For some reason I always picture Emily Prentiss’ parents as Emily and Richard Gilmore from Gilmore girls, and my headcanon is that her upbringing was basically the same as Lorelai Gilmore’s except she was abroad instead of in Massachusetts. Tell me I’m not the only one?

She even lowkey looks like Lorelai Gilmore, they both came from rich families, and she also got pregnant in her teens… I don’t know, I just can’t unsee it; the parallels are there.

(EVOLUTION SPOILER! I mean since the evo writers randomly decided to give Emily a sister for literally no reason that sister may as well be Lorelai Gilmore.)

You guys think even if arven had both his parents he’d still have trauma from feeling like he’s in his parents shadows or is this some weird au idea my brain came up with. Like think about it, his parents(technically parent since it’s not confirmed if the absentee parent is the other professor or not) are renowned professors, like imagine the immense pressure he would feel so arven is screwed either way. Also arven gets hissy when Nemona comments on how he’s the son of professor sada/turo but I think he’s more mad at this because of the reminder that his parents aren’t in his life rather than that he’s a child of a famous professor

do you know how many people are mad that authors use "growled" as a word for "said"? it's just poetics! they do not literally mean "growled," it's just a common replacement for "said with force but in a low tone." it's normal! do you hear me!! help me i love you please let me out of here!!!
