How to keep living

Put the gun down and clear it. It helps to take it a step further and disassemble it.

Tear up the note, you won’t be needing it.

Clean yourself up and run a bath. Using Epsom salt and frankincense can help make it more special and help you relax.

Put on your favorite music or show and let it run. The sillier the better.

Call someone you trust and see if they can come over. Company is always good.

Put some hot food in you. You’ll think better on a full stomach.

Take a big deep breath, and take the day head-on.

Catch a good case of the fuck its. You are your own master, not anyone else.

Take your life by the arm and lead it where you want it to go. Kicking and screaming if you have to. Don’t let the forces that be bring you down. You are mighty. Make it known.

no matter what you may say, there is no justifiable reason for faking something as serious as su*cide/de*ath. even if you are struggling, please do not resort to lying about something like that. i won't claim to understand what struggles you are facing/what lead you to do something like this, but even if you've undergone a lot, that's not an excuse to hurt others. what you've done has affected everyone. no matter your intentions, it's extremely invalidating to see something that people experience daily be dealt with so lightly. though you may feel remorse over your actions, what you've done has caused serious harm and no amount of guilt or apologies can reverse that.

Uwaga, ważne zmiany dla seniorów! Nie zdziwcie się, jak zobaczycie styczniową wypłatę [LISTA]

Polski Ład został uchwalony. Reforma podatkowa czeka już tylko na podpis prezydenta Andrzeja Dudy (49 l.). To oznacza, że od stycznia 2022 r. kwota wolna od podatku wzrośnie do 30 tys. zł, na czym skorzysta ogromna część seniorów. Nie oznacza to jednak, że wypłaty brutto będą równe wypłatom na rękę, bo jednocześnie znika odliczenie składki zdrowotnej od podatku, co wiąże się z tym, że każdy senior teraz odda państwu aż 9 proc. emerytury. Jak te zmiany przełożą się na wypłaty? Jak wynika z naszych wyliczeń, część emerytów już od stycznia będzie dostawać na rękę prawie o 200 zł miesięcznie więcej! Niestety są i tacy, którzy nie zyskają nic, a wręcz stracą.

Podwyższenie kwoty wolnej od podatku będzie miało wpływ na wypłaty trzynastych emerytur, a także na odliczenie wielu ulg. Wyjaśniamy, co Polski Ład zmieni dla seniorów.

Polski Ład. Czy wszystkie emerytury będą zwolnione z podatku PIT?

Nie. Podwyższenie kwoty wolnej od podatku do 30 tys. zł oznacza, że podatku dochodowego nie zapłacą osoby mające emeryturę do 2500 zł brutto (ok. 2100 zł na rękę). Przy wyższych świadczeniach podatek trzeba będzie już płacić, ale niższy niż obecnie.

Polski Ład. Czy będzie ulga dla seniorów, którzy mają wyższe świadczenia niż 4900 zł brutto?

Nie, niestety osoby mające ponad 4900 zł brutto emerytury (ok. 4050 zł netto) będą musiały oddawać państwu więcej pieniędzy niż obecnie. Senatorowie chcieli, by tacy seniorzy byli objęci ulgą dla klasy średniej. Polski Ład zakłada, że taka ulga będzie miała zastosowanie w przypadku osób pracujących na umowie o pracę, a także pracujących na własny rachunek i rozliczający się według skali podatkowej, jeśli zarabiają między 6000 zł a 11 000 zł. Dzięki uldze dla klasy średniej na zmianach nie stracą. Niestety, Sejm propozycję Senatu odrzucił.

Polski Ład. Od kiedy ZUS zacznie wypłacać wyższe emerytury?

Reforma podatkowa ma wejść w życie 1 stycznia i już styczniowe świadczenia mają być wypłacane z uwzględnieniem założeń Polskiego Ładu. ZUS zapewnia, że zdąży przygotować systemy informatyczne do tego, by wypłaty na nowych zasadach były możliwe już od początku 2022 r.

Polski Ład. Czy „13” zostaną zwolnione z PIT?

Tak, ale nie dla wszystkich emerytów. Jeśli emerytura nie przekracza kwoty ok. 2400 zł brutto (prawie 2200 zł netto), wtedy trzynastka będzie nieopodatkowana, ale trzeba będzie od niej zapłacić 9 proc. składki zdrowotnej.

Polski Ład. Czy emeryt, który dorabia do świadczenia, dwa razy zapłaci składkę zdrowotną?

Tak, zarówno od pensji, jak i od emerytury trzeba będzie oddać państwu 9-procentową składkę zdrowotną. Dzisiaj dorabiający emeryt także płaci składkę podwójnie. Obecnie jednak z 9 proc. daniny, aż 7,75 proc. można odliczać od podatku, realnie więc na zdrowie płacimy mniej.

Polski Ład. Czy emeryci będą mogli korzystać z ulgi rehabilitacyjnej?

Tak. Jednak dla części seniorów z niższymi świadczeniami korzyści z takiej ulgi nie będzie, bo i tak nie zapłaciliby podatku dochodowego.

Polski Ład. Kiedy senior skorzysta z PIT-0?

To nowa ulga, jaka wejdzie w życie w 2022 r. Ma polegać na tym, że jeśli senior po osiągnięciu wieku emerytalnego, nie zrezygnuje z pracy i nie złoży wniosku o emeryturę, jego pensja będzie zwolniona z podatku dochodowego. Czyli realnie taka osoba dostawać będzie wyższe wypłaty do ręki. Eksperci wskazują jednak, że w przypadku osób z niższymi świadczeniami, taka ulga nie będzie zachętą do dłuższej pracy, bo po podwyższeniu kwoty wolnej od podatku do 30 tys. zł i tak ich dochody będą zwolnione z PIT.
