Two new starwars (prequels as always) aus,

One: inspired by the songs in Moana, Mace windu, and depa are sent in a mission. Eventually, they land on tatooine and discover young anakin skywalker. The pair free both anakin and his mother, Shimi decides to stay on tatooine but let's then take anakin to be a jedi.

Now, mace, depa, and anakin all grow close, and eventually, it becomes an open secret that anakin was to be either depa or mace's padawan. Due to them being sent away on a mission days before, either of them could officially take him in, another steps in...

The clone wars start about two years after anakin first becomes a padawan.

Two: A concept I've recently really started to adore; mandolorian anakin. The general thing I'm basing this one around is that anakin won't reveal his face to anyone who hasn't achieved the title of family (aliit in mando'a) yet.

How you achieve that title is by guessing his name. He thinks that if you can guess someone's true name without anyone telling you, you've gotten to the familial level of closeness.

Obi-wan, Ahsoka, and anakin have to work together. Ahsoka is fascinated by the guessing game and wants to win
