Made you latch onto the other.  And for a while, after Logan had moved in with Althea and Wade, things had been great. Until they weren’t. Until eventually, Wade had broken up with him on Christmas.

Logan and Wade broke up a year ago on Christmas. Over the course of the afternoon of this year's Christmas, Logan comes to term with the fact that he is still very much in love with Wade. He just hopes Wade feels the same.

I was rambling on the issue of museums and human remains and how certain populations are more likely to have their bodies put on display to be gawked at and then went "well I guess the Pompeii casts were of Europeans. there are bones in there right?" and Googled it to make sure, at which point I confirmed that yes there are bones in there, but more interestingly DNA testing revealed that a cast of an adult holding a child everyone assumed was a mother and child were, in fact, a man and a kid entirely unrelated to him. Honestly that's more moving to me. Maybe they were connected in a way other than blood, but maybe a stranger saw a child when the world was ending and thought the one thing he could do was hold them.

PLS THE FIRST TIME AKIKO TRAVELLED ABROAD BY HERSELF (or with friends, depends if it was like if she was going to school abroad? or an internship? or just travelling for fun?) I AM SICK S😭😭😭

OKAY BUCKLE UP. i think that due to their risky jobs, akari and takuma are somewhat comfortable financially - which means they could at least afford a few travels here and there while akiko was growing up. so until that it was mostly the three of them travelling around the world and you know just getting akiko educated about different cultures and whatnot. now, akari is not the controlling type of mom because being raised by one she knows better than that ... she is however a little bit of a helicopter mom, because she knows there are so many evils lurking around?? so whatever the reason is for akiko to travel without her parents, akari has already started to worry from the moment the plane ticket was booked. she lets akiko pack her bags but provides countless lists with items to tick off and they go over it a thousand time plus one - takuma's driving on the way to the airport and akari's still rambling about her lists even though akiko is telling her that whatever she's forgotten she'll buy over to the destination.

akari gives akiko the longest hug before sending her off because that's her little best friend forever what is she going to do with an empty nest, it just feels strange to not be together even though she understands it's natural for kids to find their way far from their parents sometimes. akiko is fortunately a responsible child so of course she updates as soon as she lands, arrives to the hotel / hostel / whatever, sends pictures of what she eats. if there's enough time she will facetime akari and takuma which is also really nice of her. again akari hates that she's so far but also she looks so happy it kind of evens the way she feels. on the flip side with an empty house, akari and takuma have more time for dates so it's not totally bad, just strange ( the house is very silent, she misses akiko's lighthearted laugh )

I've seen so many posts that paint opposing smoking as some impossibly Loser-ish or puritanical stance and I really don't get it

it makes you, your house, and your clothing stink, destroys your teeth, and gives you lung cancer. opposing it is. Correct. obviously addiction is very complicated and quitting can be hard, but just saying "smoking is gross and harmful as a practice (including vaping)" is True and Right actually

some of you have never grown up hearing about how some beloved family member died a slow, agonized, wasting death of smoking-induced cancer, or watching it firsthand for yourself, and it shows

Naturally, they assume he’s Bruce’s biological kid. And chaoes quickly comes knocking.

Harvey is VERY ready to be a dad. Too ready. “Don’t even worry about it, even if we’ve had our problem, OBVIOUSLY I’m the father, and I’ll be there every step of the way.”

“What.”

“There’s no need to hide the truth, Bruce, I’m not mad. I’ll be the best dad I can be. I won’t even let Two Face show him how to shoot a gun.”

“What did I tell ya?” The seamless switch is blink-and you miss it, but not for Bruce’s sharp eyes. TF just grins, switchblade sharp, ruffling at Jason’s hair, “That IS my boy.”

Clark sheepishly approaching Bruce one day, sitting down at the JL cafeteria table. His handsome face fashioned a bare earnestness which only confuses Bruce MORE.

“Hey. So, we should probably talk about Jason, right?”

“What.”

“I’m really sorry if I did something that made you feel like you couldn’t tell me. But I’m ready to step up. So when should I move in?”

“We haven’t slept together, Clark.”

“Bruce, I think I’d know my kid when I saw him.”

Hal can’t take this anymore. “HE’S A MAN?” He pauses, “Also, why am I not questioned? I could be the baby daddy! I could SO be the baby daddy!”

“Go away, Hal.”
