told a customer I understood her sadness at her car totaling and how I fainted when mine did (the mustang not the subaru) then she started sobbing and telling me I must understand because I'm a woman and this was the first car she bought without her husband and like it's some universal experience and I just once again realize I do not have the same attachment to gender that most people do
