Uilliam McTíre is a wolf shapeshifter, a faoladh. Only survivor of a lost and fate touched Clan, all his life he knew only fascination, fear or distrust from human and even others werewolves. Despite being outcast, he try everything to help the innocents. When the omen of the return of an ancient darkness appears, Uilliam meet the young shieldmaiden Aisling. Together they will travel across the Isle and found a way to heal the broken earth…

An Irish werewolf, or faoladh.  The faoladh is a unique werewolf legend in that they’re considered a benevolent and protective figure, rather like the Scottish wulver.

Aaron transform progress. I initially wanted the fade from human to wolf to be a little smoother and more subtle, but then I thought this sort of shiver into his wolf form could be fun. What's the vibe on it? Do we like?

i like that william & the werewolf contains singular "they" but it bugs me a disproportionate amount that a) people assume it's being used for the werewolf and b) people think the werewolf is called william. there's an and in the title for a reason! the werewolf is called alphonse. william's his friend :)

Silly Werewolf Parksborn but Peter is an irish werewolf & he n Harry fall in love cause Peter keeps protecting him and following him around all curious.

Harry always recognizes him cause of his silly lightly colored nose (which turns pink in winter cause ✨yes✨)

Smth smth, Peter is just an odd & out-of-place protector in a modern world. Werewolves are more well adjusted for small town stuff or rural protection, not bustling cities

Aaron and the Wolves of Ossory

I always had this concept of Aaron being descended from the werewolves of the kingdom of Ossory, and it’s St. Patty’s day, which gives me an excuse to make an unfinished doodle of some wolves as I am want to do. The sketch is a little funky lookin, but it’s fine cuz i probably won’t have time to finish it anyways. Watcher’s House is still on hiatus, as it has been for a long time (I do hope to start with it again), but my pilot is reaching a place where I can tell it’s almost through, and perhaps once it’s done I’ll start with my comic again. That would still probably take a few months, however. If any of the very small follower count on here wants to follow my progress, you can do so on the @spookulele blog now!

it is more important to be kind to people than it is to be right all of the time and be cruel about it.

Every individual makes mistakes, it is inevitable, and obviously we should not excuse heinous acts, but I have seen beings become so hateful over misunderstandings or things that could be solved by simply communicating. And while i'm not saying you have to interact with someone, there is a difference between not interacting or telling someone plainly and calmly why there could be misinformation, and being cruel.

No one knows everything. be kind to your peers, we only have each other to turn to when the world crumbles

studying cú chullain and thinking about how one crime committed as a youth can steer the direction of your life forever. the dehumanization of being called a dog to replace the one you slaughtered yet wearing it like a badge of honor. the achillean knowledge of your fate and the bold race to meet it. the final taboo to commit, the blood of the hound, not being so far off from what began it all in the first place. also my personal opinion that he’s a werewolf given his thematic ties to dogs and the gaelic emphasis on shapeshifting and the fact that sometimes in battle he turns into a horrible ghoul but mostly the other stuff i said before
