One of my night sketches

So where did this come from? I drew this last night at 3am. I have to admit that I was inspired a bit by the Hazbin Hotel series that I watched last weekend. The male character is based on Alastor and Lucifer (Now I can't wait to watch season 2 of Hazbin Hotel - I'm really into it). This drawing doesn't have any specific story, even the characters shown aren't named! Maybe some ideas for what they could be called? Because I can't think of anything that makes sense. I have a few more sketches of them that I did last night, but I don't know if you're interested in seeing them. What do you think? (Yes, I'm still working on my Gravity Falls comic).

I have been talking a lot about how I want to be less precious about my sketches but still end up hoarding everything in files that never see the light of day because I think they don't measure up (to my own expectations).

But you know what? This is fanart, it's not meant to be polished since it's just for me and maybe someone else gets a kick out of my doodles as well, so let's end 2024 with a bit of a sketch dump from my files.

#vashwood #vash the stampede #nicholas d wolfwood #trigun #trigun maximum #this is such a random piece but i just wanted to draw these versions of them...#usually im a double angel vw kind of guy . i like the imagery of angel ww but his little antenna horns and triangle tail and devil wings #very cute... and frankly vw has duality in this field... of angel and devil. demon and diablo and whatnot #but ultimately the angel motifs suits vash the most if nightows side illustrations and book covers are anything to go by #like the covers for vol 5 and vol 8... he is lovely in wings - both the winged kind and his plant-esque kind #and mortal wolfwood my no.1 forever. the idea of devil ww guiding an angel vash back to heaven is a fun thought though #theres probably like 800 stories with that kind of angel/devil plot but im beaming it at vw #ruporas art

My favourite Vinsmoke actors from the One Piece live stage show and Sanji Restaurant in Universal Studios Japan.

That one particular Niji performer does his act so SO good, it's just straight up unhinged madness. He tries to kick away staff members (it's just acting, of course), turned up his nose at fans who were waving at him (the fans love it), and even when just standing and posing he does it in a way where it looks like he's up to bad stuff.

I always joke that it's really just Niji who found a portal to the real world.

Also, this Ichiji always does his gestures with so much intensity and drama, I can usually tell it's him even if the face is blurry or not visible. The other Ichiji actors kind of leans more on a "cool and calm" sort of act, but this guy is just fire 🔥🔥

It could be all just unfortunate timing since Universal forbids the posting of videos. Maybe the other actors actually does dramatic flairs too, but the photos just don't show it, but the impression I got from the photos that were there.

According to the cast list his name is Uno, which is so funny. I know it's just a Japanese surname, but still.

And then Yonji. This one guy is tall and has muscle, so he gets to actually go around showing off and flexing his arms at the visitors. It also makes it 10000x more vibe when he does the "AAAAAAH CUTE GIRLS 😍😍😍" thing (yes, they really do that 😂😂). All the Yonji actors do it, but this guy is the biggest and tallest, so it just looks extra funny (and adorable 💚).

Sanji is Sanji, so there's been like dozens of actors through the years, I can't go through them all. Of the ones I've seen I like this guy the most. They're all so cute, but this one has a really really nice smile. It's just sunshine when I see it ☀️☀️☀️

Reiju is a brand new addition to the performance, but the actresses are all so lovely!!
