Hi T 💖 I’ve got a little something for 28 for you, not sure what a kiss as a lie actually means, so I took a some liberties, could also count as a kiss as distraction really, hope that’s okay.

Still working on 49, I’ll post it and tag you once I’ve come up with something 😘

“How was your day?”

TK had barely stepped foot into the loft before Carlos was asking, not even greeting him first, which should have been his first clue.

“It was good, babe”

He dropped his bag at the door and threw his jacket over the back of the couch, in a move that made Carlos' brow twitch in annoyance, which TK didn’t see.

“Nothing exciting happened?” Carlos probed.

TK walked over to where his husband was leaning against the kitchen island, arms crossed, which should have been his second clue.

“No, not really, we had a rather uneventful shift.” Once he had reached Carlos, he leaned up for an innocent kiss.

Carlos kissed him back, before exploding at him.

“Tyler Kennedy Strand-Reyes!” Oh, the full name meant he was in trouble and he knew it.

“Who snitched?” He asked.

“Who snitched?!” TK could see the vein in Carlos' right temple pulsing. Not a good sign. “That’s what you’re going with? Not sorry Carlos I shouldn’t have lied to you, I had to be taken to the hospital?!”

I’m assuming people know this but isagi’s “ego types” he’s ‘created’ are real theory

like how flow state is an actual thing, not just made up for blue lock

self-style ego vs world-style ego is literally just intrinsic vs extrinsic motivation

So world-type (aka isagi, hiori, reo etc) would be extrinsic motivation and self-type (aka shidou, bachira, nagi) would be intrinsic motivation

I hope this is taken further with in the manga and is actually discussed with all players, not just kept as theory in isagi’s head
