Does anyone else randomly ship Izzy from ofmd with The Captain from bbc ghosts? Because it just hit me like newton's apple and I need to be reasoned with.

Like, Izzy has a captain fetish and he's literally THE Captain.

TC has that army beef with the navy, which would be hilarious to explore. Also, he just seems like as a kid he would have loved pirate stories.

They both have a history of pining and of being the Dad of the group - in very different ways.

Both define themselves by their jobs and have a strong code of honour - even if in Izzy's case it's extremely subjective.

“That doesn’t look safe.” Bruno’s brows furrowed as he watched Lance climb a chair. “Do you want me to assist you?”

“It’s fine. I’ve climbed higher.” The dragon trainer glared at the box just out of reach. He could lean forward and get it-

“Forgive me.” Bruno’s cool voice surprised him, but not nearly as much as the hands on his thighs lifting him up. With a startled yelp, he was now sitting on Bruno’s shoulder and a good half-foot taller. “This is safer.”

“R-Right. Thank you.” Lance pretended his face wasn’t on fire as he grabbed the box. Will and Karen would be cackling right now if they saw this. “I appreciate it.”

Bruno grunted kindly, the hand on Lance’s thigh pressing some to steady him. Unfortunately it had the reverse effect. “Eeh!”

“Lance?” Bruno looked up at him in surprise. The champion blushed an even deeper crimson. A second passed. Then…

“Ah.” Bruno squeezed his leg once more, touching intentionally. Lance yelped and twitched. “I didn’t know you were ticklish here.”

“B-Bruhuhuhuhno!” Gripping onto the wall, Lance struggled not to squirm as his thigh was squeezed rapidly. “Cohohoome on, thihihihs ihihiihsn’t fhahahhaair!”

“No, I suppose it isn’t.” The tickles stopped. Lance barely got a second to breathe before he was tossed into the nearest seat. “This is better.”

“Wait-Bruuhuhhuhuhnohohohohoho!” A startled cackle escaped before he was laughing like a child, flailing and flopping like a Magikarp as Bruno grabbed both of his thighs, tickling away. “Nohohohoho, cohoohhome ohohohhoohn! Aheahhahahahhaa!”

“Heh, forgive me. Your laugh is enchanting.” Bruno confessed, cheeks pink as he pulled his hands back. “I’ll bring this box to the arena for you.” He turned to do so, but a hand on his wrist stopped him.

“Waahahit, waahit…wait..you don’t need to apologize.” He struggled to get the words out- both from exhaustion of the tickles and the beating of his heart deafening his ears. “Do you..really mean that? What you said about my laugh?”

Bruno didn’t turn around. Lance could see the back of his neck turn a deep red. “I did. If I’m being honest..I find you as a whole enchanting.” Bruno gave him a quick smile before ducking out- box in his arms.

Lance watched him go, eyes wide and lost for words. He pressed a hand against his chest, feeling himself start to smile.

“Enchanting eh? I suppose that makes two of us.”

This is from way back in 2021. I’d just watched the first part of Masters of the Universe: Revelation and I really enjoyed Teela (Orko was pretty fantastic too).

A little voice told me to draw these two strong ladies lol So of course I listened.

I don’t know if they’re anyone’s ship or not… But I feel like they’d be more good friends and bestie battle partners than anything sexy 😊 Maybe like platonic romantic girlfriends ❤️ I’ve got a few of those myself lol

Plus… Catra would scratch Tesla’s EYES OUT if she made a move on her woman 🤣

I know I’m dating myself here *cough* 👀 but I grew up on the original He-Man and She-Ra. That’s not to say I remember really ANYTHING that happened in the stories 🤣 But I LOVED the reboot for She-Ra and enjoyed what I watched of He-Man.
