My advice to the like 3 people I care about: *types paragraphs of everything I know that could possibly help, googles solutions, adding in everything I have experienced/learned about similar subjects. Adds in all the solutions I would give myself, uplifting quotes, the utmost support, anything absolutely anything to feel useful to them and try to help*

you guys know how in the bible (best book ever by the way) it says that when man and woman get married they become one flesh. Well, let me just say this, mike and el are totally one flesh. And before you guys attack me with dirty implications, what I mean is, they are so emotionally connected to each other that it's almost like they are actually one you know? I think it was the great Finn wolfhard who said "mike is part eleven, eleven is part of mike, they are one". I completely and utterly agree with that statement because it's true. Just like husband and wife are one flesh and are one person (as confirmed in the bible) , I do believe mike and el are one person. They can't live without the other. They are a package deal, two for the price of 1. I also like to think that the good lord blessed these kids with like a soulmates bond and that's why mike can sense el, because realistically (for st standards) can mike sense her? Why is his spidey tingle going off with el? I'm just gonna call it, when the lord made mike and el he was like you know what, I'm gonna give these kids a super rare and special soulmate bond so that they'll always find each other. Gotta love our heavenly father for his blessings (I know I do). Anyway, the lord ( and jesus and the holy spirit of course) is awesome and mileven are true soulmates. 🌈 Rainbow - What do you think makes your story unique / stand out?

Damn, making me think today.

I'll be brutally honest, I am not sure I have an answer for that.

What I mean by this is that; I can sit here and name out aspects of the story such as it has a comfortably agendered protagonist, it is a blend of horror and dark comedy, it features a twist on the eldritch idea by having their cults structured as a literal business. I could speak on how it at it's core is going to be a psychological horror that delves into the trauma that comes with relationships (romantic, platonic, professional) and their corruption and down fall. I could go on and on about how this story will show that this trauma does not have to be removed to qualified as healed, if that is even a thing that should be reached for, not all wounds heal some scar and persist. Spin a yarn about the fantastical creatures and places within an ever expanding and infinite world.

These are my hopes at least, but at the end of the day it's just a list. What'll truly make my work stand out or be unique is the feeling that people get while reading and/or engaging with it.

That and the POV character is an unapologetic monster fucker.
