🚨 Everything we know about Wednesday season 2 (possible spoilers and trigger warnings for violence — don't read this if you don't wanna know anything about season 2. Also, remember that none of this is confirmed yet, everything is from a leaker supposedly working on the set)

1- Xavier left school so his character is completely forgotten

2- Enid is craving affection and attention a lot

3- Enid's scars healed (I'm so sad about that... bye bye our hopes of Wednesday comforting her about it)

4- Enid's hair is a bit shorter, closer to Emma's real haircut. It's still blond. They also talked about giving her a black streak, but they didn't do it. They will possibly add it next season

5- Ajax broke up with Enid because she kept missing their dates and wasn't really involved in their relationship

6- Ajax disappears through the season but is found at the end

7- Enid has a new boyfriend, Maxim (played by Owen Painter)

8- Maxim is predicted to be loved by the fans

9- Maxim is abusive towards Enid (he grabs her a lot and leaves bruises)

10- Wednesday hates Maxim from the start

11- Wednesday is really protective of Enid during this season

12- Enid breaks up with Maxim in episode 4 (I suppose, as it says mid-season) and it doesn't go well (he's really mad and they almost physically fight. Enid uses her claws)

13- After the break up, Maxim becomes very obsessive

14- Wednesday initiates a hug after Enid comes back to the dorm after the break up

15- Enid and Wednesday will investigate together in every episodes except the first one

16- Maxim takes over the Nightshades and kick Bianca out. His father is said to have old views (I guess similar to Crackstone)

17- Bianca will have a lot of scenes. So does Thing

18- Tyler is back and will work with Wednesday. He's not the villain of this season

19- Tyler has a lot of scenes with Bianca's mom

20- Wednesday, Enid, Morticia, Maxim and Barry (Maxim's father and Nevermore's new principal) have the most screentime

21- Enid meets the Addams and Morticia thinks her relationship with Wednesday is stupendous

22- Enid's relationship with her mom changes a lot (good or bad, we don't know)

23- There will be a camping episode taking place at Camp Jericho, where Enid and Wednesday will share a tent

24- There will be a musical number

25- Christopher Lloyd (original movie Uncle Fester) will come back as, apparently, a music teacher

26- Enid will have a major fight against around 5 creatures

27- One of Enid's fight is to protect Wednesday (who is immobilised during the scene)

28- Wenclair share another hug at the end of the season

29- Enid and Wednesday are very close friends at the end of the season. Wenclair is not comfirmed yet for season 3 but they said it's still possible

30- Jenna is producer this season, so everything that happens between Wednesday and Enid has gone through her. She and Emma are most likely the ones to decide if Wenclair will happen or no. Considering they both said in an interview that they would be good together, that the whole cast ships them and that so much fans does too, we are on the right track!

All of this is not officially confirmed. A leaker working on the set posted all this on Reddit in June (from what I understood). Recently, bts pics of Camp Jericho has been shared, confirming what the leaker said about it. So all of this is most likely true, but again, nothing comfirmed.

I really hope it is true, because holy shit, the plot is INSANE. I literally told my best friend I needed a camping scene in season 2 and more drama... well, there we are 🤌🏻 All this informations I have shared are from the leaker (the post has been deleted on Reddit but you can find some screenshots on @zstronz78's Twitter account)

They’re in a bar with some of the other ITV crowd, all squashed around a table in the corner and having to raise their voices to be heard over the music. Roy looks at him with one unimpressed eyebrow raised.

“You’ve only had one gin and tonic, Nev, calm down. It’s still early even for you.”

“No, not –” Gary waves his arm around the room, “not this, I mean like – the tournaments. Spendin’ a whole month in another city, like. Aren’t you exhausted?”

Roy shrugs. “It’s something to do, innit? Gets you out of the house.”

“I just –” Gary cuts himself off, fidgets with the ring on his finger. “No, it’s stupid. Never mind.”

Jamie feels a buzzing in his back pocket and pulls out his phone, wincing in guilt when he sees two missed calls already on the screen. He nudges his brother, nods towards the house to let him know he’s going inside to take a call away from the noise of the party, and he presses answer as he walks inside.

“What’s he done now?”

“Your wife,” Roy bites out on the other end of the line, “has got himself pissed on half a glass of wine and some watered down cider.”

In Roy speak, this means that Gary’s probably shared a bottle of wine with someone and then moved on to his little gin and slimline tonics. Which means that yeah, he’s probably a bit pissed.

To contrast, Jamie’s onto his second week in Ibiza and isn’t quite sure if he’s spent any of it sober. But he’s at least sober enough to feel bad that Roy’s stuck dealing with a drunk Gary on his own. He gets so maudlin.

“Put him in a cab and send him back to the ‘otel,” Jamie suggests. “Let him sleep it off.”

“He’d need to sleep for a week to shake this one off.” Roy sighs exasperatedly. “He asked me for a hug earlier. A hug. Me.”

“Let me guess, you told him where to go?”

“Well of course I did, but my point still stands. He’s all off this tournament. Don’t think he’s been sleeping much, he keeps dragging me out to Barry’s Bootcamp at six o’clock in the bloody morning.”

Jamie glances at his watch. It’s not that late, only just gone eleven - trust Gary to get bladdered before he’s even made it to midnight.

“Get ‘im some chips – do they do chips in Germany? – and make him put one of his little electrolyte tabs in some water. And don’t let him moan too much, you know what he’s like.”

“Yeah, yeah. Thanks, Jamie. You go enjoy Ibiza, I’ll do all the heavy lifting for you.”

As soon as the call ends, Jamie’s opened up a search for flights to Berlin.

By the time Jamie’s cab arrives at the ITV hotel in Berlin it’s still disgustingly early in the morning but it’s almost a reasonable hour – or at least close enough that Gary’s awake and alert enough to answer when the concierge rings him from the front desk to ask if he should let the big bad Scouser in the lobby up to his room.

The lift pings and Gary shuffles out of it wearing crumpled clothes, squinting through his glasses across the lobby.

When his eyes fix on Jamie, though, his whole face splits into a grin. He doesn’t hug him, doesn’t even shake his hand, just keeps on smiling while he shakes his head incredulously.

“You old softie,” he says once he gets close. He wraps one hand around Jamie’s wrist and tugs him gently towards the lift. “You absolute – who put you up to this? Roy?”

“Can a man not just miss ‘is missus?” Jamie asks, then chuckles at his own wordplay. “Heard you were out on the town last night, couldn’t risk you getting pissed enough to start throwing yourself at every man you see over six foot tall, eh?”

Gary swats at his chest. “Think that’s you you’re thinkin’ of, lad.”

They step into the lift and the doors ping shut behind them. Gary immediately takes this privacy as an opportunity to fit himself into Jamie’s arms, his face pressed up against his neck.

“God, Carra, I’ve missed you.” He takes a long inhale through his nose. “You smell like plane, though.”

“I can shower once we’re back in your room.”

“Absolutely fuckin’ not. It’s straight to bed w’you, James.”

Jamie raises an eyebrow. “Oh?”

“I’ve not had a decent night’s sleep in weeks, and my favourite pillow’s just got here by overnight delivery.”

“I always knew you only wanted me for my body.”

More cut content ft. ugly old doodles of the original teams (except for Circuitbreakers- I still like the look of them :D). These were meant to be them getting ready to go into battle back when I was going to do straight 3v3 for all the matches. This battle mode was similar to an escort mission in a video game- you tried to keep your weak member alive. Well. For normal Battledome matches they wouldn't care, but obviously Ray, Barry, and Mangey aren't considered expendable to their teammates. I did a lot of worldbuilding for different battle modes and whatnot that never got used in the story. |D; Oh well, it was still fun! I ended up just using the "3v3, but two out at a time" mode for all the fights.

Also. Forgot to mention that Tails Doll was Team Dark's leader. There was this whole thing about him sponsoring Metal's team because he was intrigued by the other two-tailed foxes and whatnot. Also his name was just. Mr. Doll. It was kinda hilarious. Bless you, suave and cool businessman-eqsue Tails Doll. May you prosper in the land of scrapped ideas. xD

Just some details about different types of mascots. Still technically canon; I just didn't have the opportunity to show them all in the story. There was a lot of FSZ, UCZ, and Battledome worldbuilding that wasn't shown. I got to slightly scratch the surface in that scene where Nine was researching stuff. :P Didn't want to dwell on it, though. It was unnecessary.

Some cut Mangey angst. It's fine; I think everyone got plenty of angst. fdkgldf Nine having a higher score than Tails was also related to a cut plot point. Also, just. Making it nines for the lulz. :P

Nine still got his angsty moment of realizing he has no family, but originally he realized it right next to his friends being all happy about theirs...

No pic, but more cut Nine angst: He learns that Kit is a cyborg and is FURIOUS. Kit was allowed to keep his nanotech in FSZ because it was "too intigrated" to remove, but they RIPPED OUT his mecha-tail implants??? WTF? (As if he didn't have enough reasons to be miffed at Kit dfkljsdlf) Also, his original tails (not the ones he built in UCZ) were built into his flesh, so they had to be surgically removed. Tbh, I'm not sure whether or not I'm keeping that detail. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Kinda messed up.

Oh jeeze, I just remembered: In a super early draft, Silver freakin. Died. D8 It made me WAY too sad, so I nixed it pretty quickly. But he was going to be a boss fight in UCZ because he kept helping people, but was too powerful to be easily taken down by enforcers. So they put a massive point bounty on him and got all the contestants to take him down... Since, y'know, he'd be trying not to hurt them... :c Would have been one hell of a gut punch, but man. No. Not my baby, Silver. 8C

-rafe being a crybaby (kinda canon)

-barry being pretty young actually (he’s just turned 24 at the start of the show) but everyone thinking he’s older cuz his attitude, look, and job as a dealer

-rafe seeing barry working on his dads property at 15 yrs old, Barry 20, and thinking he was hot. Obviously Barry pays him and his annoying kook friends no attention because they’re just some spoiled children to him. The only conversation they have is him yelling at rafe when he hits his back with the ball they were playing with. And Rafe totally didn’t do that on purpose to get a closer look at the confusingly hot pogue. Really, he swears 🤷 (also ik Barry was in the army so this was probably during summer when he was on break or something)

-Barry has major beef with Ward. He hates that man so bad. He hates how much he fucked up rafe. He is not one to bite his tongue so at family gatherings he doesn’t care to start arguments with anyone who dares to say shit to rafe. He really only likes wheezie. Rafe isn’t much of a peacemaker either so he actually likes that Barry defends him because sometimes he just can’t do it.

-y’all know that shameless scene where mickey comes out? I feel like Barry would tell Ward something vulgar like that to let him know that he’s banging his precious son. “Coke isn’t the only thing I got your son bending over a table for”

-I can’t find the picture but it’s a bts pic of drew with his shirt tied in a knot in a crop top with some shorts. It makes me think that he’d fully embrace the “trailer park wife” life and dress in denim booty shorts cut from old jeans and cropped shirts in the summer. In fact he takes inspo from all the ladies near by who he met when Barry would send him over to barrow some eggs or milk. As a former kook he definitely judged them at first, but quickly found out how much they all have in common like having hubbies who work all day, some are former addicts, love shit talking, and they all got great hair.

Title: Drillbit

As I turn the page on a book I borrowed from Quincy, I hear the Kim go off. I must have forgotten to sign out of it. I gently put the book down to go see who messaged me. I click on the message to see

"So, why do you have an On-lyne profile pick?"

My eyes widened as I glanced over at my icon. It was Drillbit. I had lied to Arthur about liking the music, so he had no idea about current obsession with them. It was not my icon when I last checked. The only person I could think of was Amir. Freaking out, I replied, "Amir is messing with me, brb!" Before logging out. I had no idea how to even change my icon. It had been on a grey K for it since I got it.

Without a second thought, I ran out of the backroom and towards the arcade. Amir was not there, and I didn't see Aoi in the Music Store. My panic must have been load enough to alert Eleanor because I heard her in my head, "they went to race on who makes pizzas again."

"Thank you, Eleanor."

"Of course, lovely, but I think you're reacting too stressed. I don't think it is going to be as big of a deal as you think."

"Maybe... I lied to your brother. I got to talk to Amir at least to fix this."

"Well, I'm not going to stop you. Just don't forget to breathe. They went west."

"Thank you"

I ran to the garage, passing some others as I did. I was focused on getting to Amir, and I didn't even notice who it was. I jumped on my Atomicycle and headed west.

It didn't take too much time before I reached them. They look like they finished the race. I got off and ran to them. "Amir! Really?"

The two look over at me, confused. "Garnet, you ok?" said Aoi with consurn written on her face.

" Yes.. no.. Amir, why did you change my icon?!"

"Your profile pic? It was on the default for so long, I figured you didn't know how to change it, and I fixed it for you! I know how much you like Drillbit, so I thought you liked it."

"I do, but... Arthur asked about it..."

They both looked at me puzzled, and I couldn't help but feel embressed about the whole situation.

"I told him they were ok... but could use more songs..."

"Wait, so you lied to him?"

"Yes... I feel stupid about it now, but I knew he didn't like them, and I didn't want it to be a deal breaker..."

"You know I used to date him right, and I am just as big of a fan, right?"

"Yes," I said as i barried my face in my hands, "but at the time, I didn't know but knew he hated them. It usually all over his face.. I didn't want him to dislike me at the time... It feels stupid, but now I am caught in the lie and don't know if I can face him."

"Oh Garnet... you should just talk to him. This is not that big of a lie... though I don't get the hiding what you like for anyone part." Aoi said as she patted my shoulder

"You remember I never really been around others before, right? I was just trying not to piss him off. Sol, it does seem stupid now... I don't want him to dump me over it."

My eye grew wide with that thought. My On-lyne shrine. Oh Sol, what if he found it. I ran over to my Atomicycle and rode back to the mall, with Amir and Aoi not far behind. I could hear them calling at me and trying to calm down, but I didn't know what to do but get back.

Once I got back, I saw Arthur looking on my table, with On-lyne cds that were behind some papers.

"I can explain.. "

He turned to me and looked at me with worry. "Hey, you ok? Why are you so out of breath?"

"I lied... I'm sorry.. I..."

"Ok, ok, slow down. Sit. Breathe. I have time."

I sat down and took a few deep breaths. He sat next to me and made me lay my head on his shoulder. We sat there for a few moments while I tried to breathe slowly.

"You ok?"

"Yea and I'm sorry..."

"For being an On-lyne fan?"

I sat in silence for a while before speaking, "I didn't want you to hate me at the time. It was a stupid lie..."

"Well, yea, it does suck to be lied to, and it definitely not my cup of tea, but Garnet, is this the only thing you lied to me about?"

"Yes, of course," I popped my head off his shoulder and looked at him, hoping he still trusted me.

A slight red spread on his face, and he turned away. "As long as that's the only lie, I can live with that."

"Yea... but Arthur... I don't think you understand.."

He looks over at me and raises an eyebrow at me. "Understand what?"

I stood up and pulled a curtain away from the wall. Behind it was posters, fans and other memorabilia, all of Drillbit. He sat there stunned. I covered my face again, and I heard his chair move and his arms wrapped around me. "Garnet. It not my taste, and it's a little nuts, but I still love you, so it's ok.. just try not to play their music so much it gives me a headache.. ok?"

I nodded in his chest and wrapped my arms around him.

"Though I do have on question. Why Drillbit?" I froze. "It's not cause of the eye, right?"

I couldn't even speak, but then he started to laugh. I relaxed once he did. "I like his hair..." I admitted sheepishly.

He pulled me away and looked at me as serious as he could. "Does this mean I have to curl my hair." Though of that made me burst out laughing.

I could see the embressment on my face as I tried to stop. "No, you're perfect just the way you are."

"Promise?"

I leaned over and kissed him. "Yes, I am sure."

The last photo (taken from Peter Pan on Stage and Screen, as is the following quote) shows off the changes she made to the costume, which I think say something about her approach to acting:

so, at this point barry's been made fully aware that rafe's going to go through with suicide by cop so that he doesn't have to go to jail.

like rafe's resigned himself that he's either escaping or dying; there's no way he's going to let the police get him. and really, he has no hope of shooting his way out of things anyway, there'll be at least a dozen cops out looking for him at any given time, one single gun is not going to do him any good.

but he knows if he has it and uses it/shows it/threatens to use it, the cops will be trained to fire because he's a threat to them. the gun is not even to "defend himself" like barry says, it's something that'll make sure he's dead instead of in police custody. [i genuinely do not think rafe would actually shoot anyone on his way out, not with the intent of doing any damage, because we've seen his reaction to killing someone for real, like the gun is only there to force the cops to shoot him]

in the 3rd pic you can sort of see the shock etched onto barry's face even though he's blurry, but rafe, who until now has has only been interested in self-preservation, has just made it explicitly clear that he will kill himself/get himself killed if the cops come.

but barry knows the cops are coming (he tipped them off himself), so this situation that was him turning rafe in to custody (where he'd serve his time alive) has morphed into a horror show that is absolutely going to result with rafe dying.

barry even clocks that he has the gun and realizes that's going to pose an issue to him just being taken into custody (because, and i'm sure i do not need to say this, but him having a weapon means the cops will kill him). he's lured rafe out into the marsh, the cops are coming, rafe has a gun and he plans to die if the cops show up; barry pretty much just walked rafe out to the firing squad.

so, the second barry jumps out of the boat, he calls to the cops that rafe has a gun. because the gun is stowed away in the bag and rafe is caught off guard, he has no way of reaching for it; the cops are already there, he's already pinned. as well, by saying this, barry makes the cops aware that rafe has a gun, so they'll be poised to shoot if he makes any move toward it. he's banking on the fact that rafe's self-preservation will kick in and he won't go for the gun because it'll mean certain death. also, by letting the cops know, perhaps it would mean that they don't shoot him lethally (but lets be real when have the cops ever fired a non-lethal shot) because it won't be a surprise, so they can shoot to disarm and subdue rather than to kill.

and yes, rafe goes for the gun anyway, but shoupe knows about it so he doesn't have to kill rafe. and we know that shoupe really takes no pleasure in being shit to kids, so he's absolutely not going to want to have one shot on his watch, even if he thinks rafe killed peterkin.

basically, by immediately making the cops aware of the gun, barry pretty much saves rafe's life. yes, he turned rafe in, but barry doesn't want him to die.

whenever barry first took her to georgia it was reaaaalllyyy bad. she would try to run off every day. he didn’t work for like three weeks because he didn’t trust her. his tactic was to blackmail and embarrass her into not leaving.

he would sedate her just a lil, to get her more pliable and willing. precious already never wore any clothes but he would make sure of it then , and would pose her to take pics of her naked and exposed.

then when she came to her senses again he would show her all the photos. she knew he knew her daddy and everyone in obx , and he would threaten to send it and leak it if she kept trying to run off.

she would cry n scream n bite but he would just hold her down and try to soothe her. meanwhile she was trying her absolute hardest to get away from him. eventually she got tired and would fall asleep on him and then wake up n feel disgusted with herself.

he would use that against her too n b like “see? you fuckin’ fell asleep on me. you don’t wanna leave. you never did. just want attention— huh?” n she would get so mad at him , at herself.

precious always bein naked is actually a bigger plot then yall think bc she does it from all the trauma from him blackmailing her. she doesn’t know why but it makes her feel better. around whenever she kinda gave up on leaving but still was distant and upset is when he taught her all the rules n how to even live

I'm a wrestling fan from Thailand. Getting an autograph from each wrestler is very difficult and never happened to me(Whether it's a problem with currency units, banks, transportation costs that far away like on different side of the world, etc.) So, each wrestling Fanart I draw I don’t expect anything about money or even expect that they(wrestlers) will see my FanArt(bc they’re all old and not use any social media) . I’m drawing bc of self-relaxation/ make you enjoy my arts/ make you know that I like these wrestlers too. But there has someone expect money by using my art (that owner doesn’t expect anything) to be the way to earn little money, I just think it’s not fair Plus, if I got an autograph from my favorite wrestler on my Fanarts for real, I would definitely not sell it. Because it’s something that has sentimental value, cannot be measured in monetary terms. Meanwhile, some people can easily get a wrestler's autograph BUT didn't see its value, sold it for someone else , That’s horrible/ not cute/ not ✨FABULEUX✨ at all 🗣️🗣️

I get it's easy for people to get worked up seeing stuff like that. But deumoxi has been wrong more times than right. She is not a legit source. The general public laughs when they see "according to deumoxi". Nobody takes her seriously.

It was only two weeks ago she spread misinformation about the Barry and Sabrina break up. To the point Barry and his family were being harassed because she posted a story from an anon source of him of cheating. She doesn't check her sources. She just lives for drama.

She doesn't actually know anything going on with Austin and Kaia. Austin's own team had to shut her ass down last year because of her fake engagement post.

She's a dud and y'all need to stop taking anything she says seriously. She loves to stir the pot. The only thing that may actually be legit is some of her Sunday spottings, if pics are included. Which come from the general public. Not her.

In honor of yesterday being Good Friday and Easter being on Sunday, let me tell you about my current hyperfixation: Tim O’Horgans, original Broadway production of Jesus Christ Superstar.

This version is notoriously hated by Andrew Lloyd Webber- opening night being described as “the worst night of his life” but that’s only because even as a young man he was clearly a curmudgeon who hated fun.

This production is campy, it’s busy, and its clear it relies a lot on the spectacle pillar of theatre, but I love it nonetheless. my favorite version of JSC is the OBC recording consisting of: Jeff Fenholt as Jesus, Ben Vereen as Judas, Yvonne Elimen as Mary, Barry Dennin as Pilot, Bob Bingham as Caiaphus and Paul Ainsley as Herod. Some of the names you’ll recognize reprises their role for the 1973 movie.

I’m gonna tell you a few my of favorite fun facts/ things I noticed based on images and what I’ve read in Nassirs Rock Opera. Without further ado:

Overture: There are many descriptions of the overture, and they're very wild and I have no idea how to verbalize it. But I can tell you that Jesus rode in on a golden chalice with this opulent cape on lol.

Heaven on Their Minds: These are images of Judas and his tormentors. Now, Judas is usually played by a very strong actor, so a visual representation of what he’s going through isn’t really necessary, but I love the concept. They’re these hooded, shadow figures who follow him around and push him about on the stage. They chronically torment him and he fights them throughout the show until it’s time for his death where they lifthim up so he can get the rope to hang himself.

This Jesus Must Die: this one gets me really excited. So the High Priests are on this brige that’s meant to look like dinosaur fossils; and have you seen their costumes?? Like I have so many questions, this is such an interesting take. They keep their elaborate head pieces in the 1973 film, and they also give them a scaffold as a lair, but their costumes/set is so campy here. Really giving off Disney villain. Their part in the show received a lot of criticism because they’re portrayed kinda smarmy, and slinking in the shadows; the portrayal was deemed anti-semantic.

In the 1973 movie, they added the song “Then We are Decided,” between Caiaphus and Anna’s to portray a more human side to the Sanhedrin. That song is never performed, so you can imagine how well that went.

Hosanna

This is probably my least favorite song in the whole album but visually? I have no idea what's going on in this picture, but I love it. So it's a processional and the priests are watching from their lair. Apparently the props are supposed to look like microbes, and I know there was an insane thought process behind this, it's giving protozoa, amoeba realness. Like someone is carrying a giant set of dentures, can you find them?

I Don’t Know How to Love Him:

She's so cute, I love her. This song was apparently one of the biggest applause of number, justifiably. I think one of the biggest complaints with this production as a whole, was the use of the gaudy mics. They're interesting. You can watch her performance at the tony's too.

Gethsemane: Apparently, Gethsemane was one of the biggest flops of the night, such a flop that people were laughing lol. It was staged with Jeff Fenholt, alone, center stage. There was this thing that dropped down behind him, O'Horgan dubbed 'The Universe Box'. It was suppose to look like Jesus was singing this song at the precipice of the universe with a galaxy of stars around him. In Rock Opera, Nassir refers to it as 'O'Horgans oversized toy', and there were several things that compared it to decorative boxes and toys from the 80's. I tried really hard to visualize this, because the concept of it sounds super cool. Instead, it looked silly to viewers and apparently Jeff Fenholt (who sings my favorite rendition of Gethsemane) didn't have the acting chops to pull away from the failure of the concept. YOU! DO! NOT! UNDERSTAND! THE! ANGST! I WENT! THROUGH! TO! GET! AN! IMAGE! OF !! THIS!!! DAMMED!!!!! BOX!!!!

Okay, I have to agree, it does look... strange and I would not have guessed it was supposed to represent the universe.

I'm not quite sure what is looks like. 💀💀

Pilate and Christ:

There was this really cool set piece that acted as the door to Pilates palace, it was ceasers head, and when the doors opened, it would expand to reveal 6 more eyes and pilate would sashay out lol.

King Herod

This number also got a lot of applause, it was definitely comedic relief, as Herod is often used for. Apparently he was wheeled in inside a giant, green dragons head and it opened to reveal him sitting in like a shell type thing. I'm still trying to find pictures of this prop- after finding the universe box, I am determined! He was in full drag with nails, the dress, the headdress and those fabulous platforms. Those platforms slay, btw.

Apparently there were a lot of high kicks and they did the Charleston lol.

Could We Start Again Please

There was some criticism about this songs placement in the show.This number was said to be not memorable at all because people were still reeling from the show Herod put on I think it's placed perfectly, because it kinda brings you back to the gravity of the situation. Had this song been placed before Herods Song, right after this Judas would hang himself. That's just too much too soon if you ask me. This provided a nice buffer, to settle down and get ready for the angst to come

Trial With Pilate: Apparently this number flopped too. People said it was too long and the positioning of Dennen's mic caused him issues as his voice would cut in and out when he moved. Also, I have no idea what to make of the Roman guards costumes

Superstar: aaah,, the titular song. This was another stand out and y'all, If you thought Carl Andersons white fringe was extra? Any Judas getting bedazzled, wearing sparkles or glam during this song??? Yeah, none of that holds a Candle to Ben Vereen fucking coming out and performing this song in a gold thong. I can't make this shit up.

Now, I think this part is pretty cool. Jesus rises out of the ground wearing what's been dubbed 'the chrysalis'. It starts out thin, but each ensemble member grabs a pillar and spread the cape out across the stage. Judas sing this song on a butterfly set piece behind him. Okay metaphor 😩

For the opulence that was displayed throughout the entire show, the crucification was rather simple; he's simply stripped out of the 'chrysalis ' and put on a triangle.

Pls. Anyway. I love this show and we need a revival of this exact production! I'll wait until ALW expires and then find a producer lmfao 😌 There are a few updates that need to be made, but it is absolutely possible with todays technology?? Image updated gethsemane?? Tom O'Horgan your mind, sir!!!! Anyway. I love this production.
