nothing were amiss, despite the storm of emotions and thoughts raging within him.
She, observant as always, noticed his facade. She knew he was putting on an act, trying to hide his true feelings behind a mask of nonchalance. But she also knew it wasn't the time or place to address it. Not with the rest of the crew around, celebrating their triumph.
So she kept quiet, joining in the conversations and jokes but occasionally sneaking glances at Ace. She could see the tension in his shoulders and the tightness in his smile, and it tugged at her heartstrings.
Once back on the ship, the crew immediately got to work, preparing for a celebration. There was a palpable excitement in the air, the adrenaline from the battle still thrumming through their veins.
Some crew members began setting up a makeshift party area on deck, while others rushed to prepare food and drink. Laughter, jokes, and excited chatter filled the atmosphere as they prepared themselves for the festivities.  The crew’s energy was infectious, and while Ace tried to join in, his heart remained weighed down by the echoes of his unspoken emotions.
The crew set to work, preparing food, drinks, and decorations for the impromptu celebration. The ship's deck transformed into a lively party scene, filled with the clatter of dishes and the sound of laughter. Ace watched from a distance, feeling a tug-of-war within himself. Part of him wanted to join in the revelry, to drown his sorrows in the warmth of camaraderie, while another part of him longed for solitude to nurse his wounded heart.
She, ever-perceptive, noticed his internal struggle as she went about her duties. Her eyes frequently darted back to him, noting how he was trying to mask his true feelings with a thin veneer of aloofness. Despite the surrounding festivity, she couldn’t shake the concern that tugged at her every time she glanced in his direction.
Once she was able to close the distance between them, she softly said, “Ace, we need to talk about what you said earlier.” Gently, she placed a warm, reassuring hand on his arm, her voice barely above a whisper.
Ace tensed under her touch, his body going rigid as he met her gaze. The vulnerability of their earlier exchange was still fresh, and the pain of his rejection was a raw wound he wasn’t ready to revisit. He shifted uncomfortably.
“Is there really any point?” he asked, his voice strained and tight. “I laid it all out there, and your response was 'oh no'. There's not much more to discuss, is there?”
She signed, rolling her eyes at his reluctance. She was about to explain, to clear up the misunderstanding, when a voice called her name from the distance.
Turning her head, she caught sight of a crew member waving her over. She looked back at Ace with a glint of mischief in her eyes, her expression softening into a knowing smile.
“Just find me later, somewhere private,” she instructed firmly, her tone carrying a hint of playful challenge. “And you better not drink too much. You wouldn't want to miss out on your kiss.”
With that, she turned and walked away, her departure marked by a confident stride. Ace was left standing in the corner, his thoughts racing. Her cryptic remark and playful challenge had left him both bewildered and intrigued, his earlier sadness momentarily replaced by curiosity and anticipation.
He stood there, frozen by her bold claim. A mixture of shock, anticipation, and a thousand other thoughts raced through his mind. She couldn't just drop such a bomb on him and then leave like nothing happened. He was torn between wanting to follow her and wanting to find the nearest bottle of rum to calm his racing heart.
He watched as she disappeared, his mind going in circles. The ambiguity of her comment gnawed at him, leaving him more confused than ever.  Was it a genuine offer or merely a tease?
Muttering a curse under his breath, he turned away from the lively celebration and made his way toward a quieter section of the ship. He leaned against the railing, the cool night air doing nothing to quell the fire in his veins. He replayed her words in his mind over and over, trying to decipher her motives. Why had she said that? Was it just a joke, a way to tease him and keep him on his toes? Or was there something more to it?
As he stood there, lost in his thoughts, the sounds of celebration from the rest of the crew reached his ears. They were already starting to get drunk, their laughter and cheers growing louder by the minute.
He observed them for a moment, a pang of jealousy swirling within him, intertwined with frustration. They radiated carefree joy and laughter, while he remained here, a tangled mess of emotions.
Just as he was about to retreat further into his thoughts, he caught sight of a familiar figure making her way towards him. The sight of her made his heart skip a beat, but he kept his composure, watching her approach slowly.
She stopped in front of him, standing so close that he could feel the heat emanating from her body. She didn't say anything at first; she just looked up at him, her gaze steady and intense.
Her silence made him restless. He wanted to speak, to ask her a million questions, but he found himself tongue-tied, completely captivated by the closeness and the way she was looking at him.
She took a step closer, closing the already small distance between them. Her body brushed against his, and he could feel her heart pounding just as fast as his own.
“When you confessed,” she began, her voice steady but soft, “I wasn’t horrified by what you said or repulsed by your feelings.” Her hand gently cupped his face, her touch both tender and reassuring.
He felt his breath catch in his throat as she continued
Her words reverberated in his mind, each syllable flooding him with a confusing blend of uncertainty and desperate hope. Was she implying what he thought she was?
“I was caught off guard,” she admitted, her eyes fixed on his. “I was caught off guard because I was surprised.”
She saw the confusion in his eyes, the hope, and anticipation. And though part of her wanted to keep him in suspense and enjoy the way he was looking at her, she knew she had to clear things up.
“And then,” she said quickly.  “When I said 'oh no', I wasn't rejecting you. I spotted an enemy.”
Ace's breath caught in his chest. So that's what it was. All this time, he had misunderstood her reaction, believing she was turning him away when she had actually been alerting him to danger. The realization hit him like a wave, washing away all his previous doubts and fears.
“You…you weren't rejecting me?” he managed to croak out, his voice hoarse with emotion.
She shook her head, a slow smile spreading across her face. “No, I wasn't.”
She stepped closer to him, her body now flush close to his. She wrapped her arms around his neck, pulling him down so she could look him directly in the eyes.
“On the contrary,” she murmured, her breath warm against his skin. “I was just caught off guard. By how much I felt the same.”
His heart skipped a beat. She felt the same way. All this time, she had felt the same way?
He could barely believe it, his mind struggling to process the information. But the look in her eyes left no room for deception. She was as sincere as he had been earlier. The thought was both exhilarating and terrifying.
“You… “,” he stuttered, completely at a loss for words. He wanted to say so many things—to tell her how he felt, to express everything that was going through his mind—but his throat was constricted, and he could only manage a few incoherent sounds.
“Shh,” she whispered, “you don't need to say anything now. You’ve already told me.”
With that, she rose on her tiptoes and pressed her lips to his. It was a soft, gentle kiss, her lips barely touching his, but it ignited a fire within him that was wilder and hotter than any battle he'd ever been in.

For All One's Worth (One-Shot)
Here's another request for my friend @welcometo79s <3 She asked me to write about Echo's insecurities and Reader being there to reassure him, to spoil him with compliments, and maybe making some sort of confession. Oh Maker, Echo is the most badass trooper of the GAR, but I can't stop thinking of him going totally soft whenever someone shows him some affection. So have another super soft Echo boi!
The first part (struggles/insecurities/triggering) was inspired by @isthereanechoinhere96 's post and by @/YubNubHub 's (YouTube) shorts on Echo's PTSD overanalysis (part 1 | part 2 | part 3 | part 4 | part 5).
Tumblr media
Summary: when Echo takes a break from his frustrating brothers, you're there to make sure he doesn't need to spend it in solitude Rating: Teen and up Tags: emotional hurt/comfort (insecurity/light triggering of PTSD), fluff (kissing), SFW Words: 2.053k Pairing: TBB Echo x gen!reader Read this one-shot here on AO3

Echo loved his brothers, he really did. But sometimes they made it so hard on him. He was fully aware they didn't mean it like that; they probably didn't even realise the impact their remarks had. He was ever grateful they got him out of his physical and mental prison back at Skako Minor, and his choice to leave Rex for them really meant something. Loyalty was everything, after all.
But some days, Echo wondered if he had been better off staying with Rex. Any shinies might think him a freak, but at least Rex would appreciate his skills, his abilities; his worth. Now he felt like he was stuck with hurtful pun after derogatory remark.
For instance, the one time where Crosshair had made an unsubtle remark about the so-called incompetence of having just one hand. They were setting up for a mission and some crates needed to be loaded onto the Marauder.
“Gonna need some help with these,” Crosshair had shot at his brothers, not really being a question, but more of a statement. When Echo had volunteered, Crosshair granted him an almost scornful look, silently turning the toothpick around in the corner of his mouth before continuing. “Yeah, gonna need two hands,” was his sneering reply before turning around and leaving Echo behind in astonishment.
During a recent mission in some seedy city, it had been something Wrecker had said. The squad was chasing down a Palliduvan bounty hunter to avoid a suspected assassination attempt. Even during nighttime, her chalky-white skin was hard to miss in the neon-lit streets and alleys.
When they nearly lost her in the crowd, the uncanny reflection of the lights on her skin revealed her position. A rumble from Wrecker's throat gave away his amusement before he shouted the words: “She's even paler than Echo!”
Echo's helmet concealed his unamused expression, but he made his feelings clear by bumping into Wrecker and granting him a frustrated shrug. “Come on Echo, snap out of it,” Wrecker huffed in amusement, before continuing his pursuit.
Another time it had been Tech, whilst the both of them were waiting in the ship's cockpit. With his best intentions, he had triggered something in Echo; something he wasn't keen on recalling.
“Do not move,” Tech’s voice, suddenly obnoxiously close to him, came out of nowhere. Before Echo could realise what his brother was up to, Tech was wielding a tool towards his scomp. A flash of blue light and a hissing sound made him relive Skakoan moments he would rather forget.
In shock, Echo pushed Tech away with a crude movement, making his brother look up in irritation. “Kriff, Tech, you could have warned me,” Echo shot at him, his voice higher than usual, a slight tremble in it. Tech readjusted his goggles whilst granting him a serious look. “I did. I said, ‘do not move’,” he elaborated, not sure why his words had been unclear.
Echo was trying to regain himself, but his chest was still heaving from heavy breathing. “What were you even trying to accomplish?” he asked his brother, blinking his eyes to forget the images behind them, to get a grip on reality. “I was merely trying to improve your prosthetic, so it might be in better use to aid the squad,” Tech stated, before turning around to work on some other project. Ah yes, always putting the squad ahead of oneself; how considerate of Tech.
And just now, it was Hunter. Echo couldn't even remember what it was he needed from the sergeant. He blamed himself anyway, because it was probably bad timing on his part; Hunter had retreated inside the Marauder for a reason. His enhanced senses would often cause a sensory overload, causing him to withdraw to recover and reclaim himself.
It was probably the sound of Echo's leg prosthetics that triggered the sergeant, resulting in a low groan. “Just.. need some solitude, Echo,” he grunted at his brother, making Echo stop in his steps. He could understand Hunter’s reasoning, but the thought of solitude made him stiffen.
Despite Hunter's migraine, he noticed his brother's shift in demeanour. With visible guilt written on his pained face, he turned around and tried facing Echo from behind a tensed frown. “I'm sorry, it's just- it's like electroshock torture,” he attempted describing his pain through gritted teeth, trying to push back the headache. “I'll, er- leave you to it,” Echo replied softly, slightly taken aback, before turning around and leaving the sergeant alone - and being plagued with his own thoughts.
---
Echo found some place away from the ship and the squad. Not because he wanted to be alone in particular, but because he just needed a break from his brothers. The night sky was clear, painted with dark shades of blue and purple, adorned by brightly shining stars; but its beauty was currently lost on Echo.
“Need some company?” Your soft voice startled him, and he looked at you warily, as if you had shaken him from his thoughts. He was still searching for words when you continued, not wanting to put him in any discomfort, since it seemed he was already struggling enough. “I can just sit here in silence with you, if you'd like.” His face softened before he allowed a faint smile. “It's alright. I've spent enough time alone with my thoughts.”
Unlike his brothers, you understood him immediately. “Well then, anything you'd feel like sharing? Something you want off your chest?” you said softly, not trying to push him, but you wanted to let him know he wasn't alone - and didn't need to be. And when he looked at you, noticing the most comforting smile on your face, he instantly knew he wasn't.
“It's just the boys.. They.. They don't understand sometimes. They-” He interrupted himself to cast a glassy look at his mechanical arm, turning it in front of his eyes without really taking it in. Until you gently put your hand on it, snapping him from his thoughts.
“You know what? We all go through different ordeals, experiencing different hardships, and we all respond to them in our own ways. You cannot blame them for that, but most importantly, you shouldn't blame yourself for it,” you tried comforting him. He looked at you, his brows in a furrowed frown, his lips slightly parted, his eyes taking you in as you continued.
“Don't take it so hard on yourself. We all know what a formidable ARC trooper you are. What a considerate brother, and the best friend one could wish for. There is no need to prove yourself every minute.” You smiled at him, gently squeezing his mechanical arm where your hand still laid, although the gesture was lost on him. “Besides, they're not perfect either; none of us are. But you're too good to point it out to them. I really appreciate that about you.”
For a moment, you noticed a blush appearing on his pale cheeks, before he turned away his gaze and shook his head in denial. “At least they don't have any prosthetics or implants holding them back. And apart from those, what else am I besides just another clone?”
“Let me stop you right there,” you said sharply, cutting off any more negative thoughts that might haunt him. His eyes widened when you briefly cupped his chin in your hand to turn his gaze back at you. “As far as I’m aware, there is only one hero of Anaxes,” you smiled at him, the corner of your mouth almost curling into a smirk.
He chuffed, nearly certain you were just bringing it up to make him feel better. “I wouldn't have been if it hadn't been for Rex and the squad,” he mumbled softly, almost unintelligible, but you noticed he wasn't sounding as gloomy as before. You softly bumped your elbow against him. “Yes, but your actions made it possible to secure the shipyards. You saved a lot of brothers that day, Echo.”
He blinked at you for a moment, as if he didn't believe the sincerity of your words. But you weren't done yet. “And you know what? I think after your bumpy start and struggles, it is most admirable you've made it to ARC trooper. And let me tell you: you're an example and inspiration to others.”
Echo looked at you in silence whilst you expressed your admiration for him, describing your favourite moments and movements as him being an ARC trooper. As your face was radiating and your eyes shining, making wild, enthusiastic gestures with your hands to support your ardent speech, his lips slowly slid into a discreet appreciative smile.
You turned back towards him when you were finishing your passionate speech. "So no, you're not just another clone. You're ARC trooper Echo, and the best thing that could have happened to this squad and the Republic. The best thing that could have happened to me," you smiled at him, and when you realised you said the last sentence out loud, a warm feeling washed over you.
Echo looked at you for another silent moment, the corners of his mouth pushing his cheeks slightly upwards because of the smile he could no longer hide. You noticed a flicker in his eyes, as they finally shone in confidence again. "You mean that?" he asked you softly, without averting his gaze from yours. “Every word,” you replied in a whisper, before moving closer.
His heartbeat rose instantly; this time not from triggering memories, but because of your presence, you closing in on him. “You know, I, er- No one said something like.. Like that to me before,” he stammered nervously, his eyes darting around restlessly. You put your hand on his cheek in an attempt to ease his nerves. "Do I.. Do I need to repeat myself?" you asked slowly, your lips sliding into a playful smirk. “Not sure if I can handle any more praise,” he chuckled at you, as you felt him relaxing below your touch. You gently caressed his cheek with your thumb before continuing: “Too bad, because you deserve it.”
You moved in a bit closer again, whilst your gazes were still locked. “Have I ever told you about your eyes?” you whispered, the planet around you starting to blur as you had only eyes for him. “What about my eyes?” he replied softly, blinking a few times, afraid something was wrong with them. You chuffed amusedly before continuing. “I’ve never seen another clone with such eyes. Yours have the most beautiful golden glow, and I love how you make them shine with determination. How these little lights dance in them whenever I talk to you. I could just.. Just watch them forever.” You slowly tilted your head, even more mesmerised by his eyes than usual, now that they were this close.
Echo swallowed, making your focus shift to his mouth. “And those lips, you know..,” you smiled at him. “What.. What about my lips?” he muttered, not daring to make any movement, afraid he would spoil the moment. But you had his back. “Not sure yet, let me check,” you whispered, before wetting your lips and leaning forward, closing the gap between the two of you.
Your heart skipped a beat when your lips touched, how they briefly brushed against each other before you finally pressed them together. You felt how all the tension left in him melted away in a heartbeat as he indulged into your kiss. Your hand, still on his cheek, slid to the back of his head when you felt him wrapping his arm around your lower back to hold you, to move you closer. Everything around you just disappeared.
After the most soft and tender kissing, you both pulled away hesitantly to look each other in the eyes again. “So.. What do you make of them?” Echo asked softly, the tips of your noses almost touching, as the both of you weren’t ready yet to pull away any further. “They’re perfect. I could.. I could just kiss them forever,” you replied with the most genuine smile on your face. Echo swallowed before mustering the courage to continue his questioning. “Could you.. Could you repeat that?” You chuckled softly before wrapping your arms around his neck. “With pleasure,” you whispered before you moved in for more.

Two Faced (Matt - Rated R)
Formerly known as: Matthew Sturniolo Short. Because it was my first short and smut piece.
"Please, I'm begging you." Chris was in fact on his knees begging me to help him. Normally, I would jump at the chance to help any one of my brothers but this time was different.
"No, I'm not going to help you cheat." I wasn't a cheater myself. So if I helped him cheat wouldn't that make me one?
"I will do anything." Chris was serious about it.
"Why do you even date both of them?" I didn't understand. I don't know if him telling me why would make me understand either but it was worth a shot.
"Aubrey helps me pass my classes and Alexis is like hot." Chris had a smug look on his face. I sighed. As his triplet brother, I knew I had to help. "Hell yeah." He knew by my big sigh he won.
"Which one am I going out with?" I asked. I regretted this so much already but I couldn't let Chris fail his classes and in his defense, Alexis was actually pretty hot.
"Are you gonna change your mind if I say Aubrey?" Chris' face changed to concern.
"I mean no but -"
"Okay, good. Go get dressed." Chris was walking away to do the same but I stopped him.
"Where am I going?" I needed more context to my last-minute booked evening.
"Aubrey loves sushi so I booked us a reservation at Hana Yori."
"I hate sushi." I stuck my hands out like he should know that.
"Then take her to a movie instead." Chris really only cared about passing his classes. Now that I think about it he probably just copied her homework when they were together anyway. I went upstairs and started going through my closet trying to find the most Chris-looking outfit I could. I took off my comfy clothes and started shifting through everything I had. Nothing looked like Chris to me. I wanted to play it safe and chose all-black everything. I had a bad feeling this wasn't going to work. When we were younger we looked alike but since we have grown up we have differences now. I took off my favorite necklace and tucked it away safely. I sat in the mirror and started fluffing my hair to the front of my forehead. It wasn't curling enough to look right. I stared at my reflection getting nervous. I didn't like going out without my brothers. They were my safety net in case I had a literal mental breakdown. Now I was dreading this. I grabbed a hat and lifted my hair back before slipping it on backward. I nodded at myself in the mirror and crept out of my room.
"Going out Chris?" Nick asked. "Woah what?" He noticed his mess up.
"Chris double booked his girlfriends so he needs a fill-in." I rolled my eyes.
"That's crazy." He started laughing. The sound brought me comfort. I laughed a little too. We both went downstairs to see Chris dressed and ready to go. He was dressed less fancy than I was. I gave him a look.
"Alexis and I are Netflix and chilling." He said it humorously.
"Let me get a picture of this." Nick fumbled his phone out.
"No!" Chris and I yelled at the same time. I did not want this coming out to anyone that I purposely dressed or was acting like Chris.
"What if Alexis or Aubrey sees it?" Chris was trying to go undetected. Nick put his phone away.
"Fine but you should probably wear a hoodie and cover those tattoos." I looked at Chris and then myself and saw my ink as the most noticeable difference. I just forget I have them sometimes.
"It would be cool if you didn't mess this up." Chris did pow pow with his fingers at me.
"Good luck with that." Nick left to go edit the last video we just recorded. I rolled my eyes just regretting all of this deeply. Being Chris' brother was taxing. I grabbed a jacket on the way out the door behind Chris. I drove and dropped him off at Alexis' house. I pulled up the directions to Aubrey's and started feeling my heart race. What do I do if she can tell? Am I supposed to out Chris? This was hands down his worst idea yet. He owed me big time for this. Alexis would have been more fun because she is hot at least but I know that's why Chris wanted to hang out with her. Come to think of it, I have never seen Aubrey. They "study" after school and go on dates every once in a while. Chris just happened to book them both for today like an idiot. I wish Nick still had his dark brown hair then he could do this. That would be some comedy. I smirked to myself at the thought of Nick acting like Chris. I texted Chris and told him to text her he was there. After a few minutes, the front door opened and Aubrey came out to the car. I reached over and opened the door from the inside for her.
"You never drive, this is cool." Fuck. I didn't think about that.
"I wanted tonight to be special." I cringed knowing Chris would never say that. Once she was buckled she turned to look at me and I locked eyes with her. Since this was the first time I had ever seen her I studied her face. She had light brown eyes with tan skin. Her cheeks and nose were dotted with freckles and her hair was falling over her shoulders in little curls. She smiled at me and I instantly felt guilty for lying and helping Chris cheat.
"So where are we going?" Her voice was like honey. Sweet and thick. It swirled around in the air I was suffocating in. "You okay?" She asked me.
"Yeah, I just - wow, you are beautiful," I said. I was sort of speechless because of how good she looked.
"Thank you." She started blushing a little. I shook my head getting back on track to the date.
"We are going to Hana Yori." I decided she deserved a good night and a plain movie date wouldn't be fair to her.
"You are so sweet." She grabbed my hand and held it. I let her. We arrived at the restaurant and were seated fast. I almost said 'Matt' when checking in but she was playing on her phone so it went unnoticed.
"What sushi are you getting?" I asked her. I hated sushi and didn't know anything about any kind so I was probably going to copy her choice.
"Would you find it cliche to get the California roll?" She did a little giggle.
"I think I'll get that too." I smiled. All I could think was how could Chris justify cheating on her she was so beautiful and she was clearly smart if she could keep Chris from failing his classes. The dinner passed and I casually hid little pieces of sushi all over the table and even dropped a couple on the floor to be extra discreet. She talked most of the time but I liked listening to her. I was learning about her family and her pet cat. She told me about how she was nervous for a test because if she failed she wouldn't be able to apply for a certain college she wanted. She talked about her parents fighting and how she couldn't wait to leave the house for good. She was a real person and it was cool to see her emotions change while going through the ups and downs of her week.
"Chris?" I snapped back to reality.
"Yeah?" I asked back.
"Are you okay? I usually don't do all of the talking."
"I'm good. I just like hearing about you. It's dope." I don't know why I kept thinking Chris talked so weird but I was nervous and that's what I was blaming it on.
"Dope?" She laughed. Her laugh was a little ugly but it was defining which was cool.
"You ready to go?" I asked looking at her empty plate. She nodded. While paying I made a mental note of how much it cost because I was definitely making Chris pay me back for helping him out.
"Are you sure you are okay? You are a little quieter than normal." She grabbed my hand and started swinging it back and forth with hers as we walked to the car.
"Yeah, I'm just enjoying my night with you." That wasn't entirely a lie. I had heard some things about her from Chris before but he failed to mention how perfect she was. It did make sense though with some extra thought. Chris and I don't like the same girls. Alexis is hot but I find her very bleak and dumb. I just assumed Aubrey was ugly because Chris never described her as anything other than smart. I wasn't sure what I was expecting but Aubrey wasn't it. She was quiet in the car ride to her house. I played some random rap over the Bluetooth hoping it was something Chris would normally vibe with her. I saw her looking at me a lot; it was making me nervous I was caught. We might be triplets but growing up in that scenario you try to be your own person every chance you get. If you knew one of us well it wasn't hard to tell the other two apart.
"Do you want to come in?" She was a little shy in asking. This is where it got tricky. I knew what going inside meant. The hardest part is Chris wouldn't say no. Chris was a lot more open with girls. He was himself and girls just gravitated towards him. It made me so envious he never had to try. "Chris? Do you want to come inside?" I had to make a choice.
"Yeah, sure." I sighed hard after she stepped out of the van. I turned the key and stepped out. She opened her front door and looked back at me before entering.
"We have to be quiet, my parents are upstairs." She whispered. I nodded letting her know I understood. We shuffled through the house. It was dark and since I had never been here before I held her hand getting tugged along. She opened a door and clicked a light switch showing stairs. We took the stairs down to the basement where she flipped another light on. The basement was completely finished with carpet, furniture, and a mini movie theater-looking living area. "You can take your shoes and jacket off." She said doing the same.
"I'm a bit cold so I'll keep the jacket." I couldn't take it off because of the tattoos Nick pointed out earlier.
"Well, at least come sit down." She chuckled. She grabbed my jacket and pulled me on top of her.
"Woah," I said holding myself up to create some space between our bodies. "I shouldn't -"
"Come on. What is with you?" She slapped my chest playfully. I sadly only had one good excuse which was the truth but that would cause problems for Chris and I didn't want to let my brother down. I looked into her eyes and saw the little twinkle pleading for me, well, Chris technically. Her freckles were even cuter up close. She was looking all around my face waiting for my response.
"Nothing," I said going for it. What was the harm in one kiss? I closed the space between us and connected our lips. She immediately engaged with my motions and kissed me back. She started tugging at my jacket trying to get it off. Instead of taking it off, I started tugging at her daisy-printed dress to divert her attention. She slipped out of her dress and pecked me once.
"Are you going to -" She was blushing. This was it. We were caught. Instead of answering her, I started sucking on her neck to buy time. I had to think of a good excuse to leave before things got too serious. She grabbed my pants and unbuttoned them. I tried to keep them held up but she had both her hands tugging them off. Once I was down to my compression shorts she didn't hesitate to slip her hand down my chest to under the waistband to my boner. In my absolute defense, I haven't had a girlfriend in a long time so this kind of touching and kissing hasn't happened to me in a while. "Take your jacket off." She whispered in my ear before kissing my neck. It was when she lightly bit me that I lost all regard for Chris in this situation and fell into the moment. I threw my jacket and shirt on the floor in one big heap. She slipped off her bra and I kissed her breast for a second before making my way back up past her jaw to her mouth. While our mouths were connected I carefully moved us to the chaise lounge part of the couch so she could lay down all the way. She reached for a blanket and tossed it over us. Once I was covered from the waist down I felt more comfortable taking off the rest of my clothing. Aubrey did the same. I looked at her one more time trying to get permission. She smiled and rested her hand on the back of my waist and pulled me into her. I held myself on my forearms and slowly rocked my hips into hers. She was moaning and scratching my back. Nothing about this felt wrong. When she was getting too loud I kissed her so she wouldn't alert her parents.
"I'm close." I realized my reckless behavior by not using a condom. I lifted myself so I could pull out in time. She reached and gripped my arms. I visually saw her face change to question when she noticed the tattoos.
"Nick?" She questioned.
"Matt," I said still moving on top of her. I was caught and not sure how she was going to take it.
"Oh my god Matt." She involuntarily curled into my chest and I felt her orgasm. I wasn't expecting any of this to happen and I too was suddenly orgasming. I laid down next to her on the couch and looked at her. I stared into her eyes as they darted all over my face. "You're Matt?" She finally asked.
"Yeah." The truth was out. I was waiting for her to freak out or something but she didn't.
"Where is Chris?" I had to give him up now.
"I didn't want to tell you this but I kind of have to now. He -"
"He is seeing Alexis." She interrupted me.
"He is, yeah. Wait. You know?" I was caught off guard by her nonchalant tone.
"I had a feeling. At school, they were always hanging out. I just put it together."
"Why would you stay with him?" I leaned up on one elbow.
"Chris is like super popular. I just wanted to be considered cool." She wasn't showing confidence anymore. She looked nervous being honest with me even after the moment we just shared.
"You are cool," I said excitedly.
"I've never met you before today." She was being skeptical. "You are just saying that because we fucked." She gripped the blanket that was covering her up tighter. She stared up at the plain white ceiling.
"No, no, no. That's not it." I felt so bad for everything tonight. This poor girl has been used by Chris for months and she just put up with it because she wanted friends. And now she probably feels like I used her too. "I had so much fun tonight."
"Really?" She looked back at me. Her big puppy dog eyes were looking for approval.
"Yeah." I smiled softly. "I hate sushi though." She giggled.
"But you ate it?"
"No, I threw it under the table." She full-on laughed again and I knew I was making her feel better.
"Why did you pretend to be Chris?" My heart leaped a little.
"Honestly, I don't know. You might not believe this but I am not like this. I didn't want to do it. He begged me to."
"And he's your brother." She was understanding.
"Yeah." I sighed. I was super mad at myself for going along with Chris' stupid plan. I should have known immediately because it was Chris that nothing was going to go well. There was an uncomfortable silence. "I'm going to get going." I couldn't tell if she wanted me there anymore. I wouldn't blame her for wanting some space to think about everything. I started getting dressed again.
"Matt?" Her voice was hesitant.
"Yeah?" I stopped tugging my jacket on to give her my full attention.
"I had fun tonight too." She played with her hair and looked nervous.
"I'll call you soon Aubrey." I felt better at flirting since I was being myself. I snuck out of the house fast and got into the van. I was smiling super hard and I couldn't stop. Aubrey was amazing. She was beautiful and smart and her life wasn't crazy. She was a lot like me I learned over dinner tonight. I hope Chris isn't mad at me but I think I like her. I didn't think I could because Chris likes her too. At least, I think he does. I got home and instantly ran into Nick and Chris in the kitchen.
"How was it?" Nick asked first.
"Did she figure it out?" Chris looked a little worried.
"She did." I had lied enough tonight. It was exhausting.
"Fuck." Chris started pacing the kitchen floor. "Was she mad?" He ran his fingers through his hair stressed.
"I don't think so?" I ran my fingers through my hair in thought about everything that happened and what was said between Aubrey and I.
"What does that mean?"
"She like already knew you were seeing Alexis."
"What? Then why would she not say something?"
"She was using your status to be cool." I tossed my jacket on the couch.
"That's crazy." Nick finally chimed in.
"Yeah, so it's all fair. You used her for good grades and she used you to be cool. I am going to go shower." I started walking away but Nick stopped me.
"Why is your shirt inside out?" He had a silly look on his face.
"I... uh... um..." What was I supposed to say?
"Matt?" Chris came closer to Nick and I.
"Look she thought I was you the whole time until..."
"Until what?" Nick and Chris said at the same time.
"Until we had sex... and she saw my tattoos." I just needed to be out with it.
"What?" Chris yelled. I couldn't tell if it was an angry one or just disbelief.
"Matty, Matty, Matty." Nick shook his head back and forth.
"She thought I was you." I was getting defensive.
"I told you to take her on a date not fuck her," Chris yelled back.
"It was fine until she saw my tattoos." I wasn't sure what else to say. Chris finally showed his true feelings about the situation when he started laughing. Nick was lost along with myself.
"This is insane." Chris kept laughing. I couldn't explain why but my nerves were at an all-time high. Even though Chris didn't seem upset in the slightest I felt like I was in trouble. I think Nick took notice of this and wrapped an arm around me.
"How do you feel about your date?" He asked.
"It was fine. We got sushi." I wasn't hungry even though I didn't eat yet.
"Do you like her?" Chris composed himself.
"I don't... I mean... I could." I stuttered.
"Look bud it's okay if you do. You said it yourself I was only using her to pass a few classes."
"I really just want to go shower." I wanted some time to think about it all. This was going to be a hard thing to resolve.
"Don't take too long, I wanna talk more about this." Chris shook my shoulder and I shrugged out of it. I escaped upstairs but still heard Chris and Nick laughing about it. How could they be laughing and calm? I finished showering and took notice of the silence in the house when I got out. I felt better. I think for this situation to make any sense at all I just have to admit I like her to her and Chris. I slipped into bed and got comfortable. I sighed. "So you like her?" I jumped.
"Jesus, what are you doing?" I rolled over to see Chris cozy shirtless in my bed.
"I told you I wasn't done talking about it." He was unreadable.
"What now?" I rolled my eyes as a reflex even though it was dark in the room and he couldn't see it.
"So tell me more about the date."
"Chris." I groaned.
"Pwease tell me." He asked in a baby voice.
"We went to eat. She talked the whole time. I was nervous I would say something wrong. I went to drop her off and she asked me to come inside. I figured you would so I did."
"Go on."
"We were talking in the basement and she just jumped me. I didn't think you would say no so I didn't."
"But you wanted to?"
"At first yeah. Then it got serious and it wasn't -"
"Wasn't what?"
"Nothing. I can't believe we are even talking about this. It's late. Go to bed." I rolled away from him. I didn't care if he slept in here I just wanted him to shut up. I didn't want to tell him about how nice it was or that I enjoyed it.
"If you like her, and I mean genuinely like her, I want you to know you have my blessing." I felt him shifting in the bed. We went to bed in silence.
In the morning I woke up alone in bed. I heard everyone moving downstairs. I wasn't ready to have an awkward day with Chris. I sulked downstairs to see everyone in a good mood.
"Morning." Nick ruffled my hair and I swatted him away.
"Morning," I mumbled. I avoided looking at Chris.
"Any plans today guys? Let's film the jello video." Nick suggested right away. He always kept us on track for videos. We weren't blowing up or anything but he was going to make sure we did.
"I can but not until after five I have a date with Aubrey." Chris sipped his soda. My head shot in his direction to see if he was serious. "She messaged me last night wanting to hang out." He shrugged.
"Wow. Okay." I sighed. I was actually mad at him. I couldn't tell what game he was playing but I was not too fond of it. I was jealous.
"Can we film it after five then?" Nick was playing oblivious to what he just said.
"Yeah, sure." Chris smiled. I couldn't help but stare at him. My brain was trying to analyze what could be going on. Did he suddenly want her because I liked her? Though that wasn't like Chris at all maybe he rethought what he had said last night.
"Matt?" I looked at Nick finally.
"Yeah. I can do the video." I couldn't let him know how bothered I was.
"Great. Meet back in the kitchen around 6:30," Nick instructed. I grabbed a bowl of cereal and escaped into my room. I sat down at my computer table and started journaling my issues with this situation. I couldn't help but feel like it was entirely my fault because I said yes to going on the stupid date. But the more I thought about my night with Aubrey the more I didn't regret it at all. She was so awesome. I wanted to see her again and talk to her and make sure she was doing okay after everything we did. As enjoyable as it was to be intimate with her I felt bad for using my position as Chris to do that, even though it was unplanned entirely. Since I was in my gaming corner I started Twitch streaming out of boredom. A few hundred people started watching and messaging me questions. I was answering some of them for fun as I was shooting zombies.
"I'm fine guys. Just having a really bad mental health day." I answered someone. Everyone started blowing the chat up with sorrys and questions. I silently shot more zombies and relieved my stress. Nick was requesting to be added to the stream. I accepted. Everyone freaked out. I smiled. It was always fun to see the pull we had on people.
"Hey guys! Sorry, but I have to steal Matt. We have a top-secret mission to complete." People started guessing what they assumed it was. "It's just filming Wednesday's video." He gave it up quickly.
"What time is it?" I looked at my phone and saw it wasn't after 5 yet. Chris was still gone. "I guess I have to go now. Bye, everyone." I'm sure Nick had a good reason. I stopped the stream. Nick came into my room unannounced. "Is Chris back?" I asked taking my headphones off.
"No. I just wanted to say something before we start the jello video." I stood up.
"Alright."
"I don't know what Chris is up to but he usually has bad actions for good intentions. So maybe give him the benefit of the doubt on this one."
"Nick, he took her on a date after I made it clear that I liked her."
"Did you make it clear?" He asked.
"I mean it was pretty obvious." I rolled my eyes.
"Either way. I don't think Chris wants to hurt you." He explained.
"Whatever. I'm done talking about it." I shrugged and walked downstairs. He followed me. I turned around and glared at him.
"I have to set up for the video." He raised his hands in defense. He went to the kitchen and started grabbing all the utensils needed. Both of us perked up when the door opened. Chris came inside. He wasn't smiling or frowning. It was weird. "Ready for the video?"
"Yeah. I wanna change quick." He wasn't wearing anything fancy or too cozy so it was hard to decide what kind of date they had. I stayed sitting on the chair in the corner. I scrolled my phone as I felt Nick sneaking glances at me every once in a while. Chris' feet came pattering down the stairs and I looked up. He was wearing pajama pants and a white tee shirt.
"Okay, so this video is gonna be dangerous," Nick said enticingly. I moved to sit at the kitchen island. "We are going to make jello, deaf, mute, and blind." His enthusiasm was over the top for such a bleak idea.
"I'd rather just do a car video." I sighed.
"Same." Chris agreed with me. It annoyed me he was agreeing with me.
"Oh. Okay. Let's do that instead. Get ready." Nick looked disappointed his idea was shot down so quickly. I grabbed a power bank for my phone and the car keys and went to wait for them. Nick was first out hauling the camera bags and snacks. Chris came out with nothing in hand and no visual difference. Probably took a long time doing nothing to avoid me. We set up the camera once we were parked across from CVS. I went to push record but Nick yelled stopping me.
"What?" I looked back wide-eyed.
"What is our topic about?"
"I got one," I said. I wasn't sure if it was a good one but it could get interesting. I pressed record.
"Yippity Yak we are back," Chris said immediately.
"No." Nick was straight. "Matt, since you have the topic you can introduce it, and please hurry so that doesn't happen again." Nick motioned to Chris being weird.
"So, I recently had this happen to me and I thought maybe you guys have gone through the same thing too so talking about it could be -"
"Oh great a mental health video."
"Chris shut the fuck up!" Nick yelled at him.
"Talking about it could be beneficial to you guys."
"Get there." Chris was being extra rude for no reason.
"He's fucking trying!" Nick was in the middle of us, literally and figuratively.
"Alright, so ignoring them, today's topic is what to do when someone close to you stabs you in the back." Nick's mouth dropped. Chris just looked at me as solid as a rock. After a long silence, I opened the conversation up.
"Any thoughts Nick?" I looked in the rear-view mirror to see him.
"I guess it would just depend on how close this person is to you." He was hesitant.
"Let's say a sibling." I sneered.
"Maybe their intentions weren't to hurt you." Chris finally spoke up.
"But if they were -" Nick started.
"And how would you know that?" Chris interrupted to defend.
"Pretty easy to tell if you are close to them." I was looking at Chris but avoiding eye contact. I knew if I made eye contact I would probably just get even more upset.
"I think talking to them is the first step." Nick was trying to stay neutral.
"Yeah, just talk to them." Chris looked at the camera and smiled. It wasn't what he said that made me boil over but more so the way he said it along with the fake smug smile at the camera like he didn't do anything wrong.
"How could you go on a date with Aubrey after I told you I kind of liked her!?" I yelled.
"There it is," Nick said sitting back.
"She texted me," Chris yelled back.
"So?" I wasn't sure what to say.
"So, she wanted to talk about last night." Chris wasn't looking at me which was making me more mad. It also made him harder to read.
"Okay, well, I needed to talk to her before you did." I don't know if that was true but I wanted to talk to her so badly. I wanted a chance to really be myself and explain everything without Chris fucking it up.
"She told me she wasn't upset about last night and she likes you and wanted to make sure I wouldn't be upset if she started talking to you more."
"What?" Nick leaned forward. I went silent.
"What?" I asked again after Nick.
"We were basically agreeing to break up with no hard feelings because she wants you." I stared blankly at him.
"Get it, Matt!" Nick shook my shoulder. I couldn't help but smile a little. She liked me.
"Now can you stop being mad at me?" Chris sounded genuine.
"I.. uh... yeah." I stuttered.
"Did you honestly think that I would fight with you over a girl?" Chris folded his arms. His smug smile was annoying me this time but only because he was right.
"I told you." Nick yelled from the backseat.
"You guys were talking shit about me?" Chris whipped around to look at Nick.
"I wasn't." He threw me under the bus. Chris looked at me.
"Don't act like you were some holy angel. Begging me to tell you how I felt and then taking her out was sus." I rolled my eyes avoiding his eye contact.
"She called me wanting to meet up. By what you said last night I had a feeling she was feeling you. I've never slept with her." Chris started giggling.
"You never -?" Nick put a hand on Chris' shoulder.
"No, I just copied her notes and homework and then we hung out." I started feeling my cheeks flush red.
"Now I'm just confused." I shook my head back and forth. Why would she choose to sleep with Chris the one night he and I switched places? Either she knew I wasn't Chris or she just chose the absolute worst time to get frisky.
"Well, you must be good at -" Chris started.
"Shut the fuck up. Don't finish that." I said seriously. I was a little embarrassed about everything coming to light.
"You already did," Nick mumbled from the back seat. Chris lost it. He was rocking back and forth with his face covered while his laugh permeated through the car. Nick was smiling super wide but not contributing to the sound. I was fighting a smile.
"Can we just not do this, please," I said more annoyed than begging. They simmered down.
"So what are you going to do?" Nick was bringing the conversation back to serious.
"I -" The timer went off for us to reset the camera. "Did we just film that whole thing?" We all looked at the camera forgetting it was there.
"Nick you better delete all of that," Chris said.
"I will." He reached into the bag for another battery. Chris disassembled the SD card and battery while I scrolled my phone. After they had the camera settled I put it back up.
"So what are we actually filming?" Nick looked at me specifically.
"I don't know. I don't have anything." I shook my head no.
"Do we have to do one tonight?"
"No."
"I want to get home and see if I can talk to Aubrey." I quickly drove all of us home so I could disappear into my room. I left them behind in the garage and ran up the stairs skipping steps. I was nervous and eager to talk to her. I'm glad Chris didn't fuck it up for me. I wish I could say I believed in him the whole time but there was a moment of doubt for sure. I messaged her my phone number through Facebook and stared at the little circle waiting to see if her picture appeared showing she saw it. After a while it did. She was typing.
I'll call you in 5 (:
I stopped biting my thumbnail to respond.
Okay
I immediately started biting my nails again waiting for her to call. Five minutes passed and she wasn't calling. Maybe she didn't want to call me. I sighed at myself. I try to not let things like this get to me normally and here I am freaking out over small details. I laid back on my bed. I felt my phone vibrating. I shot up to my feet and answered the phone.
"Hey." I said rushed. I cringed.
"Hey, I don't have long to talk. I'm at a party."
"Oh." My true emotions were showing. Nick, Chris, and I don't drink or smoke. We are pretty chill. We go to parties but usually end up leaving when things get uncomfortable.
"It's a study party." She giggled.
"Oh." My voice raised with realization. "I just wanted to ask if you wanted to go out on a date."
"We already did." She laughed. I smiled at her little joke.
"I meant with me." I specified.
"I would love to Matt." She answered the question.
"Cool."
"I gotta go. I'll text you."
"Study hard." Her laugh was cut off by her hanging up. "Study hard? What the hell is wrong with me?" I said aloud to myself. I opened my door to find Nick and Chris right there.
"So, how did it go?" Chris pressed.
"I got a date."
"Let's go Matt." They jumped me and started hooting and hollering approval at me.
"Just gotta wait until she texts me now." I looked at my phone.
"What are you going to do in the meantime?" Chris asked me.
"I don't know. Wait I guess." I shrugged.
"You could study hard." Nick made fun of me.
"You heard that?" I smacked him.
"Hey, maybe you guys could "study" together." Chris put his joke in there with air quotes.
"I hate you both." We all laughed. Even though being a triplet was complicated at times it was nice always having the support from my two brothers. Having Chris' support meant a little more to me because of the current situation. I wasn't nervous about pursuing Aubrey but instead, I felt confident and excited.

I would like to apologize for having the audacity to analyze the “don’t kiss Chloe” option during pride month. My excuse is that I forgot to post this draft in May.
If Max rejects the kiss she doesn’t outright reject Chloe. Instead, she says that it’s “not that easy” to get a kiss from her. I feel like this could be read in three different ways with various degrees of Pricefield interpretations.
A: Max wants to refuse, but doesn’t want to hurt Chloe’s feelings by turning her down. So instead, she plays it off like a joke to not risk hurting their friendship.  This is the analyzation I find this the least likely option because it contradicts Max’s huge character flaw of “putting her foot in her mouth,” but it’s worth mentioning since I think the scene can be read that way.
B: Max wouldn’t be opposed to kissing Chloe, but not during an “easy” moment like a dare.
C: Max is misreading the situation, which is why she doesn’t reject Chloe in a serious way or positively acknowledge her feeling. She doesn’t see a dare as being serious. She thinks she’s rejecting a playful game, while Chloe’s reaction to her saying “no” indicates that it was more than that and she’s slightly disappointed by the rejection.
More Undercut
D: The dare is about self-confidence. Chloe tells Max that she can kiss her because she can do “whatever she wants” now that she has this power. Therefore, when Max rejects kissing her, it’s actually a reflection of her self-confidence being lower than it is on the route where she kisses Chloe.
I also think Chloe’s reaction is interesting. She goes into a sort of playful denial that they did kiss and Max rewound, which in mind is likely because: A: Chloe doesn’t want to risk her friendship with Max by pushing for something that they aren’t. B: Chloe is a character that’s terrified of abandonment. It’s likely an easier pill for her to swallow to think that Max didn’t really reject her when...yeah she kind of did regardless of what reason you think Max had.
That’s my analysis of this scene! I’m sure my Pricefield bias has slipped a lot in this post, but I do think it’s interesting to analyze non-ship moments from a shipper’s perspective. So hopefully other people think it’s interesting too!

Felix Jealousy
Tumblr media
SKZ Jealousy series pt. 6: (when they're in a serious relationship do they get jealous at all? What makes them jealous if they get jealous? How do they act in a relationship? What's their response/behavior when jealous? How do they handle it?)
Felix doesn’t get jealous he gets helpless. Like, if he sees his partner getting hit on or flirting with someone else it doesn’t invoke jealousy, it just makes him doubt his ability to be enough for them in the relationship, or even doubt their commitment to him. It just makes him lose focus on a lot of things and feel very exhausted. It’s very draining to him. And yeah his self esteem plummets a lot, though it’s probably already low. I see him as being very insecure and self critical already so that would kinda be the icing on the cake in that aspect.
I honestly think he avoids confronting it because he knows it’ll stress him out. Like he kind of just removes himself from the situation and reflects on it later to see if he was just blowing the situation out of proportion. He’s need some serious R&R after. Because it’s a hit to his pride, his self esteem, and his self worth.
He feels like he’s being taken for granted. It’s like “Why is this person entertaining others when they have me?” Type thing. But he doesn’t want to risk anything so he shuts up.
I think its the Libra Mercury/Venus talking. As someone who has his Venus, Mercury, and Mars I can relate to most of this in terms of mood. It probably makes him simultaneously mad and depressed. Probably cries a lot. Especially with that potential Aries moon his emotions go absolutely haywire. He probably plans out this major confrontation but never does it because he doesn’t want to rock the boat. He would with anyone else, but never his partner.
He also may feel like his partner is getting bored of him.
He’ll honestly just be suffering. Another one who could get cheated on and blame himself for it. He feels like he’s a disappointment to his partner and that’s why they’re entertaining another people. He puts himself down a lot, and again just fears that he may risk losing them if he speaks up. A lot of pain and grief here. He’d also probably experience a lot of self-pity.
Generally he may enter like a depression? Or maybe even is already depressed because like I’ve never met someone with his lineup who isn’t at least mildly so. But I dunno I’m not diagnosing shit.
Once he gets over it though…Welp.
He goes into the point of reflection. And if he realizes that…Either A, what they did is wildly disrespectful to me, B, that was basically cheating in my face, or C, this is crossing a lot of boundaries, he finally addresses it head on.
And…Well, it’s loud.
It may not start as an argument but it always ends as an argument. Because it’s blunt. It’s personal. And it’s probably right. It drives too close to home and he reads you for absolute filth, and most people can’t really handle that. So then it turns into an argument, and/or he needs to feel heard or he flies off the handle.
And he can argue. He can argue for hours, even, until the other person finally walks away from the situation or “sees reason”.
When his confidence is regained it’s boosted. Because he realizes that he’s worth more than this BS.
I also think he 100% tells everyone close to him about it. And then if it was because of actual cheating he just tells everyone about it period. Close or not, he won’t shut up about it. Because he’s very public with these matters.
He’s definitely an unconditional love type. Until you make him doubt if it should be unconditional or even love. He sees through rose colored glasses mostly, but if there’s too much eventually he snaps out of it and realizes…This is some bullshit. Everything starts adding up and the puzzle pieces start connecting. All of a sudden he’s seeing the situation for what it is.
And he drops you quick.
Cause if there’s one thing about him he’s not about to linger in an unfulfilling situation. He’s leaving, and he’s probably moving on within 10-12 business days. Not because he never loved or cared about you, but because…He moves on fast. He emotionally checks out of situations quickly. He sees past relationships fondly as something he grew from, but not fond enough that there’s this massive period of mourning it. He may vaguely miss the person occasionally, but in general he’ll be fine.
Probably the type who braces himself for these things anyways. Not in a holding back weighing on his heart way, but just in a…He knows relationships don’t always last. So while he’s in them he makes the most of every moment so he’ll never regret it once it’s gone. And it’s effective for him.
In general he’s more hurt by friendship breakups than relationship ones.
So yeah, definitely turns to his friends and probably moves onto the next fairly quickly.
If he realizes he’s right he’ll also trust himself more. And if he realizes he was wrong he’ll trust in his self worth more. Either way he’s growing from the experience.
If his partner truly hadn’t been doing anything wrong he’ll work hard to fix it, and overcome any obstacles. He’s very determined like that. And even if his partner did something wrong that could be forgiven he’d enter that state.
In general, he’s constantly growing and evolving.
Definitely a lot of inner conflict throughout all of this though. A lot of personality clashes within him. He had two very polarizing sides, which I can again relate to. They’re very different. Because inherently, he’s bold and fiery and ambitious. His rage builds rapidly but doesn’t go away so quickly. His Leo Mars is fixed. And honestly really underrated for grudge holding capability. And if he has an Aries Moon this increases things tenfold. And sure these things may be regulated by his Virgo sun, but they generally clash with his more Libran aspects.
But yeah, generally in the moment he loses faith in himself. He suppresses his feelings and blocks them off. He gets really frustrated through, and probably easy to set off because it’s simmering unresolved and bottled up, not like it’s meant to be. And there’s so, so much rage there. Like I’m talking one minor inconvenience and he’s losing his shit.
Mayhaps possibly be into like
“Jealous” intercourse
Trying to make this as clinical as possible to make this PG-13
In general gets very independent in this time. Probably shuts himself off a lot from his partner and will prefer the company of friends until things have calmed down and cooled off. Because he doesn’t want to ruin things with his potential anger.
Again, a very transformative experience.
And it also bruises his pride a lot. He’s a prideful person whether he has high self esteem or not.
Probably has a weird mix of a superiority and inferiority complex.
But yeah, definitely would use this to fuel other endeavors. He also may have a big breakthrough about the relationship as a whole during these times. In general, he’s very good at cutting to the heart of matters. And once his mind clears…
Well we’ve been over this.

Him <3
Tumblr media
group: xikers
pair: seeun x fem!reader
genre: fluff, best friends to lovers, crushes
word count: 863
content: fluff 🥹🩷 (as always, yk me), a few lil swears
a/n: felt bad being so ia, so I quickly finished up this draft! Enjoy!!
Your soft sobs were suddenly caught in your throat after hearing a soft “Y/n?” being called through the door to your room. You hurriedly rubbed your sweater sleeve over your tear stained cheeks just in time for the door to crack open and Seeun to peek his head in.
“H-Hey, why’re you here?” You squeaked out, trying to sound as normal as possible. Not normal sounding enough, apparently, as the tall boy quickly rushed over to sit beside you on the bed.
“I don't think you're in a space to be asking questions…” he chuckled softly, his arm snaking around your shoulder to pull you gently against him, “...why the waterworks?” You forced out a giggle, resting a hand against your best friend's chest and looking up at his surprisingly worried expression.
“It's nothing, really…” He sighed as you dropped your head again, his hand now gently rubbing up and down your arm as a way to comfort you.
“It's okay if you don't wanna talk about it…but I'm staying right here…” His voice was so gentle, and yet it pierced so deeply into your heart that you felt the painful sting of tears in your eyes once again. His grip on your shoulder tightened as you suddenly choked back a sob.
“I-I just don't get it…” You sobbed, and he leaned forward a little to get a glimpse at your face, using his other hand to gently swipe some hair away from your forehead and behind your ear. “W-Why…”
“Why what…?” He asked, his voice laced with a genuine worry that had your heart breaking and your stomach doing somersaults simultaneously.
You responded with silence, a few seconds passing before his voice cut through, a little lower and more serious this time.
“Is this about him again?”
Him. The word you always used to refer to your crush when you were ranting to Seeun. A boy that Seeun knew all about from the way you'd fawn over him, fangirl over him, and even complain about him. Little did Seeun know that this him in question that he'd give you advice for and talk shit about sometimes…was himself.
You nodded slowly and Seeun’s grip on you tightened slightly as he clicked his tongue.
“That ass. I swear y/n, how many times does he have to make you cry like this for you to see he's not worth it?”
Your glossy, puffy, red eyes meet his and you speak up, a slight crack to your words.
“That's the problem, though…He is worth it. He's beyond worth it. He keeps reminding me why I fell for him in the first place even if he doesn't realise it…”
Your gaze was almost burning holes into his as you spoke, his deep brown eyes reflecting back at you with complicated emotions that you couldn't quite place.
“He's just…” your eyes scanned over the boy's face in front of you, his every feature showing love and care for you that made your heart race every time, “...too dense to realise my feelings for him.”
Seeun sighed, his hand rubbing up and down your arm comfortingly.
“He's stupid. The most perfect girl is right in front of him, screaming for him to notice her, and he does nothing.”
You chuckle wryly, sighing almost exhaustedly.
“...You're right…you are stupid…”
“Huh…?”
You drop your head in your hands, giggling weakly as your face heats up red.
“You're so stupid, Park Seeun…”
“W-What? Why me?” He asked confusedly. You lifted your head to look at him, a bitter-sweet smile on your face.
“You just said it yourself.”
His expression only grew more perplexed as you spoke.
“I-I said he was stupid.” He stated, thinking that you must've heard him incorrectly.
“Yup, I know. And yes…you are.”
You watched as the gears in his began to turn, his confused eyes slowly turning to those of realisation and fluster.
“O-Oh. Yeah. You're right, I am.” You couldn't help but notice the way his ears almost immediately went bright red, making your grin widen. You burst into laughter, your body leaning into his, making his other arm wrap around you and cradle you.
“I can't believe the amount of times you called yourself a dumbass without any idea…” You laughed, making him swat your arm playfully.
“Please forget everything I've ever said to you about him. Pretty please.” He leaned closer, nuzzling his forehead against your hair.
“Ha! Not a chance.” You responded, earning a chuckle from him in his deep, quiet voice right above you that reverberated through you and made your stomach twist into knots.
“When I gain super powers and learn how to erase people's memories, you'll be my first victim.”
You giggle wildly, snuggling even closer to him and earning another adoring chuckle from him. His arms tightened around you before pulling you back to sink into the mattress together, forcing another laugh from the both of you as you tangled together in a playful and shy fit of giggles. You felt like a whole weight had been lifted off your chest and you knew you'd never feel as happy as you do anywhere else bit in his arms like that.

i'd love to hear your interpretation of the day 8 call ("You don't give up do you?") on Saeyoung's route! that has to be my favorite call, especially the end lolol
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
I mean, if anything, this is a representation that goes against the idea that Saeyoung "suddenly becomes a big meanie in his route and he's not playing games with me anymore, he's such a jerk! The time we've spent with him in the apartment is awful because he isn't the silly guy on the game previews!"
I really don't care for people who talk about him that way. If you only value him because he's silly, then you don't actually value him at all as a person. That's why you drive right into the bad ending, figuratively and literally. If you don't value his emotions and allow him to come to terms with what just happened to him, then you don't like Saeyoung.
Saeyoung just realized he sold his life away for NOTHING. Rika and V promised him that Saeran would be safe, and now he's just learned it was a lie. It was all a lie. His brother isn't safe, he's suffering in horrible ways that Saeyoung can't even begin to imagine because every time he closes his eyes, he wants throw up at the thought of Saeran being forced to learn how to hack and hurt others.
He traded his autonomy away to give his brother a chance at a free life, and not even a perfectly free life, a life that could be as free as he could have been given the circumstances. Saeyoung did it because thought the sacrifice would be worth it and threw away everything for nothing. It was for nothing because his brother has no nothing but misery.
Can you imagine what it must feel like to sacrifice everything and realize it was for nothing? Do you think anybody in his position will be silly and goofy? No. That's not even the entirety of his being. He is not just some guy who likes to play pranks on people. The RFA is his family, and he’s accepted they’ll be the only family he’ll ever have because he can’t be with Saeran. So, he looks over them and does all kinds of things to lift their spirits.
He got Yoosung into LOLOL.
He runs Twitter bots for Zen.
He hangs out with Jaehee and lets her vent about work.
He’s aware that Elizabeth’s collar has SENSITIVE INFORMATION on it, and is constantly pressing Jumin to up his security.
Sure, he plays around and pokes fun at everybody, and yes, that’s a part of who he is. But, if you only believe he's a silly prankster, then you have spent no time reflecting on why he's wearing a mask and settling it in the first place.
Saeyoung Choi is a multifaceted person and he isn’t just a joke. He's a compassionate man who will do anything and everything to take care of the people he loves, he loves going out for drives, he loves working on robotics, he can make up a story on the spot about the stars, he loves cosplay and cross-dressing, he loves so many things and he could spend three hours explaining his love of language and linguistics to you if you ASKED.
He is serious and if he's trying to piece together a plan, he's going to have a contingency ready for his contingency. He's ready for anything you throw at him. He can hold a conversation at length about any subject you throw at him and he will enjoy it far more than you think he will.
He's stubborn to a fault. He can be clingy and paranoid at his worst. Sometimes his anger gets the better of him and he says things without thinking. But, that's what makes him human, with all his faults, flaws, and aspirations. There is so much more to him than being a jokester and if you don't understand that, you're not paying attention to what's happening during your time in the apartment.
All of this is to say that it's not okay that he's mean to you in the apartment, but a lot of people tend to blow what he's doing out of proportion. If you are actively calling him throughout the day and listening to what he says, it is so obvious that he is lying through his teeth. He may be the best liar in the world when it comes to his work in the agency, but when it comes to you, he is the worst liar I have ever seen in my entire life.
He cannot hide how much he cares about you. When he thinks you're not eating he goes out of his way to make sure he orders every kind of sandwich imaginable just in case you have a picky palette. When you leave the apartment to get something for him, he gets upset with you, not because he's angry with you, but because he hates that you're not thinking of your safety when his brother could have really hurt you even if it hurts him to admit that.
And, you know what happens in this phone call? He sees you crying and he immediately folds. It doesn't matter how frustrated he is with the fact that his life is built on a lie, he still wants to comfort you because you make him happy no matter how afraid he is to admit that.
When it comes down to it, he's just afraid of letting you into his life because the last time he had somebody close to him that he would do anything for, they suffered. He just watched what happened to his brother all because he cared about him and thought he could trust his brother with people who didn't give him a reason not to trust them.
The only reason he tries to push you away is because he's afraid of you getting hurt like his brother. He can't stomach what happened to his brother as it is, but the thought of watching another person he loves suffering isn't something he can stand. If you work with him and give him the space he needs, then he'll apologize to you and realize that he can't live his life this way forever.
He can't deny himself happiness for the rest of his life just because he's afraid to make a leap. This call shows he can't lie about anything when it comes to you no matter how hard he tries. He could lie to the rest of the world but he could never lie to you.
My favorite part is the way his voice trembles near the end of the phone call and he asks you if it's okay to Hold Your Hand despite everything.

During the shinju scene, meleoron mentions theres something killua cant tell him, what is it that killua couldnt tell him?
from what i seen, shinjuu isnt always romantic, was it he couldnt tell meleoron he was going to die w gon because of his romantic feelings
The line
meleoron:‘if you joking, whyd u have that incredibly sad look on ur face(talking about when he was observing killua with gon)’ ‘you cant tell me,so i wont ask’ or in different translations its ‘cant you tell me?’ But in the original japanese its about being unable to tell somebody something
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hello!
So, I decided to just post (most of) these two pages because I think seeing the art and layout of the actual pages helps with understanding exactly what's going on and also analyzing it. I also went and looked at the pages in Japanese just to see if anything stood out. Aside from the famous shinjuu line, the translation seems fine.
Just to summarize and be clear before I launch into further analysis: In this scene, Killua says (with a rather dark expression) that the worst case scenario is he and Gon die together in a lovers suicide. Killua sees that Meleoron is rather vexed/taken aback/discouraged by this response and doesn't know what to say, so then Killua immediately claims he's just kidding and that they'll be okay after all, and he knows how to snap Gon out of it.
Meleoron then internally doubts that Killua is kidding about this, because he was there when Gon said the "It has nothing to do with you," (essentially) line that pushed Killua away, and he saw how heartbroken Killua looked by that. He then decides it's not worth asking because Killua clearly doesn't want to be honest about his feelings, he can't or won't express what he's going through, so he backs off.
I'm glad you brought this up because it's a piece of the whole shinjuu scene that people don't talk about as much, but this whole exchange and Togashi bothering to show Meleoron's reaction to it in the first place says a lot about the importance of the scene. If Meleoron didn't pause and connect this to Killua's earlier heartbroken moment (and notice how it takes up literally half of the page--it's important!), it would be easy to read on past it without thinking about it more deeply.
In other words, this further exchange with Meleoron is emphasis. It's there so the readers don't simply gloss over what Killua said about the shinjuu, and so the readers understand that he means it, that no matter what he says to the contrary, Killua is in fact serious about this possibility. It's there to slow things down enough so the readers can reflect on and ask their own questions about the situation.
I'm sure this is why Togashi bothered to put Meleoron in the scene with Gon pushing Killua away in the first place--there was no other reason for him to be there, other than being an observer of this moment and standing in to ask these questions.
Meleoron--an outside observer without as much context for Gon and Killua's relationship as the rest of us--wonders what's going on here, why Killua looked utterly destroyed by a few simple words. But because he saw Killua's immediate urge to lie and say it's a joke when he hesitated, he knows Killua won't open up to him about exactly what's going on, why Killua was so devastated by what Gon said to him and why Killua intends to do a teen lovers suicide with his best friend if all goes badly. Meleoron is definitely pointing out (in his view, anyway) that there are feelings behind this that Killua is unable and unwilling to talk about. Is he implying they're romantic feelings? I mean...
This happens so much in Chimera Ant arc around Killua's feelings. Togashi leaves it open-ended, doesn't spell it out blatantly, but it seems like the question is being asked over and over again--what exactly are the nature of Killua's feelings for Gon, anyway? And there keep being these moments where the concept of romantic love is conjured in some form in connection with or around this unspoken question being asked, like multiple instances in the Palm subplot I've talked about a bunch of times now. (Linking to that post in particular because it links to a lot of other Palm subplot related posts.)
Even the way Killua asks if Gon considers him a friend or a comrade, asking What are we? basically is essentially a shoujo trope--and especially how it was presented, very dramatic with a lot of focus and emphasis on Killua's internal turmoil around asking the question.
Tumblr media
There are just so many times in this arc where emphasis gets placed on a question of, What are your feelings for Gon anyway, Killua? in an indirect way, including this moment with Meleoron. It's repeated so many times and there are so many instances where there's some subtext around or even direct mention of romantic love hovering around these questions, it's basically daring the audience to answer.
It's true that shinjuu can be non-romantic in some cases, however the word choice is meaningful. Togashi knows what the implications of it are, especially in a literary sense. He could have chosen other ways to phrase this, he could have opted not to use this word in particular. If it was presented completely in isolation from any other romantic subtext, there would be more of an argument to be had for it just being included in a platonic sense, but with how much repeated romantic subtext there is with Gon and Killua's relationship to begin with...I think the word choice is very intentional.
I hope that answers your question!

Capricorn Venus-Learning To Love, Love🤎🧸
☕️ How I imagine a love for Capricorn Venuses one day- Something REAL. Something that warms your heart. Someone to just come home to.
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Kinda a personal story<3
☕️🧸First off people who have Capricorn Venus or Venus aspecting Saturn how did yall meet yalls partner and how would you describe your experience in dating? Let me know your experiences down in the comments!
☕️🧸Some common themes- unrequited love, being unable to catch feelings, work/school focused, unsatisfying relationships, liking people for years, low self worth, having to go through many obstacles, strong souls, gracefully age.
☕️🧸My Venus is in Capricorn in the 3rd house conjunct Jupiter, Pluto, and POF and trines my Virgo Saturn in the 11th. All of my friends are older and I actually met my friendgroup because of my older sister and find it difficult to make friends regularly. I also mostly hangout with older people but when it comes down to dating I am very inexperienced even though I know im only 16.
☕️🧸Like ive never talked to anyone and when I like someone ive had a pattern of liking them for like 2-3 years( my venus being in the 8th degree of scorpio). I also dont get approached alot and while I do have guys approaching me here and there theyre never my type.
☕️🧸Like I LOVE classy men but guys my age just arent like that it kinda bums me out. Watching people easily get into relationships ever since I was a kid and being able to attract anything they want in love matters made me really think I was ugly for the longest time.
☕️🧸For one I literally was a ugly duckling from elementary to middle school and I didnt really go to a school where indian features were appreciated(a majority of my school is hispanic and black). I always kept quiet about my crushes because I always thought no way they could like me?
☕️🧸It wasnt really until this year(my sophmore year) where I realized I have grown sooo much as a person. Beauty wise and personality wise. The way my Venus has impacted me the most was friends because of the relationship of my 3rd and 11th house. I lost friends, was lied to, and backstabbed and eventually made me realize that I wasnt the problem. The people around me are just vain. This made me go into depression for a while but also made me reflect on my relationships.
☕️🧸Eventually I thought why do I deserve any less? And yall dont understand this was such a turning point for me because it made me cut off so many unnecessary people in my life along with raising my standards within my relationships which is EXACTLY what Capricorn Venus should learn to do if they feel theyre relationships arent satisfying. Not just friends but in romantic interests too. Like I actually have boundries for myself but I will say that I lost alot of my innocence when it comes to love. The biggest thing for me personally is that I grew into myself but it took a longer time for that to happen for me compared to my peers but man sometimes people be hyping me up and I just dont know how to deal with it because I grew up ugly LMFAO.
☕️🧸Saturn here will force you to be patient and learn alot of valuable lessons for not only romantic love, but also friendships and familial relationships. Because one thing ive noticed is that these people are very sweet, soft hearted, and always wanted to fall in love, but as they got older they had unsatisfactory in those experiences and come to take the stereotype of being “cold” when in reality you just come to realize that people are disappointing. With time ive noticed we age well and we meet more serious people as we get older but you just have to deal with immaturity for a little while until that happens. All in all Capricorn Venuses will get what they deserve and I PROMISE you will be fine asf when u get old so hang in there.😘
If I were to give you a love based on a movie itd be this one<3

admit you ship incest dude. the cn/jp shippers say its incest. pick up a book and translate it, it says kaeya is adopted. .. and heres a long paragraph about how incest is only between biological families and more disrespect to people who are adopted...
no idea why my inbox didn't give me this notif until now, but now's a better time than any to talk more about this.
i'm chinese. i speak fluent mandarin chinese. i've consulted other native chinese speakers about this, both genshin players and unrelated. i play genshin with chinese audio and english subs specifically to catch and complain about inaccuracies. i'd reveal more information but then i think it'd be trivially easy to doxx me if one knew what they were looking for.
fundamentally, the issue of incest lies in physical reproduction, yet i find adoptive incestuous relationships discomforting all the same. it's why i didn't like or finish go ahead (以家人之名) because i felt that it laid too much into the siblings aspect for romantic relationships to be feasible, and it was super contradictory from the initial general message of the first bittersweet yet wholesome episode.
however, personally, i just don't think kaeya felt like a part of the family until crepus's death and he really reflected on crepus's actions towards him (hangout). and even after beginning to view crepus as a father figure, he wouldn't have so shallowly made the transition for diluc to be his brother by adoption and consequently changed his entire mind about the guy (which you can see with the way he chooses to refer to both men with different terms, one adoptive and familial, one very clearly 'sworn', very consistently throughout the whole game. if that ever changes in chinese, well, at least you can know that i'll make a post about it if i still care about genshin by then.)
the localization team does make plenty of serious mistakes, and it's of my opinion that as a result, it has very clearly skewed character relationships with those mistakes, (cynari and collei, eulamber, some npcs in liyue, sumeru) some from cultural differences, some just from lazy translation overall. there's layers of complexity in how chinese utilizes honorifics and affectionate terms, as well as contextual consideration between fiction and reality, and sometimes i feel like the english localization team just threw it all into google translate and called it a day.
i don't even ship kaeluc that much. i like to call it the secret third thing where they can't get off their asses to talk about anything ever so they exist in an undefined space and to have them return to any semblance of a healthy relationship, platonic, familial, or romantic, would require a novel's length worth of development that hoyoverse will probably never write, and so my brain has made up novels of all three kinds and more.
however, i also don't care about people who do ship kaeluc or treat any other fictional media in an incestuous or otherwise problematic manner, regardless of language or culture. this is because i operate on a "don't like, don't read, don't interact" mindset. it makes being in fandom more fun; you should try it.
my disappointment wasn't aimed at the fact that i think too little people ship kaeluc. it just sucks to see people claim that that's what's wrong with the fandom and spin this evil gross imagery around the ship over a misunderstanding, especially when that's not how i view it. it's also the only thing vehemently regularly repeated ('klcers dni') when there's so many other issues with the game and the fandom.
(off topic but what's the worst thing that'll happen if a kaeluc shipper likes your fan stuff. it's not like they come into your tumblr asks to bother you with an "oh btw you're wrong about how you enjoy this media and this is what's right"-- oh wait that's what's going on here right)
including the fact that people like you purposefully go around searching in the kaeluc tag (which you probably did, because nobody is scrolling that far back in my blog to find this one specific post to complain about) to police and pick fights with people over a stupid issue from 2020/2021. i guess tumblr isn't a safe place to talk about kaeluc either lmao.
and to think i left anon asks on in the hopes that it could be an inbox for anyone who wanted to ask me art questions or just leave something positive and not feel too awkward (where do i get the confidence in thinking anyone would ask my incompetent brain for help lol).
to be fair, it's going to be my fault for continuing to draw attention to this by responding to such an ask instead of just deleting it and moving on but fuck it we ball.
this ended up pretty long but i feel like it would've been too rude to just say "会说中文的干嘛要翻书 :P". probably would've been funnier though and saved me a lot of time. kudos to you if you actually read this and read through everything.
