I feel like this describes you and your community pretty well. Maybe next time some rando marketing company contacts you, you can just reply with this image lol.
Hgskl. That is a tempting thought.
I actually keep getting emails from a couple of social media author management groups that keep telling me if I let them run my social media and "harness my untapped potential," I'd finally become successful.
As though Tumblr wouldn't assume I'd been kidnapped and was being held at gunpoint if this account suddenly started promoting A/ddison C/ain heterosexual ABO novels.

is there an untapped market of shipping the CC’s with C’s? I’m not talking about Grian making out sloppy style with a block man of himself but making out sloppy style with a block man of someone else. I think smalletho would be great for this, if not phisten.

In other news grandma is apparently getting into hockey because of me which if you know my stubborn grandma who likes three things: tennis, n*a*s*c*a*r, and football (american), you know this is HUGE. She's been watching the playoffs and wanted to know why 'that nice looking young man' (geno) isnt playing. I had to explain i follow two teams and his isn't in the playoffs this year ;_; (i dont know if i convinced her to be a ra*ngers fan yet, i'll work on it)
But seriously n*h*l get your damn act together and make it easier for people to watch games! Clearly they are missing out on the untapped 90 yr old woman market!
#Jrnlsht#It is funny that the playoffs are the one time people with normal TV channels can catch games#And then its the opposite for those of us who rely on streaming bc its all on the TV and not allowed on plus or whatever#Anyway she still does not remember geno's name we're working on that too 😂

~Chapter 3: Haunted, Hunted, & Other Fun Hobbies~
[Ao3 link below the read more, at the end.]
It begins the day after Maul makes his return to Dathomir.
The sith is elbows deep in datapads trying to gain background knowledge on the Crimson Dawn's next venture: an escargot farm, of all things, for a particular breed of shellfish. One that acts as a nearly universal aphrodisiac when eaten. Vos had declared the market for it 'an untapped niche' with projected gains in the 'I could buy a moon every other year' category.
He already has a planet. Dathomir is more or less his, but Maul thinks he might like a moon or two. Besides, one never knew when they might need a spare astral body in his line of work. Perhaps for trade, perhaps for crashing into things. He is flexible.
One minute he is reviewing zoology documents made by a mon calamari, and then gently, like a cloud over the sun, he is being watched.
His spine straightens and the sith pulls his sense of self tight to his skin, guarding himself while attempting to observe the observer. The presence slips through his fingers, but he too slips through theirs. They go round and round like two predators in the night, stalking each other through the flow of the force.
Eventually the feeling fades, and Maul is left alone in his office space, perturbed. He waits an hour or more, patient and wary, but the sensation of being sought does not return.
He exhales heavily through his nose and returns to reading about aquarium keeping, stopping only to make snacks, refresh the tea pot, and stretch his back.
Dathomir's red star sinks below the horizon. Domir takes with it the light that had been coming in from the floor-to-ceiling windows, leaving the spectacular view of the sunrise canyon in deepening purple hues. Maul takes this as his cue to end the day.
The sith stalks out of his simplistic office, and heads to the end of the hallway. The decor transitions from plasteel to roughly carved redstone at the doorway, from the soft orange glow of sodium-vapor bulbs to flickering oil lanterns and magelight. He had appointed the bedroom den at the end of the hall with far more dathomirian aesthetics than the modern office space.
Some furniture he had been able to scavenge from the temple, mostly of carved stone, though there were a few precious wooden pieces left unburnt by the droid army among them. A small table, a few mismatched chairs, and a hefty trunk. The rest of his furnishings Maul had collected from offworld.
The result is… functional. Quiet and dark. The bed space is large and comfortable, partially carved back into the wall for extra protection. Nowhere is too open. Everything he wishes to be reminded of has a place to sit, somewhere he can see.
Dim candles light all the cracks and corners without hurting his eyes. There are books and scrolls to read, an orb recovered from his mother’s temple, projects to tinker with in idle moments. It is… good, he thinks. Though he might reorganize his memory items again. Later.
For now, he plans to undress, bathe, and-

Maul whips around, expecting a physical presence, but there is no one and nothing there. He coats himself in a basic spell of obfuscating mist and draws his force presence close to his hearts, under his skin.
The observer tries to catch him up with a searching pattern that feels like smokey claws and gossamer hairs, winding ribbons and closing jaws. Threads, deceptive in their affectionate creeping.
"One?" he rasps in the empty hallway, "No… more. Several."
There are so many aspects of force trying to locate him that surely it must be a ritual, fueled by multiple people. Four or five, at bare minimum. He would guess it was his former master's doing, but surely Sidious would not need to look for him so much as come for him if he decided to spare the effort.
So who? Who?
But to look with that part of him which can See is to open himself, and Maul is not certain of the wisdom in letting this coven of force users near him just for the chance to find them.
Sweat beads on his scalp, dripping down and sliding off his chin. The effort to remain untouchable, hidden from these hunters, is intensely taxing, but the force vibrates in warning whenever he starts to slip.
Then, suddenly, he is alone again.
He waits, just as before, shoulders high and breathing hard as he remains watchful. The air remains still, lacking that dark innervation. Maul falls back against the wall, and presses the heel of a palm to his forehead. The effort has earned him a headache and shaking fingers.
The sith returns to moving down the hall, but changes destination. His den, while comfortable, is not the most secure location available here. That title goes to his mother's sanctum, riddled with runes and steeped in ichor fueled protections. He has not yet deciphered the nature of even half of the witch-made wards from the books and murals that remain of her teachings.
Maul slips into the sanctum, touching his chest where once her spirit had anchored itself.
"Mother," he begins, searching for an acceptable explanation for intruding. "I seek… shelter, in your sanctum. I am hunted by a power unknown, and the force warns me to avoid its touch."
That is an understatement. The force buzzes with indistinct warning, a vibrating drone so deep and ubiquitous it feels physical. Bumblebees underwater, crawling anxiety like marching ants.
No reply comes. He counts that as permission.
The sith goes to sit on the stone floor at the center of grooved patterns and runes. He will meditate now and gather his strength, assuming that eventually-
It returns! So quickly the threads descend again.
Vitriolic green light bursts to his left, then forward, then above him. Sharp eyes survey the room as sections of sigils light and dim along the walls, like fireworks. The grooves in the floor begin to fill with-
"Ichor," he murmurs, watching the luminous waters fill in the circling patterns. He cannot identify the source of where it flows from.
This… is not magick Maul has witnessed before. Savage had, reluctantly, described his own rituals, and the healing the Nightmother had done for Maul after Lotho Minor, but this is… different. Carved into Dathomir’s living stone, commanding the planet’s power even in the absence of a witch to direct it. It is wonderous.
The feeling of being looked for slides away from him with so much more ease, and he sighs in relief.
Maul ends up sleeping there, curled in on himself on the stone floor. Every few hours the cloying tendrils return again, and he wakes to watch the wards and push away the hooks that stretch for him.
It is only after a week of being chased back to his mother's room, day and night, that he realizes he is trapped on Dathomir until the hunt is ended. Until he ends it. To do that, he will have to learn to hide all on his own. Without becoming an unhinged, sleepless mess incapable of hunting these new enemies.
Maul faces this reality with easy acceptance. He has survived harsher challenges before, and will again. Mustafar, Lotho Minor, Hypori- the dark sustained him every time.
This will end no differently.

I know monopolies are bad.
And I know they're prevalent.
And I know there are millions people in circumstances where, if they need something, there is literally only one possible place to get that thing from.
But soooooooooooo many people around me would have such an impact on companies with values they didn't like if they just stopped buying their shit.
"wahhh why is apple taking away headphone jacks" then don't buy their shit
"wahhh starbucks is anti-union" so don't buy their shit
"wahhh nestlé is taking all the water from local reserves" then don't - and i cannot stress this enough - buy their shit
It's not even as complicated as people make it.
"Wahhhh, Big Company owns everything, I can't get away from them" so pick one of their product lines and stop buying that one
"Wahhhhh Amazon is the only way to get shipping on time" for everything? For literally everything? There is nothing on your list that you can't order from the actual company - not a single thing? Not a single thing?
"Wahhhh but the alternatives are too expensive" get the alternatives sometimes, and get the usual shit at other times
"Wahhhh but the alternatives aren't as good"
a) are they not as good, or are they just different from the monopoly's version?
b) do you need it to be that good, or are you telling yourself it's 'just in case' even though you've only run into a situation where that quality made a make-or-break difference once?
c) there is not a SINGLE thing across ANY of the things you get in your life that doesn't have an acceptable alternative? a SINGLE thing? one SINGLE thing?
"Wahhhh every other alternative is just as evil" lmao vote-blue-no-matter-who-amirite. And okay, then reduce your consumption or - consider this - boost up support to make a community-based switch to the Lesser Evil. And then say you're buying from them because [insert value you want them to have] and how it's different from Bigger Evil with [insert value you don't want them to have]
"But Tartra," you say, "both companies have that same value I don't want them to have!"
Yeah, it's called lying. "Omg Coca-Cola, I love how much more sustainable your policy on water use is! It's soooo much better than Nestlé tee-hee, and that's why I buy from you." You know what Coca-Cola hears? "MONEY. I WILL GIVE YOU MONEY TO MAKE WATER CONSERVATION A KEY POINT IN DIRECT COMPETITION TO NESTLE. IT'S WHY I SWITCHED TO GIVE YOU MONEY, SO OTHERS WILL ALSO SWITCH TO GIVE YOU MONEY. WE'RE AN UNTAPPED MARKET GIVING YOU THE FAUCET TO TURN US ON." And then Coca-Cola starts making that part of their identity and shaming Nestle for it, and if they do their jobs right to look like the better alternative, they'll force Nestlé to try to compete on that front too. It's not overnight, and you need a number of people in a specific geographic area (like a town or something) to push for it, but that's how you play competition off of each other.
For people who can't do the direct action of smashing a display à la right-wingers freaking out about a rainbow shirt at Target, but only because you're trying to get shit added, this is the strategy: welcoming and praising and lying about the good shit that one company's doing better in comparison to its competition, until that company starts believing its own hype and positions its brand behind it. And in that way, you stop buying the competition's shit.

and because i grew up with DanTDM c. 2013-2017 as basically my main source of Minecraft, i aM THRIVING ON THE LAB TRAUMA / EXPERIMENT TRAUMA YOURE BUILDING ONTO. IDK WHAT DANTDM PUT IN THE WATER BUT HE MADE THAT ONE OF MY FAVORITE FORMS OF CHARACTER TRAUMA. LOWKEY PROBABLY WHY I LOVED “MAXIMUM RIDE” SO MUCH WAY BACK WHEN

Hi Marte! Won't it always be more profitable for artists to stay closeted? Like if you take Troye for example. He is popular with the lgbtq+ community and has a fanbase but he would probably have an even bigger fanbase if he was having pr relationships with high profile women and pretending to be straight. Billie would too if she acted straight and dressed provocatively for men. When she did her lingerie photoshoot men were going crazy on twitter, they were suddenly showing an interest in her. So imagine if she targeted them. Even with Louis. So he has a fanbase of mostly queer fans or straight fans who think he is queer but if he did a pr relationship with any woman it would probably get attention of non fans. Teenage girls and women are obsessed with heterosexual relationships. They don't care who is having the relationship. If they look cute together they'll immediately be on board. So aren't record labels losing money from letting anyone out the closet? And how do we progress from here as straight people will always be the majority and the biggest target audience?
Hi, anon!
No, it won't always be profitable to stay in the closet! Because you will end up with a saturated market. If everyone was trying to fit the same mold, act straight, have the same target audience and make music in the same genre, only a few will have a break through and the rest won't. If you're a good looking, american, heterosexual, girl-next-door and writing relatable songs about heartbreak and love, you'll have to compete with a lot of established artists. If you're an average looking, straight, young, british male writing indie songs and playing guitar, then good luck mate. Nothing sets you apart from the thousands of others doing the same.
In order to succeed you need originality and to do something sombody else isn't doing. There is very few who succeeds by fitting the mold. The mold is also changing. The music industry needs diversity, artist needs to show originality, they need to be new and fresh to get attention. They need to reinvent themselves not to be predictable and boring.
Also, heterosexual young women aren’t a uniform target group. You'll have people who love rock, people who love ballads, people who prefer blond men and people who prefer latinos. Also heterosexual young women aren’t fans of an artist just because of looks and sexual attraction. It's much more than that. They're also not homophobic.
Billie's target audience has never, and will never be, adult heterosexual men. Some target groups repel other target groups. Indie men usually don't like bubblegum boyband music, if adult men likes a male artist it's very unlikely that male artist will have young girls as fans. If Billie started catering to het men she'd lose a lot of her current fans.
I don't neccessarily think that Troye would have been a bigger artist if he were straight and did fake PR relationships, because then he'd have to compete for attention with a horde of other male artist doing the same. He'd never make it. He'd be another youtuber trying his luck in music. I think being out is what sets Troye apart from others and is exposing him to a huge new target audience.
The queer community and straight people who are interested in and enjoys queer culture are a bigger group of people than you might think. This is also a very undersaturated market. There are very few out queer artists who can appeal to this target audience. That's also why so many straight artist queerbaits, because they know it's a large untapped target group. Artist coming out now will have a large group interested in them, because there are so few catering to them. They will also most likely keep a lot of their previous target group, because the society (and young people) are more queer friendly. The few heterosexual males who suddenly got to know who Billie was when she did that photoshoot, are most likely not starting to stan her, buy her music and her merch. There are many other young, scantily clad women to drool over, because it's a well saturated market. The queer community on the other hand will. They badly need artists to represent them, they need relatable queer music and they need out queer artists, so they will stan.
Being an out artist will give you an edge, it will give you a new target audience in a very unsaturated market, where there is little competition for attention. It will also make you more interesting, give you an opportunity to reinvent yourself, be a role model, and represent a huge group of people. If you're talented enough, original enough you will beak into the mainstream sphere. Just look how fast Chapell Roan shot to fame. She's such an interesting artist.

YouTube Video Promotion Service: 4 Game-Changing Tactics to Grow

In today’s competitive digital landscape, simply uploading a video on YouTube isn’t enough to guarantee success. With millions of videos being published daily, standing out requires more than just great content—it demands a strategic approach to promotion. This is where a YouTube video promotion service can make all the difference. These services specialize in amplifying your reach, driving engagement, and helping you achieve measurable results in record time.
A YouTube video promotion service leverages advanced tools, industry expertise, and proven strategies to ensure your content gets the visibility it deserves. Whether you’re an individual creator, a business owner, or a brand looking to expand its online presence, partnering with a professional service can help you break through the noise and connect with your target audience.
In this article, we’ll explore four game-changing tactics used by top YouTube video promotion services to amplify your reach overnight. From leveraging data-driven insights to tapping into untapped promotional channels, these strategies will empower you to unlock new levels of growth and engagement.
Let’s dive in and uncover how you can take your YouTube journey to the next level.
1. Harness the Power of Data-Driven Targeting
Precision Marketing for Maximum Impact
One of the most effective ways a YouTube video promotion service amplifies your reach is through data-driven targeting. By analyzing audience behavior, preferences, and demographics, these services ensure your video reaches the right people at the right time.
A. Audience Segmentation A YouTube video promotion service uses advanced analytics to segment audiences based on factors like age, location, interests, and viewing habits. This allows them to tailor campaigns to specific groups, ensuring your message resonates deeply with viewers who are most likely to engage.
B. Behavioral Insights Understanding how users interact with similar content provides valuable clues about what drives engagement. For example, if your video is a tutorial, the service might identify patterns such as peak viewing times or common drop-off points. These insights help refine your strategy for better performance.
C. Optimized Ad Campaigns Paid advertising is another area where data-driven targeting shines. A YouTube video promotion service designs ad campaigns that maximize ROI by focusing on high-conversion keywords, placements, and formats. This precision ensures every dollar spent contributes to tangible results.
D. Real-Time Adjustments Unlike traditional marketing methods, modern promotion services monitor campaign performance in real-time. If certain ads or strategies aren’t delivering the desired outcomes, adjustments can be made instantly to improve effectiveness.
2. Leverage Influencer Collaborations
Expanding Reach Through Trusted Voices
Influencer collaborations are a cornerstone of many successful YouTube video promotion strategies. By partnering with creators who already have established followings, you can tap into their credibility and reach to promote your video effectively.
A. Finding the Right Influencers Not all influencers are created equal. A YouTube video promotion service identifies influencers whose audience aligns with your target demographic. Whether they’re micro-influencers with niche followings or larger personalities with broad appeal, the key is relevance.
B. Crafting Authentic Partnerships Authenticity is crucial when working with influencers. The partnership should feel natural and align with both parties’ values. For instance, if your video focuses on sustainable living, collaborating with an eco-conscious influencer reinforces your message and builds trust.
C. Cross-Promotion Opportunities Influencers can share your video across multiple platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. This cross-promotion introduces your content to diverse audiences and increases the likelihood of virality.
D. Long-Term Relationships While one-off collaborations can yield quick wins, long-term partnerships often deliver sustained benefits. A YouTube video promotion service helps nurture these relationships, ensuring ongoing support and mutual growth.
3. Utilize Paid Promotion Strategically
Boosting Visibility Through Smart Investments
Paid promotion is a powerful tool in any YouTube video promotion service’s arsenal. When used strategically, it can significantly amplify your reach and drive rapid growth.
A. Platform-Specific Ads YouTube offers various ad formats, such as skippable and non-skippable ads, bumper ads, and display ads. A skilled promotion service selects the format that best suits your goals, whether it’s increasing views, boosting engagement, or driving traffic to your website.
B. Budget Optimization Allocating your budget wisely is essential for maximizing returns. A YouTube video promotion service ensures funds are directed toward high-performing campaigns and adjusts spending based on performance metrics.
C. Retargeting Campaigns Retargeting allows you to reconnect with users who have previously interacted with your content but haven’t subscribed or engaged further. By reminding them of your video, you increase the chances of converting casual viewers into loyal subscribers.
D. Testing and Iteration Successful paid promotion involves continuous testing and iteration. A YouTube video promotion service experiments with different creatives, copy, and targeting parameters to identify what works best for your specific audience.
4. Tap Into Untapped Channels and Communities
Discovering Hidden Opportunities for Growth
Beyond traditional methods, a YouTube video promotion service uncovers lesser-known channels and communities to amplify your reach. These untapped avenues often provide cost-effective yet impactful ways to connect with new audiences.
A. Niche Online Forums and Groups Communities like Reddit, Facebook groups, and specialized forums are treasure troves of engaged users. A YouTube video promotion service identifies relevant spaces and crafts tailored messages to introduce your video without appearing overly promotional.
B. Collaborative Content Platforms Platforms like Medium, Quora, or even LinkedIn offer opportunities to share insights related to your video. By embedding links or references to your content within valuable contributions, you subtly direct users to your channel.
C. User-Generated Content Campaigns Encouraging viewers to create and share their own content inspired by your video can generate organic buzz. A YouTube video promotion service designs campaigns that incentivize participation, such as contests or challenges, fostering community involvement.
D. Podcasts and Webinars Partnering with podcasters or hosting webinars allows you to discuss topics related to your video while promoting it naturally. These formats attract listeners who are already interested in your niche, making them highly receptive to your message.
Conclusion
Amplifying your reach on YouTube doesn’t have to be a slow or uncertain process. With the help of a YouTube video promotion service, you can implement game-changing tactics that deliver rapid and measurable results. From harnessing data-driven targeting to leveraging influencer collaborations, utilizing paid promotion strategically, and tapping into untapped channels, these strategies are designed to maximize your impact and accelerate growth.
The key to success lies in choosing a reliable and experienced promotion service that understands your unique goals and tailors its approach accordingly. By combining creativity, technology, and expertise, these services empower you to overcome the challenges of YouTube’s crowded landscape and achieve your objectives.
If you’re ready to take your YouTube presence to the next level, consider partnering with a trusted YouTube video promotion service. With the right support and strategies in place, you can amplify your reach overnight and unlock the full potential of your channel. For C-suite executives, who must not only lead their organizations but also predict the future of their industries, understanding the broader landscape of innovation is crucial. From fostering a culture of innovation to leveraging emerging technologies, the right books provide a roadmap to mastering these concepts. Below are ten must-read books to help executives unlock innovation within their companies and inspire change.
Innovator’s Dilemma by Clayton Christensen
One of the most influential books on innovation is The Innovator’s Dilemma by Clayton Christensen. This groundbreaking book delves into why large, successful companies often fail to innovate and disrupt their markets. Christensen introduces the concept of “disruptive innovation,” explaining how smaller, more agile companies can introduce disruptive technologies that eventually replace established market leaders. For executives, understanding this dilemma is crucial. It is a cautionary tale, urging leaders to prioritize innovation, even when their businesses are thriving.
Christensen's framework provides valuable insights into the factors that hinder companies from embracing new technologies. He argues that companies often focus on sustaining innovations that improve existing products rather than disruptive ones that radically change the market. This book challenges C-suite executives to reassess their approach to innovation and consider how their organizations can avoid becoming complacent.
The Lean Startup by Eric Ries
Eric Ries’ The Lean Startup revolutionized how companies approach innovation, especially in the tech industry. This book introduces the lean startup methodology, a system designed to help businesses quickly test their ideas, learn from feedback, and pivot if necessary. Ries’ approach emphasizes the importance of iterative development and customer feedback, allowing companies to innovate more effectively and efficiently.
The principles in The Lean Startup are particularly valuable for C-suite executives looking to create a culture of rapid experimentation and learning within their organizations. It encourages leaders to build minimally viable products (MVPs), test them with real customers, and use data to drive decisions. In an era where speed and flexibility are key to innovation, this book is a must-read for leaders looking to implement lean methodologies at a corporate level.
Blue Ocean Strategy by W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne
In Blue Ocean Strategy, W. Chan Kim and Renée Mauborgne present a fresh perspective on market competition. Instead of focusing on competing within crowded industries, the authors suggest that businesses should aim to create “blue oceans” of untapped market space. By doing so, organizations can innovate without fighting for market share in saturated industries.
This book is particularly valuable for C-suite executives because it challenges them to think beyond the status quo. By adopting a blue ocean strategy, executives can uncover new growth opportunities and position their companies as industry leaders. Kim and Mauborgne offer a strategic approach to innovation that focuses on creating value through differentiation, making it essential reading for leaders who want to drive long-term growth.
The Innovator’s Solution by Clayton Christensen and Michael Raynor
Following The Innovator’s Dilemma, Clayton Christensen and Michael Raynor co-authored The Innovator’s Solution, which provides actionable strategies for executives looking to implement disruptive innovations within their organizations. While The Innovator’s Dilemma explains the “why” behind companies’ struggles to innovate, The Innovator’s Solution dives deeper into the “how.” It provides concrete steps for identifying new growth opportunities and sustaining innovation.
This book is invaluable for C-suite executives because it offers a clear framework for executing innovative strategies. It also highlights the importance of creating a culture that supports experimentation, risk-taking, and learning from failure. By applying The Innovator’s Solution principles, executives can ensure that their companies are well-positioned to lead in an ever-changing business environment.
The Art of Innovation by Tom Kelley
In The Art of Innovation, Tom Kelley, partner at the renowned design firm IDEO, offers a behind-the-scenes look at how his company fosters creativity and innovation. The book provides practical advice on how leaders can create an environment where innovation flourishes. Kelley shares stories from IDEO’s experience working with major corporations, revealing how companies can use design thinking to tackle complex problems and bring new products to life.
For C-suite executives, this book serves as a guide to building a culture of creativity. Kelley emphasizes the importance of collaboration, diverse perspectives, and empathy in the innovation process. By applying these principles, executives can foster a more innovative and dynamic workplace where employees are empowered to think outside the box and contribute to the company’s growth.
The Hard Thing About Hard Things by Ben Horowitz
Ben Horowitz’s The Hard Thing About Hard Things offers a candid look at leaders' challenges when building and scaling a business. While not exclusively about innovation, the book provides valuable insights into how executives can navigate complex decisions, manage organizational change, and focus on innovation during times of uncertainty.
Horowitz’s experience as a co-founder of Andreessen Horowitz and a former CEO of Opsware gives him a unique perspective on the difficulties faced by C-suite executives. The book offers practical advice and personal anecdotes to help leaders stay resilient while driving innovation within their organizations. It’s an essential read for any executive looking to build a company that thrives on innovation despite the challenges that may arise.
The Four Steps to the Epiphany by Steve Blank
Steve Blank’s The Four Steps to the Epiphany is another influential book for executives looking to innovate. In this book, Blank outlines the customer development process, a method for discovering and validating business ideas. The book focuses on understanding customer needs and iterating based on real-world feedback. Blank’s approach benefits executives launching new products or entering new markets.
The key takeaway from The Four Steps to the Epiphany is the importance of getting out of the building and interacting directly with customers. By doing so, executives can gain insights that help shape product development and business strategies. This book encourages a customer-centric approach to innovation, ensuring that organizations can create products and services that genuinely meet the needs of their target audience.
In today’s ever-changing business landscape, innovation is a necessity for success. C-suite executives who embrace new ideas, encourage creativity, and build innovative cultures will set their companies up for long-term growth and resilience. These ten books provide valuable insights, frameworks, and strategies to help executives drive innovation at every level of their organizations. By reading these influential works, leaders can stay ahead of the curve, inspire their teams, and position their companies as market leaders in the age of innovation.

Thank you thank you thank you for giving me the jumping off point to talk about what's been going on in my head since this post has been eating my entire notes page for the last week. (holy shit y'all like this one. there have been some amazing additions and tags too.)
Anyway, the relevant difference between a local place and a big chain restaurant is how they determine success, and who is making those calls.
A local restaurant wants to stay open for as long as they can and turn a profit for as long as they can. That means (short version) they have to make food that people in their community want at a price they're willing to pay, and keep doing that through the local economic ups and downs. Generally speaking an extremely small number of people who live nearby are making every single business decision at your local spot, and they either reap all the rewards or suffer all the failures. The end goal, make a profit every year. The pie in the sky goal, open a couple other locations.
National chains have different goals, different structures, and different ways of calculating success. They have corporate structures and shareholders, and when you have shareholders just turning a profit usually isn't enough anymore. Shareholders expect growth. They want a higher profit than last year, every year, forever. That means the business has to constantly expand into new markets for new sources of revenue, then when they run out of untapped markets they have to find costs to cut, then when they can't make a crappier product with cheaper labor that people will still buy, there's nothing to do but to raise prices. No one making these decisions cares because no one making these decisions is affected by the outcome. The C suite gets paid whether the restaurants make money or not. If they fuck up badly enough they get a generous severance package and are in some other corporation a year later, making the same bad decisions on different letterhead.
No one with any meaningful decision making power will ever face the repercussions of the business failing, so the food keeps getting worse, the stores staff fewer people, and the prices keep going up until there's no reason to give mcdonalds $15 for their flavorless crap when the local dive bar is serving hot, fresh smash burgers made to order until 2 in the morning.
I dunno man. I found out today that a subway sandwich is $14 now. A shitty subway footlong sandwich that isn't actually 12 inches long and is occasionally made with expired ingredients and was never a great option to start with. I ate those in high school because I was broke and at the mall a lot.
There are poke bowls in my city from a local place for $16. Super fresh fish and veg, warm rice, more than I can eat in one sitting, for the price of a sandwich and a drink at america's most mid-tier sandwich shop.
Someone in another post said (paraphrased) you used to be able to get something mediocre for cheap, but now the mediocre things cost as much as the nice things so why would you?

Gulf Brokers DMCC’s Scandal Exposed
Gulf Brokers DMCC is the name of a broker located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The company has obtained a license from the Securities and Commodities Authority and is also a corporate member of the DGCX (Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange).
Please find their contact number at +971 42 42 4120, and their office address at Gulf Brokers DMCC, Office no. 905, the Palladium Tower, Cluster C, JLT Dubai, UAE. This broker’s website is very easy to navigate. There are no standout bargains.
Furthermore, there appears to be a lack of incentives for users to create an account on their platform, which raises suspicions. Additionally, the company consistently emphasizes its licensing from the SCA and its role as a broker for the Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange.
Gulf Brokers DMCC Lacks Valuable Information

You can find a comprehensive list of the advantages Gulf Brokers DMCC offers to its clients on its website. However, the benefits they provide are the minimum you can expect from a forex broker located in the UAE. The company emphasizes its commitment to providing fast trade execution and 24/7 customer service. Isn’t that a common offering among all forex brokers?
They claim to offer additional benefits such as safeguarding your money and ensuring regulatory oversight by the SCA. I have completed my task. The business does not offer any attractive trading terms or promotions to entice customers. The trading conditions website of Gulf Brokers DMCC also highlights the same four benefits.
The company states in its legal documents that it has the authority to bill you for the various services it provides. However, the specific amount of this fee remains uncertain. Furthermore, Gulf Brokers DMCC fails to provide clear details regarding the services it would charge for.
The only positive aspect of Gulf Brokers DMCC is the fact that it has a SCA license. Unfortunately, that is not enough to establish the broker’s credibility.
Can Gulf Brokers DMCC be trusted?
The owners of this business seem to have questionable intentions, evident from the lackluster and uninformative nature of their website, as well as their tendency to withhold important information from customers.
This broker seems to be exploiting the potential of the mostly untapped market in the Middle East. The business fails to highlight any unique qualities that distinguish it from its competitors. Maybe because it doesn’t have any. In addition, it fails to provide any information regarding its pricing and remains silent on the specifics of its trading terms.
It is advisable to minimize your involvement with Gulf Brokers DMCC. There are plenty of other brokers available in the UAE, so you don’t have to stick with the worst one.
Unveiling Gulf Brokers DMCC
The OffshoreLeaks investigation uncovers the activities of organized crime networks, such as Gulf Brokers DMCC, responsible for multiple fraudulent schemes targeting investors in countries such as India, Cambodia, Indonesia, and others. These networks are based in the UAE.
It took nearly a year for OffshoreLeaks to expose the fraudulent activities of Gulf Brokers DMCC. The extensive research involved collecting all relevant information about Gulf Brokers DMCC, its affiliated companies, and the individuals involved through thorough examination of numerous documents and conversations with multiple reliable sources.
Since 2018, this network of organized criminals has been involved in various trading fraud schemes that have had a significant impact on multiple nations, resulting in substantial financial losses and loss of life.
Unfortunately, in many cases, individuals are left with no choice but to accept the financial loss they have experienced. Gulf Brokers DMCC focuses on attracting investors from South-East Asia, Africa, and countries where brokers are not commonly registered. Gulf Brokers DMCC is a company registered in Seychelles with limited liability. Considering a trip to Seychelles? Me neither.
This suggests that your money is not assured, regulated, or protected by the government. You are transferring funds to an offshore account and relying on their investment expertise. They don’t, and we have the evidence to prove it.
OffshoreLeaks has recently uncovered the identities of the individuals leading this group and possesses extensive records of their criminal history, along with detailed personal information about their close connections. This information includes specifics such as their preferred vehicles, frequented restaurants, and romantic partners. We are disclosing all of this information, except for the images and names of the individuals.
This is because it is against the law unless OffshoreLeaks.com decides to release this information to the public.
Gulf Brokers DMCC Domain Analysis
Investigate whether Gulf Brokers DMCC is regulated and whether they are providing trading advice or investment opportunities, as this may potentially violate legal regulations.
These types of websites, commonly referred to as “HYIPs” (high-yield investment programs), have gained notoriety for deceiving consumers with grandiose claims and ultimately leaving them empty-handed.
Gulf Brokers DMCC seems to focus on attracting customers primarily in Europe and the USA by reaching out through phone calls and social media platforms such as TikTok and Instagram. Many phishing call centers are located in South India. The information will be disclosed in a report by OffshoreLeaks.com.
One of the associates involved in Gulf Brokers DMCC’s fraudulent operation is Copreus Pvt Ltd from Sri Lanka. -Victoria Partners -ZPH Marketing
How does the scam work?
Aside from assessing the brokerage in advance using the information available on its website, having knowledge of how scams work is crucial in the trading industry. Here are the three standard steps:
You will be directed to a website where you need to provide your personal information, including your address, email address, and phone number, after clicking on an advertisement that claims to offer immediate financial gain. Once you’ve shared your personal information, brokers will give you a call and try to convince you to invest with them, promising great returns. After carefully considering their pitches, you decide to deposit an amount between $200 and $250. The scammers quickly pocket a substantial commission from this initial deposit.
Once they have finished with you, experienced con artists will begin to exert pressure on you to provide additional funds. They claim that it is the sole method to enhance your trading profits. It would be wise to reconsider your current situation and minimize any further losses by withdrawing your remaining funds.
Regrettably, individuals who engage in fraudulent activities do not consider such concepts. They will now attempt to persuade you to stay and not leave immediately. The reason behind this is quite evident: traders have a limited timeframe to request a chargeback from their bank and get a refund. The primary objective of the “recovery department” is to trick individuals into missing a crucial timeframe, ultimately destroying any possibility of reclaiming their funds.
Conclusion
Gulf Brokers DMCC attempts to present itself as trustworthy but fails to establish a sense of trustworthiness. They exaggerate their services and hide important selling terms. It would be preferable to find someone else since they don’t even provide details about their fees.
