Okay surely I'm still jetlagged bc I went to sleep at 10 last night after a very full on day and then woke up at like 2:30 absolutely wide awake incapable of going back to sleep but I guess I must have around 4am because my 5:45 alarm woke me up out of insanely deep sleep completely drenched in sweat. Now it's like quarter past 6 I've showered and I'm sipping my coffee and genuinely can barely keep my eyes open this has been the longest most sleepless week of my LIFE dude I just wanna snoooooooze

#the fact that its also my period and i usually have to get up twice a night to change and panic over bleeding on the bed #is not helping

all the pieces are falling into place for my move and i feel like my skin is crawling ... ive been in bed in my room every day for years now, ive only gone out for doctors appointments & covid vaccines ... ive been existing at my mum's place since i moved back in with her to go back to uni like 8 years ago .... to be moving 5 hours away to live with people who actually care about me, into my own cabin in a beautiful garden ... my poor little brain is overwhelmed

#and i have to leave bonnie behind and all the pain of that & the uncertainty around how i will manage going back to mums to visit her #is not helping #but im really not able to help her while im here anyway and being here but not being able to do anything #is its own kind of torture #im hoping i can recover enough to come back and take her out places #it me
