They say necessity is the mother of invention (or something like that) and dang did I get inventive just now

I present to you the cutting edge of fusion cuisine; kimchi pork doux de montagne cheese loaded fries... with slaw because health or whatever 🙄

Basically i took the most freezer burned pork tenderloin you've ever seen, marinated it in the dregs of a jar of kimchi which was about 87% liquid, seared the pork on both sides then poured in all the aforementioned kimchi juice plus a little sugar and some watered down cider vinegar (which was leftover from pickling some veg and I just didn't want to waste it) then gently simmered it until it was really soft.

Made some fries, layered it all together with some French cheese because why the f not, heat it under the grill so the cheese is all melty 😍

This had no right to taste this good and tbh I'm angry that I'll probably never have this combination of ingredients at the same time ever again

lived my whole life in guilt bc i thought i was responsible for people's feelings. newly realizing that other people are responsible for their feelings and reactions, even if they make it seem like i'm the problem. a lot of the time it really has to do w them and their own emotional regulation. i can't keep thinking i'm not allowed to have space bc of other people's insecurities. like i literally refuse to dim myself. other people are responsible for their feelings just as i'm responsible for mine.
