HTTYD BOOK X EPIC THE MUSICAL CROSSOVER PROJECT THEORY

Your friendly neighbourhood conspiracy theorist is back with a more in depth update. I made an update talking more about my theory in my original post in the comments, but I have decided to make it into it’s own post with some amendments and new updates.

There are 6 main blogs I will be talking about which will be referred to by the numbers 1 through 6 (sorry if this makes it confusing) (I am also changing numbering from the og comment).

My investigation started with 1 (an account I’ve been following for a while that posts a lot of httyd book related content) reblogging a post from 2 on the the 21st stating "Hello there tumblr, this is a side blog for a …… project." Based on the comments and reblogs, I was able to confirm another blog (3) as a part of this, and a potential other blog (4). The connection between these four blogs has been further proven through likes, replies, and reblogging each other’s content.

I suspected blog 5 previously due to the following connections to the other blogs and when the blog was created, but it wasn’t confirmed (in my opinion) until this blog reblogged my post which trigged multiple of the others to like/reblog from there (I may get more into this later).

My theory that it has something to do with epic the musical started with blog 6, which posts epic the musical content. I know this blog is associated through reblogs from the others, particularly from 1 (more on this later). 1, 4, and 6 also all have tiktok accounts by the same username which are all connected, further building the connection.

The description of 2 also says, Making your dragons more EPIC since 2024, leading me to further believe that it has something to do with epic the musical. 3 has also been recently reblogging a lot of epic content, including tagging 6 in one of them.

One of the strongest pieces of evidence has come from 1 responding to one of 6’s posts with “One of my favourites is how Suffering is referenced throughout the Thunder Saga - starting with “I will take the suffering from you,” to the FURIOUS “we won’t take more suffering from you,” to the time in EXILE: “how much longer must I suffer now?” To “let me take the suffering from you,” as a different form of “siren song”.” Which for those of you who know httyd, will understand the references being made here, proving the connection between httyd and epic the musical.

In terms of what I think this project is going to be, there is not a lot of evidence towards what it actually is yet, but these are some guesses based on circumstantial evidence. There is probable potential for animatics, knowing that 1 (and 4 to some extent) is an artist, and animatics would be a fitting way to combine httyd and epic. This one is entirely speculation but there may be lyric rewrites to fit the characters in httyd (maybe record as wel idk), based on the mentions of music theory in some of the posts.

Rewatching the episode to give even more thoughts in every detail because I am so obsessed right now!

I don't give a f*ck what the anti's whine. I actually think Stella is a good villain. I genuinely like how much of a dumbass bitch she is. She's fun and entertaining and I can't wait for her downfall where I predict she'll throw a tantrum worthy of her usual hissy fits.

(Also, side note, I love her voice actress.)

I love the mugshots of Moxie, Blitzo and Millie. But I have to wonder, where is the Loona picture from? She looks so happy and sweet.

I know a lot of people have fawned over that moment where Loona tucks the picture away. And I love that moment too. But I also love this one. Blitzo has such nervous enthusiam meanwhile Loona's just kind of impressed.

And why does this one shot hit me so hard?! No one splits up M&M!

And these are the faces of people who realized that so long as Blitzo was allowed to represent himself, they were screwed. Someone get this Imp a lawyer to speak for him!

I said in another post but I genuinely loved what little we saw of Vassago in this episode. He immediately seems like a sweetheart and I want more of him in the future! I could honestly see him playing a fun role with I.M.P.

I have nothing negative to say about this episode... Except I wasn't crazy about Satan's singing voice... I mean the normal talking voice was good but his singing wasn't really the epic I was expecting (I think I was expecting something like Luke Holt as Zeus... but maybe that's just me...)

But anyway! They need to figure out a way to do a crossover. I need to see all the Deadly Sins meeting up with Lucifer, even if it's just for a short or something.

Someone else pointed out that Octavia doesn't run into her mums arms. In fact she actually steps back away from her and is hesitant to return the hug. Now it could be shock about what's happening to her dad but it does make me wonder if Stella wasn't a very distant mother. I mean, we saw as a young child Stella used to send Stolas to comfort Octavia after a nightmare so it's not so far fetched to believe she was a reluctant mother as well as a reluctant bride.

A brief funny moment ("So uh... Can I go then?") before Vivzie rips my heart apart.

Speaking of ripping my heart. You know what's really traumatic? Stolas is in shock so he hasn't told everyone the reality of what's happened, aka that he can't see his daughter. So Blitzo and Loona have no idea and are hugging and being sweet and it's lovely but they don't even realize they're unintentionally rubbing it in Stolas' face... It is somehow a beautiful, wholesome and yet awful, tear-jerking moment in one single screenshot.

Premise--

I’m encouraging as informal and low stress/pressure of an atmosphere as possible here. Back in The Day when LiveJournal Kink Memes were common, it was very typical to see a prompt put up and filled within an hour. It doesn’t have to be polished, it doesn’t have to make logistical sense, it just has to fill the prompt as best as you can, sexily! It’s supposed to be fun. A bunch of fun, raunchy kink and smut to roll around in as a fandom. 🥳 🥳

So yeah, first thing to expect, it’s basically ALL PWP (porn without plot). Not to say that someone can’t write a full plot epic if they like, do whatever you like, but in my experience, a 4am fugue state smut fill written in a sweaty haze is kind of, the spirit of the thing. We’re creating ficlets, snapshots, tasty treats of smut with as little pressure to make it in any way polished as possible. Please think of this as, hmmm, a little fun writing exercise you do before you go back to your Big Serious Work, if that helps. It is helpful when submitting a prompt to give details that are important to you, and the prompt filler will do their best with it. <3 So, I suggest giving a ship specification up front, maybe a vague timeline (season 1, season 2, etc), and then the kinks you want to see with a short description.

I would love to hear your STRONG SUGGESTIONS on Cosmere reading order, if you feel like sharing! (From your tags on /post/773079877074206720.) Your posts about the books are inspiring me to give it another try but I'm not sure where to begin.

First, accept that when it comes to the more recent publications, you're almost certainly going to have a Discworldian experience of there simply being NO reading order that lets you be aware of every time crossover or reference - or, if there is one (1), trying to adhere to it would diminish your overall reading experience, and some of the references are going to be so ambiguous that you wouldn't catch them anyway.

In my judgement, there is no point where you won't understand what's happening in a book set on one world because you haven't read a book set on another world. Maybe a bit of confusion, an awareness of lack of context, but what needs to be explained for the current narrative always is.

I think this state might end with the upcoming Ghostbloods trilogy, ie Mistborn Era 3. It will almost certainly end by the space opera trilogy that is (planned) Mistborn Era 4.

Also, this flowchart is pretty good, though I disagree with it in places.

I find it useful to think of the Cosmere in phases:

COSMERE PHASE 1: Warbreaker, Elantris, Emperor's Soul (novella), original Mistborn trilogy. Read these in any order, adhering to internal series chronology (ie, Mistborn 1 > 2 > 3). You can also read short stories "Sixth of the Dusk" and "Shadows for Silence in the Forest of Hell", but you'll only find those in the Arcanum Unbound short story & novella collection, which is overall Phase 2.

^ Warbreaker, Elantris and Mistborn are all set on key worlds with characters or worldbuilding that will be vital to the Cosmere as a whole later on. The fourth key world is that of the Stormlight Archives.

^ Feel so free to start with the stand-alone novels rather than the Mistborn trilogy, if you need to ease back into this. It's 100% fine. None of these books connect to each other at all.

^ oh yeah, White Sands probably goes in here too, which I literally forgot about because it's a comic book rather than novel, so I've never read it. I mean, I hear it's perfectly fine; I'm just not a comic book person. I think that flowchart forgot it, too.

IF you have already been spoilered for the big finale results of the original Mistborn trilogy, consider reading just Alloy of Law (Mistborn Era 2, book 1) to get your metaphorical engines revving for Scadriel, then go back and read the original Mistborn trilogy, then read the rest of the Era 2 series. It's not necessary, and you should ONLY do it if you know the Who Lives, Who Dies, Who Ascends to Godhood parts of the original trilogy. But if you previously stalled out of the universe, this might help!

COSMERE PHASE 2: Mistborn Era 2 series, Stormlight Archive #1-5, Arcanum Unbound (short stories & novellas, including Mistborn: Secret History).

^ Stormlight Archive is VERY Epic Fantasy, all oaths and secret magic of ancient history and world-spanning politics, each book a MINIMUM of 900 pages. Mistborn Era 2 is detective-adventure with a dash of Indiana Jones, each book like 400 pages max. Feel free to alternate, honestly, to keep your brain fresh.

^ ...and the flowchart is right that the optimal experience is to have read all of Mistborn Era 2 (including Secret History) before SA #5. And if you haven't yet, read Warbreaker before SA #3.

^ and read Elantris before Secret History.

^ For Mistborn Era 2: the chart is wrong; you should read Secret History AFTER Bands of Mourning, for the optimal frantic theorizing/"what the HELL" experience.

^ I've definitely forgotten some short stories in Arcanum Unbound, but they're clearly associated with specific series, so just read them when you obviously should.

COSMERE PHASE 3: Tress of the Emerald Sea, Yumi and the Nightmare Painter, The Sunlit Man. The Ghostbloods trilogy (MIstborn Era 3) when it comes out.

^ Due to [STORMLIGHT SPOILERS], the Cosmere is currently, in-universe, in kinda-lull before some sort of all hell breaks loose (probably in SA #6). These books all take place during that kinda-lull.

^ You technically can read Tress or Yumi earlier, in that they have no plot connection to any other book...but the narrator of both is a diegetic character and they go here in his personal timeline. And he casually references worlds beyond those of the books, for flavor. So you're really best reading them here - unless you want a mild sense of confusion the first time through, and a strongly satisfying "Oh, THAT guy!" upon rereading them several years later after reading everything else!

^ Sunlit Man you really should wiat until after SA #5.

Other books likely to happen in this Phase: Warbreaker sequel (novel? novella?); novella crossing over Stormlight Archive x Mistborn Era 3; Mistborn cyberpunk novella (era 3.5, may turn into multiple books and its own Era because that's what happened with Era 2). Maybe an Elantris sequel.

COSMERE PHASE 4 (predicted): Stormlight Archive #6-10. Elantris #2 and/or #3. Mistborn Era 4 epic space opera trilogy (aka Cosmere: Endgame). Dragonsteel book and/or trilogy, explaining the backstory to All Of This, wherein 17 bozos decided to kill God and eat the ashes.

Campfire Stories

@tmnt-fandom-family-reunion's current theme is Campfire Stories. Cabin 14 represent!

Camping was honestly so cool. Mike had shaken hands or exchanged friendly nods with... just so many other versions of his own family that his brain was starting to spin.

No one had believed the invitation but him. It promised it would send whoever joined in right back to the moment they'd left, like they were never gone, which worked for him because he did actually have a lot of responsibilities and he was starting to get really worn out. Vacation? Yes please. Maybe there'd even be some good food. So he'd gone, alone, and. Well.

If he freaked out a little as he started to realize he was looking at a whole bunch of alternate versions of himself and his brothers, and alternate versions of the kids, and just like, a bunch of alternate sets of four-ish mutant turtles in general, no he didn't. This was just like the comic books, and Mike loved comic books. When was the last time they'd been on a comic-book-style adventure? They were due. They were due for an epic crossover event spanning a bunch of different titles that everyone had to buy every issue of to make sense of the storyline and might be a bit of a cash grab but who cared because crossovers were awesome.

And maybe it gave him a few little twinges just seeing so many complete sets of four wandering around, but that was fine. It was all good. He supposed that if he couldn't have found his way to Donnie, then at least he found his way to somewhere almost as cool.

...Then, partway through orientation, a tiny portal had opened up, and into his arms had tumbled his beloved nibbles.* How they'd got there was obvious; Little El had a partly chewed-up invitation in his mouth.

(Was some part of him the teeny-tiniest bit sad that Donnie had missed the opportunity to come so they could hug in person? Maybe. But who would he tell?)

Luckily, he'd been able to finagle a daycare of sorts while he went around greeting and bothering everyone. That was for the better, really; the camp was chaotic as heck, and the kids were better off out of the thick of things. He'd checked back in every so often and they seemed fine - Baby Lee was chattering away, Baby Dee was puzzling something out with some toys in a quiet corner, Baby Angie was sleeping, Baby El was peering out the window and waving to anyone passing by. But the day was long, and the sun had started falling, and the last time he poked his head in to check, El had burst into tears and wouldn't stop shrieking until Mike had picked him up, and any indication Mike was about to let go caused yet another wave of panic.

(It was weird to not... feel them, y'know? How they were feeling. They were just normal babies like this. For a given value of 'normal,' of course - nothing about them or their lives was normal. But hey, turns out it wasn't so unusual to be a giant mutant turtle, or to travel the multiverse. Who knew.)

Mike leaned back against the cabin wall, staring out at the various campfires that had already been lit across the camp. So many different turtles all chatting with each other. Mike had to admit, if not for the kiddos, he'd probably be right in the middle of all of that, but he wasn't going to wind them up. Baby Lee and Baby Dee each wiggled to find a more comfortable spot on either side of the crook of his neck, while El chewed on his own tail, held against Mike's plastron with his arm. No scolding could get El to remove it, and Mike couldn't pull it out because, hey, one hand, and the one hand was currently occupied with a sleeping Baby Angie.

There was one campfire burning right by the cabin that no one had started huddling by, yet, and Mike stared into it. Memories of campfires at the Northampton farmhouse, s'mores and smoke and hotdogs on sticks, were a lot less painful because Donnie wasn't dead. The sickly-sweet tinge of grief had washed away with time and with knowledge. It still made him a little sadly nostalgic, though, for a better time when they were whole.

"Hey, guys," he murmured to the tiny turtles. "You're too baby for s'mores, I think, but wanna sit by the fire for a bit? Give your creaky old uncle a chance to rest his legs?"**

Baby Lee chirped, of course, just happy to have something to respond to, and Baby El signed "yes." No response from Angie or Dee, as expected. Mike hefted Baby El a little higher - oof, he was getting so big, Mike was proud, though based on some of El's more grown-up alternate selves it was clear El still had a metric crap-ton of growing left to do - and walked them all over to the fire, settling himself down on a long, low-lying log. Just the right height for El to sit down on and give him a break for a bit.

"Think you're big enough to sit next to me?" He squeezed Baby El gently.

"Yes!" Baby El signed again. So Mike relaxed and let El slide down off his lap and onto the ground to his left. It only took El a few clumsy tries to sit himself properly on the log with his tail swaying behind him. As soon as he was situated, he'd wrapped his tiny fingers around Mike's belt, like saying, you're not allowed to go anywhere. Aaaw. Mike had the world's cutest nibbles, hands down. He patted the top of El's head with his left arm.

He dropped Baby Angie into his lap, freeing up his hand, and carefully did the same for Baby Lee and Baby Dee, trying hard to be patient and not move too fast because he did not want a fingerful of teeth tonight.

"So I know you guys've never been camping, but normally, you roast marshmallows and tell stories by the campfire!" He explained. "Scary stories, but, uh. Unfortunately, I can't just give you back to your Turtle Dad at the end of the day to deal with your nightmares and your sugar highs. This sucks. Hard to be the cool uncle in these conditions." He rested his hand on the log and leaned back a little to roll out his shoulders, stretching his legs out towards the firepit. Baby El tried to copy him and almost fell off.

"So scary stories are out. Fun stories are in! Do you guys wanna hear some fun stuff about your Tad when he was a kid?" Mike chuckled only a little bit evilly. "I got some embarassing ones. He can't stop me from telling 'em, now. You snooze, you lose, Donnie-boy."

The flames in front of them wavered, sending up sparks and lazy plumes of smoke into the slowly darkening twilight.

"So there was this one time..."

With another year over, and we slowly descend into the dredd universe, what was the best and worst of the prog and meg?

Ahh, ol' buddy, ol' pal. Where would my year be without this list? Thanks for the excuse to go over the last year. Now let's see...

For the prog, I really enjoyed Brink, Intestinauts, Rogue Trooper: Souther Belle, Silver: Unearthed (my favorite all-new series of the year), All Aboard the Nova Express, The Out, Azimuth and two of the big Judge Dredd stories (A Better World and Machine Rule). The one-offs were good too, but I think I'm really aching for a big ol' Dredd epic right now.

Other that that, there wasn't anything terribly bad. I can't really get into Full Tilt Boogie, and the urban fantasy horror stuff like Herne and Shuck or Nightmare New York (RIP John Burns) just leaves me kinda cold. Deadworld is still drawn godlike but feels like its spinning wheels. The one kinda disappointment of the year was Rogue Trooper: When a GI Dies. A bit too much dialogue getting in the way of some real emotion.

Oh, and I fucking loved the Nordland Rising crossover thing, even though they killed Hershey again and made me watch it drawn by like three different artists. Which should go to show how much I enjoyed its manic, throw everything at the wall approach.

As for the Meg, started out a bit slow this year but really picked up when Dreadnoughts started. I fucking love how bleak that thing is. Also, Judge Dredd: Body Shots was hilarious, the 2099 flashbacks are a nice exercise, and I have a soft spot for Department K, even if they made a kind of robot Hershey who was evil and then died. Big fan of Pandora Perfect too, that one's just a good time.

In the meh stuff, I'm not crazy about Fargo & McBane other than the art but I appreciate the variety, I really don't care about Devlin Waugh and I haven't cared for a couple of years now and Harrower Squad is kind of a wash that could really use more exciting art.

I am excited for the new year tho'. Lawless, Death Cap and Rok of the Reds, which I haven't had a chance to read yet. That's gonna be the good stuff.

However, all that in mind, I do want to take a moment to mention maybe my favorite surprise bit of the year, which is the Durham Red pages in that Ennis/Flint Strontium Dog story in the Xmas prog. Because man... man.

I can't exactly put my finger on it, but those two pages were the single hottest, sexiest, most alluring thing in comics in the entire year for me. Just the absolute pitch-perfect picture of a random encounter in the dingy bathroom of a shitty nightclub with a 15/10 baddie who has something fucked up about her and you never see her again but you think about her for the rest of your life.

That one's gonna stay with me for a while, squaxx.

EPIC!anon, back for another round of crossover! This time, let’s take an angsty turn, but I’ll let you choose which one you’d like to think about most:

A) The reader is in the place of Polities, telling Morpheus that he should be more open (“Greet the world with open arms!”), but they get captured and killed by enemies of Morpheus. When he ventures to Hell to retrieve his helm, after passing Nada’s cell, he hears another particularly strong dream in yet another cell he passes; one that has an all-too familiar voice calling out. “This life is amazing…when you greet it with open arms…”

OR

B) The reader takes the place of Odysseus and Morpheus is their mentor, helping them harness their creativity to better lead their people. The two of them end up getting into an argument, which inevitably results in them wounding Morpheus’ pride (“Since you claim you’re so much wiser/Why’s your life spent all alone?!/You’re alone!”). After the resulting falling out and time has passed- perhaps following Morpheus’ imprisonment- Morpheus goes to visit the reader again, only to be horrified by the monster they were forced to become in his absence in order to protect the people they love.

Morpheus needed to get his helm back, he needed his power. He needed to regain all the control he had lost. Thus, he had found himself in Lucifer’s domain following a lead.

He wanted to scoff at Lucifer’s tricks. Nada? Morpheus had to remain calm, despite the thousand year ache which still resided in his chest. An ache he had buried only for Lucifer to reach within the dirt bringing it back to light. Morpheus let out a long exhale after passing Nada’s cell.

My helm, I must reclaim my helm.

He repeated those words in order to keep a clear head. For if he failed, how will the Dreaming and the Waling survive -

“… this life is amazing,” a voice whispered, cutting through the Endless’s thoughts.

Morpheus froze. His heart, that had cracked at the sight of Nada, now began to crumble.

Matthew, hopping behind Morpheus, stopped since Morpheus had. The newest raven flew up and around, landing at Morpheus’s feet. He cocked his head, gazing up at the Dream Lord. “Boss?”

“… greet the world with open in arms,” the voice continued.

Morpheus visibly clenched his jaw. Why? Why were you here? Why were you in Hell? Why - why -

Morpheus’s throat constricted. Emotions overwhelmed him as old memories resurfaced. A trick, it cannot be. Morpheus hesitantly began his now heavy march forward. He must see for himself. He had to, for his sweet naive love could not be in such a horrible place.

But, he was wrong.

He turned the corner to see you tucked into a corner of the cell. You were smiling to yourself. A memory replayed in your head, for memories were all you had left. You remembered Morpheus’s face, stern and cold, until you cupped his cheeks whispering to him to be kinder. You can still so easily remember how his stoic demeanor washed away and how a small rare smile tugged on the corners of his lips.

Morpheus stood stunned by your window. His love killed - taken from him - continued to smile and hope in such a place. He wanted to call out to you, to hear your voice speak his name once more, however he quickly tore his eyes away.

He could not afford to be distracted now, not when the Dreaming hangs in the balance. He marched forward almost with new vigor. If he saw your eyes, saw your full face, he would truly crumble.

Hearing footsteps, you turned your head catching the edges of a black coat, one that looked so familiar. Your smile only grew, “My sweet Dream Lord, please don’t forget to lead with kindness.”

Morpheus did not hear your words, yet your message - your life and actions - will continue to live on in his heart.

I did share a lot of sketches this year; those whip up in just minutes. But of more complete works, art-wise, I’d say this piece

And writing-wise, Shadows Dancing on the Walls only took me a little under three months to begin and complete

25. A scene or image that lives rent-free in your head

Of scenes I have yet to write, it’s the final showdown in Unsinkable. It is EPIC (in my head, anyway). I’ve got a whole playlist just for it and it’s so cinematic in my mind’s eye—I can’t wait to actually write it!!!

End of Year Ask Game

I have some questions for ya.

For Elain to be the cauldron's favorite, this must lead to something in her book. Are there any implications of being "cauldron's favorite" aside from her powers? If so, what are they?

For Lucien and his identity as Helion's son, how do you think Lucien will find out and come to terms with being the heir of the HL of Day Court? To what extent will this affect his relationship with other characters (himself, his mate, family, Tamlin, NC, Feyre, etc.)

Vassa will return to Koschei, what do you think she can do during her captivity? How does Jurian fit into the narrative? (his role essentially and his potential actions)

Will we see more of Tamlin? Side character appearance to Lucien's story? Potential ending for him?

Lastly, do you think one book can satisfactorily resolve the stories of all these characters? Feel free to be as honest as possible.

P.S. These questions are just hyping me up for the next book because I'm really sure Elain's book is next.

I actually don't think the Cauldron will be a major plot point in Elain's book though I do think it will come into play in the next "series" SJM contracted for (which I think is still part of the ACOTAR world but with a focus on the Valkyrie / Illyrians / Autumn Court, maybe even the Seraphim).

In one of her Live interviews, SJM made the comment that there will be consequences to Nesta changing her and Feyre's anatomy. I think that has less to do with consequences for she and Feyre specifically and has more to do with her actions awakening the Cauldron which might have sent out some sort of pulse into the universe. We know the Midgard Asteri are now dead but they had always been searching for survivors on other worlds. Since we also now know the Daglan / Asteri tied themselves to the Cauldron, it makes some sense that it would act as a Beacon to the other Asteri in the universe, calling them back to Prythian where there is this cache of power waiting for them.

But plotwise, I don't think we're there yet. While I think it's evident SJM is setting up for more world walking, currently the people in their world are still trying to recover after the war with Hybern, trying to redraw the boundaries and territories, trying to secure peace among themselves. Throwing time travel plots into the very next book then wrapping it up with Elain and Lucien, Koschei, Beron and the treaty (things not connected to time travel) seems backwards since world walking / time travel seems a much larger story, a more epic journey that might end in some sort of crossover battle with not only the ACOTAR characters but characters from Midgard, the Princes of Hel, maybe the TOG characters.

So for Elain's book, I don't think her connection to the Cauldron will be a major plot point outside of our knowledge that it wanted to give her gifts and those gifts will be important in helping her resolve the open ended plots in SF (Tamlin, Beron, Koschei, the treaty etc).

I go back and forth on Lucien and his heritage. I think he may have always suspected he was not Berons' son but did not automatically jump to Helion as his father. Helion only became HL of Day UTM, after Amarantha killed it's previous HL and most of his family so I do think Lucien's Day powers / markers of a future HL have only recently been appearing for him. I think there's a chance, since the end of ACOMAF, he's now begun putting things together but still isn't 100% sure. I could see Elain having had a vision of Lucien in Day, maybe she'll be the catalyst for him finally understanding the full truth? Maybe when he and Eris resolve their past issues with one another, Eris will know and he'll be the one to confirm?

As with mostly everything that is thrown Lucien's way, I think he would easily step into whatever it all means for him. He's stepped up even when nobody asked him too and maybe this will finally lock something in place for him, the sense of truly having a purpose rather than being doomed to the life of a drifter.

I don't think there's much Vassa will be able to do during her captivity though I think once freed, she'll definitely play a role in helping defeat Koschei. Jurian, I think, will be with Elain and Lucien on their travels to the continent. He'd play the same role that the IC did for Feyre at times, Gwyn and Emerie for Nesta at times. While I don't think he'll be the main focus, SJM always finds a way to give humans a purpose even when alongside fae or other characters with magic (i.e. Nesryn, Chaol, Yrene).

Yes to Tamlin. Spring has been a main focal point for a few books now, the people without leadership, that Beron is looking to take over it's land, how the NC needs Spring's army as an ally. There is no better time for SJM to resolve his arc than in an Elucien book especially as his relationship with Lucien has been strained this whole time.

At the end of it all, I'm not sure I see Tamlin staying High Lord. He's neglected his people for far too long and if the magic can giveth, I imagine it can taketh away. It's a position he never wanted in the first place and I could see him stepping into the role of general of the Spring army.

And yes, I do think an Elucien book could resolve the major plots laid out in SF and even a few in HOFAS. I think they can secure the peace treaty, restore Spring, kill Beron, and bring back the dying lands of the world (the Bog / the Prison) / cure the illness plaguing the Pegasus, setting up Lucien as High King to maintain the peace across the fae and human territories. I think that would then be a natural way for SJM to transition into the future of the ACOTAR series which would deal with time travel / world walking. Where once the climate in the rest of their world is settled, the NC can deal with the Illyrians, the Valkyrie can continue training not only themselves but other females so they become a true elite female fighting unit (I don't see them having Pegasus of their own until the illness affecting the foals is cured, Helion only has a few breeding pairs and I doubt he'd risk sending them into battle and having them completely wiped out). I think Merrill would be one of the next villains, a catalyst for trying to helping other surviving Asteri / Daglan enter their world and that would prompt some in the IC to world walk in an effort to stop them / joining characters from other series to fight "space" battles so their own worlds remain protected.

This album is a gold mine of inspiration. I can talk about one single sentences of lyrics for one hours. The musical vibes sent you in so many different places. And it have so much different style from one song to another. And it sent me back in my Greek mythology area again. Also, too much Oc's, too much stories, to much crossover possible !

This whole album is my current obssession. The only sad part is that I'm the only one understanding english in my circle of friends and family 🥲 Still trying to convert my younger brother. Yessss, I’m glad you liked the fic 🦋Anonie. I had it in my drafts since the Underworld Album released. And been adding on to it since then when the mood stuck. I had it finished for awhile now, but I don’t know it didn’t feel right post it until yesterday. And behold! I find out the new saga released. The timing is uncanny but greatly appreciated and loved 🥳

The Underworld Album is sooo sooo good and it’s such a Diasomnia core and especially Lilia core Album. The lyrics?? The score?? Ahhhh I can’t even word the way it just hits you in the feels!!

Fun fact, I had/have (haven’t decided what I’m going to do with it) a fic with the Underworld song from that album. It was going to be another Lilia centric fic in the past but technically I got the idea of what I wanted to convey through with the Monster song fic since they share lyrics and all so I might scrap it since I only wrote a few lines. We’ll see. 🤔

But Monster?? Oh that song just spoke to me. Everything just filled that inner part of me. What if I became a monster? Just the idea of what anyone would do to return to their loved one. To see them again. Just the actions they would take? Chef kiss.

And you know, you know Lilia wouldn’t let anything stop him when it came to his family. You know he would give it all. 💞💞

Linked Universe:

Relinked AU (#relinked AU) : 23 years after Linked Universe, the Links' kids are forced on a journey of their own. The Links are quick to try to find them though. Hopefully this will be a comic, but don't be surprised if it ends up as a fic.

Reconnect the Chain AU (#reconnect the chain AU) : AU of Relinked. 10 years after LU, the Chain reconnects themselves. Good vibes and slice-of-life. Most pre-reunion things will be tagged as both this AU and Relinked depending on everyone's ages in the artwork/writing.

LU College Radio AU (#college radio AU): A mostly slice-of-life AU where the Links are all somehow involved with the radio station at Kakariko University.

Cupcakes for Harmony (#cupcakes for harmony): Legend and Marin had a daughter on Koholint. Currently has 2 parts posted on AO3, aiming for 3 - 4 parts total.

Cost of Courage AU (#cost of courage au #epic AU): A crossover between Epic the Musical and Linked Universe that is yet another LU Links Reunite AU. Each song from the musical inspires a scenario in my head. I won't be doing much with it, though, until the entire musical is released so I can see what I'm working with.

Ultimate Chain AU (#ultimate chain AU): I feel like my AO3 description describes it best: I add way too many Links into Linked Universe because these characters are my dolls and this is my dollhouse. AKA, I decide to add more Links into LU because I can and because I want to see how the Links would interact with heroes like the Hero of the Kingdom, the Ancient Hero, the Hero of Spirits, and Shadow.

Lockwood and Co Fusion: (#lockwood and co fusion): I put the characters of LU into the world of the books and netflix show by Jonathan Stroud, Lockwood and Co. Sketches and fics. As of right now, I'm mostly going to be rewriting scenes from the books but with the LU Links

Time is Batman AU (#time is batman AU): Time is not batman, but he is a vigilante like Batman called The Mask. He protects Termina City and fights crime. Oh, and he somehow ends up the father of 7 boys who all share the same name as him.

Maternal love - Aemma-centric time-travel fix-it

Armistice - slow-burn(ish), enemies-to-lovers epic fic with human sacrifice and a lot of denial of feelings. And magic!

daughter's wrath - early marriage Daemyra, basically a "what if Rhaenyra married Daemon once her father's marriage to Alicent is announced". Brat!Nyra to its fullest.

Violet-Eyed Jealousy - my biggest claim to fame, the thing that started daddy-in-law agenda, canonverse.

Passion driven - my very first attempt at writing for this fandom and in English overall, the whole fic is shorter than some of my current one-shots lol, but it still hangs strong in top-5.

5. Do you respond to comments?

I try to! Unless they are mean, obnoxious or demanding.

6. What is the fic you wrote with the angstiest ending?

Probably you took everything from me because it's Daemma, canonverse, and they are doomed lol.

Tbh almost all my fics end with "they fuck and are happy", it's hard to pick just one.

I do, occasionally, and sometimes it upsets me, sometimes I just block and move on.

Mostly F/M, but also F/F and Multi. Haven't written any M/M yet, and as for kinks - well, I don't think I have any hard-nos at this point haha

counting tides is technically a crossover because it's heavily based on "The Odyssey" and is adapted to ASOIAF setting.

Daemyra - and if we talk about other fandoms, I have my preferences, but Daemyra is *the* brainrot.

the poison in my blood has your name. This fic was plagiarised and I have no idea whether I will come back to it.

Characterisation, probably? I also like to believe my premises are creative.

Consistency, that's easy haha. My creativity and inspiration are too fickle.

18. Thoughts on writing dialogue in another language in fic?

I don't see the point. Whenever I encounter High Valyrian or any other language I don't speak in a fic, I just skip this part and never bother with looking for translation.

The Silmarillion.

maybe this thing was a masterpiece ('til you tore it all up) - it's an angsty modern AU that is probably my best writing ever. I cried when writing it, and every time I reread it, there is a knot in my chest. This is something I am really proud of.
