Drift’s “Dead end” design is my Roman Empire…
Like. His Crystal City look is great. His mtmte look is also great. And the Lost Light one too. But when I look at this specific design eh idk there’s something very special about it. It’s the way he was created by Cybertron if I’m not wrong. I love this colour scheme. It’s so calm and simple.

#art from a while back#i played hk first and deepnest was like. the most uncomfortable ive ever been playing the game#mainly because its just so DARK#as for rw... when i got to shaded...... what the actual Hell#i eventually got used to just dying in the dark and exploring the first parts of the region but like. Why is it pitch black#i didnt even realize there was a path to the scav merchant at the first room..... i got to memory crypts before finding it in my next run#hollow knight#rain world#hk ghost#rw slugcat#rw survivor#artatat#?!?@?@?@?@ the alt text got removed for a sec Sorry about that im not sure why or how that happened#also im completely aware deepnest without a lantern is much darker but atleast it isnt pitch black. the first time I drew these two(when I was 12) they were functionally the Color Guardian's version of Jessie and James,,,
#green haired minor antagonist who happens to be from another world/dimension but is doomed by the narrative i'll always love you#literally my favorite magical girl character trope#colorless ashe#colorless pitch#pitch doesnt use her human disguise nearly as often as ashe does#but she does have one#color guardians#my art#my ocs#maybe I'll make a lil ref sheet for Pastel and Reed too! that could be fun#and the big bad as well as some of the colorless creatures#pitch always kinda looks like a homestuck troll and i can never escape that#i made her have grey skin and black hair and horns BEFORE i read homestuck#wish i had my old ms paint art of her cuz i remember sending it to my friend one time when i was 14 and he was like 'thats a troll'#literally deleted all of it then and there and refused to even think about Pitch for a bit cuz of it#did not help that she used to have yellow eyes
